The place is very good. The terrace allows spectacular views. The restaurant is typical German, well served and attentive.

The restaurant has a very nice location and atmosphere. The food was good (not very unique but delicious for sure) and staffs were friendly.

Very tasty food, a bit expensive. View great. The main course was a bit small in portion. 3 courses are recommended. It would be best to label vegetarian and vegan. There are also very good non-alcoholic aperitifs and cocktails, unfortunately they are not directly on the menu so you have to ask first.

A culinary highlight – simply fantastic! I was more than thrilled with my visit to this restaurant. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The ambience is stylish and cozy, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening by the water. The food was simply outstanding! Every bite was a flavor explosion. The menu offers a wonderful small selection of creative dishes prepared with great attention to detail. I would particularly like to highlight the beef tartare and hanger steak, which was an absolute highlight. The service was also first class. The staff were attentive, friendly and really went out of their way to make my evening memorable. The waiters' recommendations were spot-on and rounded off my experience perfectly. This restaurant is a real insider tip and I can highly recommend it to anyone who values ​​excellent food and service. I will definitely come back!

Let's start with the location: I would say there is hardly a nicer place to sit and eat than there in Berlin! The food, from the starter to the dessert, was absolutely fantastic, really excellent! The service rounded everything off. We will come back! Only recommended!!!

Enjoy a great evening in the exceptionally beautiful Rivo restaurant on the Spree terraces. Greeted personally by the restaurant manager and accompanied throughout the evening by professional staff. The wine recommendations perfectly matched the meal and the starter and main course were also super tasty. The warmth...the guest at the center...a big thank you.... We would love to come back.

The food is very little and you have to pay too much, 170€ for 1 person. Cheat.

The food is so bad that one person gets 1 slice of beef of about 50g and their own salad, cheap drinks but having to pay almost €200 each person is crazy!!!

A very special experience in this restaurant. We were very satisfied. The environment in the public area could be better maintained by the “Green” district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. The park and public sidewalks don't look good. The Rivo restaurant, on the other hand, is really very pleasant

Lovely place for a dinner with an amazing view. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend the Zucchini Salad, Steak, Seafood Shakshouka and Brownie. Great Wine selection as well. The waiters were kind and friendly. Better to go enjoy the view before it gets dark. Mosquitoes arrived after it got dark :)

Upon request, we got a table right by the water. Service: attentive, good advice, very professional and yet personal. Food: just good. There is a small menu. The prices seemed reasonable to us for the quality. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Berlin!

In and of itself, the restaurant was good, but in some aspects it leaves something to be desired. The food was very nicely prepared, but the chicken tasted slightly burnt. But the lamb was very tasty.

Locality and atmosphere are very good. Unfortunately, the food is not always, like last night. The starter and the main course were much too sour and unrecognizable due to the same dressing. The main course, 2 prawns and two pieces of fish were covered with a dollop of tomato sauce and lots of leafy parsley. A pity! This time the cuisine was not as good as we expected. The staff was apparently a little too overwhelmed, as "two topics" had to be served. (Lunch buffet followed by a party as well as the a la card restaurant. That shouldn't really be the case, unfortunately! The price wasn't justified this time.

Locality und Ambiente sehr gut, das Dinner nur mäßig, da die Vorspeise und die Hauptspeise mit gleichem, zu vielem Dressing aufbereitet wurde. Leider war beides nur säuerlich und nicht erkennbar, die Hauptspeise, 2 Garnelen und 2 Stückchen Fisch mit Tomatensoße und Blatt Petersilie übermäßig überdeckt. Diesmal leider keine gute , schmackhafte Küche, so wie wir es vom letzten Mal erwartet und bekommen hatten. Sehr Schade!

We celebrated our wedding at Rivo with 57 adults and 17 children. The event planner Franzi and the entire service staff were extremely professional, friendly and attentive. Our guests loved the excellent service and delicious food! The Rivo will always remain a magical place for us. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The meal was delicious as well as the view of the Spree. However, the service was deplorable... Servers were unfriendly and slow. When we wanted to order drinks, we asked her for a carafe of water and she/he immediately turned away and left to do other things... only to return 15 minutes later with our drinks. When paying the receipt we had to wait more than 20 minutes before someone deigned to see us... in short... a shame because this restaurant only has potential in the food and its location.

The best tartare. Plus a wonderful view and a great espresso martini. We come regularly.

Although the view reminds me of Dublin, or Hamburg... Simply great!!Thank you. We will be back. Also from Hamburg again and again 😃 And now we are already looking forward to August 24!! We were there for a company dinner and there was a buffet for us. This was really excellent and particularly high quality. All courses, starters, main courses and desserts were excellent. The drinks menu and the aperitif were also very well chosen. We recommend! I will definitely come back.

