Bewertungen sollte man vielleicht nicht immer so wichtig nehmen, lieber mal ausprobieren. Wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden. Service o.k., Fleisch für jeden was dabei, die Beilagen waren fast o.k., Preis / Leistung stimmt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder vorbei. P.S. Wer dort essen geht sollte sich evtl. vorher mal über das lateinamerikanische Essen informieren. Die würzen halt kräftig. Wer das nicht mag, es gibt ja noch andere Möglichkeiten.

The food was very good, tasted the same as food from Brazil, the price was ok and the staff were very nice.

It was the first time I ever ate Rodizio. I rarely eat meat, but I still recognize quality. There were many different types of meat (pork, beef, chicken) - chicken legs, boiled beef, roast beef, pork (neck? - I didn't eat it, I don't like pork that much), although it looked good, chorizo ​​and, for dessert, pineapple on a skewer with cinnamon . I couldn't eat as often as the grill master came. Caipirinha was delicious, Brazilian beer was also tried and found to be ok. . I didn't eat that much from the buffet because I already had enough meat. There were various salads. Conclusion: if you like meat, you'll eat right and well here. I would go again. The boss is super nice and positive.

We arrived to the restaurant scared about to not be able to find original flavours and also not be able to communicate and make questions ( we are not really good speaking German ), but we were really pleased and amazed to see we were wrong. The waitress and the owner speak basically a little bit of everything, including Italian and Portuguese!!! And what can I say of the food?! It was really delicious and the quality of the meat, especially chicken and picanha elevated us to the heaven!! Expect fried plates, all the typical dishes have been served during the dinner. I’m sure we will be back soon!!

Very small and fine restaurant. The tables are quite close together and it's a bit cozy but that doesn't detract from the whole experience. A very attentive chef who listens and implements wishes, very tasty food and a familiar, authentic atmosphere with a very warm atmosphere make a visit to the restaurant a short trip to a real churrasceria. Would go back at any time. Ps: even with a baby, we were warmly welcomed and were invited to take our other children with us next time (as a mom, that's an absolute bonus)

Horrible experience..as a brazilian this was unbelievable bad .. the only good thing I like it was the caipirinha..all the meats was undercooked or burned and bad quality .. the buffet was more or less empty, the picanha the star of every Churrasco was without salt and really bad the taste was horrible..and as brazilian restaurant I must speak German because the lady don't speak Portuguese!

A delight! On the other hand, skip a meal before going there, they are very generous with the meat and the grills are so good that it is difficult to stop 😋

If you like meat, this is the place for you. I think there were about 9 different meat dishes that were served on a skewer and cut onto the plate at the table. The service was very, very nice and always tried to keep the waiting time for the drinks as short as possible. Which she did very well. Unfortunately it was very narrow there, based on the distance between the tables. Which made undisturbed communication almost impossible.

There were 6 of us there. We were in the back room which had no windows and was very humid. Which definitely made it difficult to sit comfortably. The side dishes weren't even refilled. The meat was also very salty so you have to drink more. We often took a lot of time with the meat even though our bar was permanently on green, and the waiter even walked past us several times without giving us meat. My opinion is: there is a lot of salt and little meat spread over a long time, so you drink a lot. The salad buffet was often empty and wasn't refilled for a long time. We said we wanted to pay and after 15 minutes we got up and saw the waiters themselves eating calmly.

Would not recommend anyone to this restaurant. The meat quality is very poor, not fresh, the mutton is very mutton. Most meats are very salty. It takes a long time before the meat is served to you. Really a very bad experience. If you order water, it costs 40 euros per person. Another female staff member had a very bad attitude.

Unfortunately nothing much for vegetarians! The salad counter was okay but nothing great. The cocktails were strong and never felt like a long drink! Service was slow.

I think it's a total disappointment... and the worst Brazilian I've eaten in all of Europe.

Food was good but on the salty side. The rules do not really apply as they were explained to us. It was said green means go and read means stop, but as soon as we went through one round nothing else was served until asked. They almost seemed perplexed that we wanted more. Everything was more on the salty side even the Aioli. Caipirinha was nice and strong. The sides were varied and good.

In principle, the food is really delicious. This is of course a subjective opinion but I really liked it. The atmosphere is rather sober. The traffic light concept is completely unnecessary and is virtually ignored. I'll be happy to come back.

