Die neapolitanische Pizza ist super gut. Die Pizza-Varianten sind sehr modern. Einfach die beste Pizza in der Gegend. Es werden hochwertige Zutaten verwendet. Der Ausblick aufs Wasser ist wunderschön, der Service ist sehr nett und denkt mit.

Wunderbar geworden das neue Restaurant. Seit Juni (?) neu. Mit super lecker napoleonischer pizza 🍕 aus dem steinofen. Die Lage ist perfekt um am Abend den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Auf den Liegestühlen am Wasser ist Selbstbedienung, hinten im Restaurant gibt es liebes Servicepersonal. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Endlich mal in der neuen Luise, Ambiente und Bedienung super. Die Qualität der Speisen leider nicht gut, der Koch ist nicht zu sprechen, muss die Küche putzen und der Chef glänzt schon durch Abwesenheit. Sehr schade, so ein schöner Ort und so ein schönes Ambiente. Das war es dann.... Warten auf ein Neues...

Ich war in diesem Restaurant, es ist ein sehr schickes Restaurant, das Personal ist wunderbar, der Service ist erstklassig, das Essen ist durchweg perfekt, ich kann es jedem empfehlen.

Super Ort, super Bedienung, super Pizza 🍕. Beste Platz für Wochenende in Berlin. Wenn man möchte stückchen Italien in Berlin haben bitte dort gehen. Einfach Como See in Berlin. Und die beide nette Männer am Tresen.

Waren heute zum Essen dort- dieses war sehr durchschnittlich, nicht lecker und lauwarm, ich war sehr enttäuscht. Der Service war schlecht, nicht umsichtig und einfach ungeeignet! Die Sanitäranlage bei den Damen ohne Toilettenpapier und Seife nicht gerade toll, leider wurde auch auf eine Info nicht reagiert. Das Ambiente und die schöne Aussicht auf die Dahme entschädigt nicht! Eine Empfehlung kann ich nicht geben.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente direkt am Wasser. Die hochwertigen Zutaten schmeckt man im Essen definitiv heraus. Auch der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam und gibt sich große Mühe, dass sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung! Auch mit Hund.

Ein super gutes Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Mit Stühlen draußen und innen. Der Inhaber und seine Crew waren so freundlich. Das Essen ist genau so zubereitet, wie ich es aus Italien kenne. Früher haben gute Restaurants auf dem Land, dieses Essen zubereitet und ich war begeistert. Es handelt sich um Nudeln mit Salciccia. Der Wein dazu, hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Die bestellte Essen kam erst nach langer Zeit und nicht gleichzeitig… in meinem Essen habe ich ein Stück Platik gefunden, was von der Bedienung völlig ignoriert wurde!

Endlich neapolitanische Pizza in Köpenick! Wirklich moderne, leckere Kreationen und hochwertige Zutaten. Und nein, Pizza Hawai gibt’s hier nicht. Aber dafür auch Pasta. Und auch wenn es nicht auf der Karte steht: Kinder -Gerichte gibt es auch.

Wir waren vor Kurzem hier essen und haben gemischte Eindrücke mitgenommen. Das Restaurant selbst wirkte an dem Tag eher wie eine Kulisse: Es wurden die ganze Zeit über Werbefotos geschossen, was die Atmosphäre leider ziemlich unruhig gemacht hat. Das hat sich offenbar auch auf das Personal übertragen, denn die Kellner wirkten gestresst und streckenweise komplett überfordert. Besonders schade war das Timing beim Servieren. Unsere Hauptgerichte kamen mit einem deutlichen Versatz von gut 15 Minuten an den Tisch. Das führte dazu, dass eine Person von uns schon komplett fertig war, als die anderen ihr Essen überhaupt erst bekommen haben. Ein gemeinsames Essen sieht anders aus. Daraufhin kam vom Service nur der Spruch „Ah, so schnell gegessen!“ – das wirkte in der Situation leider eher unpassend als charmant. Fazit: Das Essen an sich war geschmacklich absolut okay, aber beim Service und dem Timing in der Küche läuft es einfach noch nicht rund. 3 von 5 Sternen – da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Dadurch, dass das Restaurant im Hinterhof liegt, muss man an den Mülleimern vorbei. Wir haben dadurch mehrere Ratten gesehen, was bei Müll ja auch normal ist, aber es wäre schön, wenn man das irgendwie umgehen könnte.

