Even one star is too many. On July 23rd, we found ourselves with 15 people, but the door was closed. We had made a reservation two weeks in advance. We weren't informed that the restaurant was closed at short notice due to technical problems.

We made a reservation for July 22nd for 15 people for a special birthday two weeks ago. Of course, we left our phone number. Today we only learned by chance that tomorrow, July 22nd, is closed due to technical problems. We received no notification and no call. From one day to the next, we had to find a replacement for 15 people. This restaurant is not recommended for celebrations. Unprofessional and customer-unfriendly.

We made a reservation, but they closed for technical reasons, and no one told us. Try finding a table on a Saturday with nine people. I find that very cheeky; they didn't even tell us.

We were at the Paparazzi restaurant in Marzahn last night for my wife's birthday party. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the service was first-class. Despite the off-season, there were very fresh chanterelle mushrooms and fresh Argentinian rump steak. The house-made "Paparazzi" pizza, made with carefully selected ingredients, was also highly recommended – simply delicious! The beer garden, with its many flowers and green spaces, was very relaxing and something very special. What also sets this restaurant apart – and something you rarely find in other restaurants – is its excellent value for money. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much ❤️

The food is at best "mid-range" to "worse than home cooking." Takeout is offered, but it's usually cold and poorly thrown together. Here's an example: I ordered a lasagna. What I got was a round aluminum container with leftover pasta sheets, some questionable tomato sauce, and the whole thing was then topped with plenty of cheese to disguise it. The entire experience was inedible but educational. Please, dear readers, be a friend to yourself and visit the local snack bar; you're more likely to meet good company there.

When the food was served, we were informed that croquettes were unfortunately out and that they would be replacing them with potatoes. They apologized for not asking beforehand if that was okay. But this time, an absolute no-go. I ordered ravioli with sage butter, arugula, and pine nuts. Instead of pine nuts, I got sliced ​​almonds. When I said I missed the pine nuts, the waiter came and poured a small bowl of pine nuts over the arugula. After I finished the arugula, I counted a total of 10 small ravioli. Unfortunately, it didn't fill me up, so I asked the waiter if it was the Bambino version, since I only had 10 ravioli. The waiter then said they were very lucky, otherwise they only serve 8. When the waiter noticed I wasn't in the mood to joke, he went into the kitchen and brought me a large piece of tiramisu. So far, so good, but he wished he hadn't made that comment. That's no way to handle criticism. Very disrespectful...

The staff is always very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is a great place to relax, as is the beer garden when the weather is nice.

We've been going to Paparazzi for several years, but this time we were very disappointed with the service and ambiance. You no longer feel warmly welcomed. You can see that the staff doesn't enjoy their job. The service staff told us there was water damage and that the outdoor restrooms were broken. The outdoor area is also showing its age. Some things urgently need to be improved. We also noticed that an outdoor table was supposedly reserved for 20 people, and every guest who arrived was told that it was reserved. In the three hours we were there, which was until 7:30 p.m., not a large group of guests arrived, and they close at 10 p.m. Something isn't right! Praise to the kitchen. The minestrone and lamb steak were excellent. The knife for the steak was blunt, so I was given a pizza knife instead of a steak knife.

We were here for Mother's Day, and the service was truly abysmal. We waited forever for the menu, then received the wrong drink, and when we complained, the waiter said, "Well, tea is tea, the color is the same." In the end, we were allowed to pack our leftovers ourselves at the table, and they explained to us that card payments weren't accepted. There was no sign anywhere, nor were we told this when we ordered! It's such a shame; just a year ago we were absolutely thrilled. Despite the great beer garden atmosphere, the restaurant is no longer an option for me.

The ambiance was too dark for my taste, and there was too little reference to Italy. But that's a matter of opinion! The biggest surprise for me was that this was the first time outside of Italy that I had an espresso that wasn't lukewarm, and the cup was preheated! Very good value for money. I discovered this wonderful restaurant by chance. It seemed very inviting and the impression kept what it promised. Each time we were warmly welcomed and shown to a cleanly set table. The atmosphere is very cozy and the menu offers something for everyone. I particularly like the pizza creations, which are absolutely delicious. My highlight: There was even an exclusive pizza heart for Mother's Day.🧡 You wouldn't expect it in Marzahn, as there are only a few good restaurants in this area. The Paparazzi is definitely a pearl and deserves a clear recommendation.

