Roma - Ristorante - Pizzeria in Hameln

We've always enjoyed coming here in the past and regularly paid with my debit card without any problems. However, on our last visit, we were greeted right from the start with a pushy sales pitch for a balsamic dressing – which was rather unpleasant. The waiter's demanding/unfriendly manner also unfortunately contributed to the negative atmosphere. The pizzas are also quite small – considering the price, we would have expected more. At the end of the evening, we paid around €90, plus a €5 tip. When paying, they suddenly told me my debit card was a Mastercard (the card clearly states "Debit/Debit Card") and that I should pay a 6% fee – arguing that otherwise the restaurant would have to pay it itself. This is simply wrong: the actual fees are less than 1%. Such behavior seems dishonest and unprofessional – a shame, because we used to really enjoy coming here. But that's how you lose customers.

Eating in such a beautiful place and then such a taste experience simply WOW the ambience is beautiful the old style is just perfect for eating pizza I can only recommend it

Good Italian food. We were there with a birthday party. The bruschetta starter was very good. The main course, pasta with sausage and bacon, was a bit too dry for me personally. Still, it's worth recommending.

Roma used to be a once-a-year staple for me. The food was always good, the service friendly, and the portions generous. I was looking forward to today, but now I'm going home with mixed feelings. The wait for food was quite long, over an hour. The place wasn't particularly busy, and the pizza that was brought out the night before because it was picked up incorrectly arrived after only 15 minutes. The pizza dough didn't taste particularly good, and the overall appearance of the pizza wasn't particularly great either. The spaghetti portion was large, quite greasy, but still tasty. On the other hand, the cannelloni portion consisted of three rolls, and the person wasn't filled. The service was friendly, if not particularly attentive. The prices are quite high, especially for drinks. The masala, which used to be included on the house, has unfortunately been cut. Somehow, you don't feel as welcome today as you used to, and the portions are sometimes too small, and I wouldn't recommend the pizza.

Excellent quality Italian food. The daily specials are particularly noteworthy. And all this in a friendly, family atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

6 of us had dinner today, but he himself felt very unfriendly. We had finished eating and the table was then cleared away. Even the baby was supposed to hand over the Latte M. He had just been playing so well with it. Then we wanted to pay but it was only possible to pay in cash, so we had to get money first. It was very strange and I wouldn't go there to eat again because I didn't feel very comfortable there.

Food okay. Ambience was very sad. It wasn't comfortable at all. Too bad.

Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food has deteriorated extremely! We've been here many times but each time it's gotten worse. Today, all of us (7) were particularly disappointed overall. The taste of frozen food is on a par, but it has become more expensive and the portions are smaller. Card payment was not possible. There was nothing signposted and we weren't informed about it beforehand. The best thing was the statement in response to our comment that they should have pointed this out to us (it's normal to pay with plastic these days) - "you don't need to know that." Strangely enough, card payments were never possible the last few times and there is always a new excuse for it. Only the service was always friendly and helpful.

We spent a very nice evening at Pizzeria Roma with long-time friends. It was rather quiet because it was a Thursday evening, but we found that pleasant. The food was very tasty, really well seasoned, so you didn't have to add any seasoning. The service was super friendly.

Pizza tastes like a frozen pizza. Not exactly polite there

Everything was great, TOP recommendation. We ordered appetizers, pizza, pasta, fish and dessert and everything was very tasty. The toilets were very clean and the waiters were very nice and helpful.

On the way through we got hungry for something Italian... Roma found and up... the food was excellent... a bit small but sufficient.. we were full.. the food and the preparation .. simple .. delicious .. Would love to come back... and this time we eat the pasta with the truffle sauce... Greetings

We ate here yesterday, service was good but the prices really shocked me. I think €16.00 for a nice salad is very overpriced. We had tortellini in ham cream sauce for almost 4 p.m. and the portion was so small that we didn't even get full. That is not how it works. Definitely won't come back.

Great service, friendly staff, delicious food. The prices are not overpriced. Afterwards we got schnapps on the house. I enjoy eating at Roma and feel very well looked after and welcome there.

Original italienisches Restaurant mit richtig guter Pizza, absolute Empfehlung!

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut! Ich bestelle immer Pizza und die ist eine der Besten, die ich kenne! Wir gehen bereits seit sehr vielen Jahren hierhin.

