A very stylish and pleasant restaurant. We often go there with visiting friends, and they are always impressed. The menu offers a good selection of both food and drinks, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

This is my second time here! The food is fantastic, the service is fantastic, and the cocktails are fantastic! A very cool vibe and open atmosphere, very English-friendly. I will definitely come back! My German is bad!

A wonderful evening at Pantry Berlin! We celebrated a birthday at Pantry and had a truly fantastic evening. From the warm welcome to the farewell, everything was perfect. The service team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional; we immediately felt at ease. The food was fantastic, every dish a delight, and the cocktails were perfectly crafted and beautifully presented. The ambiance is also absolutely charming, stylish, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail. All in all, a perfect evening in Berlin!

Why can I only give 5 stars here? Pantry deserves so much more. From the warm welcome to the fantastic drinks, delicious food, top-notch service with wit and charm, right through to the farewell, the evening was simply more than perfect. The team is well-coordinated, in great spirits, and you won't find the service desert that is so often the case in Germany here. It was simply wonderful. Thank you so much, everyone! We received a warm welcome as soon as we walked in – we immediately felt at home. One staff member, who truly made this wonderful evening complete, has particularly stayed in our memory: so approachable, witty, authentic, and passionate about his work. We felt like we weren't just guests, but were genuinely treated as individuals. The food was outstanding – combined with the atmosphere, the superb service, and the perfect company, it was a fantastic evening.

One of my favorite places in Berlin for a lovely evening – the food quality has been excellent for years – and the value for money is right here! The service is always cheerful, cheerful, and you feel very welcome and cared for! The ambiance with the leather armchairs is great, the decor very stylish yet cozy! Often, after eating at other fine dining restaurants, we leave saying: Next time, we'll go back to Pantry…! 😊

A discovery in Mitte. Recommended by a friend, we were seated on a cozy outdoor terrace. Very stylish interior. An eclectic menu; I had the finest beef tataki as a starter and a delicately pink grilled tuna as a main course. Accompanied by a cosmopolitan with a thump. Great! And incredibly friendly service. The prices are completely reasonable. Go!

I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to report a very unpleasant incident. The food was excellent and the service overall good, but when it came time to pay, we were the victim of a rather unpleasant comment. We decided to split the bill, and when asked whether or not to leave a tip, while I was considering changing payment methods and paying in cash, which I might have also left a tip with, the waiter asked me if I wanted to tip him with my card or not, "Italian style." When, puzzled, I asked, "Italian style?" he replied that it was because "all Italians don't tip." I hope I misunderstood, although I think his comment was pretty clear. We won't be returning, which is a shame because the food and the place are truly good.

Worth every Euro. I highly recommend that you dine at The Pantry at least once in your lifetime. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the food was phenomenal and the decor was intriguing.

Let's start with the negative - The wait took 40 minutes. Other than that, the food is delicious and fancy, without breaking your wallet. I ordered the burger and it was to-die-for. You also can't go wrong with the desserts. Come here if you're looking for a culinary delight!

Aufgrund des guten Wetters fand die Bewirtung im ansprechend gestalteten Hinterhof statt. Davon abgesehen, dass es an der Auswahl der Speisen und der Qualität überhaupt nichts auszusetzen gab und das würzige selbstgebackene Brot vorneweg schon den gelungenen Abend erahnen ließ, muss man betonen, dass der Service und die Gastfreundlichkeit absolut außergewöhnlich waren. Wir haben schon lange, abgesehen von Besuchen in der absoluten Spitzengastronomie, keinen so aufmerksamen Service und freundlich-humorvolle Bedienung erlebt wie bei unserem Besuch im Pantry. Wir hatten das Gefühl, bei Freunden willkommen geheißen zu werden. Schade, dass wir nicht in Berlin wohnen. Wir wären hier definitiv Stammgäste. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Abend. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Berlin sind, sehen wir uns wieder!

Six of us were guests at the restaurant that evening. The reception and service were very friendly and attentive. The food was good, as was the wine. The prices are high. Unfortunately, immediately after dessert and with the wine still unfinished, we were asked to leave our table in the beautiful garden, saying our time was up. Our protest was met with graciousness, and we were eventually allowed to stay, but the pleasant atmosphere had vanished. What a shame!

At Pantry, you feel like you're in a good friend's chic living room: lots of leather, cool art, and a bar where you'll want to linger. It's stylish, but never stuffy. The service? The service team is attentive, warm, and always ready with a quick joke. No matter how busy it is – you feel welcome and well looked after. The bottom line: Pantry is Berlin's address for connoisseurs seeking something special: creative cuisine, a great ambiance, and excellent service. The prices are high, but absolutely justified for the experience. Definitely give it a try!

