the personal was extremely unfriendly and arrogant, there was an issue with our reservation and until this got sorted the other waiters kept on scanning us from head to toe judgementally as if we‘re stray dogs that dared enter this mediocre establishment.

Spontaneously very tasty and well eaten there. Sea bream with fresh seasonal vegetables plus a delicious small freshly prepared salad with raspberry dressing.

Great location right at Ribnitz harbor. We were guests with 10 people and everyone was more than satisfied with their food from starter to dessert and was very stylish and attractively presented. What's particularly worth highlighting is the sour meat - it's really fantastic. The service staff is very nice, attentive and well organized. The price-performance ratio is right. I found the ambience to be very pleasant and cozy - nice and rustic design - and not "overloaded" Thank you for an all-round successful evening! 😊

A very nice and worthy end to your holiday! Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked, but if you come from rough Upper Franconia, it's no problem to use the beautiful outdoor area with a view of the small harbor. We were well looked after by a very attentive service. The food was really something special - portions to fill you up, quality and taste excellent and beautifully presented to the eye. Best restaurant meal this vacation!

Actually a nice restaurant with a good menu. When it comes to eating, there is still a little room for improvement. Unfortunately the food only came to the table lukewarm. It's just a shame that the owner punishes you with sarcasm if you criticize.

Great fish soup, my first fish & chips in my life, cod with mash and salad - all very good. Smiling, friendly service, lake view. And we arrived 20 minutes before closing time. If you're passing by, definitely stop here!

A wonderful, quiet restaurant with a view of sailing boats and the bay. Very inviting with stylish furnishings and very friendly staff. It was served immediately and the food was just as perfect as the surroundings; we haven't eaten something so deliciously prepared in a long time. Thank you for the nice, cozy time. Gladly again.

Unfortunately the food didn't taste good enough for the price. Ambiance was okay. All waitresses were fine. Except our table service. Unfortunately, it was also noticeable at their tables that she had no desire to work.

Despite the high occupancy and without a reservation, we were able to get a table for 6 people. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The large fish soup was unfortunately very disappointing, a roux with Alaska pollock fillet pieces, the whole thing was served in a large plate for €13, but the contents were ultimately no more than a cup full. The taste experience was limited. The starter, the seasoned meat, was good and sufficient.

The ice cream sundaes, iced coffee and iced chocolate taste great. The ambience in the restaurant is also idyllic and fits the coastal flair. What is a big flaw, however, is that the friendly service is quite unfriendly. An annoyed look because 3 young people just asked if a table was free.... A passive-aggressive answer and then wanted to get rid of the guests as quickly as possible. And as a service person to say that you can't change money etc. shows a certain unprofessionalism. However, you can't blame the staff for the fact that the toilet was full of soap.... There are just some idiots. But I myself, who also works in the catering industry, would probably have received a warning 👌😂 But at least the food and the price are right.

Great restaurant with a large terrace. Also shaded areas. Very friendly, competent service. This is indescribably good. The fish is fresh and prepared very tasty. The highlight was the cod with sinet and mustard sousse. An absolutely great sousse. I was here with 30 people. The majority enjoyed the dish, everyone was enthusiastic. And finally vanilla ice cream with strawberries. If it weren't for Berlin, I would come back. Great praise.

We ended up here because of the great reviews and they really don't promise too much. There has to be a star chef in the kitchen here. And if not, then it definitely deserves stars. The three of us's food was not only incredibly tasty, but also fantastically prepared. Unfortunately I forgot the photos. It remains to say that the service was also great, friendly and fast. The cellar immediately asked if our dog would like a bowl of fresh water. Then there’s the location and the view. Tip top!

I had the zander fillet and 250 grams of asparagus. The asparagus was nice and firm to the bite. My daughter didn't like the cod, so it ended up on my plate. The waiter was very attentive.

We were there at lunchtime. Unfortunately there's nothing going on, which is a shame because the food is great! Fish and chips great with delicious remoulade, cod and salmon in dialogue with great sauce and noodles. We are very grateful to have discovered this place!

Very tasty, good service, price-performance ratio is rather poor, be careful with special requests that are not always implemented (e.g. only ordering vanilla ice cream in a sundae, but getting 3 different flavors), Lunch portions of fish are quite small. Spent Easter in Ribnitz Damgarten. Today we were in Warnemünde during the day and at lunchtime we decided to eat in the town where we lived. According to reviews, De Zees was very good and we spontaneously reserved a table for the evening. The telephone reservation went smoothly and friendly. In the evening we (2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) went out to eat. We were immediately recognized (because of the dog) and assigned to our table. The ambience is very nice. People were asked directly if they could bring water to the dog. Very obliging! The order was then completed quickly. The food came in a good time and was really tasty. From the fish soup (mega) to pasta with tomato sauce, pike perch, salmon and desserts, everything was super tasty. Our son was asked directly if he would like some more pasta, which he replied in the affirmative. To our positive surprise, this portion was not charged at all. Another plus point that wasn't necessary but was really nice. The farewell interview was also very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

We were thrilled! Super nice service from a lady and the gentleman at the counter is simply an original! The food was amazing 😁 we definitely didn't regret taking a trip to DE ZEES. We combined it with the journey home and a visit to the Amber Museum and it was the perfect end to the holiday.

Das Restaurant wurde passend zu Halloween geschmückt. Gegenüber den letzten Besuchen ist aufgefallen, dass die Portionen kleiner geworden sind. Die Portion ist immer noch ausreichend, der Nachtisch passt dann auf jeden Fall noch rein. De Zees ist immer einen Besuch wert.
