Römer Pils Brunnen in Frankfurt am Main

Die Bedienung beachtete uns nach einer Weile. Die Speisen waren befriedigend aber nicht schlecht. Preise eher hoch für die erhaltenen Gerichte. Das Restaurant hat auch vegetarisch einiges zu bieten. Allerdings wurde vergessen die im Nachhinein bestellte Nachspeise, Kaiserschmarrn, zu bringen. Dadurch die nur befriedigende Bewertung.

Pedido nudillo de cerdo - tal vez el peor que he probado. Fue dulce y cuando pregunté, me dijeron que ponían miel encima. Se sirvió solo con un poco de chucrut. La cerveza está por debajo de la media, muy lejos de las buenas. Los precios muy altos por la calidad. El servicio es muy amable y servicial.

Comimos aquí en nuestra última noche en Alemania. Sin reserva, pudimos conseguir un asiento en el bar, tenía un excelente servicio, y deliciosa comida! Como han dicho otros críticos, las porciones son bastante grandes. ¡La sopa de goulash estaba deliciosa! Mi marido había servido el schweinshake con chucrut y no podría haber sido mejor. Esta fue una de nuestras comidas favoritas en todo nuestro viaje de un mes! Muy recomendable.

Place is very nice, great environment. Attention was really nice, two staff were kind and nice. Food just delicious and big portions. Sausages with potatoes and cabbage very very good. Rinderroulade was the best dish, very delicious, dumplings normal, not so good. Cabbage very good taste! In general this place is so good, 100% recommended 👌👌👌

If you don't make a reservation, you have to sit at the bar table, but they moved you to a table. I saw a review saying make sure to make a reservation because there were a lot of people, but maybe because it was the off-season, there were plenty of seats. I ordered the cheapest salad with Haksen and 2 beers and it came to about 44 euros. The portion size is large so it would be best to share it with two or more people. Eating it with a salad is perfect for balance. The staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly.

I visited because it reminded me of the Schwein's lunch I had in Germany 20 years ago. The Schwein's Hakse was crispy on the outside, moist and delicious on the inside, and the Bavarian Bratwurste was delicious because I wanted to try German sausage. I drank Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen beer, and although it was delicious, it felt a little different to my taste from the beers I enjoyed drinking in Germany in the past.

Today was my husband's birthday and we chose our favorite German restaurant "Römer Pils Brunnen". The restaurant is certainly not cheap (20–30 € per person), but it’s worth it! Firstly, this is an establishment with a rich history - traditional cuisine has existed since 1954. Secondly, the food here is incredibly delicious and the portions are huge! And the friendly staff always makes you happy. Today we were offered champagne to celebrate our birthday, but we declined. As a result, they brought us two scales of plum wine - very nice! My husband ordered Jagerschnitzel - schnitzel with mushroom sauce, which turned out to be a real "airfield" on our table! I enjoyed two farm sausages with roasted potatoes and coconut ice cream for dessert. Everything was incredibly delicious! Everything went great! My husband is happy, and I am even more so.

Food are nice but the service altitudes maybe not so good! Like the pork knuckle, local taste should try it out at Frankfurt! The plate and sausage are nice also!

The Pilgrimage Shop is indeed satisfactory. Over the past few days, I have deeply felt that the service in Norway is really unsatisfactory. The beautiful waitress has a friendly attitude, good working ability, and fast movements. It is really great.

Cosy place with fantastic kitchen, tried the schnitzel with mushroom sauce - delicious flavour and hungry-suitable portion size. If in Frankfurt again I'll definitely visit that place again. I'm also impressed from the staff very friendly and were flying like a bees between the tables - I was impressed how the place is served by only 3 people and the dishes were brought in very reasonable time, drinks came immediately 👌

Recomendado: Gulaschsuppe, Schweinshaxe - ambos pueden haber sido los mejores ejemplos que he tenido. Ven con hambre.

It's one of the must try German cuisine restaurants in Frankfurt. Pork knuckle was the best we have ever tried. Very friendly stuff and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended!!! P.s. It can be very busy in the evening, so the reservation of the table would be necessary.

