Hotel Lamm Mitteltal in Baiersbronn

We regularly visit the Lamm and have always been satisfied. However, our last stay raised questions. Room service is only available upon request, and the spa area is out of towels. They were in our beach bag, but the staff would have preferred fresh towels the following day, which we considered a matter of hygiene. The welcome drink and prosecco on Sunday were canceled. While we're aware that new management brings changes, a 4-star hotel shouldn't cut corners on such basic things. We'll be back in December anyway and are excited to see where we go from here.

This is one of my favourite hotels in the Black Forest, have stayed here several times now while I’m touring Europe. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable both the double rooms and the bijou single rooms. I am planning on returning next year for my 6th time of staying here.

We went for dinner and had a delicious meal. The salad buffet is very varied and everything is fresh.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Lamm during our long-distance hike along the Seensteig trail. We received a very friendly welcome, and our suitcases were already in our room. We had one of the "older rooms," but it was very clean. We spent the afternoon in the beautiful garden with the outdoor saunas and were able to rejuvenate our tired legs in the indoor pool. The 5-course dinner and breakfast were fantastic. We were able to have breakfast as early as 7 a.m. – perfect for a hiking trip and not offered by many hotels. The sauna bag and bathrobe rounded out the package. Highly recommended, also perfect for a few days of wellness.

I celebrated my birthday at Lamm last week evening. Even without a reservation, we (the two of us) got a wonderful table, and the service was fantastic. Soufiane, an incredibly friendly, competent, and attentive server, was in charge of our table. The food was a dream, great value for money. Beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend eating there, spending a cozy, relaxed evening and simply forgetting all your worries. Lamm is perfect for that. I will always cherish this birthday. Thank you for helping me have such a wonderful day. Best wishes from the Tübingen area.

Friendly people, some new rooms and some slightly less modern ones. The food was good and the breakfast was wonderful. I even got a bucket of water to wash my motorcycle.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Top-notch welcome and service. Very good evening meal and breakfast. A few negative points, however: Our room didn't have shutters and the curtains weren't blackout. It also didn't have a kettle or coffee maker, but it did come with two bottles of water. The bedding and bathroom were very good. The room was quiet. The spa doesn't have a jacuzzi, which is a shame. The hammam didn't work well. At breakfast, I would have appreciated a toaster, but there's really something for everyone. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The gardener, after mowing the lawn, used a leaf blower. It covered my car in dust, which I didn't appreciate. The hotel may not be responsible...

We spent two nights at the Hotel Lamm. We received a very friendly welcome and, after our bike tour, were able to check into the newly renovated room we had booked. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The 5-course menu was good, but not exceptional. The starters were very good. We were a bit unlucky with the main courses on both days, as we had lamb once and boiled beef once, which was out of the question for us. As meat eaters, we would have preferred something more neutral. The vegetarian dishes were also very good, though. Breakfast was very good. The Bircher muesli was very tasty, and the egg dishes were freshly prepared. The wellness area was okay. The indoor pool area was very slippery when the floor was wet. The two saunas were very nice. We would have liked to take a drink from the bar outside, but that's not allowed, hence the one star deduction. Overall, we had a nice stay, but I don't think the price-performance ratio is all that good. For €150 per night/per person including a 5-course menu, I felt like a few extras were missing.

As part of a short vacation, we also had dinner at the Hotel Lamm one evening. The ambiance and service were very friendly, but the food served was rather limited...in short, I was still hungry when I left the hotel. As a trained hotel worker, they skimped on the number of loins and croquettes. The "market vegetables" offered were a joke...the price, however, was like a typical hotel portion. I would have greatly appreciated an option for the salad buffet.

I only visited and appreciated the restaurant. The salad bar is interesting, the menu items are excellent, and the Alpirsbacher beer is the best in the region. Prices are reasonable, despite the spa-like atmosphere.