We celebrated here with our wedding party in the evening and have to thank the Rivo team through and through. We were looked after very well right from the start and always had a nice contact person ready. The evening went absolutely smoothly. The food (a buffet for 45 people) was one of the finest dishes we have eaten this year and our guests are still raving about it today. 10/10 absolutely recommended

Dinner&Dance set a whole new benchmark yesterday thanks to Björn Krahl and his team and of course the location. It started straight away with the drinks, which were, by the way, very tasty. You just have to be there in time to enjoy your first drinks on the terrace with the great view of the water and the Oberbaum Bridge. Very nice. From a culinary point of view, it was just extremely good. Each of the 8 course menus was extremely tasty, extremely good quality and perfectly presented on the plates. In our opinion, the menu, the quality, the taste and the presentation came very close to star cuisine. The service was definitely star level. As far as I could tell, our waiter that evening was called Arti. We love good service and with the prices that are sometimes charged in the catering industry, we also insist on good service. Arti rounded off the culinary evening perfectly with his top service. Top professional, extremely polite and personable and doesn't show any signs of stress or anything else. Our special requests for the menus were also fulfilled, without any comments or arguments as to why something wasn't possible. The music afterwards, which came from a DJ, was also good. Overall, the guests were in a good party mood, thanks to that DJ. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant and the dinner and dance event. We will definitely be at the start of the next events. Food good, service professional and attentive, nice view of the Spree

We had a great evening at Rivo. The food and service were excellent and a positive experience in itself, in addition to the beautiful ambience. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back on our next visit. The only thing that could perhaps be done is with the background noise. But since everything was so wonderful, I don't want to detract from the overall experience. Of particular note is my chicken starter. Excellent.

Gladly again and again! The food was delicious, the conditions were a little confusing, we took the order twice, mixed up the food and drinks, when we wanted to reorder there was no one there. Usually the dishes are very tasty, this time the lamb dish was quite tough and dry. However, the beef dish from my companion was much better. The view is just amazing, romantic and picturesque. The only restaurant in the area where you can get good wine. Most of the time you have to make a reservation, I rarely get a table there spontaneously.

Had on February 14th. a Valentine's Day menu... The food was very tasty and of top quality. Our waiter was very competent and friendly, very pleasant to work with. The ambience is very nice, especially in the evenings, with a view of the Spree. 👍🏻

Excellent restaurant, subtle but highly responsive and friendly service, excellent food. The steak tartare (I am a fan) is in the top 3 of my life if not number 1. Great bread. We all loved our mains, the duck, the loup de mer, the Tagliolini, all well balanced subtle flavours, all very very pleasing. We took a business colleague here and he was very pleased. Great choice of excellent Beers and drinks. Great interior and views. Well worth the money. I will definitely be back.

Super nice shop. We had reserved for 2 and got a nice table. Prices are completely reasonable and the timing of the starter and main course was perfect. When it's full, it's actually a little louder, but a few acoustic panels on the ceiling could definitely help in the long run ;) I will definitely eat there again!

We were there for dinner on Christmas Day and we all went home very satisfied and more than full. The service was incredibly nice, courteous and responded to every request and request. The food was very tasty and more than enough. The location is modern and stylish. The restaurant is elongated, which means you can sit alone in a cozy lounge. The kitchen and the service are very fond of children and also respond to their wishes. Prices are high, but appropriate for the quality there. All in all a great evening and we would love to come back.

Wir waren dort für unsere Weihnachtsfeier, essen war gut, keine 5 Sterne aber lecker. Ambiente war toll, nur die Akustik war furchtbar, allerdings waren wir auch mehr als 80 Leute. Mit weniger Menschen sicher etwas entspannter. Aber der Blick auf die Spree hatte schon was. Service top, super aufmerksame Kellner:innen, erlebt man so selten. Gerne wieder, bestimmt auch Mal im Sommer draußen

I stood already 3x times in front of closed doors, as there are exclusive groups. I was there once and loved it, so tried to come again. Sadly they don’t have any info online about if there are publicly open or closed. Phone calls are also not answered in the afternoon/evening. You can check the table reservation tool and if a booking is not possible anymore, it is likely that they are closed, but they should just update the status on the website or instagram.

Upscale restaurant with extraordinary food. Highlights are the beef tartar as an appetizer, the truffle pasta and the lamb rack as mains. The interior dome is beautiful and with a nice view over the spree and just be aware to call them and confirm your table is in that place. Credit card payments possible