The food was really tasty. Every course was really good and you could have had it at any time. With eight meats and one pineapple, nothing is left to be desired. This one is interesting... The food tastes really good and the option to eat as much as you want is nice. However, the concept of "Meat buffet" is misleading. You are not free to choose what you want to eat but you eat what they want to give you. From the different types of meat the speciality is the Picanha and we waited for around 90 minutes to get it. By that time you are not hungry anymore and that feels like it was made on purpose. They claimed this is due to the grilling time, but the order in which you get the meat is always the same regardless of the time you arrive: Picanha at the end.

A great Brazilian restaurant ideal for real meat lovers. The service is incredibly warm and attentive. A very loving and friendly welcome. The meat on the spit is always brought fresh to the table using the traffic light principle. The side dishes are also delicious. The cocktails are also recommended.

It's a shame to say that this is Brazilian, raw meat, cold and horribly salty, the buffet only has salad and no mayonnaise, it's not worth the price paid. Despite this, at least the waitress' service was great, very friendly!

Horrible Experience!!! The white Woman in charge of this restaurant is not only unfriendly but unkind, arrogant, and has the audacity to charge you extra for a terrible service and a horrible service experience! Paying 80€ for a buffet with salads from the day before is definitely more than a lot. Adding to that the fact that this woman is making you feel like you’re not welcome but she wants your money so she lets you eat in her restaurant. Always with an angry face not even smiling to her personal, also she doesn’t want to take your order in spanish, portuguese, or English. Pretending she doesn’t speak them well when she obviously does. ( I know its Germany but frankfurt also welcomes tourists and usually people is nice but not here) This is a scam! The waiter was drinking alcohol in front of the clients. And there was only one friendly waitress who made it easier to speak with. PLEASE IMPORTANT: More than anything is the wellbeing of your customers. Make sure your food is fresh!!!! ( we almost han stomachache after eating there). The meat was 6/10. Still paying 32€ each person for a closed buffet of only 3-4 tries of meat and angry faces is not worth it! You should have more respect for your customers and be more considerate with the image you give about a Brasilian place that should endure the remarkable joy of this beautiful country which you certainly are leaving a bad impression from. VERY BAD DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE FOR A SUNDAY DINNER WHICH IS THE DAY OF REST AND ENTERTAINMENT OF PEOPLE. Not recommended at all!!!!

Unfortunately it's not as good as expected.

Unfortunately very sobering... the lady from the service was super nice and very attentive. The cycle of meat rounds was far too long, we waited more than we ate. Despite the "green" button indicating that we would like to continue eating, the gentleman with the skewers walked past us several times without paying any attention to us. Definitely way too much for just over €32 per person!

Service is very friendly, ambience is also fine. Value for money in terms of quality and taste, very disappointed. For over €30 per person I can get a better grill plate almost everywhere that not only tastes better but is also cheaper and, above all, contains higher quality meat variations. You'll be full with the side dishes here. I also think offering a Caipirinha for €8.90 is exaggerated, especially since it comes in a small glass. The Caipis I know were always twice as big. I vomited everything during the night, the pork and lamb was really bad...

Here you can eat very tasty meat all you can eat. The salad buffet is large and the beer is delicious.

The Brazilian restaurant Rodizio Grill, in Frankfurt am Main, is located on a small side street around the corner. I have visited the great shop several times like today and every time and I am actually very enthusiastic about the atmospheric Brazilian cuisine, they have 9 different types of meat such as: boiled beef, spicy red small sausages, turkey bacon wrap and other very tasty types of which could be you never get enough. You get fabulous homemade aoli ​​and hot chili sauce with homemade bread... Hmm delicious😋 There are also 12 different salads that appear on a beautiful buffet, alongside the Brazilian national dish of stew beans and rice with manjok root. Great service, very nice, friendly staff, very quick to let the great family business live out. Every Saturday there is also a samba show and so the small, fine Brazilian restaurant is complete with great occasional little action but also a very quiet restaurant. PS: if you also like drinking cocktails, try the Brazilian restaurant's most popular cocktail, the Caiprinha with Brazilian Chacacha.

Good, but the amount of meat offered is a bit tight.