The Hotel Lamm is truly beautiful and cozy. Unfortunately, we were given one of the unrenovated rooms, which was a shame, as online photos almost only show the new rooms, and this makes a huge difference. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend the rice pudding. The wellness area is missing a bubble bath, which would have been perfect, but it's still a great place to relax.

Short break with a (large) dog The hotel is very centrally located and offers ample parking. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The wellness area is lovingly designed and invites you to linger! Plenty of towels and bathrobes are provided. We felt very comfortable with our dog. This meant we were able to fully enjoy a delicious dinner on the terrace with our dog sleeping. The exceptional breakfast buffet, with freshly prepared egg dishes, is worth mentioning.

Good starting point for further excursions. We were at the garden show.

The saunas are fantastic! I really enjoyed them!

Last Saturday, after a bike ride, I had dinner at the Hotel Lamm. I've eaten there several times before and was completely satisfied. I was served very friendly by Ms. Karin Weidenbach. As a vegetarian, I requested the "bacon" in the bacon pancake (€15.50) – but was charged in full without any deductions. For this, I deduct one star. I have now dined at this restaurant several times. The hotel/restaurant has been under new management (interSPA) since May 1, 2025... I deduct another star for the food – I will definitely not be returning.

Everything was great, with a spa area with several saunas. Great breakfast and dinner, rooms face the back.

Good culinary experience with honest prices, special mention for the smoked trout tartare

The Hotel Lamm is located on a street and we can recommend the hotel.

Absolutely recommended for short breaks, only limited for longer stays. The services (but also the prices) are at the lower end of a 4-star hotel. I was there as a single guest for 2 weeks, which was quite atypical: Most of the guests are couples (including with small children) or groups of adults and only stay a few days.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and sauna. Unfortunately the room assigned to us was on the 4th floor without an elevator. Although the hotel was not fully booked in any way. And in other parts of the building there is an elevator. Since we are both older, that wasn't an advantage. Therefore only 3 points for the room. Otherwise there was no further point of criticism. Service, cleanliness and above all wellness was very commendable. The fitness room is apparently closed and the "barrel dinner for two" praised on the Internet is unfortunately no longer offered. In general, however, absolutely recommended

Baiersbronn is the perfect starting point for many activities in the Black Forest - I recommend taking a closer look at the SchwarzwaldCard. Hotel and wellness top. Service ok too. Criticism of the restaurant: we couldn't make any broth for dinner for our child, who was unfortunately ill. (Broth should always be available in Restsurants, as it is a good basis for almost all sauces)

We spent 3 nights at the Hotel Lamm with half board. The afternoon started with a very nice welcome. Afterwards we were able to make ourselves comfortable in a newly renovated room. The 5-course menu in the evening left nothing to be desired and if it did, it was fulfilled. The breakfast was great. Enough choice for everyone. The service was very courteous and tailored to our needs as a family. The SPA area was clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend this hotel at any time.

We stayed 2 nights over the weekend, half board. Good: - Service staff, very friendly, accommodating - Rooms: these are very nice, bright, newly furnished rooms, without carpets, spacious bathroom and large balcony for sitting and strolling. - Dinner: 5-course menu with choices (1 vegetarian). - Breakfast very varied - Nice, quiet location. Not so good: - Mattresses are clearly too hard and the pillows are not flexible at all. Well, you can take your own pillows, but not the mattresses (at least 1m per person). - Sauna: It would have been nice if the outside shower had also worked. The only functioning shower inside in the pool area is suboptimal for after a sauna session, as out of consideration for children you should only shower with swimwear. The second “experience” shower is also not really suitable for soaping. - Steam bath: well, warm, yes, smelled good too, but no comparison to a proper steam bath in a thermal bath. - Infusion: the 90/95 degree outdoor sauna is equipped with an automatic infusion water wheel. It's nice if the wheel turns in the "infusion" direction for one revolution every half hour, but if there's no water in the scoop, that's no use. All in all, little things that could have been avoided with a routine run-through. Nevertheless, thank you very much for the relaxing weekend, we would be happy to come back.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and professional staff as well as a beautiful pool and sauna area in the Black Forest. Included in the price was a 5-course menu on the day of arrival and a nicely prepared breakfast buffet. Absolutely recommended for a weekend vacation.

