Restaurant at the Hotel Krone in Lichtenfels. Quite good Italian food. Usually quite busy, reservations required. Located in an industrial park. Parking is good. I find it lacks a bit of a personal atmosphere.

It was absolutely fantastic. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was superb! Highly recommended.

A friendly welcome and a table service. A balanced menu with regional and Italian drinks. In addition to seasonal mushroom dishes, there were typical daily specials. The place was full, yet the waiters still had time to advise. Drinks and food arrived promptly. The service at neighboring tables was also impressive. I'll have to go back. I've asked several times about their satisfaction. Prices are perfectly reasonable. Many people could learn a thing or two from this. Excellent.

At times Rossini was very good restaurant but last time we visited with family. As usual the prices are very high. The bread was salty and the taste was missing. It's not the old Rossini anymore. Horrible. Will not be going again.

Yesterday evening I was at the Rossini again for a long time. It was clear that Rossini isn't the worst address in Lichtenfels, but what we experienced yesterday was really top notch. Although we hadn't made a reservation, our request for a seat was politely checked and we were ultimately shown to one of the last free tables. As soon as we sat down, the friendly and open service staff asked us what we wanted without seeming intrusive. In short, the Rossine offers really good service, all the dishes arrived at the same time and tasted very good and, above all, were freshly prepared. The slightly longer waiting time can be forgiven because, in my opinion, the restaurant was more than well attended for a Wednesday evening. Conclusion: If you want to be well served and eat in an appealing ambience, Rossini is the right place for you.

Gut angerichtetes Buffet. Leckere Pasta Gerichte. Fleisch leider todgebraten. Pizza sensationell lecker!!! Gutes Dessert-Buffet, leider ohne Eis. Grundsätzlich sollte alles was ausgegangen ist, unmittelbar nachbestückt werden. Das war leider nicht so. In Summe war es gut, aber unklar, warum es so viel teuerer war, als außerhalb Weihnachten.

We were there for Christmas brunch, the welcome we received at the table was great. The starter buffet left nothing to be desired, the olives were top class but everything else was also of a high standard. I can only confirm that you can recognize the chef by the soup. We were invited to brunch. The cold starters were delicious, but the salad dressings were unfortunately just for convenience. Pizza was prepared to order but then left out for the general public. Then why doesn't the service bring it? The lasagne was in the oven too long and the seafood pasta dish was too salty. The panna cotta was too gelatinous, the tiramisu was okay. Overall, everything was of rather low product quality, which is also proven by the Aro salami (Metro's own brand) displayed in the fridge. The ambience was pleasant, the service was attentive.

The pizza was mediocre and didn't taste like a brick oven pizza. The staff could be nicer and more attentive.

My companion and I didn't understand the problem. To feed your guests without any additional effort and more cost-effectively. Service is different. Was my last visit!!

I don't want to comment on the Italian salad. Will never order him again. Ordered 2 x Pizza Vulkano. After about an hour of waiting, the pizzas arrived. The edge was several centimeters thick and so dry that you couldn't eat it. The interior was still partly raw. We described this in detail to the waitress. She already thought something like that and wants to share our feedback with the pizza maker in the future. This food for the price....isn't possible. An espresso on the house was the only option to appease our displeasure.

Food was excellent, steak on point and good quality meat. We particularly liked the seafood skewers (Spiedini con allievi gamberetti......). The service was discreetly present. All in all a successful evening. But... We found it absolutely disturbing and incomprehensible that smoking was possible in the restaurant and that this was also used well. The so-called terrace is covered and only open to the front.

Cola tasted bland without carbonation and was heavy on the stomach. (It wasn't the first time.) Service was very unfriendly. Didn't come at the guest's request.

A warm welcome at reception, then we were shown to the reserved space. The winter garden itself was cozy and attractively decorated, but the exposed bricks on the ceiling disrupted the overall concept somewhat. As a starter we ordered a large, mixed salad, which was impressive both visually and in terms of taste. In addition, the cold Italian starter platter - delicious and just the right portion. Two starters of this type are ideal for five people. Our pasta fans couldn't conquer the main course that followed, but it tasted very good. For meat lovers there were strips of rump steak on vegetables - a dream. Personally they were a bit too wide for me, but that's a matter of taste. The evening was rounded off with delicious tiramisu and espresso. In total we were around €250.