Tolles Restaurant am Fluss mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Portionen sind großzügig und der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Ein perfekter Ort, um Zeit mit der Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Endlich eine hervorragende Pizza in Köpenick, um ehrlich zu sein die beste neapolitanische Pizza die ich jemals gegessen habe, auch das Foccacia ist konkurrenzlos und absolutes end Level! Ich gehe dort regelmäßig essen und habe bereits vieles von der Karte ausprobiert. Die Pasta ist auch hervorragend, das rote Beete Carpaccio ein Geheimtipp. Eine tolle Atmosphäre und super nette italienische Mitarbeiter runden das Erlebnis ab. Ich hoffe sehr, dass sich das Restaurant lange hält und die Gäste die Qualität zu schätzen wissen. Einfach Top!

der gemischte Salat aka "saisonale Blattsalate mit feinem Balsamico-Dressing, dazu bunte Tomaten und Tropea-Zwiebeln" hatte viele schmierige Blätter und kam augenscheinlich aus der Mischtüte und hatte nur zwei traurige Tomaten und vier Gurkenscheiben, die so dick geschnitten waren wie mit der Axt bearbeitet. Soft Opening gut und schön, aber dann bietet halt keinen Salat an, wenn die Frische nicht gewährleistet werden kann. Pizza scheint ja ganz gut zu gehen. Service war so lala, sechs Leute und alle am quatschen, ist ok, war warm und Köpenicker Sommer. Allergene auf der Karte nicht komplett (Büffelmozzarella enthält Milch). auf meine Frage, welchen Limoncello sie benutzen, kam ein verständnisloses "den normalen, großen". hab ich ohne Diskussion genommen, hat geschmeckt, aber eine Schulung wäre vielleicht angebracht. Toiletten mit KI-Plakaten und kaputten Waschbecken. die Terrasse ist natürlich schön.

Ich war neulich im italienischen Restaurant Luise Restaurant in Berlin und wirklich positiv überrascht. Alles war stimmig – angenehme Atmosphäre, freundlicher Service und sehr gutes Essen. Besonders das Vitello Tonnato hat mich umgehauen: ehrlich das beste, das ich je gegessen habe. Perfekt zartes Fleisch und eine richtig ausgewogene, cremige Sauce. Auch die Pizza war super – richtig lecker und authentisch, eine echte neapolitanische Pizza. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr schönes und entspanntes Ambiente direkt am Wasser – perfekt für ein Abendessen oder einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden. Ich habe das Steak bestellt, das perfekt zubereitet war und hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Mein Freund hat die Pizza probiert und war ebenfalls sehr begeistert – knuspriger Teig, frische Zutaten und ausgezeichneter Geschmack. Der Service war schnell, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, einfach fantastisch. Ein Ort, den man definitiv besuchen sollte und zu dem wir gerne wiederkommen werden.😊😁

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag hier mit einer Gruppe von 25 Personen gefeiert und alles war einfach großartig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und kam bei allen Gästen hervorragend an. Besonders schön fanden wir auch das Ambiente. Das Restaurant ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Fotos an den Wänden verleihen dem Raum eine besondere Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Location ist super toll mit Blick auf Wasser. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und der Service war freundlich. Wäre es nicht so weit weg von meinem Zuhause, würde ich viel öfter hingehen.

Super Location und leckeres Essen! Wir waren etwa 60 Personen und haben 20 Jahre Abi gefeiert, hatten wir noch mit dem Vorbesitzer ausgemacht. Die meisten hatten leckere nepolitanische Pizza oder Pasta, alle waren sehr zufrieden. Dazu gab es natürlich einiges an Getränken. Trotz der großen Gruppe hat alles super geklappt, das Personal war sehr geduldig, auch beim längeren Selbstzahler-Checkout:) Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen ein langes Bestehen!

Ich habe das neu eröffnete italienische Restaurant in Köpenick besucht und ich kann nur sagen: Es ist ein absolutes Highlight! Das Ambiente ist jetzt so viel einladender, mit einem wunderschönen Steinofen, der die sizilianische Atmosphäre perfekt widerspiegelt. Das Essen war einfach himmlisch: Die Pizza schmeckte wie in Italien, der perfekt gegarte Oktopus war ein Gedicht, und die Vorspeisen mit frischem Olivenöl und Brot waren köstlich. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen – 5 von 5 Sternen!

Man muss leider sagen, dass der Service alles was funktioniert ruiniert. Man wird komplett missachtet, das Essen hat über eine Stunde gedauert, Vorspeise wurde vergessen, so möchte man als Gast nicht behandelt werden. Hoffentlich wird es mit der Zeit besser.

Ich bin sehr froh nun endlich eine derart tolle Pizzeria in der Altstadt zu haben. Mit dem Blick ein absoluter Hotspot. Weiter so. Wir freuen uns auf neue tolle Kreationen aus der Küche.