Great atmosphere. Excellent service. The menu reads very well. However, the food doesn't live up to expectations. Two examples: The flat iron steak was very thick (2-3 times thicker than usual for such a steak), lacked its characteristic shape, and was cooked all the way through without comment and barely seared. It lost a lot of its juiciness and lacked flavor. The whipped cream for dessert also wasn't visually or tastefully convincing, melting like industrial-strength whipped cream upon serving.

Please don't be put off by the pictures of the seating. They look like small sofas but are firm and comfortable, the restaurant interior looks fantastic. But do go for the food. Loved the food in this restaurant, very tasty with lots of interesting flavour combinations that elevate the dishes.

Cozy atmosphere, a very well-stocked selection of drinks, an exciting menu, very good and attentive service, and truly delicious and beautifully presented food. We've been there three times now and have been completely satisfied each time. We'll be back.

The ambiance is furnished with comfortable leather chairs and perfect lighting. The food is fantastic, whether steak or shrimp. And the staff is simply cheerful and totally customer-oriented. Always worth a visit.

Spontaneously popped in for dinner late in the evening and received a more than friendly welcome. Bartender 10/10, service 11/10 and the kitchen was incredibly fast. Very open, friendly service that advises you and tries to put a smile on your face! Were turned away at another restaurant after an actual reservation was canceled a few streets away. In the end we were happy about it because we ended up in the pantry. The dishes are medium complex, but very well made for what they are and you can eat really reasonably here for your money. Portions won't leave you flat, but they will fill you up. All in all really good restaurant🤝

Our evening in the pantry was a completely successful experience. The service was attentive and courteous without being intrusive. The food was of excellent quality and demonstrated the creativity and skill of the kitchen team. We were particularly impressed by the carefully compiled wine list, which had something for every taste. The ambience in the pantry is truly unique. The comfortable armchairs, attractive art on the walls and mood lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The background music was perfectly coordinated with the overall concept and contributed to a relaxed evening. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Pantry and can recommend this restaurant to anyone who values ​​good service, great food and an exceptional ambience.

5 stars all the way. Bread as a starter was great. Still water. Yes Beer. Yes Wine. Yes Steak for 2? Absolutely. Steak fries? 100% Hollandaise on point but, very different than USA but great flavor. Just loved the place and the food was dialed in. Plates came out hot. Steak served on a butcher block and I just can’t say enough good about this place. Noisy but cozy. Wait staff very attentive. I could go on and on.

Die Speisen sehr fein und perfekt angerichtet und auch an den Gast gebracht. Das Patntry steht für mich für perfekte Gastronomie vom Essen bis zum Service und immer eine Empfehlung. The place is very cozy and has nice, dim lighting, but there is an enormous amount of noise late in the evening, otherwise we would have stayed longer. Unfortunately, the wine was only so-so, and you also have to like chilled red wine. Advance information would have been nice here. Then we would have decided differently. Still a full recommendation of the store.

Ich war gestern mit Freunden im Panty Restaurant in Mitte. Vorab: angenehme Atmosphäre, erstklassiger Service, ein kulinarisches Highlight das begeistert Die innovativen Gerichte mit europäischen und asiatischen Einflüssen sind fein abgeschmeckt, liebevoll auf dem Teller angerichtet und werden mit einem netten Spruch vom Service eingesetzt. Wir haben uns schmecken lassen: frische Austern Miesmuschel im spicy Weißwein-Orangensud Beef Tataki mit Wildkräutersalat Steinbutt Steak Florentine den Digestif aus Espresso und und und habe ich vergessen, war aber super Dinner begleitet von einem hervorragendem Weißburgunder Ich werde gern wiederkommen und kann Euch die „Kneipe“ empfehlen.

The food was sensational and the service outstanding. I have never eaten such good beef fillet. Unfortunately the store isn't very big and the noise is more like a pub. Maybe groups or guests who are there primarily for the good wine should be separated a bit. For me, good food also includes the right ambience. Despite everything, it is an enrichment for Berlin and can only be recommended.

Update to my post from 4 years ago: Oh my god! The store is still as good as it was 10 years ago and has been accepting credit cards for some time. It doesn't actually get any better. The oysters are too expensive (says the Frenchman), but I love you and the great service staff! Keep it up!

Super restaurant with great food, wine and wonderful and kind service. The environment is completed by a pleasant atmosphere. Slightly higher prices, but it is definitely worth visiting this restaurant. We had a reservation for 2 hours, but by agreement we stayed a little longer. I definitely recommend booking a table in advance. It was packed on a Friday night.
