Ordered for the second time and it was simply very, very tasty. Arrived still hot and the delivery person was a good man. Highly recommended.

From a culinary perspective, a very authentic Indian dining experience. The lunch buffet is excellent from a price-performance perspective. In my opinion, Dum Chicken Biryani is the signature fish of the restaurant. The atmosphere is rather rustic, so the focus here is more on the food.

Had the best food in Germany on the last day of our vacation. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to have authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. Met the chef Cheeranjeevi and Rajashekar who were really friendly and served us the best food out of our 15 days in Europe.

Biriyanis on weekends are good. I have eaten here several times. Thinking it would be nice on Weekdays as well I ordered Lamm Biriyani via Lieferando. This is definitely not Dum biriyani. The onions they fried - were burnt and became black in colour. The whole biriyani had a burnt smell. How careless they are to customers. How long it takes to fry a new batch of onions. They completely ignored it and continued to cook with the burnt onions. I have to remove them one by one while eating. This is how they handle the food we eat, this is the respect they give for the food and the customers. Some basic respect for the business they do would ve been appreciated... Second point was - there were clearly 2 types of meat in the biriyani.. one type of Lamm was more like a steak, they just added some pieces of this in the biriyani made it like a fried rice and sell it as a dum biriyani. there is no ethical consideration for the food, for the business for the customers.. Really Nice place for Indian food in Frankfurt. The restaurant food is super authentic and the biryanis are really really good. Lassi is as if it has been imported from India. Mango lassi especially. The Samosas are not that good honestly. Do not taste like home. But the rest of the food is really good. The vibe of the restaurant is also super Indian with old songs playing on the TV in the background. Highly recommend.

Hyderabadi dum biriyani is good. Of course, it's made to cater to the German taste palette. If you want more masala in your biriyani, go for the chicken tikka biriyani.

I am not a great fan of their Biryani because it is spicy. But you can try their curries and rotis. Also their Haleem which you get during special occasion tastes good.

This is the worst store. The worst restaurant in Frankfurt. I kept waiting and my order and food never came. Maybe it's because they're understaffed or because they're prioritizing orders from Uber or something, but 20 minutes after I entered the restaurant, a staff member came to my table and ordered, and then I waited 50 minutes for my food to arrive. On the way, the customers at each table went to check with the staff, but there was no explanation and they just kept waiting. If you don't want to waste your time while traveling, I think it's better not to go.

I tried their biriyani and chicken Samosa. If they say, it's 'spicy', then listen to them because it is. Biriyani is great there, I tried goat biriyani, chicken dum biriyani and chicken tikka biriyani. I loved chicken tikka biriyani the most. Chicken samosa was average with great mint chatni. Overall it was a great experience with food, the lighting and music there needs serious attention. They were playing trash bollywood mash up, which basically made the experience painful. Otherwise it's great for your pocket. Tschüss!

Veg Dum biryani was ok and my friends praised a lot about Chicken dum biryani and i think this place is quite famous for that only. I loved their Naan and Paneer kadhai and would for sure eat these things again here.

We ordered catering service from this place and it’s the worse , I have been down with diahrrea after having vegetable dum biryani and not just me there are few others from the same party who fell sick after having food from here. God knows what kinda quality they have in the kitchen. I would suggest not going here. One of the worst experience I had in an Indian restaurant in Germany.

Basically a take out snack bar with some tables to dine in. It is worth since here you get authentic south indian Hyderabad cuisine, absolutely delicious whenever you come. That makes it the best indian restaurant in town.

Chicken tikka masala was too creamy and less spicy than usual chicken tikka masala. Overall, the food was too salty and the chicken tikka biryani tasted sweet and overpowering with spice!

It was overall a very bad experience as far as food is concerned. I had veg biryani at 12 pm and still it was not fresh, was probably heated in a microwave. Okay we understand that your food may be left over from previous day but aren't you supposed to serve fresh and warm food, esp. when customers come because of the reputation of your food?

Never expected that the chicken fried rice would taste this better. Gobi Manchurian tasted exactly like how it is. We felt happy and satisfied after the food. Thanks for such a tasty food. Will come again for sure :)

We ordered 2 biryanis. My husband ordered the less spicy chicken biryani and me- a spicy dum subz biryani. While the biryani was cooked in the traditional Hyderabadi style (unlike many restaurant that serve veggie stir-fried rice as biryani), something was still missing. Maybe it was the spice level, the Salan or just the special ingredient to take it to the next level. After having heard so much about this place, the food and the ambience just seemed like a letdown.