We had a very nice and relaxing two day weekend in the Lamm. In my opinion the price-performance ratio is very good. The wellness area is quite modern and very well maintained. There are two log saunas and a steam bath. There was nothing wrong here. In our first room the TV didn't work. After a few minutes we had a new room, even a little bigger. So the service here is exemplary. On Saturday evening we had a 5-course menu. Everything was very tasty and well cooked. Nothing fancy, very down to earth, but super tasty and well made. We are very happy to have been here and will definitely come back to the Lamm as guests.

We stayed here for four days and nothing was left to be desired. The rooms are very clean and the wellness area is simply fantastic. The restaurant is excellent and offers a wide variety of dishes. I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. We were there with our dog, and she also felt completely at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing few days. I spent four days in the Lamb with my dog ​​and overall felt very welcome. The room was large and modernly furnished, facing the garden with a beautiful view. A complaint in the bathroom was also resolved at my request, although in my opinion this should have been noticed in advance. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast menu offers a great selection, but for my taste the baked goods could be improved and the selection of fruit could be larger. The fresh egg dishes are very tasty. The swimming and sauna areas are lovingly and beautifully designed, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the peace and quiet was affected by small children and babies, as well as the use of cell phones by other guests. The hotel can't do anything about the latter, but in my opinion, a wellness hotel is not a place for babies and small children, even if it only concerns the pool area, which for me is also a relaxation area. In the evenings, the fireplace invites you to relax and my dog ​​was also allowed to come here. There are, among other things, delicious wines at fair prices. The location is perfect for my taste, you are close to nature but still connected to public transport and have other options for eating or shopping in town. There are certainly a few construction sites that could be improved, but I would still like to come back because the price/performance ratio is just right and overall I felt more comfortable than in the larger houses in the region that I have already booked in the past .

This was my second time at Lamm and it was wonderful again this time. From the service, the food, the room, the wellness area. It leaves nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio is clearly exceeded here. Very happy to come back next year.

Wellness as a couple We visited the Hotel Lamm from Friday to Sunday mainly to do wellness. The atmosphere there is really very nice. Everything is beautifully crafted with lots of wood and also beautifully decorated for Christmas. The pool area is really very clean and beautiful. A bit cold in this room though. Otherwise, the steam bath and the various sauna offerings are very well maintained and also very clean. I gave it four stars because there was no drinking point in the outdoor sauna area for me. It would be nice if you came out of the sauna and there was an opportunity to drink some water in the relaxation area. Unfortunately, this is only available indoors, where the pool is located. Therefore a star deduction. Dinner in the restaurant is really highly recommended and tastes really great.

We spent a wonderful weekend here. David and Kevin are two very warm hosts, we felt comfortable from the first moment. Big thanks to the great service team (especially Barbara ☺️), who left nothing to be desired. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The 5-course menu in the evening was just as excellent as the breakfast, and the fireplace room invites you to linger for a nightcap. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back! ☺️

Beautiful wellness area with 2 outdoor saunas.

