Bestellung vergessen... Bestellung auf Grund größerer Gruppen vorverlegt... kein Problem? Was solls, wenn eine Schülergruppe bei einer Abschlussfeier Vorrang bekommt... während eine vierköpfige Familie auf ihre Bestellung wartet (eine Stunde), und nur die hälfte bekommt (und dann auch noch kalt). Hier scheint das Kredo... je lauter desto schneller... sorry so geht Gastronomie nicht (egal welche Klasse)

Das Essen ist ok. Draußen sitzen auch bei starkem Wind und Regen möglich. Ausstattung könnte mal erneuert werden. Alles in allen aber ok. Würde dort aber nochmal einkehren.

Hier kann man ohne Zweifel immer hingehen, ist wie Essen daheim. Mache ich schon seit Jahrzehnten!

Ich hatte das gegrillte Hähnchen mit Reis und Gemüse. Die Portion war großzügig, der Geschmack hervorragend und alles frisch. Und das Beste? Es war günstig. Für Hotelpreise hätte ich mit dem Doppelten gerechnet, aber die Rechnung war absolut angemessen.

Ambiente ein wenig Angestaubt. Preise deutlich angezogen. Qualität gut.

Der laden erinnert mich an alte Zeiten mit seiner Aussenterasse schön groß. Meine Pizza war ganz ok, man sah das es in einem blech gebacken wurde schön rund. Getränk wurden ohne Tablett geliefert, ein Zeichen dafür das,das keine Professionalität dahinter steckt. Der Kellner war freundlich, gabs nichts zu beanstanden. Große Pizza Spinat mit ner großen Spezi, 17,30€ Ich persönlich fand es teuer..!! Scharfesoße wurde extra berechnet, dafür gibts 2 Sterne Abzug..!!

Immer ein Besuch wert. Preiswerte und leckere Speisen. Auffallend sehr nette Bedienung, der Kunde ist hier wirklich König. Wünsche werden erfüllt. Es ist total super.wir kommen sehr gerne wieder,danke an das sympathische Team

Essen und Service sind gut, Ambiente etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gemütlich. Solide gute Karte Preis Leistung in Ordnung.

Schlechteste Spaghetti Carbonara meines Lebens. Tagliatelle und Penne waren okay aber nichts besonderes. Ich würde nicht nochmal bestellen.

Die Pizzen sind grandios und nur zu empfehlen

Der Service war sehr nett, schnell und zuvorkommend. Das Essen lecker, bis auf die Carbonara Sauce, die etwas zu trocken geraten ist. Leider besuchte uns im Gastraum eine kleine graue Maus, die uns das Essen leider verleidet hat. Wir werden wohl erst mal nicht wiederkommen.

Nach wie vor unschlagbare Preise (Stand 07/2025). Qualität stimmt auch. Ich kenne das Restaurant seit 40 Jahren und es ist gleichbleibend gut. Nur das Umfeld des Restaurants schreckt leider zunehmend ab. 03/2026: Weiterhin ist das Restaurant konsequent sauber, günstig und gut. Es wurde teils neu eingerichtet. Das Personal ist ebenfalls immer professionell.

Wir kommen schon seid 27 Jahren gelegdlichbher zum Essen, mehr auf der Durchreise aus unseren schönen Havelland.Die Bedienung ist immer sehr nett und das Essen ist gut.

