Leckere Speisen in gediegenem Ambiente. Sehr aufmerksamer Service - kleine, aber feine Weinkarte!

Der Abend im Rodesand war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Hervorragender Service, Essen mit vielen, differenzierbaren Nuancen und kleinen und durchdachten Überraschungen, die wir mehrmals ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert haben. Auch die Weinbegleitung war toll und hat das Essen gut bis hervorragend begleitet und trotzdem teilweise mutig den eigenen Charakter des Weines betont.

Das 4-Gänge Menü war echt ein Genuss, die Küche hat gezaubert und die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten wurden von einem sehr netten und kompetenten Team serviert. Vorher waren wir in der Bar und haben uns dort verwöhnen lassen.

Wir waren gestern mit 4 Personen zur Tea Time im Rodesand. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist wunderbar. Die Auswahl von Sandwiches, Scones, Pralinen, Madeleines, Creme, Marmeladen usw. auf den Etageren war einfach toll. Vorlegebesteck ist unser Verbesserungsvorschlag. Sehr liebevoll dekorierte Sandwiches, die vielen Geschmacksrichtungen... Wir waren begeistert! Das Servieren war ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Beim Abräumen haperte es etwas und auch nach einem weiteren Tee wurde nicht gefragt. Das war etwas schade. Auch, dass es nicht 2 Kannen Tee pro Person inclusive gibt. Das würde zu einer Tea Time dazu gehören. Wir haben dann jeder noch eine weitere Kanne bestellt und bezahlt. Die Sortenauswahl war sehr umfangreich und der Tee von Ronnefeld schmeckt uns sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.

Ich war sowohl von Essen als auch vom Ambiente und Service restlos begeistert. Ich besuchte das Restaurant, da ich in Schleswig-Holstein zu einer Kur war und mir abends etwas Gutes gönnen wollte. Der Weg von Aukrug bis nach Malente hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Ich war allein essen, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich vom Service begleitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend Eine große Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend mit hervorragenden Essen und einem sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service.

Wir waren zum Urlaub an der Ostsee und ich wollte meinen Eltern zum Hochzeitstag einen Abend schenken. Gleich vorweg: der Abend war einfach nur perfekt. Die Restaurantleiterin Frau Strauch und ihr Team kümmerten sich herzlich und mit höchstem Niveau um uns. Wir fühlte uns rund um bestens versorgt. Das Essen, wir hatten das Menü, war außergewöhnlich, spannend, sehr lecker und einfach nur toll. Zitat meiner Eltern: Warum hat Rodesand keinen Stern? Das Restaurant wurde vor zwei Jahren aufwendig umgestaltet, die Fotos auf Google sind nicht aktuell. Neben den Gaumenfreuden gibt es jetzt auch viel Schönes für das Auge. Von außen ist die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Es war ein rund um herzliches, aussergewöhnliches und perfektes Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an das ganze Rodesand-Team, die den Abend für meine Eltern und mich so besonders gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich ein Highlight. Die Gerichte wurden nicht nur außerordentlich frisch und köstlich zubereitet, sondern waren auch visuell ein Genuss. Die Mitarbeiter wahren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und haben zu dem gelungenen Abend beigetragen. Preis/Leistung 5 Sterne, hier würden wir sehr gerne wieder hingehen.

We visited Rodesand for the first time last week and were absolutely thrilled! Entering the manor house is truly impressive, creating a stately yet cozy atmosphere worthy of a manor house. We received a warm welcome, and the service was always attentive, yet unobtrusive and very friendly. Every single course of the menu was truly exceptional, exquisitely balanced, and presented with great attention to detail. The matching wine recommendation is highly recommended. The Rodesand team has created a wonderful place here, and we felt at home as guests at every moment, thoroughly enjoying our time and especially the food! We would love to come back!

Sadly disappointed. We were there for tea time on Mother's Day. What we got were tiny pieces of non-homemade cake, three per person (the size was actually 2x2cm), dry biscuits, mini sandwiches (two fingers wide) (unfortunately, they didn't ask if we preferred a vegetarian version, so half were left over), and a scone each. This scone really didn't deserve the name. I often bake scones myself, and this was definitely not one. More like a cross between a bread roll and a milk roll. The clotted cream, while delicious, had precious little in common with the original clotted cream. It was more like whipped and refined cream than oven-baked cream. For just under €100 for three people, it was more than disappointing, both in terms of quality and quantity. We left hungry and cannot recommend the tea time.

The ambience was awesome. Very tastefully decorated. Good service and a great meal.

Hello, on the occasion of Valentine's Day we went to the pre-booked opening menu... which unfortunately turned out to be completely different... but we were absolutely convinced by the excellent quality of the menu that was offered! We found the short waiting times between courses to be very pleasant...a straight A! Shortcoming...a drinks menu/wine list would be nice, we think the €6.50 water flat rate per person is very excessive...especially since the gentlemen mainly drank beer. We were a little irritated that the four of us got as much bread as two people at the next table...The tasteful furnishings and beautiful decoration are very stylish. However, access is difficult for people with walking difficulties due to stairs, carpets, ledges and relatively cramped furniture...The staff worked very friendly and competently (apart from our objections regarding the booked menu)! Only time will tell whether the concept without meat dishes and only with fish and vegetarian dishes will be successful!

A magical place that you remember very differently from before has been created into a dreamlike "work of art". Whether it's tea time or the perfect Fish & Gut menu, a BIG compliment from us...keep it up!

I was with someone for the Christmas menu. Very good in terms of location and locations. There was sparkling wine as a welcome. The menu was a letter with a seal already well done, the menu was divided into five courses and mostly included fish. The individual aisles were explained, the distance between the aisles was well chosen, and each aisle was newly covered. You could choose between two wines and went well with the fish. At the end there was a small sweet and coffee. The staff was very attentive but considerate. A perfect evening and would love to come again. Only the price was in the upper segment, but I knew that.

