We weren't just here for food and drinks, but to see if this restaurant was suitable for a group of motorcyclists. We definitely say "yes." The exterior and interior ambiance won us over, as did a look at the menu and the brief banter. We'll definitely stop by here sometime.

Spare ribs: not crispy, more like braised, and with an impossible sauce, a cumin flavor, as if they were eating pork on the other side of the Mediterranean. Also, too expensive for the location—and I won't even comment on the advertised half-kilo price. The chef himself is OK.

We went for dinner three times within a short period of time and were delighted every time. Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere (both the girls and the guys), incredibly delicious food (fried herring, ribs, boneless plaice, spiced beef, schnitzel with egg, fried potatoes, currywurst with delicious fries...), and the complimentary welcome drink from the kitchen was also top-notch. Even though it was busy, we managed to get a table without a reservation. In summary: it couldn't be better, highly recommended. We'll be back. Thanks again Gabi and Stephan from Munich

Rustic ambience, as you would expect in a fishing lodge.

Staff were friendly, but the advice wasn't sufficient. Unfortunately, the burgers were match burgers. We knew them from before, and the food was excellent. Prices have been raised again, and they no longer offer a free dip with bread. We were very disappointed; the prices are really too high.

It's really cool here. The food is great, the beer is good, it's a fantastic place, and you can relax. I always take a detour here with my camper whenever I can. It's worth it, I can only recommend it. Today, August 23, 2025, I made another detour, and as always, it was delicious. It's always worth a visit.

We were on holiday in Ribnitz-Damgarten a week ago and wanted to have dinner at Ronny's. No sooner said than done, and table 5 became our regular holiday table because we didn't just visit there once. The food, whatever it was, was incredibly delicious and very plentiful... literally **awesome shit* as one of the dishes there is called and really lives up to its name, `in a positive sense`. The seating there is very comfortable. We ate there every evening in a wonderful atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff who make you feel like they really enjoy their work. The staff, whether in the kitchen or in the service department, really seem to be a well-coordinated team who get along very well and enjoy interacting with their guests. Even small special requests were happily accommodated and fulfilled to our satisfaction without any ifs or buts. We can really recommend a visit there and we will be happy to see you again at table 5 on our next holiday. Thank you for the culinary highlight of our holiday, which you gave us every evening. Delicious food the service staff is very friendly

The ambiance is pleasant and the staff friendly. The food wasn't bad, but we weren't impressed. For a fishermen's lodge, we would have preferred a wider selection of fish, more lovingly prepared food, and more affordable prices. They also only served fried potatoes; according to the staff, regular boiled potatoes are only available during asparagus season. We found the fried plaice for €25 to be expensive, especially since the portion was rather small to medium. Even a 0.33l Fritz-Kola for €5 is quite expensive.

Good location at the small harbor of Damgarten, delicious and fresh food in a historic setting, but not exactly cheap.

There's nothing wrong with the food; it's super tasty and freshly prepared. I'm deducting 3 stars for the following reasons: - The prices seem reasonable at first glance, but the portion sizes are very small. 25 euros for a main course should definitely fill you up. - It's great outside with a view of Damgarten Harbor. However, inside, it seems dark to me and more like a pub. - The ice cream selection outside, right on the footpath and bike path, is great, but I don't feel invited here either because the prices are far too high. It's a shame. For me, the price-performance ratio isn't right here.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The terrace offers a great view of the harbor. The interior is quaint and cozy. They also serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. I highly recommend the ribs and fries. The ice cream is also very good, and the scoops are generous.

We stumbled upon this place by chance; we actually wanted to go somewhere else entirely. The service was fine, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly service and a great location right on the harbor. Various seating options. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. A wonderful way to end the evening.

The boss isn't there, and the mice are dancing around the table. The waitress (female) asks me things that are actually obvious. The waitress (male) first lets me explain my criticism, listens, agrees, and then angrily leaves the table. He saw it, tested it with his fork, and nodded. It's no big deal. I really enjoy eating here; I/we really like the food, and the prices are almost below average. A few people arrived all at once who hadn't registered, and then chaos broke out. We all know how difficult the restaurant industry is these days. Calculating cost of goods/overhead/personnel/profit/reserves is incredibly difficult. That's why, even if you're a guest and paying for it, you should keep a low profile and, if there's something to criticize, don't throw your decency out the window. Not every day is the same, and young staff also have to prove themselves. I know things are very different there. See you soon.

Delicious fish sandwiches and a Staropramen to go with them. We've been here several times recently because we were impressed by the ambiance, the friendliness, and of course, the food. Everything is truly homemade, from the fried potatoes to the delicious remoulade on the fish sandwiches and fish dishes. These are truly well-deserved 5 stars, keep it up. Top-notch every time. This time, we tried the salad plate with schnitzel and GDR-style hunter's schnitzel. They use high-quality meat and clarified butter. The price/performance ratio is right here.

Perfect from start to finish in every respect [service, food, drinks]. The restrooms are 6-star excellent. Considering the crowds, it's a huge WOW.

We ate here today and were thrilled. All the dishes we ordered were freshly prepared, meaning no frozen junk, and the taste was hard to beat. High praise for the kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, it's not cheap but it's very good! We had herring with fried potatoes – excellent. You order online from your table, and the food and drinks are then brought to your table by the friendly waitress. It's very easy.

Basically suitable for burger eaters and other dishes, especially from the grill and pan. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes often have very large browned surfaces and are less crispy. Ice cream available for children.

Cozy pub, good food, I had Hamburger Schnitzel with baked potatoes. My accompanying shrimp kebabs with fried potatoes were all very tasty, including the greetings from the kitchen.

