If you are greeted as unfriendly as we were 10 days ago, then you think about staying. The waiter went one better after greeting us, only to announce that he was alone that day. We then decided to go again. We entered the store for the first and last time.

The super friendly staff is only surpassed by their cooking skills. In addition to a large selection of cocktails (which are top notch), you can also enjoy a large selection of Mexican food. The nachos with minced meat or chicken were very tasty. The ambience is clean and the outside does not suggest the actual size of the restaurant. Thank you for another lovely visit. We'll be back

The food was very tasty! I highly recommend the Quesadillas de Chorizo, the Bora Bora Brew was also delicious. I celebrated my birthday here and the waiter helped very nicely with the table, cake and I also got a sparkler. I will definitely come again and I can only recommend it!

We ordered and took away today, unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The employees in the kitchen should be informed about what the rule is with long hair, because instead of one hair I kindly had two hairs in my burrito. Really a shame!!

A fantastic restaurant. Food super tasty. I can especially recommend the fajitas. Super tasty and served in a sizzling pan. The waiters were super polite, nice and accommodating. It felt like every wish was read in the eyes. I can't fault the service at all. The prices are absolutely fair for this quality The shop is definitely worth a visit!

The worst experience i’ve had in a long time, very disappointment. The food was good, very overpriced tbh but the costumer service was awful The bald waiter was soooo rude with me and my friends, i don’t understand how this kind of people can work in hospitality / no positive energy and even refused to let us have a knife and fork to finish the left overs once he had cleared the table after i just paid €20 for a meal Also 5€ for a glass of fanta ??? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It started off amazing. We ordered some cocktails which were super tasty. There is a great selection of them. The food portions are very large and our starter tasted great. The issue was one our mains came there was clearly flies in both of our salads. When I informed a waitress working there she said I was wrong and it was not a fly. This put a large downer on the mood. I checked again with a waiter who acknowledged and apologised immediately and replaced for fresh.

The waiter is super friendly and there were even shots on the house.

The evening was very nice, the food was delicious, the portion was large and the price was reasonable in my opinion. The service was very attentive. That's what I like best here. There is a deduction in the ambience because I personally don't find the layout particularly comfortable. Not everyone likes sitting outside on the main street. There is a courtyard that is quieter and nicer, but also smaller. Nevertheless, we always like to go there and look forward to the extra long hours of warm food!!

The Cancún in Kreuzberg offers good cocktails. The ambience is mixed as it is located directly on Mehringdamm and you can get the full load of Kreuzberg nightlife in the outdoor area. It's a little quieter inside and there are no attempts at contact from pushy street vendors. The non-alcoholic cocktail was mixed, the alcoholic drinks were good. Food was not consumed.

Bartender Sahil, thank you for this perfect Long Island cocktail :) Also the Espresso Martini was amazing!

Our server went out of his way to ensure we were able to enjoy a very late dinner on the patio here--and did not rush us off even though they were closing up for the night. Very kind! I also have a number of food allergies, and he patiently helped me find something safe and delicious to eat. That guy deserves a raise.

Ate a massive meal and hopefully my bottom doesn’t react abhorrently tomorrow morning. Treated the birthday boy amazingly with accommodating free slush shots. Recommend to children under the age of six as they were so sweet there was no taste of alcohol. deadly.

We sat outside for a very late dinner, and the server was extremely patient, helpful, friendly and kind with us. We felt really taken care of. Give that dude a raise.

The service is nice, the rest is truly a horrible experience. The food has nothing to with Mexican food and is completely lacking any taste. The worst restaurant I have been to in years. There are probably thousands of better places to have food in Berlin.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We’re from Vegas and as Mexican is my favorite cuisine, there’s a high bar to clear to meet our expectations. Cancun absolutely did so. Service was fantastic, the restaurant is nice on the inside, and the food was outstanding. Highest recommendation for those looking for Mexican in Berlin.

I can't understand the 2 star rating at all!! The food is not only extremely tasty, but also very authentic and Mexican. In fact, it was so delicious that I ate at the restaurant with my boyfriend two days in a row. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The cocktails are also highly recommended. I had a Cosmopolitan, a Hurricane and a Jamaica Fever and they were all very very good. By the way, I also ate the best chili con carne I've ever had there. If we come to Berlin again, we will definitely come back. We recommend!!