War heute Mittag da, war sehr lebendiig. Unaufmerksamer, leicht unfreundlicher Service. Während andere Gäste überschwänglich mit Signora und Seniore begrüßt und Witze gemacht wurden, wurde ich nur sehr unaufmerksam und leicht unfreundlich bedient. Wahrscheinlich weil ich mir das günstige Mittagsgericht ausgesucht habe. Die anderen Gäste haben vor den Speisen Brot oder Bruschetta bekommen, ich nicht. Mir wurde zwar mehrmals angekündigt dass ich mein Brot noch bekommen würde doch selbst nach eindrücklichen Blicken auf die Bedienung habe ich kein Brot bekommen, obwohl die Bedienung dies wie gesagt mehrfach von sich aus angekündigt hat, ich hatte nicht danach gefragt. Die Rechnung wurde dann auf den Tisch gelegt und dann ist die Bedienung einfach verschwunden obwohl ich das Portemonnaie und das Geld bereits in der Hand hatte und ist dann auch erstmal nicht wieder gekommen. Hab das Geld hingelegt und bin gegangen. Ich verstehe, dass andere Gäste die ein vollwertiges Essen bestellen, auch ein anderes Angebot bekommen, aber aber zumindest der Service des Personals sollte derselbe sein, egal was der Gast bestellt, auch wenn es nur das Mittagsgericht ist. Das Schnitzel war furchtbar fettig, und in Öl getränkt, ranziger Geschmack, nicht gut. Die Pommes und die Champion-Sahne+Soße waren gut, der Salat war OK, ist aber im Dressing untergegangen. Sehr lautes, unruhiges Ambiente, das durch die lauten Rufe und Witze des Personals auch noch verstärkt wird. Fazit: bei diesem Service und bei dieser Qualität des Schnitzels brauche ich das nicht noch einmal.

Das Romana ... eine institution von Spandau. Ganze Generationen sind da essen gegangen und es hat sich kaum verändert, sowohl vom Preis wie vom Ambiente - was gut ist, sehr gut sogar. Ein Punkt Stabilität in diesen unruhigen Zeiten.

Lieb empfangen. Schnelle Bedienung, auf das Essen musste man auch nicht lange warten, zudem war das Essen sehr LECKER !!!! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist mehr als fair, einfach super.!

Trotz vorweihnachtlichem Trouble wurden wir als Gruppe von 10 schnell und zuvorkommend bedient, auf Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen, die Speisen kamen gleichzeitig, was ich sehr gut finde, gerade, wenn das Restaurant voll ist. Alles hat gut geschmeckt. Auch das Aufteilen der Rechnung kam uns sehr entgegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant mit toller Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Ich empfehle den Haussalat – er macht satt.

Sehr nettes, hübsches und gemütliches Restaurant. Draussen gibt es einen Extra überdachten Raucherbereich mit Gasheizungen. Kellner sind schnell da....sehe freundlich. Schöne Auswahl an Gerichten und essen ist wirklich lecker. Wir gehen da inzwischen sehr sehr oft hin. Parkplätze gibt es bei OBI oder Netto nebenan. Reservierung ist nicht nötig. Preise finde ich völlig in Ordnung. 2 grosse Cola, 1 Salat, Bruschetta und 2 grosse Pizzen für 36€.

Alles war sehr lecker. Mittagstisch und Kindergerichte sehr preiswert. Service sehr nett.

Preis Leistung stimmt . Terrasse ist super. Drinnen ist es gemütlich . Nur die Toiletten haben den Charme der 80ziger. Werden aber wieder hin gehen! Nachtrag jetzt sind die Toiletten auch auf dem neusten Stand !!!

November 1st. We just wanted to grab a bite to eat on a whim and suddenly we were at the party of the year! A 50th anniversary celebration. They even pulled together a table just for the seven of us. Live music. Excellent food. Excellent service. Fantastic atmosphere. Thank you! A surprisingly successful evening. We'd love to come again! 😄

The food is unfortunately more bad than good. I ordered a spicy salami with my pizza, and it wasn't spicy at all... Also, as soon as you step into the hallway to the restroom, it just stinks, and the restrooms look rancid... Unfortunately, the food is poor everywhere, and it hardly tastes like what you order... Significant improvement is needed here. P.S. I gave a 5-euro tip, and they didn't even say thank you, let alone smile. Absolutely inappropriate... Best regards