Nachdem das Restaurant seid 2 Tagen neue Besitzer hat, waren wir gestern mit Kindern und Enkelkindern zu Abend essen. Wir haben jeder verschiedene Pizzen getestet und alle waren sehr lecker und kamen frisch aus dem neu eingebauten Pizzaofen 👍. Unsere Enkel waren von der Pasta Bolognese sehr begeistert. Auf der neuen Speisekarte finden sich viele leckere Gerichte, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder um sie alle zu testen. Der Blick von der Terasse auf die Dahme ist einmalig schön und die komplette neue Einrichtung spiegelt den künstlerisch auserwählten Geschmack der neuen Inhaber wieder ✨️ Wir wünschen dem neuen Team einen super guten Start und empfehlen es an unsere Freunde, Bekannte und Familie sehr gerne weiter !

Endlich eine hervorragende Pizzeria in Köpenick. Man schmeckt die Ruhezeit des Teigs. Nach dem Backen kross und trotzdem fluffig. Hervorragendes Olivenöl, frische Zutaten. Empfindliche Zutaten werden nicht im Ofen verbrannt, sondern erst nachträglich aufgelegt. Es gibt keine 08/15 Pizzen sondern auch besondere Kreationen. Ich denke selbst ein Neapolitaner wäre sehr zufrieden. Weiter so.

Waren heute spontan in der "neuen" Luise zum Abendessen Okay es war aufgrund des ersten Öffnungstages noch etwas holprig im Service aber das Essen war seeeehr lecker. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😀😀😀

Die neue Aufmachung des Interieurs ist sehr Hochzeits freundlich gestaltet und die sonnige Terrasse lädt sehr zum verweilen ein.Ein nettes international aufgestelltes Team mit zuvorkommenden Service und einer gut komponierten Wein und Speisekarte sind eine hervorragende Ergänzung zu diesem schönen Ort am Wasser.Weiter so Luise!Eure Pizza ist jetzt schon ein gefragter Leckerbissen in Köpenick.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Direkt vornweg: Unfreundlich und inkompetent. Mehr bräuchte ich hier eigentlich nicht sagen; aber..-> Wir wollten dort nur einen Glühwein ToGo kaufen. Als wir in die Bar sind, gab es weder ein ‚Hallo‘ noch einen Blick in unsere Richtung. Ich sagte ‚Hallo‘ und dann gab es ein unfreundliches ‚Hallo‘ zurück. Der Herr war mit seinen Getränken beschäftigt. Es kamen zwei weitere Gäste rein, auch hier keine Begrüßung. Der gute Mann hat weiter seine Arbeit gemacht. (Was ich in 2 Minuten gemacht hätte, da ich selbst diesem Job nachgehe) Er nimmt einen Jigger, nach benutzen wirft er diesen in das Spülbecken, nur um ihn dann kurze Zeit später dort wieder raus zu nehmen und für Rum zu nutzen. Ohne ausspülen etc. Klar wird hier gleich wieder jemand meckern, Verständnis, das Spülbecken war nicht dreckig etc blablabla. Das hat was mit Hygiene zutun, ganz einfach. Bringt von den 4 Getränken dann nur 2 raus. Es war auch wirklich nicht viel los. Gerade mal 5 Tische besetzt mit je 2 Gästen. Wir gingen kurz zur Toilette, da der Herr ja zu tun hatte. Als wir dann wieder kamen, brachte er essen raus. Einer der Tische ist aufgestanden und wollte zahlen. Das ganze ist uns dann nach 10 Minuten warten wirklich zu dumm geworden und dann sind wir gegangen. Eine Ausschilderung was der Glühwein kostet war nirgends vorhanden. Wäre es möglich hier gar keine Sterne zu geben, dann hätte ich das gemacht. Oder Minussterne.

Went there for lunch. The dish was perfect for the price (8,90 euros). It was nicely presented and tasty. Nice spot right at the waterfront. Service was perfect.

The ambiance was great, right on the water. The food was okay too. What I didn't like so much was the service. We ordered, and others who came after us got their food much earlier. When I asked when it would arrive, I only got a blunt answer: "Yeah, it just takes a while!" Which I found very unsatisfying. Because we ordered schnitzel. Well, after a good 40 minutes, the food finally arrived. It was "okay," but not enough to warrant a second visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal on the outside patio and then relaxed in a lawn chair watching a beautiful sunset. The food and service was great and we will enjoy coming back again when in Kopenick.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of the old town of Köpenick. With a highly motivated staff, the view of the river flowing past is unforgettable. We'd happily return.