The staff is also very friendly and always available for a chat. I recommend the ribs. All in all, a clear 5-star rating. Gladly again!

Small, nice restaurant. Discovered completely by chance while strolling at the harbor. The owner is a great, nice and open-minded person and you immediately feel welcome. Food was tasty and sufficient. The small oven was probably fired up again shortly before, so that after eating you had your cheeks asleep and were completely satisfied.

Hello, we were passing through and decided on Ronny's Angelheim. From the outside the impression is - well, but as soon as we opened the door we were thrilled. Great atmosphere, super friendly service and Ronny himself - fits into the world. We had spiced meat and a solyanka as a starter and it was a huge surprise that the two starters were a dream. 🤤🤤🤤 Main course: Roulade with red cabbage and dumplings with extra sauce 😅, was just incredibly awesome. Spare ribs were extremely tender but for me personally the taste of the marinade wasn't all that rounded. But that's a matter of taste. Thanks for the great food, we'll be back. VG

Double burger with fries for €25 is recommended. Higher price level that is still justifiable due to the higher quality and local products. Thank you for the very hospitable and attentive service. Ronny's restaurant is comfortably furnished and has several rooms to welcome guests. The staff is very quick and friendly. The portions are large and the food is good. The prices are also okay. There is also a playground for the little ones! We'd love to come back!

Highly recommended... discovered on the bike tour around the Saaler Bodden to suit the midday hunger break. Salad with (of course) smoked fish platter. Salmon, zander and halibut (a dream in oil 😋😋😋) It couldn't be fresher. Delicious, delicious... A man cooks with passion. And his colleagues, who are quick, attentive and have fun with their guests...wonderful! It was my pleasure! Gladly again! The perfect place to chill, have a drink and get full. Whenever we enjoy our floating house at the Bernstein Resort for a few days, we head to Ronny's at least once in the evening. We love sitting in the lounge chairs on the “beach” with a nice drink. Later we move closer to enjoy ourselves at the rustic tables - the best is the "g… ….ß". But everything else is also impressive - down-to-earth, inexpensive and good. The service is always friendly and accommodating and with a cool saying on their lips. Gladly again and again. We also recommend Ronnys to our holiday guests via guest folder.

We rode our bikes there in the evening to have a sundowner in a beautiful atmosphere. It was 7 p.m. The sign said kitchen open until 7:30 p.m. After we sat down in the beach chair, my husband went into the restaurant to order drinks. Meanwhile, a group came out of the restaurant complaining loudly that there was no more food and that they had been treated rudely. A short time later my husband came back and said the lady at the counter in the restaurant was very stressed and in a bad mood and told him harshly to wait outside until someone came. Since we have a great understanding of stressful situations, we sat patiently in the beach chair. A young female waitress came out several times but successfully ignored us. She didn't respond to waves or calls while she was serving other guests... OK, stressful. So we waited until the next time she came outside. However, we were ignored again. Well. They didn't want to earn anything from us. So we drove back frustrated. Very unfortunate. I think the restaurant lost several guests forever that evening. Stress is not an excuse for rude behavior. Very disappointing. 😢

Found it very expensive. Since we just wanted a cheap little something, we preferred to move on.

We ordered two matjes rolls and received two soft pieces of chiabatta with lots of salad and dressing. In between a small, delicate herring. And then also for 13 euros These were very expensive salad sandwiches. I can't recommend it We find the restaurant to be very expensive.

I went to Ronny's today for my grandfather-in-law's 80th birthday and I'm completely thrilled. The atmosphere is wonderfully rustic, cozy and beautifully decorated. The service was very friendly and accommodating and always responsive to our requests. But the food beats everything, I had the ribs with fries and I have to say that they are the best ribs I have eaten in my 40 years of life. Tender, juicy and incredibly delicious. That really surprised me and that's why I'll definitely come to Ronny's again to eat. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone and it is definitely worth a visit.

Wir sind einheimisch und immer gerne ins Anglerheim eingekehrt, aber dieses Mal waren wir doch heftig erschrocken über die Preise. Für einen richtig guten Burger bekommt man z. B. in Hamburg zu 13 - 14€ schon richtig was geboten und die Limos kennen wir bei Burger essen auch nur Selbstgemacht. ...Nicht so bei Ronnys. Eine kleine Limo 5,-€ von Fritzz. Als ich fragte, ob sie denn nicht Selbstgemachte Limo hätten, war die Bedienung zwar freundlich, aber nicht unbedingt angetan von uns! Sorry, aber selbst den Anglern vom Verein 5,-€ pro Bier anzuknüpfen, finden wir Einheimischen leider gar nicht mehr so gut. Liebes Ronnys, eure Preise und der Service/bzw die Qualität sind völlig unangemessen. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen. Schade!

We were there today at 7 p.m. and wanted to eat something. There were 3 free tables in the restaurant and 1 free table outside - but we didn't get a table, saying that everything was full! As if we had tomatoes on our eyes. Very unfortunate!!! An honest statement (we want to get off work then, or it's almost time for the kitchen to close) would have been fine for us, but that's 0 stars from us... above all, those who arrived directly before us were allowed to take a seat in the restaurant! It's officially open until 8 p.m., so there were definitely no open reservations left

Very nicely located at the harbor in Damgarten. Here you can sit inside and outside. The service is super friendly and on the ball. The dishes are absolutely delicious and very well proportioned. We were there for lunch on July 28, 2024 and will definitely come back. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Super nice service, both young men very likeable and handsome guys ;) The food was also just great. The portions were mega (we had Jägerschnitzel). The apple pie was also really good and slightly warm. A nice scoop of vanilla ice cream and cream on the side!!! CLASS Here we come again!