Reservations can only be made by phone, so I went as soon as I arrived and it was around 18:30. We couldn't sit inside the store because we had reservations, but there were about two seats left outside. Regardless of whether you were from the East or the West, you felt like you were all a traveler, and everyone waited for you to choose a menu. I kept getting bees while eating outside, but it was better than Pario hehe. Three female gourmets ordered two main meals, a cheap salad, and one drink, so we were very full. The Schwein Schnitzel was a little salty, but it was delicious when eaten with the cabbage that came with it. When it cooled down, the outside got so hard that my mom's implant almost went out.^^ The Schnitzel with Schwein Sauce was a pork cutlet that my mom made, and the sauce suited our tastes and was very delicious. The food I ordered tasted like something Koreans could imagine, so I don't think it would be that great. It came out to about 65 euros in total. It would be good to experience it at least once. We don't drink alcohol, so we ordered a drink, but it cost 3.3 euros for cola and Fanta... The price is higher than expected compared to the amount of drink.

Food, atmosphere, and price overall are good. However, the price of cola is bad. They don't seem to give even a single can (it comes in a glass cup). I sat at an outdoor table, but the bees kept coming. (I don't think they sting... They're better than flies, but scary.)

My parents and I visited here today. The food and service were great. I just wanted to say a sincere thank you to the kind waitress who offered an extra chair so that we could sit inside at the 2-seater table.

No matter with who you go with or when, you will always have a great time and have amazing food. The staff is very kind and very hard working, the food is amazing and at a very good price. I read the other reviews and the ones that say the food is pricey are completely incorrect. Even if it was pricey I would pay any price since the food was very high quality. My #1 recommendation is the pork chop. I was amazing, incredibly huge and came with a very big portion of coleslaw. Overall I 100% recommend this place and will definently come again!

Best schweinhaxe I’ve had in germany and I’ve had a lot after living there for 6 years. And I like how they served it, with just the excellent accompaniment of kraut and no giant pile of potatoes which you don’t need and never finish. Service was excellent, the staff was great. My wife’s salmon was great too. Nothing to complain about.

There were many Japanese customers, probably because the book had been introduced on YouTube. The food was delicious and the customer service was good.

It's friendly, fast and delicious. The price is okay too. When I looked at the review, there was some talk about racism and other things. The majority of the tables are Korean, so what kind of racism can there be? There is no atmosphere for such a thing, and there is no tip request at all. I actually wanted to give it to you, but the amount was printed on the card terminal so quickly that I didn't even have time to say that I was giving it to you. We were at dinner on Wednesday evening. There were two waitresses. One was Nastya, I asked the other name of waitress her name was Julia. After a delicious dinner we left in a good mood, thank you for the service.

This restaurant truly has an amazing atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the pork knuckle is crispy on the outside and super tender on the inside. I also enjoyed the snails, and sausages. We ended up dining there two nights in a row. The waitress were all so pretty and so attentive and the owner was incredibly kind and even treated us to some delicious drinks. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Frankfurt! The aroma of the food was nice, we forgot to take the photos.

This is the restaurant I always stop by when I come to this area. Enjoy Schweinehakse and German beer. You can choose between chicken or pork for the cutlet, but don't expect a Japanese tonkatsu. A safe shop.

It's a nice place, from first impression I thought good prices. The map says otherwise. My husband had a naked Wiener Schnitzel for €19. Oh, there were lemon wedges with it. Probably made in the air fryer. Staff was nice.

Among Switzerland, France and Germany The seasoning of the food suits Korean tastes. It tastes the best! This was the most delicious! The schnitzel was especially light and delicious! The portion size is so large that even if three people order just two, they will be full! Just order one for two people! We had schnitzel served with mushroom sauce as a seasonal menu item. The mushroom sauce was salty, but it was okay when eaten separately! Don't be lazy, just eat!

Buscamos opciones por la zona más visitable de Frankfurt y encontramos este llegar con muy buenas críticas. Ciertamente es muy bueno. El codillo excelente. Muy buenas salchichas, ensalada. El queso típico nos resultó muy raro y no nos gusto pero era típico. Cerveza alemana pulsen muy suave. Muy recomendable. La atención estupenda. Muchas camareras. tourist trap— (read more) but the real reason behind the low rating is the lack of flavor in the food. we ordered the boiled meat, which came with green sauce and potatoes. i swear not a single thing on that plate had any salt. the green sauce tasted at most like dill flavored yogurt, not like the 7 herbs its supposed to have. the meat was overcooked, it was so tough to chew. the sausages tasted like costco. even the oranges they garnished the dishes with were old. save ur money xx this $50 usd was insane for something that you could make (and im not even a good cook). also there wasn’t a single local there so ig that should’ve been our warning

The clerks were friendly and the female clerks were all pretty. I had Schnitchel with mushroom sauce, Weichen beer, and Guinness. I had a meal that went well with beer. This is a restaurant that can accommodate a large number of people or even one person.

