Rosensaal-Gastronomie in Baiersbronn

We always enjoy going to the Mühlbachstube. In summer there is a nice atmosphere outside by the stream and in winter it is very cozy inside the restaurant. The food is always first-class prepared and of good quality; you can tell that the boss himself is in the kitchen. The waitresses, including the boss's wife, are very friendly and flexible in all matters 😊 The Mühlbachstube is really highly recommended.

The price-performance ratio is perfect! We felt very comfortable from the first second! Super delicious food, which is also served hot to the table, very friendly staff and a great spa area. Great - clear recommendation and we would love to come back!

Very friendly service good food

If you have any need for enjoyment and well-being and live in the vicinity of Baiersbronn, a visit to the Hotel Bareis is a must at some point. The house with its lush grounds and the many opportunities to spend a good time there, to the service and all the employees who are always friendly and helpful, to the high-quality food and drinks, the Bareis is simply one of the best addresses in Germany. You don't necessarily have to be a guest at the 3-star restaurant to eat well. Our visit to the Dorfstube was sensational from start to finish. All dishes were technically perfect and tasted extremely finely presented, so there can be no complaints whatsoever. My onion roast was incomparable, making such a classic dish so extraordinary is an art. But that's exactly what the kitchen at Bareis does. We are very happy to be able to spend a wonderful evening in the star part of the house at some point. Until then, it's time to save money and dream about roast onion roast.

Restaurant is nice. Good schnitzel. The staff didn’t speak English at all.