Everything is just right here. Beautiful and tastefully furnished rooms, staff who will discreetly and unobtrusively give you a nice evening and what's more, this wonderful food. The recommended wine pairing was perfect and presented without any mumbo jumbo. If there were 6 stars I would give them.

We wanted to spend a nice evening in Rodesand and were greeted very friendly and asked if we wanted to sit outside in the nice weather, which we happily accepted. Service, presentation of the food and the dishes were exceptional. However, the following points spoil the beautiful evening: When we arrived there were three more tables occupied. Unfortunately, there was a couple sitting at a table (the man in shorts and a T-shirt), whose conversation was very loud throughout the terrace. Apparently they were only there to drink and They were probably already sitting on the terrace before the restaurant opened because they left after emptying their bottle of champagne without ordering food. A short time later two families arrived, dressed very casually, man also in shorts, shirt open to his belly button) this table was also very loud. It's also a shame that the espresso/cappuccino that was offered as a sweet ending was already served, but the promised sweet didn't come until 10 minutes later. This can be timed better. The cappuccino didn't have a nice crema either, which some bakers do better. In the Melkhus restaurant everything may be fine, But in Rodesand, which wants to establish itself in the fine dining sector and also charges appropriate prices, you should also ensure the appropriate ambience and pay attention to the appropriate clothing and behavior of your guests. The balancing act between house guests who leave a lot of money with their stay and Day guests who want to spend a nice evening is certainly difficult, but doable.

With high expectations we went to the Immenhof, made famous by the 1950s movie trilogy. There are two restaurants on the site. We went to the gourmet restaurant this time. The food absolutely met our expectations: Very nice combination of flavors and consistencies, excellent meat and awesome vegetables. What shocked us was the price of the admittedly very good wine by the glass: 14 to 17 Euros for 0,1 liter of wine, not to speak of the price for a glass of champagne, was an unpleasant surprise. Unfortunately that destroyed the positive atmosphere of our date night and we went back home disappointed. Too bad, because again: The food was excellent. Next time we go to Ole Liese or to Weissenhaus.

A wonderfully coordinated menu, where wine accompaniment is absolutely recommended. First-class service in a very nice atmosphere. Why this restaurant doesn't have at least 1 Michelin star is a mystery to me.

We spent a wonderful evening there and the food and wine were simply perfect. We had the "small" 5-course menu, which was completely enough for us. I took the 3-course wine accompaniment. Personally, I liked the white wine best in the first course with the fish, but that is of course a matter of taste. The prices are high, but more than adequate for the quality of the food and drinks. We will definitely come back. The service was very friendly and accommodating, every dish was beautifully explained and every question was answered. And the ambience in the old manor house is really very nice. What I criticize is that I didn't take any photos of the small works of art myself. That won't happen again on my next visit.

Sonst bin ich kein großer Fan von Wiederholungen, aber hier gilt: Sensationelles Ambiente, sensationelle Küche, sensationeller Service! Bereits während der telefonischen Reservierung wurde ich gefragt, ob jemand von uns unter Unverträglichkeiten leidet, die wir der Küche mitteilen möchten. Und das von einem Restaurant, das ohnehin ein vegetarisches Menu auf der Karte hat, das nach eigener Aussage "nach Absprache veganisierbar" sei - und, das sei an dieser Stelle schon verraten, selbst "eingefleischte" Allesesser und - ausprobierer bei der schlussendlichen Menu-Auswahl ins Wanken bringt. Die Steifheit, die man leider immer noch in manch anderen Restaurants dieser "Kragenweite" antrifft, findet sich hier überhaupt nicht. Das Personal ist derartig herzlich und zugewandt, dass man jede Sekunde damit rechnet, in den Arm genommen zu werden. Hier wird wirklich an alles gedacht und nichts scheint ein Problem zu sein. Und ob es denn auch schmeckt? Es schmeckt nicht nur, es ist schon ein wahrer Augenschmaus, sobald die Teller nur herangetragen werden. Das darauffolgende Geschmackserlebnis ist im wahrsten Sinne unbeschreiblich. Das muss man erlebt haben! Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt, in dieser in jedem Sinne warmen Umgebung diese herrlichen Köstlichkeiten genießen zu dürfen und jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen zu bekommen. Im Moment halten wir uns mit der Aussicht auf unseren nächsten (bereits geplanten) Besuch "über Wasser" und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub auf dem Immenhof verbracht und bei dieser Gelegenheit auch im Rodesand gegessen. Sensationelle Küche, jeder Gang, jeder Gruß aus der Küche ein Genuss. Dazu der extrem freundliche, aufmerksame, aber zu keiner Zeit aufdringliche Service haben den Abend zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis gemacht. Da sind 5 Sterne eigentlich zu wenig 😊

Wir waren am letzten Mittwoch in diesem hervorragenden Restaurant. Neben einem herrlichen Tisch mit Blick auf den See haben wir das 5-Gänge Menü genossen. Jeder Teller war toll gestaltet und schmeckte auch sehr gut. Ein großes Kompliment an den Küchenchef und den freundlichen Service. Zum Digestif können wir die Bar nur empfehlen. Einzig das Beleuchtungskonzept könnte noch mehr Pfiff vertragen.

Beeindruckend. Restaurant im Herrenhaus. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Küche von Patrick Kühn mindestens einen Michelin-Stern wert. Sommelier und Bar nebenan top. Wir waren restlos begeistert. Geheimtip. Nicht weitersagen ;-)