I can no longer recommend this restaurant. What I experienced today was completely unacceptable. First, there was an annoying mayfly that kept trying to get at my beer, and then one, then two, and finally three houseflies buzzing around me, constantly heading for my food. It wasn't just annoying, but also a health hazard. After more than 10 years, it's over. Note: I've always eaten outside, but today was my first time inside. Addendum: No further questions from the staff, otherwise I could have mentioned the houseflies during the meal. I felt out of place, even though I've been there several times over the years. 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Absolutely anti-LGBTQ restaurant or to put it simply, anti-gay at its best. Was called a “gay pig” by staff in passing. I could have shown it, but it's more effective here. An acquaintance who was also gay was treated poorly and unfriendly as a guest there. You don't have to put up with it anymore. Everyone in the community should know this and absolutely avoid this restaurant and please spread the word

I ate at lunchtime. The food, meat with croquettes and lots of sauce was good for the price in port ion appropriate, unfortunately the taste of the sauce cannot be recognized. The service was friendly, but unfortunately overwhelmed due to the large number of guests. Nice atmosphere, maybe I should have had a pizza instead.

My last visit to La Romana left a bitter aftertaste. Although I still find the atmosphere of the place pleasant, I noticed that the overall quality has declined compared to my previous experiences. As for the food, I ordered the lasagna, which tasted good but the portion was small. I understand that restaurants can adjust their portions, but in this case I felt like it wasn't value for money. The service was another point that disappointed me. Our waiter, although obviously busy, did not give our order the attention it deserved. This resulted in him not correctly noting one of the dishes, which caused a minor inconvenience. I also felt a certain pressure from the staff to clear the table quickly. I understand that restaurants have high demand, but this negatively affected my experience and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope that La Romana takes these observations into account and makes the necessary adjustments to restore the quality it once had. It would be a shame if a place with so much potential were marred by these details.

The restaurant had my honest review deleted. So again: I personally didn't like the tiramisu I didn't like the pizza either. It was too dry and bland. The service was not good in my personal opinion. I was invited to dinner and had to pay for my drink myself. The drink was under 10 euros. The waiter didn't allow card payments for less than 10 euros. It would cost him 50 cents personally and he doesn't see the need to pay that. I said we were there in a large group of 18 and had left a lot of sales and tips and could he make an exception? He said he had no reason for that. I then had to borrow money for the drink from colleagues. In my personal opinion, this is not customer-friendly behavior. There are 17 witnesses to this incident. So why exactly was my post deleted? We want you to be given honest, authentic reviews on Google. This is my experience with this restaurant. It's all true and real.

I have known the Romana for a good 45 years and, apart from the successful renovation a few years ago, which still retained the basic character, it has proven to be a constant over the years. What I personally miss (possibly due to changing times) is the old, cheerful, approachable staff who always exuded a family atmosphere...but still: friendly service, good food, good prices!!!

So, after my visit today on February 4th, 2025, I can say it tastes like it did 11 years ago. The prices are very cheap compared to today, the drinks and food were served quickly. The staff were very accommodating and polite. I would be happy to come up with a new one.

I eat here very often and with pleasure. The waiters' service is very accommodating. The food is prepared quickly and tastes very good to me. I prefer to eat the antipasti plate with a simple margharita and I'm always full.

Ambience/Decor: The winter garden is beautiful. Otherwise a lot of standard, meaning no specials but not bad either. Service: There was a lot going on. Therefore sometimes too busy. When it comes to pizza, you have to make sure that there is “normal” and “grande”. If you want a pizza that is their own standard, you have to order Grande. That's not a bad thing, you just have to know it. The “normal” pizza size is more reminiscent of a children’s pizza. Price-performance ratio: Solid Miscellaneous: You can go here, but you can also leave it alone. Would I come back? Yes. Would it be my absolute wish? No.

Good and cheap. The service is friendly, rarely a bit demotivated (you're doing a good job!). Food: Price performance fits here. More is always possible. What I would like: Pizza Bianca (without tomato sauce). Decoration: I would change this white light on the lamps at the table. It is too white and looks sterile and therefore not atmospheric. Have been here often - gladly again. Greetings!