First of all, what should be highlighted is the excellent service! There really is nothing left to be desired; Room service also works perfectly. The boss and the lady at the reception really do their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. About the location: The hotel is located on the busy main road and you would probably be wise to book a room at the back. Regarding the wellness area: Since there were a lot of families with children present, it was very, very loud in the pool area; Overall, in my opinion, there are not enough loungers available in the indoor wellness area if you are looking for peace and quiet. The outdoor area is very nice and spacious with lots of sun loungers; However, it can be seen from surrounding houses and is even open on one side to the neighboring house or hotel parking lot. That should be ruled out. The two outdoor saunas are also very nice and have automatic infusion. Unfortunately, you can only visit the steam bath wearing swimwear. There are enough towels; However, a few defective ones should be sorted out here. About the room: As is usually the case in this price segment, there was no coffee/tea station in the room; You can get a mini fridge on request. I had one of the renovated double rooms. The choice of color here is certainly a matter of taste; It was too dark and impersonal for me. One or two decorative elements, which are otherwise very tastefully displayed in the house, would have obviously done the room atmosphere a favor. The TV in the room offers everything in addition to the usual channels, such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. I didn't find it particularly nice to put the sink on a damaged base cabinet in the new bathroom either. The terrace was a real disaster. The view is fantastic, but from the floor tiles to the awning it is completely neglected/dirty with some broken furniture. But there will probably be renovation work here and a remedy will be created. Also important: There was no air conditioning and the room was warm when the sun was shining, even in October. Probably more of a problem in summer. Breakfast buffet: Fantastic with, as already mentioned, great service. No wishes remain unfulfilled. The staff will always give you a smile - very nice! A la carte dinner: For a 4 star hotel, this didn't convince me. No highlights in terms of taste. Portions clear. And - I'm sorry - if you've ever eaten Kaiserschmarrn in Austria, you shouldn't order this one. If it wasn't "from the package", it still tasted the same. I subsequently found out that the hotel offers guests the Black Forest PLUS card, which is really a plus for free! offers experiences. This was not offered or given to me, which really annoyed me afterwards. I guess you have to ask?!?! In my opinion that doesn't work at all! Conclusion: I give it three stars, leaning towards fourth, because the outstanding service makes up for a lot!

Very nice hotel complex. Everything was perfect, from the generous buffet breakfast to the dinner menu. You have the option of having your meal in one of the three dining rooms. Large swimming pool, two saunas, hammam and rest area. The rooms are very large and renovated. The hotel is very well soundproofed, you cannot hear the vehicles driving (hotel located on the main road). The staff is really smiling, pleasant and attentive to your needs.

The Hotel Lamm in the Mitteltal is an absolute insider tip! We spent a long weekend there with four friends and were completely thrilled. As soon as we arrived we immediately felt welcome as the staff were extremely attentive and incredibly friendly. The indoor pool is very well maintained - ideal for relaxing. There are also two saunas outside and another sauna and a steam room inside, which are also perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. We also received excellent and extremely attentive service in the restaurant. The dishes were not only a highlight in terms of taste, but also beautifully and decoratively prepared. The combination of hospitality, first-class service and relaxed atmosphere made our stay an unforgettable experience. We can only recommend the Hotel Lamm and will definitely come back!

We had coffee on the terrace in the afternoon. The coffee was mediocre and the service was very unfriendly. Not recommended.

Very friendly staff from check in to the service staff. I booked the smallest single room. I only wanted to stay one night. For me it was perfect. There was everything you needed in the room including a cozy bathrobe. The wellness area is very clean and well maintained. Two great outdoor saunas, one at 65° and one at 80°. Inside there is an indoor swimming pool and a steam sauna, as well as adventure showers Towels are available everywhere for use. The breakfast was according to the hotel category and very good Free mineral water in the room and free parking space I was very satisfied with the hotel and would go there again.

The room was nice and big. But everything exudes a charm that is too old. Urgent need for renovation. The heating in the bathroom didn't work. So an electric heater was put in place. Actually nice sauna area but absolutely impractical. Hot showers are only available in the swimming pool and swimwear is mandatory there. So after the sauna, get some air, then put on your swimming trunks and go to the swimming pool to take a warm shower. Then go back to the sauna area for a cold shower and then into the relaxation room. Someone planned here who has no idea about saunas. Too bad. Overall, the hotel is not worth 4 stars and is definitely too expensive. The price-performance ratio is not right in the hotel and especially not in the restaurant.