First of all: the food was consistently beautifully presented and truly delicious. We were there with a group and ordered a variety of dishes, from schnitzel to salmon to vegan options. The portions were large and the value for money was absolutely reasonable. It would have deserved 5 stars. What wasn't so great: we had made a reservation for a birthday party and had been given a table outside. However, the weather looked a bit changeable, so we preferred to sit inside, which led to some frustration and a discussion with the waiter (Iro). However, there were plenty of spaces inside at that time, and we got a table. 🙏🏻 Our group consisted of many seniors over 80, and the waiter addressed everyone informally, which was a bit strange for them.... Personally, that's fine with me, as I'm still younger, but it's not exactly respectful towards the seniors 🤔 What wasn't okay at all: as our food gradually arrived, a woman (86) asked when her food would be coming (she must have been very hungry), and the waiter said in a very unfriendly tone: "Relax! It's coming soon..." The look on his face wasn't nice either. Minus stars for that. The wait for the food was at least an hour, which is just how it is sometimes. It would have been nice if cutlery or bread had been brought beforehand so that the guest felt like something was happening and the food was moving on. The appetizers and main courses all arrived together; the kitchen should have organized a way to separate them. All the plates didn't fit on the table. Giving the guest a smile every now and then would also be nice. The waiter still has room for improvement. The dark-haired young colleague, however, was always very friendly. Despite the points we didn't find satisfactory, we give it 4 stars. We can definitely recommend the food.

I was there for dinner about two weeks ago. I actually like coming here. The location is perfect, I like the bar, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. So much for the pleasant things. But now my request: Stand on the promenade and look at your own terrace. Unfortunately, it looks so uninviting that I hardly want to sit down with you. It's incredibly important that you feel comfortable on the terrace and that it also looks really inviting. But at the moment, there are just a few tables with chairs and a couple of closed umbrellas. Not a bit of decoration, no plants or flowers, no nice signs with handwritten offers or anything like that – nothing, absolutely nothing. Simply boring. Please spend some money on it. It's not that expensive. If you look around a bit, you'll find inexpensive decorations everywhere that significantly enhance the exterior. I hope my words don't go unheeded... see you again soon. Addendum: I passed by your place again last week (July 24, 2025). The construction site is gone, which is great, but there's still no sign of the cozy atmosphere and nice decor. So please don't let it slip away! I've got my eye on you! 😉

You are the lowest of the low, it's a celebration for a mourning occasion and you pay for everything and then cheekily ask how it is with tips even though something has already been given, I find it a cheek

A very pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly service. Very good food.

Today we had a reservation at 12:30 p.m. and were there by 12:00 p.m. So far, so good. The restaurant gradually filled up over time. Our orders were taken promptly, and drinks followed. The appetizer arrived shortly afterward; the spicy meat is recommended here. After a while, despair set in, and the main course was delayed. Neighboring tables were currently receiving their food, while we, longing and hungry, had to wait for ours. After an hour and 20 minutes, my fiancée finally went to ask where the food was. I quote (in a slightly annoyed, unfriendly voice): "You only reserved for 12:30 p.m., so you'll get your food later than others." This isn't a problem in itself, had it been pointed out politely. Besides, the restaurant was still relatively empty at the time of ordering. Now, in addition to delicious spicy meat and a tasty currywurst, I also have something to sit on. I ask you to take the criticism to heart and not to negate it like a small child.

The food is simply amazing. Prepared and presented with so much love. The team is super friendly, and the location is beautiful.

Very nice restaurant and great view of the Müggelspree

I can't understand why the reviews differ so much. It can only mean that people who didn't enjoy their work used to work here. That's obviously no longer the case. We were there today as a family of six, and two of us were here for the third time since Pentecost. And we were all very satisfied. The server was friendly and relaxed, and we were able to move our table several times to get a bit more shade. The drinks were good, and so were the dishes. The latter, by the way, was huge and just about manageable. The chicken shashlik is a real eye-catcher; just try it and you'll know what I mean. So we'll be back, and you can definitely try it too!

Never again! From the very first second, you get the feeling that you're not welcome as a guest and are actually just a nuisance. There's no warm welcome, some confusion, some overwhelm. Questions about your order aren't really welcome or just make you feel annoyed. I've rarely felt so uncomfortable as a guest in a restaurant. It really feels like you're being processed. Not a friendly word, not a friendly smile. The owner's responses to other reviews here speak very clearly. Only two employees exuded a certain sense of service. We waited over an hour for our food, even though the restaurant was barely busy. When the food arrived, one steak was overcooked, the other was almost raw. (We then got new food.) Overall, the food was okay, though expensive. The only really nice thing about the restaurant is the location, but the atmosphere there is very tense and creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. We just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. It's a shame, because the restaurant really has potential, but with this level of service I really wonder how it can last so long.