Gerade angerufen, total unhöflich behandelt musste sie ausreden lassen und als ich dann antworten wollte hat sie mich unterbrochen. Am Ende hat sie aufgelegt obwohl ich noch geredet habe. Das Essen kann so lecker sein wie man möchte, aber wenn man so ein Service schon am Telefon bekommt dann ist der Appetit sowieso weg! Lohnt sich nicht

Man betritt das Restaurant und fühlt sich entführt in eine andere Welt. Tolles Ambiente, freundliche Gastgeber, leckeres Essen. Es gibt ein Buffet mit Beilagen. Der Koch kommt herum mit verschiedenenen, frisch gegrillten Fleischspiessen und man wählt am Platz die Menge und auch wird auf Wunsch nochmal nachgegart. Dann kommt er einfach nochmal......Super für Menschen, die gerne zartes Fleisch mögen und Geselligkeit. Es kann am Wochenende schonmal voll und ein bisschen enger werden. Wir lieben es und waren jetzt schon öfter da.

Das essen ist wunderbar lecker. Jedoch ist das Ambiente Geschmackssache. Die Tische viel zu klein und an SB Theke ist es viel eng und unpraktisch

Es war das Schlimmste Rodizio Essen überhaupt! Ca 1 Stunde musste man auf die Spieße warten. Das Fleisch war aus dem Supermarkt! Ich weiß nicht im Vergleich zum Echten Brasilianer war das eine Zumutung. Das Buffet war schlimmer als lieblose Kantine. Ich weiß nicht ob wir einen schlechten Abend ausgewählt hatten, aber ob ich jemals mir das nochmal antue bezweifle ich ! Sorry aber 1 Punkt ist noch zu viel

Sehr schlechtes Konzept! Bedienung ( die Herrin und die ältere Dame) sehr sehr unfreundlich. Man wird mit Brot voll gestopft. Keinen Besuch wert.

Fui com um grupo de amigas. A comida estava bem saborosa, e o atendimento excelente.

Wer schon einmal in Brasilien war, kennt sicherlich das Rodizio Konzept. Ein All-you-can-Eat Menü mit Fleischspiessen die abwechselnd zu den Tischen gebracht werden, sowie einer Reihe von Beilagen an denen man sich am aufgebauten Buffet selbst bedienen kann. Soweit ich weiss, das erste derartige Rodizio Restaurant in der Rhein-Main Region. Die Fleischqualität würde ich als solide bezeichnen und die Preise gehen in Ordnung.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Fleisch war hervorragend, die Beilagen lecker und reichlich. Service sehr freundlich. Beim Ambiente und bei der Einrichtung gibt es sicher noch Luft nach oben.

Ein super Spektakel mega Essen mit Tanzeinlagen und super Service

Sehr nettes Personal, man fühlt sich als sehr willkommener Gast. Essen vorzüglich. Fleisch saftig, auf den Punkt . Beilagen großartig und hausgemacht. Buffet reichlich Suswahl und sehr geschmackvoll. Ambiente sehr gemütlich! Wir reisen gerne 1,5 Stunden an für dieses Erlebnis.

Einfach super! Sehr, sehr nettes Personal, schön gemütliches Ambiente, das Essen sehr gut und anschließend gab es noch eine Samba-Tanz-Einlage! Richtig cool! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und würden immer wieder kommen!!

Die ersten Spieße kommen im relativ akzeptablen Zyklus.. danach viel zu langsam.. wir mussten auch zwei Mal sehr lange auf ne Flasche warten... Geschmeckt hat es uns aber sehr gut.

Wir waren an einem Samstag mit Freunden bei Rodizio essen. Es gab Buffet, leckere typisch brasilianische Bohnen mit Reis (Feijão) und diverse Beilagen. Dazu gab es noch eine sehr große Auswahl an Fleisch am Spieß. Faires Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Wir können dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Ein tolles brasilianisches Restaurant für echte Fleischliebhaber. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden jedes Mal sehr liebevoll und freudig empfangen. Das Fleisch am Spieß wird per Ampelprinzip immer wieder frisch an den Tisch gebracht. Auch die Beilagen sind lecker. Die Cocktails sind wirklich empfehlenswert.

Cosy restaurant with really friendly staff. Except that everything I’ve tasted is too salty for my appetite. Another disappointing thing is that there’s NO available parking place around:( Although the restaurant has a bit of a smoky meat odor inside we liked eating there. Salad bar is also a good option just don’t indulge yourself with salad/ bread 🫢😁

Went here for our anniversary dinner, first impressions a very chill vibe and super cute and intimate setting. Upon dinning here I highly recommend going here especially on a Thursday evening. It’s quiet and the food is fresh, meat was hot and tender! I can see how this place can be busy for the weekends but on Thursday it’s a more chill vibe. The music put me back on the islands and all the drinks were super great! I definitely recommend trying their Brazilian lemonade, and the Caipirinha! My partner and I are beyond stuffed and it’s definitely worth the money! All you want to do here is eat, dance and vibe out. Decor is very cute and tasteful as well! Everyone was friendly and the server and bartender lady here is so kind and amazing! If you’re hesitant I would suggest just coming and going with the flow and come when it isn’t so busy it is so beyond worth it!