Top service, diverse offerings, easy to reach Update: of course the prices have been increased here, as everywhere in the catering industry, but definitely recommended to spend a nice evening. The staff is really great, always present but never intrusive, always with a smile. The food itself is very good quality, pleasant waiting times, and in summer there is a quiet terrace where you can smoke. All in all, definitely recommended.

A large hotel restaurant, so to speak the alternative to the Italian restaurant around the corner... slightly higher in price. Bruschettes were very good. The pizza is probably the absolute highlight there... un'ottima pizza fatta in casa.

Nice, bright and friendly atmosphere, with mostly very friendly, humorous fast food (Actually almost too fast for us... We had to send the service person, a very nice young man with very well-groomed hands, away several times because we were completely overwhelmed by the huge selection on the menu...), understanding and attentive service... Very large selection on the menu... Good and generous wine list... Food both in terms of taste and appearance, very tasty and appealing... Unfortunately very loud at times... You should definitely reserve a table during peak times... It's not a "cheap restaurant" in terms of price, but the quality is definitely worth every euro!! Always my pleasure...

Haven't been here for a long time. It was once again very, very tasty. For the main course I had the rigatoni al forno with a salad and for dessert a tiramisu. Everything was very good and the service was really on point. Everything went well, we'd love to see you again soon

Overall, I've always been very happy with this restaurant, but today I was proven wrong. I had reserved online and added as a note that we would like a place on the terrace. When we arrived we received a bit of a negative comment because we wanted to eat outside. Food was very good (all five people had pizza). We asked for parmesan (the first bowl was moldy), the others cost €2.50 per bowl. I personally know from other restaurants that parmesan and hot oil are added free of charge. The highlight of the visit to the restaurant was the waitress's request if we could go inside after eating, as the guests felt drawn inside! Summary: Pizza was very tasty, but everything else spoiled the appetite. Unfortunately, we will no longer be guests at Rossini, although for years we were well-paying customers at least once or twice a year. What a shame!

The oven pizza and the service were great. -Unfortunately the buffet was old and the lasagna was just bad, hardly any minced meat or anything else in it was overcooked.

The food and service were absolutely great, but the prices have risen sharply.

This is our second evening eating here and it is fantastic. They also have gluten-free pasta and I haven't eaten this good in a long time. Thank you for the lovely evenings.

We had dinner with my mother and our then 1.5 year old child. We had ordered 3 pizzas, after a wait of about 1.5 hours after ordering, 2 pizzas arrived that were quite okay in terms of quality and taste. The third pizza only came 30 minutes later after requesting it and was half raw so not suitable for consumption. After further prompting and another 30 minutes of waiting, we canceled the order for that one pizza and left. My partner was very frustrated (it was her birthday).

The food was very good, but the taste was a bit too intense for my children (cheese sauce, tomato sauce with pasta). However, this is a matter of individual taste. Overall really tasty. Unfortunately, the pizza spilled for the second time today, first on your pants as you were walking out of the restaurant and then in the car, even though it was being held by the passenger... you really need to think about something here (regardless of whether fresh ingredients are used). Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal in Rossini. Das Essen war immer schon in Ordnung. Dieses Mal haben wir Fischplatte bestellt und unsere Freunde haben auch die selbe Platte genommen , komischerweise haben wir zwei unterschiedliche Fisch Platten bekommen und Kartoffeln haben wir erst später ca nach 15 Minuten dazu bekommen. Ambiente: ich mag absolut nicht diese Zug ähnliche Gang in der Mitte, ich denke wenn man schon den Tisch rechtzeitig reserviert, erwarte ich schon bessere Plätze. Für 4 Personen ist es ziemlich eng und es ist auch ziemlich laut. Und dann hat Kellnerin gleich gefragt ob wir in 2 Stunden fertig werden, weil die Nachfrage zu groß ist. Und weil wir trotzdem länger als 2 Stunden dort waren, wurde uns kein Getränk vom Haus (wie üblich) angeboten und Personal wirkte ziemlich genervt. Deswegen von mir nur 3 Sterne.