Today there are two of us in the Paparazzi to test it out, not only families with children have plenty of space outside, but also larger groups. The service was really very friendly and open to all questions. The outside toilets are very clean on both sides. Now to the food, both dishes are very well prepared, well portioned and the best thing here is that even children can enjoy the Tiramisú because it is prepared without alcohol or flavoring. Unfortunately, these days you rarely find restaurants where everything is right: price, portion, friendliness. Everything is right here to get a nice balance from everyday life and to simply relax. We are always happy to come to you, but next time we will come privately and with children. Best regards

We were there on Monday. The place was packed. A young man was waiting for us at the door. He was very polite, very nice, and very handsome. He made us melt. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it, and the food was very, very good.

There was plenty of free parking on the side street. None of the staff spoke German. The bartender didn't wash her hands in the restroom, and the manager became rude when we didn't tip.

We visited the Paparazzi restaurant again. We are very satisfied with the service and the food offered. Everything we ordered was very tasty. We will come back.

We were invited there for a larger celebration. At first the service was very attentive. The varied food was enjoyed by everyone. The desserts were also very good. At some point during the evening, however, the service decreased and we kept having to wait longer until drinks were brought, for example. The air became thicker as the evening wore on. Well then we'll come back again in the summer for the beer garden.

On the website it says that dogs are allowed, unfortunately when we visited the restaurant with dogs we were informed that dogs are not allowed, I find it bottomless to do that to your guests!!! The catering industry is probably doing very well again, if you don't like animals, you don't like me as a customer either, you won't be entering this so-called restaurant again!!!!

We were there for the first time on Saturday evening. At the entrance there was a sign pointing out that for technical reasons only cash payment was possible. We wanted to go again because we only had tickets. Then the boss says come in and you'll pay next time. We were so exhausted, they didn't know us, had never seen us before and gave us such a leap of faith. And what can I say: the food was delicious, fresh from the pizza oven and the service was simply great. Of course we paid the next day and will definitely be going back soon!

Reserved a table for 20 people months ago for a special birthday on a Saturday in September. 10 days before the appointment, the restaurant canceled the event, saying they would now prefer a private party and our reservation was therefore no longer valid. Pizza tasted very good. The base was nice and thin and crispy. Toppings were also plentiful. The ambience of the outdoor area was cozy. There were also blankets for those who wanted to be a little more cozy.

First of all! The food is top! The service was a total flop. Which is very annoying when you celebrate a birthday there. There was no oil or balsamic vinegar on the table. After ordering many pasta dishes, we had to ask again if there was Parmesan cheese. 3 waiters sat in a corner and smoked, cleared away empty plates or asked if we would like anything else, far away. Every time we had to draw attention to ourselves so that someone would come to the table. The service at the neighboring table was also criticized. It's a shame we won't be coming back even though the food was really good.

The penne was fresh and so were the ingredients. Other little things that were requested were unfortunately forgotten. When it came to paying, it was only possible to pay with a card after the third time, which unfortunately meant a waste of time wasted. But overall it's really four good stars and I'll definitely try it again. But the service team should work on paying attention.

Great beer garden, an oasis of well-being in the middle of the prefabricated housing area. I was there twice. The first time I ordered Cola Zero, I noticed from the taste that it was the sugar version. Can be quite annoying for diabetics. I found the food (schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce) delicious, the side salad very bland with almost no dressing. Ordered the same thing on the second visit, the boiled potatoes tasted disgusting, like they had been warmed up from a Tupperware container. If even potatoes, which cost almost nothing, are not freshly prepared, I no longer have any trust in this kitchen. Together with the wrong cola and the disregard of my reservation request, I got the impression that the well-being of the guests was treated quite superficially.

It was a last minute decision to eat there and it was worth it. We each had a drink and a main course. It was very tasty. The waiters were friendly. At the end there was also the obligatory Amaretto and even a small voucher for next time. 👍🏻

We were there yesterday with 7 people and the first impression of the outside area was very cozy. However, when you sat at the table, you felt like you were at a train station. It was through traffic and not at all comfortable. You had to wait a good 15 minutes for the drinks and 45 minutes for the food. Every other drink order was difficult because no one took notice. The pizzas were ok but didn't blow us away. When it came time to pay, you suddenly could only pay the entire amount, because you should have announced separate bills beforehand. Then he joked that we should give €150 for a bill of €130. For what I ask myself?! We probably won't come back.