Best place to test your luck. There is no guarantee that you’ll be tasting the same Biryani everyday. But most of the times the chef manages to do a great job. If you are lucky enough you’ll be tasting one of the finest chicken biryani available in Germany.

Die Inneneinrichtung läßt jeden Wunsch offen, echt runtergekommen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. Nächstes Mal hole ich das Essen ab, weil ich darauf nicht verzichten möchte. 😉

Hello all, I'm from Germany and I've been dining in this restaurant for a couple of days, I tried many indian restaurant in france and Germany but, this is the best Indian restaurant I could find. I tried chicken starters, dum biryani and paneer starters, I say this is the only place I'd found that taste almost like india. I think they have the best dum biryani in the city and make sure you try their dum chicken biryani, the owners and staff seem pretty polite.

Bin eher durch Zufall in dieses Restaurant gelandet,und ich muss sagen ich war sehr positiv begeistert! Authentische Küche,nettes Personal und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der Inhaber. Immer wieder gerne !

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und das Biriyani und Naan sind sehr lecker. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut erreichbar.

Good Biryani but with pathetic service. They take 20-30 mins even to serve a single Biryani. No luck even if you call in advance. I will prefer other joints which value customer’s time.

By far the best Hyderabadi Biryani I had as a westerner in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Simply mouth watering. Although the place itself is in a bit shady part of the town and not particularly clean.

Das Essen war hervorragend! Ich bin mit einer Freundin am Laden vorbeigegangen als wir gesehen haben, dass er sehr gut besucht war. Wir haben uns den Egg Dum Biryani Bratreis und das Palak Paneer bestellt - beides sehr zu empfehlen! Für den Fall, dass man nicht so gut scharf verträgt, wird zu dem Bratreis eine Minz-Joghurt-Soße bereitgestellt. Abgesehen davon, dass wir nach der Bestellung noch einmal an unsere Getränke erinnern mussten, waren wir rundum zufrieden!

This Restaurant is 100% GO-TO place for Lunch or Dinner if you are @ Frankfurt Main. The food is superb, delicious. Most important - the owners are down to earth, ever ready to serve. Once, we reached just around closing time but their welcome with smile made the difference. Waiting for my next trip....and next meal at Ruchi's !

We ordered paneer kadhai and dal makhni, trust me it was really delicious. I would highly recommend all the Indians to go here if you're missing some authentic Indian food.

War dort zum ersten mal indisch essen. Hatte einmal das Chilly Chicken mit einer Mangolsssi und ein Curry. Das Lokal wirkt authentisch Indisch als auch die Speisen und Getränke. Preis Leistung ist auch gut. Wer indisch ausprobieren mag kann ich Ruchi nur empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr gut allerdings habe ich nur vegetarische Gerichte probiert. Das Ambiente ist sehr einfach und passt gut zum mal mit Freunden essen gehen aber nicht für ein schickes Abendessen. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt.

I have ordered Biryani it had no flavour. The rice was full of oil. Wish i could have given minus star, if it is applicable. Men’s toilet was unhygienic. Table was not cleaned, when i asked to clean the table, the waiter behaved rude. After finish eating, i try to pay through my credit card, but the paying machine was not acceptable, even my friend was trying it was not acceptable, then the person said, its not working anymore. we got pissed off and settled the cash and moved away. Kein weltbewegendes kulinarisches Ereignis, aber für Frankfurt recht passabel. Das Restaurant ist einfach gehalten, liegt im Bahnhofsviertel (während des Essens beobachteten wir, wie Drogenabhängige auf der anderen Straßenseite Päckchen mit pudrigem weißen Inhalt unter einem Pflasterstein hervorholten - eine Top-Adressse für verdeckte Drogenfahnder -, und bei Nacht möchte man hier wirklich nicht unterwegs sein) und hat ausreichend große Portionen. Da offensichtlich die meisten Mahlzeiten im Umkreis geliefert werden, kann es zu Verzögerungen beim Servieren vor Ort kommen, worauf wir jedoch rechtzeitig hingewiesen wurden. Der aufmerksame Inhaber erkundigte sich immer wieder, ob alles in Ordnung sei.

