After exploring the castle up the hill, we took a stroll down the stairs and found Ristorante Rossini. The waiter was a wonderful gentleman, who greeted us in German and English! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We’d recommend this place to anyone who likes a delicious spaghetti, pizza, or tiramisu!

The food was good. I had the leftovers packed up and had to pay €1.50 for it. I've never experienced anything like that before. And they just added it to the bill without telling me beforehand.

The restaurant is located directly below the impressive castle. The expansive view from the top is not to be missed.

Five of us had dinner on the terrace at the Rossini. The food was delicious, the terrace had a great atmosphere, and the view was also amazing. The staff, and especially the chef himself, were very friendly and accommodating. Even minor errors were dealt with promptly. We'll be back!

If you pay with vouchers or a voucher book, you only get half the price. What a disgrace! It's served horribly, lacking in flavor, and all the fish is overcooked. If you ask the manager, she doesn't take it seriously. Never again. This was the second time because of a test. Nope, nope, nope.

I was on the restaurant's terrace with a friend. We ate pizza that was baked in a pan and was rather average. The tablecloth and especially the seat cushions were stained. But the price for a Russian at €5.90 is pretty overpriced for Landshut. I won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Rarely have I had such a bad Italian meal. Pizza with a completely soggy base inside, not to say raw, penne arrabiata just spicy and hardly any tomato taste. Wine spritzer first like cucumber water, then a new non-carbonated one came. The salad was doused with balsamic vinegar and presented in a completely careless manner. The boss sits down among the guests and eats but says nothing. Very strange atmosphere. Entrance dirty. Never again.

Ich hatte eine gemüsesuppe ist eine Frechheit Gemüse hart und einfach Wasser ohne Geschmack. Eibe freundin hat sich vitello bestellt falsches Gericht bekommen und auch nicht schlecht geschmeckt .Wir haben 40,60 bezahlt und waren sehr sauer darüber. Und freundlich waren die Kellnerin auch nicht ich hab gesagt ich will zahlen und warte über 15 minuten bis wir endlich zahlen können ich würde dort nie wieder hin gehen hab schon lange kein so schlechtes essen gehabt wie dort.

Been there for the first and last time. Pasta comes from wholesalers and is not homemade, pizzas are fried in pans and not in a wood-fired oven. Service staff are very nice, provided they know you. So the restaurant exists through regular customers and is not interested in getting new regular customers. Toilets not clean either. In addition, despite the promotion in the “Schlemmerblock”, the voucher will not be accepted because it was not announced directly. A very disappointing evening.

Bellissimo! The most interesting spaghetti aglio olio peperoncinno ever. Spaghetti cooked perfectly, fresh basil from the Rossini garden, walnuts, pine nuts and.... so delicious.

Wir gehen schon seit mehreren Jahren relativ oft in dieses Restaurant. Nachdem ich zufällig die Bewertungen gelesen habe, muss ich doch auch eine Bewertung schreiben. Das Restaurant liegt am Ende der Altstadt auf dem Weg zur Burg Trausnitz. Es verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt, vor allem in der Abendsonne. Im Inneren ist das Lokal relativ einfach ausgestattet, aber man kann sich trotzdem sehr wohl fühlen. Die Belegschaft war und ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Inhaber ist total nett und äußerst freundlich und korrekt. Das Essen ist nur sehr empfehlen. Es gibt einige richtige Highlights wie zum Beispiel die Lachsnudeln, Tagliatelle mit Filet spitzen. Cannelloni mit Fisch und Spinat, Garnelen mit Steinpilzen total lecker. Auch die Filets mit Gratin sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Salate haben ein äußerst gutes Dressing. Die Preise sind für die Qualität in Ordnung. Es kann sich hier meines Erachtens nur um unglückliche Einzelfälle handeln. Ich kann es wirklich nur vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Auch eine Firmenfeier in der Kegelbahn ist total lustig. P.S. Es mag vielleicht wie der Werbetext klingen, aber ich bin weder verwandt, noch erhalte ich irgendeine Zuwendung von dem Lokal.

The staff was really friendly and attentive, so I'm sorry for the negative review. But the pizza is just nothing! The pizzas are baked in a pan. :( Mine was also excessively oily, the dough in the middle completely soggy from the liquid. Therefore I won't come back. The other dishes may be better.

Went to Rossini again this evening. Very courteous service, excellent cuisine. A relaxed evening in a pleasant atmosphere. We had, among other things, a fish dish that was freshly prepared and very tasty. Service is very attentive and humorous. Very good, consistent level and has been for many years. We'd love to come back, it's our regular Italian restaurant!

Also wenn man zum Italiener geht, erwartet man Pizza anders. Natürlich hat der Herr nicht gefragt, wie es uns geschmeckt hat - das fragt er bei anderen Gerichten, beim Tischnachbar usw.. bei unserer Pizza nicht - da er weiss, was er da hat.. Teig war unter dem Durchschnitt, Größe eher klein.. Andere Gerichte haben nicht schlecht ausgesehen, aber der Herr hat mich das letzte Mal da gesehen..

Had lunch here with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food in this restaurant. Just a piece of Italy in the middle of Bavaria! The pizza was excellent, the pasta was lovely, the dessert was great. Especially we would like to mention the friendliness of the staff and thank Rinat for his service! We just didn't want to leave, but it was already time for the train.

Schade hatte mehr erwartet, wir hatten ein Nudelgericht. Leider war es geschmacklos und sehr trocken. Entschuldigung aber fad und ziemlich langweilig. Die Antipaste war in Ordnung. Parkmöglichkeoten schlecht und nicht barrierefrei.

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Schade, ich hätte gerne was anderes geschrieben. Ich würde mir sehr wünschen, dass die Tischdecke nach jeden Gast kontrollierenund und gegebenenfalls gewechselt wird. So viel Zeit muss einfach sein. Das selbe gilt auch für die Sitzmöbel! Ich persönlich möchte einfach nicht auf den Bröseln anderer Gäste sitzen, ein Platz auf der Eckbank ist deshalb absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Essen möchte ich nicht viel sagen, da mir persönlich der Appetit etwas vergangen war. Das Essen ist sehr einfach gehalten, zum Teil sind die Tortellini für meinen Geschmack zu hart gewesen und das essen ist mit sehr großem Abstand serviert worden. Insgesamt ist das Personal bemüht gewesen, aber auch extrem angespannt. Ich hoffe meine Bewertung hilft Ihnen ein bisschen was zu verbessern. Viele freundliche Grüße

Sehr lecker, Preise fair, interessantes Ambiente, schneller Service.

Ich habe hier heute sehr gut gegessen. Die Speisen waren alle frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Positiv überrascht war ich auch von Antipasti-Vorspeisenteller und dem selbstgemachten Brot. Das Ristorante Rossini ist ein sehr gutes familienbetriebenes Restaurant, das mit tollen Gerichten alle Geschmacksknospen stimuliert 😃

Toll gelegenes Restaurant direkt am Fuß der Burg Trausnitz. Service und Essen sind auch super.
