The steak was perfectly cooked and served with a delicious salad. However, the hash browns were frozen convenience food. Therefore, one star is deducted.

We had dinner here last week. Unfortunately, the menu was limited. Despite that, the pinsa and flammenkuchen were delicious. The service was excellent. We'll definitely be back. 👍

First of all, it's great that the Rössle is open again. The ambiance is good, but it still has some potential. The service was friendly, but not attentive. For example, we ordered an appetizer to share, but didn't get plates. As for the food: It tasted okay and the quantity was good, except for the bruschetta appetizer. That was poorly presented and, unfortunately, tasted below average.

We really wanted to eat good, home-style food and were looking for a suitable restaurant. The Rössle made a good impression, and they served the onion roast beef we were looking for. While we were there, I asked about the difference between the onion roast beef and the Baden roast beef. I could tell from the menu that it was a different sauce, and one with fries and the other with spaetzle. The waiter took a little too long to answer, so I knew he knew as well as I did… Oh well. The meal itself was kind of okay, but the beef was a bit overcooked. I also thought the piece was relatively small. We found the lettuce leaf and currants as space fillers odd. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I've had much better onion roast beef in Baden-Württemberg. The kids were very happy with their burgers, though. They looked good, too. The tablecloth and table were crumbly. After the food was served, we had to ask for cutlery. There were no further questions about whether everything was okay or whether we wanted something to drink. Oh well. The atmosphere itself is good. There's a lot of potential, in principle.

Today I ate a burger at Rössle. It was delicious and I can only recommend it. The service was also top-notch.

One of the best places to eat and relax, in the evening it is almost always full but if you go in the afternoon it is good, the waiters are very kind and friendly. The food is very good especially the Steak, Hamburger and Spätzle! There is a beautiful view and it is quiet. The drinks are very good and cheap.

The online prices don't match the prices on-site; the latter are significantly higher. The menu listed the rump steak as 300g, but it was actually only 180g. Poor quality for an exorbitant price.

The owner has changed, and unfortunately, so have quite a few other things, which the owner has promised will be improved. It has the potential to become unique in Furtwangen. Please also consider the students; judging by the prices, they seem to be taking this into account. The ambiance is nice, and the location is good. I recommend parking on the street or in the very nearby parking garages. I hope it turns out well and would gladly add two more stars. Last visit: Sunday, March 2, 2025, between 2 and 5 p.m. I had the vegetarian pinsa, which was very good. Previous review: Nice restaurant. Highlights are the beer selection and especially the whisky selection. Cocktails are also available, and they try to accommodate special requests. The decor is modern, bright, and cozy. The food is very good and ranges from burgers and steaks to Wiener schnitzel, finger food, and salads. In short, a restaurant with a modern pub atmosphere and very good service. The food is delicious and filling, and the beer tastes great.

Furtwangen has got Rössle in new splendor again. Very nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. You feel very comfortable thanks to the excellent cuisine and friendly service. Prices are okay. Enough parking spaces nearby. Vegetarian dishes can also be found on the menu and are very tasty.

I've been there often for a beer after work for the past 4 weeks. The two landlords and the employees are completely okay. If the situation allows, they are also happy to sit down at the table to receive feedback. Of course they need feedback, as they are a new and still growing team. It's a shame that Fasnet, as reported here, sometimes took longer at times, but certainly not just in the Rössle. I was often hungry, I think three times, and ate there. Always good and worth the price. I enjoy being there and keep my fingers crossed that the Rössle is open for good this time.

Gewohntes stimmiges Ambiente, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Superleckere Burger, die Nuggets waren auch ein Gedicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten Ende September eine geniale Firmenfeier im Rössle (120 Personen). Hervorragendes Essen mit einem tollen Service in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Auch die flexible Planung und Kooperation bei der Organisation der Veranstaltung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir können das Rössle also guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen

Habe gestern einen sehr leckeren Wurstsalat gegessen und hatte einen tollen Abend mit meinen Freundinnen👍

Meine Familie und ich hatten Abendessen im Rössle. Zuerst viel uns die schöne Ambiente auf und wir wurden auch schnell und professionell bedient. Die Auswahl war nicht nur sehr interessant, sondern hatte auch verschiedene Speisen die man nicht überall finden kann. Wir ware alle sehr zufrieden von der Vorspeise an bis zum Dessert. Die Drinks waren meines Erachtens Preiswert und die Speisen hatten einen fairen Preis. Werde auf jeden Fall dort wieder stopp machen wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Foi minha primeira vez no restaurante, mas estou encantado com o ambiente, atendimento e principalmente com a comida muito saborosa. Recomendo e certo que estarei lá outras vezes.

Positiv: kurze Wartezeiten, freundliche Bedienung, schönes Ambiente. Negativ: Die Rössleburger der Speisekarte sind nicht wie beschrieben aus Rind sondern aus Schwein. Außerdem sind die nicht hausgemacht sondern industriell hergestellt dadurch leider geschmacklich schlecht. Das Brot des Burgers dagegen ist gut und der sonstige Belag auch in Ordnung. Beim Namen Rössleburger bin ich auch davon ausgegangen das das Fleisch vor Ort gemischt wird und keine Fertigware ist. Es gibt keine Kinderkarte aber von einigen Speisen kann man eine kleinere Portion bekommen. Das "Kinderschnitzel" war sehr gut aber mit knapp 8 Euro sehr teuer.

Tolles Lokal, mit modernem aber dennoch gemütlichem Ambiente. Tolle Speisekarte, vor allem die aktuelle Spargelkarte – hatte noch nie ein Spargel Carpaccio gegessen zuvor! Service ist sehr freundlich und die Preise sind für das Angebot sehr moderat. Immer wieder

Sehr leckeres Essen. Leider nichts für den studentischen Geldbeutel. Und auch sonst kein wirklich studentisches Angebot.

Wir waren zweimal dort, beide Male war es sehr sehr laut. Es war kaum möglich sich mit jemand anderem als seinem direkten Nebenmann zu unterhalten und selbst mit dem musste man teils auf Kuschelkurs gehen. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß, wenn auch ohne Linie, kunterbuntes Angebot. Es gibt einen kleinen Gruß aus der Küche, einmal mit Schmalz und einmal Schmalz, Öl und eine scharfe Creme. Essen ist ok, nichts besonderes.