Smakar bra lite ojämnt ibland super bra. Bra pris fegar lite med kryddorna om man gillar starkt. Inredningen är lite trist men det ingår.

TooGoodToGo - ziemliche Verarsche. Von einem 6,90€ BUFFET!! bekommt man einen Teller Reis ohne Huhn, ohne Lamm, ohne irgendwas. Reis für 4€! Reis! Ja Reis! Ohne Fleisch, nur Reis! Als Rest eines Buffets, was 6,90€ gekostet hat mit verschiedenem Fleisch und Reis!!

Wir bestellen öfter mal hier im Lockdown direkt. Über Facebook fand ich ein Pongal- Feiertagsmenü mit 5 verschiedenen Gerichten. Die Lieferung klapor einwandfrei und dann gibts Genuss pur. Sehr gut eingepackt, gute Portion, gut temperiert, sehr gut gewürzt. Herz was willst du mehr. Wir werden rundum satt, und freuen uns auf die neue Speisekarte, die bald fertig sein soll.

We tried a takeaway and were impressed by the authentic taste and fast delivery. The lamb rogan josh, chicken tikka biryani and chicken 65 were delicious and pretty spicy. We love Indian food and this is the best I have found in Frankfurt so far. The others tend to cater too much to the German palate (watered down and not authentic) or are over-expensive.

Hands down the most authentic Indian taste! A friend recommended this place and I ordered butter Chicken, dal tadka, paneer kadhai and tandoori chicken. I have eaten in multiple indian restaurants in Germany and i was starting to lose hope. This place nailed the taste perfectly. Every dish in its authentic Indian flavor. Nothing Westernised

My friends and I was in Frankfurt for a little Xmas getaway, coming from Switzerland where Indian food is a bit lacking, we decided to try Ruchi in addition to living adjacent to the restaurant. Walking in, we didn't have much high expectations but were definitely intrigued by the "all you can eat for 9.90 euros" which is nothing coming from Switzerland where a meal on average can cost more than 15 euros. That being said, we are also BIG eaters. I'm Malaysian and have lived abroad my entire life, tried various curries and indian cuisine and I must say Ruchi has earned a spot amongst the better ones. Ali was great, he was funny, and definitely knew how to connect with his guests cracking jokes here and there. This place was so good, we decided to celebrate our friend's 20th birthday there. Being students, my gf and I didn't really plan much, but midway through the dinner we thought it would've been great to have a cake. So we asked expecting nothing but to our surprise Ali made a phone call and got a cake freshly baked and delivered to us before the end of the meal. all in all, I will definitely make the 5 hour drive back up to Frankfurt for this place. you have my word.

Terrible customer service. Rude Staff Only caters to delivery orders. Cannot even bill the customer properly My friend and I left hungry after waiting for almost 2 hours for the dinner to arrive and asking them multiple times when the dinner would be served.Very disappointed by their service and behaviour.

My family loves this place, we get all indian varieties for very economical price. This place is specialized for Hyderabadi DUm Ka biryani also Dosas. First timers in frankfurt i recommend to visit Ruchi to get the typical Indian Taste.

This restaurant was near to our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and cheap. It was nice to see that a whole coach-load of Indian people came to the restaurant - a very good recommendation.

Wir haben nun zweimal bei Ruchi vom Buffet gegessen und waren jedes Mal begeistert von diesem intensiven, indischen Geschmackserlebnis! Wirklich alles schmeckt super lecker; typisch indisch sind einige Soßen/Zubereitungen recht scharf. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht exquisit, aber sehr liebevoll und gemütlich. Als wir dort waren, aßen dort auch mehrere mutmaßlich indische Familien, was die Authentizität des Essens erahnen lässt. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Essen!

We had a great meal and the spread was quite wide. Coming from South Africa however i found that the food lacked a bit of byte! For a European pallet I assume its not to hot LOL.

This restaurant is near to my hotel and close to Frankfurt hbf. Food is excellent, I have tried buffet in the afternoon lunch. You can try Indian cuisine with various flavours like north and south INDIA. All the best !!!