Freundliche und zuvorkommend Bedienung. Tomatensuppe ist sehr gut. Vor allen ist der Telller sehr schön angerichtet. Die Cannelloni waren geschmacklich hervorragend. Die Lokalität kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden die Tage eventuell wieder herkommen. Toll

Essen Top, Preise in Ordnung , Bedienung mega freundlich ! 👍 Der einzige Fehler war, das wir die letzten 15 Jahre nicht einmal da gewesen sind 🙈 Das ändern wir in Zukunft aber 😉

Die Nudeln und die Pizzen sind wirklich sehr gut. Wir kommen extra aus Hannover und sind schon einige Jahre dort Gäste. Ebenfalls ist der Chef ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen und faire Preise

Wir waren über die Jahre immer wieder mal dort, finden aber, dass die Qualität nachgelassen hat. Die Pizza hat nach TK geschmeckt. Schade.

Das Ambiente ist nicht sehr gelungen, keine einheitliche Linie. Pizza nur durchschnittlich. Deutliche Verbesserungen, Qualität der Speisen hat zugelegt ab 2023.

Das Essen war gut,aber die Bedienung sollte zwischendurch auch Mal schauen ob der Gast noch Wünsche hat.Hätten bestimmt noch das ein oder andere gewünscht aber es war kein Kellner da.Auf Getränhe mußte man lange warten.Als dann die Rechnung gewünscht war ,war es der Kellnerin wichtiger mit anderen Gästen zu reden.Erst bei Aufforderung kam sie dann zu Tisch. Die Bestellungen dauerten zu lange.Schade eigentlich,werde dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Leider voll , kein Tisch mehr ,obwohl noch einer frei war. Nicht unbedingt nett ......

Selten habe wir so schlecht gegessen wie hier!!! Wir waren mit 6 Personen Essen und jeder hatte ein anderes Gericht und jedes Gericht hat nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Die Pizza erinnert stark an TK Pizza. Die Bolognese bekommt jede bessere Hausfrau besser hin so zieht es sich durch alle Gerichte die wir hatten. Unsere Beschwerden wurden belächelt was schade war. Zum Service sei gesagt, komplett überfordert. Lange Wartezeit auf Getränke und Essen. Das Lokal war aber nur halb ausgelastet. Preis-Leistung passt zu dem auch nicht. Beim Verlassen des Lokals ist uns noch aufgefallen das die Speisekarte im Aushang doch sehr vielfältiger war als die Angebotene Karte im Lokal. Uns weden sie nicht wieder sehen.

Wir waren mit mehreren Personen am Abend dort. Die Preise auf der Karte waren schon ordentlich, hofften aber auch, dass diese gerechtfertigt sind. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und sah auch appetitlich aus. Geschmacklich jedoch nichts, wo man sagt "genau deswegen gehe ich in ein Restaurant". Selbst sämtliche Lieferdienste in Hameln punkten hier preis-/leistungstechnisch und vorallem geschmacklich mehr - schade. Die Kellner:innen waren bemüht, jedoch wirkte der junge Mann miesepetrig und ein Lächeln war nicht wirklich zu erkennen. Die Dame für meinen Geschmack etwas zu "gesprächig", was ihr Privatleben betrifft. Die Toiletten und der Innenbereich waren sauber und wirkten gemütlich bei schöner Atmosphäre. Gerne hätten wir gewünscht, wenn man mal zwischendrin fragt, ob es noch etwas sein darf, aber naja... aber warum nun nur 2 Sterne... Ganz einfach: Wenn man in der Karte Softgetränke wie "Coca-Cola", "Sprite" etc. für satte 4,80 je 0,4l Glas anpreist, dann sollten beim Kunden auch diese Getränke auf den Tisch kommen. Stattdessen gab es Zitronenbrause und Billig-Cola. DAS ist Betrug am Kunden und ein klares K.O.-Kriterium - Inflation und Kostenentwicklung hin oder her. Bei knapp 5 Euro für ein Glas ein Unding sondergleichen. Wir werden es bei diesem einen Besuch belassen.

Nette Bedienung und gutes Essen

Es war wieder ein toller Abend. Bedienung war sehr nett und hat öfters nachgefragt ob alles gut ist.Essen war sehr gut,wie man es kennt und liebt bei Roma in Hameln.Ein gelungener Abend.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Sehr netter und guter Service. Sehr leckeres Essen. Ich habe absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

La pizza y la pasta con ricotta y espinaca estuvieron deliciosas. Especialmente para personas latinas un ambiente muy amigable. Volveré definitivamente.

Wir waren am Sonntag dort essen ,es war super über Vorspeise, Pizza zum Hauptgang oder super leckeren tiramisu zum dessert .auch wenn es leider hier und da mit der Bestellung ein wenig länger gedauert hat ,was aber leider leider am Personalmangel liegt .Dafür haben die 4 den Laden super geschmissen kommen gern wieder.