Super leckeres, authentisches, brasilianisches Essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen und empfehle diesen Laden jedem in meinem Umfeld weiter. Mit einem Besuch beim Rodizio Grill kann man sich definitiv verwöhnen. Übrigens gab es bei unserem Besuch eine Samba Show.

Mittwoch 01.03.23 Ein ausserordentlicher Gaumenschmaus, ich war zum ersten Mal hier und werde garantiert noch einmal vorbei kommen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service und stimmiges Ambiente. PS: Leider mache ich immer Bilder von einem leeren Teller 😂

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen... Fleisch war sehr lecker und perfekt auf den Punkt und von allem wurde sehr reichlich serviert - hungrig geht man sicher nicht raus. Absolut zu empfehlen! :)

Das Essen entspricht brasiliense Standard, das Ort ist angenehm. Das brasilianische Bier folgt deutschen Rezepten, es ist wunderbar.Für die Musik von „Gaúcho da Frontier“ und „Legião Urbana“, die einen angenehmen brasilianischen Rhythmus hat, kann Musica Ambiente einen neuen Kooperationspartner fragen.

War das erste Mal das wir das ausprobierten. Sehr freundliche Bedienungen aber alles ziemlich beengt. Rückseite des Buffets für größere/kräftigere Menschen nicht erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es leider unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen.

Besuch nicht vor 19 Uhr empfehlenswert, wären um kurz nach 18 Uhr da und mussten eine Stunde auf das Fleisch warten. Salattheke war gut bestückt. Fleisch größtenteils gut, jedoch nicht original brasilianisch, man muss Abstriche machen. Service war freundlich aber auch etwas unaufmerksam und träge.

In dem ruhigen Wohnviertel findet man kaum einen Parkplatz an der Straße, aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Heidestraße ist nur 120 m entfernt. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr authentisch mit Musik aus Lautsprechern, eine eben nicht gediegen-gedämpft, sondern lebhaft und herzlich. Die Salate wirken eher europäisch, aber das warme Buffet mit der Feijoada und die Fleischsorten inclusive der in Brasilien als Snack weitverbreiteten Hähnchenherzen und das Wirken der Cortadores , machen das Einkehren zu einem eindrucksvollen Erlebnis. Ich war das erste Mal hier; werde aber bei künftigen Aufenthalten in Frankfurt gerne wiederkommen.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen leider nicht so gut. Unserer Meinung nach überteuert und für die Leistung ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Es war alles viel zu salzig. Vermute, dass die Küche auch nur Salz und Pfeffer als Gewürze da hat. Es gab zwar viel Auswahl an Fleisch, allerdings bekommt man nur hauchdünne Scheiben geschnitten und dann war der Spieß schon leer. Ansonsten bekommt man „minderwertiges“ Fleisch wie Hähnchenschenkel, Würstchen, Hähnchenherz serviert. Das Rindfleisch war trocken und zäh, Lamm hat stark nach Lamm gerochen und selbst die Kartoffelchips und die Salate an der Salatbar waren übersalzt. Also wenn das authentisches brasilianisches essen ist, dann bin ich sehr von der brasilianischen Küche enttäuscht. Lediglich das Aioli fand ich gut. Werden trotz freundlicher Bedienung nicht mehr kommen.

Selten so schlecht gegessen. Man zahlt 31,90€ pro Person und bekommt versalztes, hauchdünnes und teilweise trockenes Fleisch serviert. Es gab nur einen Mitarbeiter, der rumlief und das magere Fleisch servierte. Nach ein paar Schnitten, war der Spieß schon leer und man musste wieder ewig warten. Die Salatbar ist nicht erwähnenswert. Die Kartoffelchips kaum genießbar, da die ebenso total versalzen waren. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, aber kein Grund für uns nochmal zu kommen. Sehr schade, wir haben zum ersten Mal brasilianisch probiert und wurden enttäuscht.

Good food and friendly staff. Lots of people here. I really enjoyed the fact they spoke Portuguese. The cost was a little higher than I felt like it needed to be but overall a good experience.