Very nice place with nice spa and pool. Restaurant closing very early (20.00 hour) we thought this was disappointing but as soon you know it it’s fine.

We have now been to the Lamm for the second time and this time too we were very satisfied and happy with our choice. The room was very lovingly furnished, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had everything your heart could desire. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious food in the lamb. And of course the extremely nice and polite service staff. I have rarely seen such radiant people in service. You get the impression that they do their job out of conviction. The boss is very attentive to the guests and is extremely friendly and simply sweet. Which of course makes you feel at home in the lamb. We really enjoyed using the wellness area and can only say that we would definitely like to come back. The lamb has become like a second home for us. Thank you for the wonderful time we had there.

We had dinner on Sunday. Unfortunately the lettuce was wilted and a salad like a ready-made salad from a bag. A raspberry dressing was promised, but there was a ready-made dressing. Unfortunately, my baked potato was again wrong and what was on it was anything but a delicious dip. Unfortunately my husband's pork fillet wasn't much better, something between thawed... but definitely not fresh. When it comes to spaetzle, you would have to say it's a finished product out of the bag and that in Swabia? As for the much-praised sauce, I don't even want to talk about it, neither of us felt really well afterwards. One thing is certain for us in life: we won't go there anymore. We were very annoyed that we decided on this restaurant on Sunday.

We stayed at the Hotel Lamm for 3 nights. Unfortunately, we were stuck in a traffic jam on the A5 for an hour when we arrived and so we couldn't check in until 7 p.m. But that wasn't a problem for the very nice and competent staff. Charging our electric car wasn't a problem either and we were able to explore the southern Black Forest the next day. On the third day, after exploring the northern Black Forest, we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area in the late afternoon. The swimming pool was very nice as were the two saunas. The automatic design of the infusion was very clever. We can fully recommend the Hotel Lamm and will visit it again at the next opportunity.

Stayed at the Hotel Lamm for 2 nights and were very satisfied. Room with a great view and a small renovated bathroom, room big enough and clean but not yet renovated, which didn't bother us. A small refrigerator was brought to our room within a few minutes so we could cool our Black Forest specialties. Very, very nice staff and extremely friendly service. Breakfast with plenty of choice for every taste, egg dishes are freshly prepared. Thanks to the whole team.

Very nice hotel with friendly and competent staff. Rooms very clean, bathroom small but still great because it was clean and everything was there. Wellness area with outdoor saunas is also great, unfortunately the steam bath is too loud and you can turn it on yourself... not so great. Food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast was perfect. We were looking for a restaurant that offered vegan and vegetarian dishes and came across Lamb. The hotel's website promises vegan and vegetarian masterpieces as well as creative dishes full of sophistication. So the anticipation and expectations were high. I don't know whether I would call a vegan burger patty made from pea protein from the bag with chips and mayo a masterpiece or a vegan steak from the supermarket refrigerated counter as sophisticated and creative. Or how about a Cesar salad with fresh and seasonal CHIQN CHUNKS made from, I'm guessing, soy protein, natural flavoring, rapeseed oil, table salt, etc. from the regional supermarket around the corner? Anyone who values ​​fresh, wholesome and, above all, healthy and natural plant-based food is out of place at Lamb, because healthy food does not consist of industrially processed foods, even if they say vegan. If you can't do it, it's better not to offer it and stick to the conventional menu with schnitzel and sausage salad. Dear lamb chefs, intentional doesn't necessarily mean skill, but it's very commendable that you at least tried it vegan!