Wir haben uns mit Freunden auf einen schönen Abend bei gutem italienischem Essen gefreut…was und erwartet hat war alles, aber nicht das!! zu allererst wartet man unendlich lange bis man an seinen reservierten Tisch gebracht wird…3 Bedienungen laufen in aller Ruhe an einem vorbei und versammeln sich erstmal auf einen kleinen Plausch hinter der Bar und interessieren sich nicht mal ansatzweise für wartende Gäste!! Das Essen war anschließend eine einzige Frechheit…ich kann mir nicht erklären, wie soviel Maggigeschmack in eine Pastasauce kommen kann! 3 (!!!) verschiedene Gerichte waren aufgrund dessen absolut ungenießbar! Ein viertes Gericht wurde verspätet serviert, beim Servieren aus Versehen über den kompletten Tisch gekippt…kann mal passieren! Entschuldigung fehlanzeige! Auf eine nochmalige Portion mussten wir trotz prognostizierter 10min ganze 45min warten…auch dieses Essen war komplett ungenießbar weil komplett versalzen…niemals nie wieder!!!

Das Restaurant befindet sich innerhalb des Hotels Krone. Ich gehe öfters hier ein und aus. Das Ambiente ist nach dem Umbau moderner, die Tischlämpchen voll cool. Das Personal (Bedienung) ist sehr nett und kompetent. Mit der Knoblauchsuppe die nach Champignons schmeckt und einmal Spagetti "Carbonara" was aber ganz anders aussah, war ich nicht zufrieden. Das Lachsfilet mit Rosmarinkartoffeln war hingegen sehr lecker. Ich weiß nicht woran es liegt, aber das Esser war schon einmal von besserer Qualität. Ich denke das liegt am jeweiligen Koch. Der eine kann der andere macht es jedoch anders. Bei manch einer Speise fehlt irgendwie der richtige Geschmack. Ansonsten kann man hier hervorragend den Abend verbummenl. Leider sind die Fotos der Speisekarte nicht die aktuelleb, sorry, die Preise sind wegen der neuen Steuerregelung gestiegen.

Wir waren vor zwei Wochen zum ersten Mal im Ristoranre Rossini und wir sind nachhaltig begeistert. Das Ambiente hätte nicht besser sein können, was vielleicht auch an unserem Sitzplatz lag (im Séparée): urig und gemütlich aber dennoch mit Stil. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Bruschetta (wahrscheinlich die leckersten, die wir jemals gegessen haben), Rucola mit frischen Champingnos und einen gemischten Salat. Dazu wurde leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Olivenöl und Balsamico vom Gardasee sowie Brot gereicht. Als Hauptgerichte hatten wir zwei Pizzen, Scampis (absolute Empfehlung), sowie ein super zartes Rumpsteak in einer pikanten Tomatensoße mit Kapern und Oliven, dazu bestellte ich frittierte Kartoffeln - Geschmackserlebnis pur! Als Nachspeise hatten wir ein Panna Cotta, was auch lecker war. Auch unsere Getränke waren top: gut gekühltes Mönchshof Kellerbier vom Fass. Als Absacker einen leckeren Schnaps „alte Marille“. Der Service hat den Abend abgerundet, sehr freundlich, gut organisiert und schnell. Fazit: Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Nutella Pizza war echt gut, einschränkend war trotz Reservierung die Kurze eingeschränkte unerwartet angekündigte Sitzzeit obwohl der Tisch nicht von irgendwelchen nachfolgenden Gästen besetzt wurde.

Wir waren zum Sonntagsbuffet im Rossini. Der erste Eindruck bei der telefonischen Reservierung war schon nicht positiv und das hat sich weiterhin nicht viel gebessert. Als wir zum Tisch geführt wurden stellten (nicht nur wir) gleich fest es war sehr frisch im Raum. Am Hauptbuffet waren 4 verschiedene Gerichte (vegetarisch, Fisch, Fleisch und Lasagne). Bis auf die Lasagne waren die restlichen Gerichte lauwarm - und das direkt nach der Eröffnung. Die Antipasti wurden anscheinend nicht nachgefüllt und waren dann leer. Auf der Homepage steht Dessert ab 13 Uhr, aber da war schon fast nichts mehr da und die Auswahl sehr übersichtlich. Der Service war unterschiedlich von sehr freundlich bis unverschämt...