Hallo, nur Brasilianer und ich liebe das Rodízio, aber dieses Restaurant hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, das Rodízio hatte keine Salate, das Fleisch hatte einen schrecklichen Geschmack, naja, das Mädchen ist sehr nett und Herr Rodízio war überhaupt nicht freundlich, ich empfehle es nicht.

Best Brazilian Restaurant in Frankfurt. Loved the food and the ambience. The meat was amazing!!! The chefs brought freshly grilled meat to the tables and served it on our plates. There was also a buffet for salad and rice.

The food was great. I loved the grilled beef and chicken. The chefs were professional and amazing. I was expecting an all you can eat for the meat but at some point the waiters stopped bringing the meat and that was it. The buffet for the salads remained open. The best part of the evening was the music they played afterwards, felt like I was in Brazil. A nice experience all the same.

Extremamente frustrada com o serviço desse restaurante. Reservei mesa para mim e mais 4 amigos, primeiro que chegamos no horário da reserva e não tinha mesa disponível, tivemos que esperar por 25 minutos. Depois, no rodízio, se o garçom veio 5 vezes em nossa mesa oferecer carne, foi muito. Não dá pra saber a variedade de carnes que tem, pois não falam… Pagamos 30€ para um rodízio enganoso… 3 ou 4 tipo de carne passaram em nossa mesa, sendo que oferecem 9 variedades no cardápio. Show carnavalesco na minha opinião desnecessário na churrascaria, sendo que o cliente vai lá para comer rodízio e não dançar. Talvez seja o fato de também não ter 1 brasileiro trabalhando lá, ninguém tem a visão de um nativo para poder coordenar melhor um restaurante que deveria ser brasileiro, mas na verdade não é. Não vale o valor de 30€.

Haben uns spontan für einen Besuch entschieden, Reservierung war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ambiente ist sehr klein gehalten und eng bestuhlt, am Salatbuffet ist es auf einer Seite extrem eng. Geringe Auswahl der Speisen am Salatbuffet sehr eintönig, es gibt auch nur Zwei Dips zur Auswahl und außer Reis und Brot keine weiteren Sättigungsbeilagen. Es war nur ein Mitarbeiter für das Servieren des Fleisches zuständig, weshalb es ziemlich lang gedauert hat bis etwas serviert wurde. Mir ist bewusst dass es sich hierbei um ein essen handelt welches etwas Zeit beansprucht, allerdings waren wir nach der vierten Runde schon fast satt und hatten somit keine Möglichkeit alle Fleischsorten zu probieren. Qualität des Fleisches war sehr gut, allerdings teilweise sehr versalzen. Das Hähnchen war sehr zart. Trotz allem ein sehr freundlicher Service. Habe bereits in ähnlichen Restaurants gegessen, dort gab es zum selben Preis mehr Auswahl an Salaten, Beilagen und Fleisch und es waren mehr Mitarbeiter für das Servieren zuständig, weshalb auch Kürzere Wartezeiten gegeben waren und man nicht nach einer halben Stunde satt war ohne richtig etwas gegessen zu haben.

Rodizio kenne ich aus einem Brasilien Urlaub. Leckeres Fleisch, soviel man möchte. Dies ist in Deutschland bei den momentanen Preisen natürlich nicht möglich. Die Reservierung konnte online schnell und problemlos getätigt werden, der Empfang im Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Doch merkte man auch, dass einige Mitarbeiter bestimmt keine gelernten Restaurantfachleute oder Kellner mit Erfahrung sind. Der Service war aber ok und bei der Bezahlung hatte man den Eindruck, dass die Fachfrau vor einem steht. Es wurde immer sehr nett gefragt, ob alles ok ist. Die Beilagen vom Büffet fanden wir mittelmäßig, vieles war nicht gut gewürzt und nur lauwarm. Die Auswahl war aber gut und ausreichend. Die Fleischqualität war leider nicht wie in Brasilien- aber ok. Die gegrillte Ananas fanden wir sehr lecker. Frische Pommes wären noch lecker. Ich würde wieder hingehen, weil es doch ganz ok war, man viel Platz hatte, eine interessante Aussicht auf das Flugfeld hatte und wir einen schönen Abend verlebten.

Nach langer Zeit in Brasilien haben wir lange nach einem authentischen Rodizio im Raum Rhein/Main/Neckar gesucht, und haben endlich im Rodizio Grill etwas für unsere Saudade gefunden. Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Fleischsortiment, dazu sogar eine gute Feijoada, und leckere Caipirinhas. Der Preis natürlich nicht ganz niedrig, aber für das Gebotene gut. Einziges Manko: Die Salatbar etwas zu dürftig.