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Lamm and were thrilled by the friendliness and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. There is a wellness area with 2 outdoor saunas including loungers and a relaxation room with a stove. Inside there is a swimming pool and a steam room. The rooms are gradually being modernized and the new owners are focusing on more sustainability, which is reflected in new radiators, a solar system on the roof and an already very large selection of vegan options for breakfast and dinner. You can also go for a walk/hike from the hotel. Unfortunately the church tower clock and the location right on the street were disruptive. The hotel is definitely recommended for anyone who doesn't mind that much 😊

Ich schließe mich meinem Vorredner an. Leider ist das Hotel in den letzten Jahren sehr vernachlässigt worden. Für ein paar Impressionen einige Bilder von der Terrasse, Lampe und der wand im Fahrstuhl

Wir waren 1 Nacht im Hotel und wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt was sich auch im Laufe des Aufenthaltes fortsetzte. Allerdings kam eine schnelle Ernüchterung beim Durchlaufen des Hotels welches wohl im Laufe der Jahre etwas vernachlässigt wurde. Auch der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer auf die Terrasse mit völlig verfallenen Brüstungen / Trennungen enttäuschte schon sehr. Ebenso die ungepflegten Türrahmen und der schammerierte Aufzug nebst völlig verdreckter Deckenbeleuchtung. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert. Der Wellnessbereich verdient diesen Namen nicht: Eher ein Hotel mit Schwimmbad und einer Sauna. Schade. Aber zu dem Preis von 269€ im DZ mit HP hätte ich mir mehr versprochen. Trotzdem möchte ich den wirklich netten Service nochmals betonen.

A wonderful, cozy privately run hotel. Great pool and two cool saunas. Super friendly and nice staff. The absolute highlight is the kitchen. Just delicious 😁 . The only thing I personally missed was a good filter coffee. We also slept excellently because it was very quiet. We can only recommend the Hotel Lamm. We will be back.

In itself a good, solid hotel in Baiersbronn. However, with a small child, I discovered that the indoor pool was much too cold. It later turned out that the heating for the hot water had failed. For whatever reason, the indoor sauna was out of order and you should use the outdoor saunas. So for the €220 a night you're charged, the least you can do is have the indoor pool and indoor sauna working. That's what you ultimately pay for. Or do the operators see it differently? A pity....

My vegan diet was paid more attention to than anywhere else. At breakfast, a plate of vegan substitute products was ready before I could even look. The dishes on the menu (dinner) are also half vegan/vegetarian - simply a dream. We will be back definitely! See you soon!!!

We loved our visit at Hotel Lamm! There are so many positive points: amazing breakfast, lovely and helpful staff, a cozy spa area (the rest room is amazing), a beautiful view outside your window, and a very convenient location. We loved how we didn’t need a car to access this lovely hotel and the even more lovely outdoors. If you’re staying in the area, Hotel Lamm is a guaranteed good stay.

Very friendly helpful staff, The food was very tasty 😋. Wellness offer could be a little more, sauna and swimming pool can only be used until 8 p.m., it would be nice if that were possible until 10 p.m. A kettle in the room to make tea or another drink in the evening would also be nice. The rooms are beautifully and lovingly furnished.

Very warm welcome, pleasant swimming pool and spa area. Menu at the restaurant very good only small downside, the service a little disjointed! We will come back if the opportunity presents itself.

Very good cuisine, great rich breakfast with a large selection. Great service. Sauna (cloth-free), steam bath and swimming pool. Been there with two dogs and can also be taken to eat in separate rooms.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Lamm. Service, food, rooms and wellness area everything definitely deserves 5 stars. We will definitely come back and would definitely recommend the Hotel Lamm.

We were allowed to spend 3 nights in the lamb. Whether it was the rooms (always clean and cleaned quickly), the very friendly staff and service staff as well as the wellness area with various saunas! Everything really worked out for us. There is nothing wrong with the food at all. We had half board and could order al a carte. In terms of taste, for us, a really great cinema. Thanks again to all the hotel employees 🙏

We felt very comfortable with our dogs. It's a young team that puts in a lot of effort. We will be back definitely.