We celebrated a family celebration here with 20 people. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was excellent. We had a wonderful time and simply say THANK YOU!

Unfriendly greeting when we wanted to sit outside (probably due to a lack of staff), but service was still prompt and the friendliness was supposedly typical of Berlin (😉), cappuccino was okay, spiced meat was tasty, but with hair in it... We probably could have gotten a new one (but we wouldn't have had enough time).

Reservation was quick. The food on offer is limited. Unfortunately, the cocktail was not mixed correctly and therefore didn't taste good. A Tequila Sunrise doesn't just include orange juice and tequila. sorry

We sat on the terrace in great weather, the service (temporary help) was extremely nice and very attentive when it came to drinks. Food was good, not much on the menu but really Lekka. The asparagus still had some bite! Yes, there was a bit of a lack of seasoning, but there is salt and pepper on the table. The fried potatoes are a bit greasy and the liver is no longer quite rosy!

Location is of course beautiful. The service was friendly. Unfortunately the food was really not good. In terms of taste and quality, it all seemed “not very ambitious”. The table decorations and furnishings also seemed rather cheap and not particularly appealing. Edit: I'm a bit sad that the choleric owner didn't present his lack of critical ability under my rating.

We've been there every now and then over the last few years and gave you a chance. Unfortunately, the service is always overwhelmed and unfriendly. Let alone if we want to get into the technical side of things. When I look at the owner's responses to the critical recessions here, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. You have so much potential because of the location. Unfortunately, the fish stinks from the head and spreads to all employees. Very unfortunate Addendum: Just assume that you're not the only restaurateur on the planet! That's exactly why they should try even harder to give their guests a nice feeling due to the current situation! The way you argue, you are not an expert. I feel very sorry for your employees.

Not far from Köpenick town hall, a restaurant in the old town with a view of the water. The restaurant has its entrance in the passage to the water...so it's not immediately visible apart from a sign on the street. The restaurant is nicely decorated. To eat there was liver with fried onions and apple pieces on mashed potatoes, schnitzel with fried potatoes, sirloin steak with fries and a pasta dish.....mmmhhh.....tasty..... All in all we were very satisfied. Card payment is possible.

We have given Restaurant Luise a chance several times in recent years. Unfortunately, the service is constantly unfriendly, overwhelmed and not particularly professional. Our wine glasses were e.g. placed with your fingers on the top edge of the glass. There was also no wine cooler. The most symbolic example is how recessions are dealt with and responded to here. Unfortunately, I can also admit that the service was not very friendly. The waiter (apparently the boss himself) was extremely unfriendly, almost annoyed. He also shouted at the table next door in a very rude manner and the other employees criticized him loudly in front of the guests, which we noticed on the way out. We actually just ordered something very simple. The currywurst and the potato pancakes. We waited over an hour for the food and when it came, the potato pancakes were already lukewarm and the currywurst wasn't cooked properly either. There were also far too many fries and you would have had to ask for ketchup. When paying, the boss reacted quite unfriendly because the tip in this case was “only” one euro. Sorry, but this service and the almost cold food really wasn't worth more to us. The only plus point.....the view of the Dahme, IF you can sit outside. It's a shame, because you could do a lot more with this place.

On September 18th, 2024 we returned to the “Luise” restaurant in a good mood and unfortunately had the feeling throughout that we were not welcome. No greeting, just the necessary question as we walked past about what we wanted to drink in a harsh, impatient tone that seemed pretty unprofessional and didn't get any better as the process progressed. I always can't understand what's so hard about being kind, especially when kindness is shown to you. It's just sad and spoils the mood, especially since we really enjoyed the food and it was very nicely prepared. Of course prices have risen, but people still enjoy eating out, love socializing and are prepared to dig deeper into their pockets. But as you have to realize, food alone is not enough. Rather brittle, uncommitted service. The food was solid, but a bit of creative variety would be nice. This rather brazen behavior regarding tips has never happened to me anywhere before - which ultimately led to no tips. 🤷‍♂️

Rarely have a waiter spoken to me in such an unfriendly manner as in this restaurant. It turned out that it was the owner himself. Then payment by his employee: When paying by card, my friend was asked whether he wanted to pay his tip directly from the card or in cash. I think whether you pay a tip, especially if you are treated badly, is not decided by the waiter but by the guest. When I paid in cash, he became even bolder: he didn't even want to hand over the remaining €10.10. Incredibly outrageous and as already mentioned by others: constructive criticism is not accepted!