Three-hour layover in Frankfurt? You know you got to hit up some sausages and beer my friends! And you could do worse than hang with these guys. We got the sausages, schnitzel and 2 beers. Highly satisfying for a mid afternoon meal and great report card for our first time in Germany. Quiet and unassuming interior and ambience at that time of day. Good and helpful service staff too. Small typical brasserie in Frankfurt. We wanted to eat local, sausages, sauerkraut, potatoes etc and we were not disappointed. It's still very basic, but very good. The decoration is simple and cozy.

As tourists you don’t typically make it back to the same place twice. This trip we did make it here twice and loved it both times the pork knuckle is so good crisp and super tasty schnitzel and amazing steak! The beer cold and fresh and all of us smiling!

I had the schnitzel with mushroom sauce. For drinks, I ordered an apple wine called Apfelbein. Schnitzel had a choice of pork or chicken, so I chose pork. I think the meat is rolled out thinly, but as you can see in the photo, it's quite large, and I think it weighs more than 200g. It's hard to eat all by yourself, so it might be a good idea to have someone to share it with. You will be asked if you want to add potatoes, but since there was so much meat, I honestly didn't have to. You can choose small or large apple sake. I chose the small size, but I think it has 250ml. The wine is not very expensive and has almost no sweetness, resembling a dry white wine. I visited around 11:30 on a Saturday, and was able to get in right away. The staff can speak English, and the menu is also in English, so you shouldn't have any problems from ordering to paying. Is it delicious sometimes? I had a good impression of the hospitality as well.

The food was seasoned just right and the schnitzel was good without any meaty smell. The cabbage that came with the sausage tastes very similar to Korean kimchi stir-fry.

I was worried because people said it was salty... but for some reason. The meat was rather light, and the cabbage had the most mediocre taste. We end our 20-day trip to Germany with the perfect Schweinhaxen and Pils beer :) I also recommended a friend who lives in Germany to come!!

There were pictures on the menu, so ordering was convenient! The food was also mouth-watering and delicious! I thought Haksen would have a lot of portions, so 2 people ordered those menu items, and it was a great combination, so I recommend it. The service from the staff is also really great.

I don't quite understand all the stars. The dishes are ok in themselves, but nothing more. Very classic, no big surprises. It's a shame that you can't get Frankfurter Schnitzel here. The restaurant is mostly visited by (Asian) tourists. The ambience is very disappointing, and the terrace doesn't seem particularly inviting either. The prices are very high and, for me, very excessive for the quality.

The steak was cooked well and the French fries were perfectly done. They also have a fully stocked bar and several beers on tap to include Guinness.

Went there for the second time today. For the first time we got 2 dumplings with sauce for just under €6. Today for the same order we were charged €6 each for the blank dumplings PLUS just under €6 for a small bowl of sauce!! Means: 2 dumplings with sauce 12€?? We paid impulsively and left extremely disappointed. In the end we only had to pay almost €50 for side dishes (3x dumplings with sauce and fries)… If we had known that we would be charged double this time, we would not have come a second time. Very disappointing and disproportionate.

This is a store that has been hyped by several Korean bloggers. The moment I innocently entered this store I find that only Asians are crowded into a corner away from the sun. The middle-aged waitress guides us to a place where only Asians are crowded, and tells us that there is no way to get out of there. All you have to do is get out into the hot, dirty streets of the sun. The first thing she says after showing us to her seat is “We only accept cash, no cards!” Oh my god, I came here to eat Schweinhaxen and I came with the intention of spending close to 100 euros. They only accept cash It's 2024 lady.

If you're going to be racially discriminated against, go ahead. They scream and scream that they only accept cash. It looks like tax evasion. Go somewhere else~

During my second visit to the restaurant, I highly recommend the onion soup. Just watch the rest, the portions are big enough to fill you up.