Aufgrund eines Firmenevents haben wir dann mit der Familie ein großartiges langes Wochenende verbracht. Vom großen Parkplatz über das Einchecken bei der freundlichen Rezeption bis zu unseren Zimmern hat alles super geklappt. Es hat sich sofort der Wohlfühleffekt eingestellt. Vom Frühstück über das Mittagessen, Kaffeezeit bis zum Abendessen wurden wir fürstlich bedient. Die Küche umfasst vegetarische und auch vegane Gerichte in großer Auswahl. Wir hatten ein neu eingerichtetes großes Zimmer mit gehobener Ausstattung. Schränke für Kleider und Accessoires in Vielvalt vorhanden. Das Bad war sehr sauber und geräumig. Ebenso der kleine Flur mit Spiegel und großer Garderobe . Alles sehr geschmackvoll. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen um zu wandern und zu biken. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über einen sehr großen geschmackvoll eingerichteten SPA Bereich mit Schwimmbad im inneren sowie verschiedene Saunen. Der Bereich für Entspannung ist vielseitig! Ebenso kann man Events in einem eigenen Bereich buchen! Man sieht die Vision der neuen Hotelinhaber, die dabei find diesem Spa Hotel ein neues Gesicht zu geben. Danke für die schöne Zeit.. an David Specht und Kevin Bauer und das gesamte Team. Wir kommen wieder 🥂

È evidente che in questo ristorante c’è una certa attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Come antipasto abbiamo ordinato un insalata. Era composta e interpretata con gusto. Emergeva una certa attenzione nella scelta di buon ingredienti. Anche la trota era molto buona. Forse crème caramel che abbiamo ordinato come dessert potrebbe essere un po’ migliorato.

Personne ne parle français et ne fait aucun effort, carte restaurant également en allemand, on a dû réclamer les chaussons pour la piscine, pas de mini bar dans la chambre, a priori pas de goûter l’après-midi, bref nous ne reviendrons plus

Leckeres Essen, aber als Nicht-Hotelgäste fühlten wir uns etwas vernachlässigt. Der empfohlene Wein passte gut, auch wenn er sehr fruchtig war. Die Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte war sehr sahnelastig. Keine Ahnung, ob das so sein muss - ist uns aber aufgefallen.

Très bon accueil et chaleureux. Grande chambre, literie très confortable. Salle de bain un peu vieillot. Donnez un look moderne. Avions pris la demi-pension. De très bons plats, copieux et bien dresser. Ingrédients de très bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Personnels aux petits soins.

Hotel: klasse, mein Zimmer Nr. 33 war etwas klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet, für 70 EUR in der Kategorie absolut OK, ursprünglich war ein grösseres EZ gebucht (Verwechslung). Alles gut :-) Service & Freundlichkeit hervorzuheben, tolles Frühstück, auch hier sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Abendessen im Restaurant ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ich hatte das "Mitteltäler Spanferkelcarpaccio", die gerösteten Kapern: Knaller !!! Als main dish die "Käsespätzle Wipfel Style" mit Oktopus und Granatapfelkernen: einfach genial. Geschmacklich & Präsentation top; ich bin nicht so der Fusion-Fan, aber das hat mich begeistert & etwas an kaukasischeTop-Restaurants in Tiflis & Baku erinnert, obwohl das jetzt etwas schräg klingen mag ;-) Egal - ein Abendessen im Lamm sollte man nicht auslassen, auch wenn man "nur" kurz & geschäftlich dort übernachtet. Auch hier ist das Servicepersonal erstklassig, positiv entspannt, kompetent & freundlich.