Zufällig bin ich in einer Woche zu diesem Restaurant 2mal essen gegangen: Ich habe einfach so gut gegessen und die Bedienung war super nett. Am Ende von 2 Runden Fleisch, wurden wir gefragt, welches Fleisch wir noch essen wollten (und dies haben wir auch für die 3. Runde bekommen). Feijoada und Farofa waren lecker und auch das Salatbuffet war ganz nice. Also für 28,90€ pro Person stimmt der Preis/Qualität - vor allem hier in Frankfurt! Ich werde immer wieder gerne kommen! I had my fair share of churrascaria around the world at dozens if not hundreds of places and I have to warn for Rodizio Grill in Frankfurt, Germany. Avoid at all cost. (My visit was 25 february 2022) This can not be called a Brazilian Churrascaria. The all you can eat at their menu should be “all that you MIGHT get”. This doesnt even deserve a one star. After I arrived I had a bit if the sallad bar and was ready to have meat. Lots of meat. The “light” was on green which means give me meat. Red is a break. But here it is always a break. First 90 minutes I was served: 3 chicken hearts 3 cm slice chorizo sausage 3 cm slice chicken with bacon Then at 90 minites I got: 3 small slices Sirloin (I did say after 25 minutes when I refused a large chicken leg that I wanted red meats) After 1 hour and 45 minutes the Picanha came. I took as much I could but damn it was NOT tender as it should be. Old meat? Bad cow? Not sure. Maybe both. When I the server (the young lady was the only one being friendly) asked if all was good I said I wanted more Picanha and red meats. She did tell that to the man serving meat / the kitchen but she got just a yell or something. This place is run in a terrible way. After 2 hours I left. Paid 103 euro for 2 people. Disappointed and still hungry. Now at a steakhouse having a juicy rib eye.

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Abend dort, das Fleisch war sehr gut gegrillt, 9 Fleisch Sorten, perfekt gegrillt, leckere Beilagen, besonders Service und auch die hausgemachte Limonade.

Over 20 years ago, as a fledgling pilot, I was working for an aircraft sales company in Florida, which was owned by a Brazilian man. It was then that I was introduced to Brazilian food, namely Rodizio. I simply love the concept and have eaten at a wide range of Churrascaria restaurants around the World. On a recent trip to Frankfurt, to celebrate finally getting our permits to return to Dubai, I decided to treat my colleague to dinner. Having worn out the German food scene, I did a search and found that Rodizio Grill was only a short walk from our hotel. Not knowing how busy they'd be, I emailed them and sent them a WhatsApp to reserve a table for 8PM. Arriving at the restaurant, which was tucked away on a neighborhood side street, I first noticed that the place was empty. I thought to myself that maybe people ate later than 8PM in Germany, but anyway, we went in a sat down. We were greeted by a lovely lady from Georgia, the country, not the state, who was energetic and genuinely excited to see her first, and as we found out later, only customers for the evening. I was a little concerned about the freshness of the food, as generally, the more people dining, the fresher the food, but I was amazed at the quality of the entire meal. If you've ever been to a Rodizio restaurant, you'll know that they usually have a well-stocked salad bar. I've often thought of this as a means to get you to fill up before the meats start coming around, but tonight, do the Covid-19, the salad bar was closed. Instead, they brought out a beautiful platter of sides, including rice, feijoada, bread rolls, fried bananas, grilled vegetables, and my favorite, farofa. Then, the chef started bringing out the grilled meats. It was a full complement, including picanha, chicken, linguiça, lamb, ribs, and so much more. Every one, hot off the grill and oh so delicious. After eating until we were practically in what I like to call 'meat coma', we sat at the bar chatting with the staff, enjoying a few drinks and they even shared some of their homemade Serbian Rakija. All I can say is, it was a wonderful evening of good food, excellent service and meeting new friends. The Rodizio Grill has been around for 20 years and remains the only Brazilian restaurant in Frankfurt. With the Covid-19 pandemic, they are struggling to survive. It would be a shame for this amazing restaurant to close, so please stop in for dinner. You will not be disappointed. Tell them Bad Monkey Touring sent you.

The best first: the staff was friendly. They have no big choice on the menue. The amount you get is close to greedy. The meat was okay as well as the taste. The price is okay. But the whole place is nothing special.
