Highly recommended Italian restaurant! The tagliatelle with porcini mushroom sauce was excellent and plentiful, and the Nero d'Avola paired perfectly. The panna cotta was creamy and delicious, and the espresso was strong and aromatic. Despite not having a reservation, I was seated quickly and courteously. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy. The prices were reasonable – the taste and service speak for themselves. I'd be happy to come back!

We called at short notice and got a table. We were seated with a large group and warned that it might be loud. Of course, it wasn't. They were still very accommodating. Unfortunately, they didn't have pizza, only pinsa. But it was just as good!!! ☺️ The service itself was excellent, and they even brought me a sip of wine to try before I had to decide. I'd be happy to go back! The price/performance ratio was also good!

We stumbled upon this restaurant spontaneously while passing through. Great food, excellent value for money, and you can tell it's run by a wonderful Italian family with a heart for it.

The best Italian in Memmingen - says the waitress, or rather the junior manager. Since I only know one Italian, I can't confirm that, but I think it's plausible. Pinsa was excellent! Rigatoni with shrimp in saffron sauce was also good. Not so great: We arrived at 6 p.m., probably too early, and the draft beer wasn't quite ready yet. And instead of pinsa salmone, I got pinsa salami. It didn't detract from the enjoyment.

Not a great experience. Avoid the mixed antipasto. The prices were definitely above average and not commensurate with the quality offered. Cuttlefish passed off as calamari...

A lovely visit to the Toscana restaurant. The food was delicious: the pinsa was excellent and beautifully presented, but not for those with a big appetite, and it was rather expensive. The pasta dish was also very good, and the portion size was better – a bit higher in price, but still acceptable. The service was friendly and attentive, but seemed a bit overwhelmed as the restaurant became more crowded. All in all, a successful evening – we'd be happy to come back!

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. They constantly checked on us and asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything else, etc. I've rarely had such good food and such friendly service! Huge praise, keep up the good work, we'll definitely be back. The child-friendliness was also very commendable.

To be honest, Toscana has become a bit of a safe haven for us when you just want to eat well and feel good. I've been there several times now, sometimes as a couple, sometimes with the family, and it's always been just right. The place has such a warm, cozy atmosphere – a bit cramped, perhaps, but that's part of it. It feels Italian without being overly so. When you walk in, you usually smell the oven and herbs – and then I immediately get hungry. The pizza is great. Not overloaded, but just the right amount of topping, a thin base, crispy crust – and above all: fresh. With the pasta dishes, you can also tell that they don't just heat up anything without care. My favorites are the penne all'arrabbiata or the one with Gorgonzola – depending on my mood. The portions aren't huge, but the flavor is perfect every time. I also have to say: The service is really friendly. Relaxed, friendly, sometimes a bit chaotic, but in a charming way. You simply feel welcome – without someone constantly getting on your nerves. If there's anything to complain about, it's perhaps that you have to be a bit patient when the place is full. But honestly, I'd rather wait a few minutes longer and get something good than have everything rushed through.

Authentic Italian food, friendly and informal service, and a cozy atmosphere. Due to the limited space and the fully booked restaurant, it might not be the ideal place for a quiet date, but that's just what a rustic Italian restaurant offers.

On our way back from Oberstdorf yesterday, we made a quick stop in Memmingen and visited the Toscana restaurant. We were thrilled! The restaurant's ambiance is stylish, and the service was competent, very friendly, and helpful. The food was served promptly, was attractively presented, and absolutely delicious. We'd love to come back at the next opportunity! 😊

The Toskana restaurant is perfect for a romantic meal or a dinner with friends and family. We had a large table outside the restaurant, and suddenly it started to rain heavily. The waiters helped us wipe off the rain and freshen everything up. They were super nice! The food was great and arrived very quickly. The service was very helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended!! Pinsa was very tasty, the wine list is great and the dessert was a dream! Also very friendly service. We felt very comfortable in the newly opened restaurant.

The food was good overall, but unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time for it. I ordered salmon – it tasted okay, but a bit too greasy for my taste. My husband had a pizza, which he really enjoyed. The bruschetta was also really tasty and a great start. Overall, a solid meal with minor flaws in the wait time and preparation.

Staying in Memmingen I had dinner with my wife for the second time in this restaurant, I must say that since the last time they have improved further. I had a huge steak and a first taste, my wife had the pinsa ronana truly at the top. The precise service on time and in a calm, kind manner, a very pleasant environment where you can eat everything, including fresh fish. We will definitely 100% meet again. For my family it is first place in Memmingen.

Ate very tasty pinsa (which according to the waiter was a pizza made from sourdough) and learned a lot of interesting facts about sourdough (especially 4 different types of flour). Gladly again.

Friendly staff and delicious food. We had bruschetta for starter, four pasta items as main dishes. For dessert, we had tiramisu and tartufo nero. Pasta was all cooked al dente, and the sauces were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant in Memmingen.

Briefly in advance: I think I have found my new favorite Italian restaurant. Memmingen was still missing something like this! We went to Toscana for dinner today. I have to honestly say that I haven't had such good Italian food in a long time. As a starter we had fresh mussels with pinsa pane and as a main course we had pasta with prawns/salmon. It was SO DELICIOUS! Both the food and service were a 10/10. And it was pleasantly warm in the restaurant :) All in all, an absolute recommendation. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend anyone visiting Memmingen to go to the Toscana restaurant. They have the best ossobuco with risotto I've ever tasted. The environment has a very positive and welcoming energy. The staff are very cordial and kind. Owner Mrs. Berg was the kindest, most polite and welcoming person I have ever seen in front of a business. She makes you feel at home. The food, from the starter to dessert, is very tasty and leaves you wanting to come back here again. What an incredible place! What delicious food!

Top Pinsa, one of the best I've ever eaten and the pasta was also simply bomb. Very nice operators with a lot of heart for their guests + restaurant. Reasonable price/performance ratio. I can only recommend - you should reserve a table.

Simply fantastic. The vegetarian antipasti platter was very good. Everything was exactly to the point... ripe (fruit), cooked (vegetables) and of high quality. The Pinsa vegetariana was the best I've eaten so far. Airy and crispy at the same time. The topping is just right. And the tiramisu was very tasty. I would like to have that every day now 😉 In any case, we come more often now. Thanks.

A very great Italian restaurant. The Pinsa tastes excellent and the Carbona is also very good (a real Carbonara, mind you). The waiter Anton is also very nice and accommodating and is also available for a joke or two. 10/10 would love to come back.