Dit is - in tegenstelling tot de slechte ervaring die ik twee weken eerder had in een ander hotel in Baiersbronn een verademing! Mooie, ruime kamer met groot balkon en mooi uitzicht op de omgeving en het Zwarte Woud. Bijzonder gastvrije en vriendelijke ontvangst, bekwaam en vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekende keuken met originele half pension formule waarbij je een driegangenmenu kiest à la carte, dus je kan altijd eten waar je zin in hebt. Gezellig restaurant, voortreffelijke bediening. Groot ontbijtbuffet met een breed aanbod, dat in coronatijden op hygiënische wijze wordt aangeboden (torentje van borden met worstsoorten, kaas enz.) wordt op tafel gezet, ruime keuze aan eiergerechten die voor je à la minute worden bereid. Ruime parking, rustig gelegen hotel. Veel extra faciliteiten en vooral een prijskaartje dat klopt met de aangeboden diensten. Een aanrader!

Kurz nach der Öffnung (nach Corona Lockdown) waren wir für 5 schöne Tage im Hotel Lamm. Obwohl durch Corona Reglen der Wellnessbereich leider noch geschlossen war, haben wir einen super Aufenthalt erlebt. Das Hotel und der Service waren super auf die einzuhaltenen Abstand und Hygiene Vorschriften eingestellt, so dass diese sehr schnell in Fleisch un Blut übergingen. Der Frühstückservice am Tisch war klasse, schnell, frisch und schön auf Etageren angerichtet. Wir waren und tollen renovierten Zimmern im Haupthaus, grosser Balkon und nei renovierten Badezimmer. Gerne kommen wir wieder, da auch die Qualität der Speisen und der Service im Restaurant einmalig gewesen ist. Insbesonder hervorheben kann ich hier den zuvorkommenden Service von Thomas, der uns bereits am zweiten Tag jeden Wunsch von den Lippen lesen konnte.

Goed eten en toch niet al te duur. De eigenaar/gastheer komt zelf langs om je kort welkom te heten. De liging is centraal en je kunt voor de deur parkeren.

Wij komen hier regelmatig het seizoensmenu eten, altijd is het eten verfijnt en de bediening aangenaam vlot. een aanrafer

Via hun website gereserveerd voor diner, mail was in goede orde ontvangen. Komen we ‘s avonds aan is er geen plaats, sorry er is geen reservering op uw naam. Dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren maar men heeft geen enkele poging ondernomen om “hun vergissing” op te lossen, slecht gastheerschap helaas.

Atmosphäre war eher modern rustikal, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und schöne Terrasse vor der Türe. Freundliches Personal.

Ideal für diesen Treff ausgewählt. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, Wellness Tip,top, Abendessen und Frühstück alles zu sehr moderaten Preisen, freundlich und gut....

We went here twice. The first time we only had a beer, and had to wait half an hour before getting notices by the staff. As the menu looked very good, we decided to go here for dinner. This was a truly strange experience. As the day before we had to wait quite a while before getting notices by the staff. Once we got the menu, we got to order pretty quickly. But then the "show" started. We order a main each and a bottle of water and a bottle of red wine. Not long after we ordered, another waiter brought us a small (and free) dish and our water, but no wine - We figured that it would arrive shortly. When we where served our mains, we still did not get any wine. I then told the waiter, that we also ordered a bottle of wine, to which he said that he needed to check with the waiter that took our order. 10 minutes later we where still without our wine. We gave up on the getting the wine, but once we almost finished our mains, the waiter returned, and informed us that they did not have the wine we ordered. She did not recommend an alternative to the wine we ordered in the first place, but she did bring us the wine list again (after we asked for it). We then ordered a glass of wine each, but as this also took 5 minutes to get, we had finished eating. We only sat outside, so we don't know if the service is better for those sitting inside. It is a very big shame that the service is so terrible in this place as the food is amazing - by far the best meal we had in the Baiersbronn area. We would go here again, hoping that they get there service up to speed.

We were staying at the Hotel Lamm and had eaten at their restaurant two years ago so we decided to try it again to see if it was as good as before. We weren't disappointed, the food was excellent, really good quality & they obviously have a very talented chef. It was tasty & well presented & the service was also excellent. Worth spending a little more than average to have a really lovely meal, highly recommended.
