Nice place, but I find it too dark. The tables are adequately lit, but it feels more like a bar than a restaurant. The food is great, as always at L'Osteria. The staff and service are also very friendly.

I was there with a companion. We were only served after asking several times. We ordered pizza on two plates. It arrived cold. When we asked, we were told we'd get a fresh pizza. But they just reheated the cold one. Never again.

The pizza was almost as big as the table 😃. And it was delicious. My wife's pasta was also very good. This restaurant comes highly recommended 👍

We had a lovely evening. Top restaurant, great food, great service, great atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

Dear, delicious and damn BIG pizza 😋. There were three of us and we had reserved a table, which was also very good. The server was nice and quick. When my pizza arrived, I was shocked at first; it was gigantic. Super delicious 😋 I had the rest wrapped up, just like my wife, which was no problem. The prices were reasonable. We will definitely come back.

Definitely never again. There were two of us at dinner, but I received my food while my friend had to wait another 20 minutes... usually they're served together, right? So we ate separately.

Amazing italian restaurant in the city center of Landshut. Very nice service and food was exactly as expected.

My son and I had dinner there last night. The food was, as usual, absolutely delicious. We especially want to praise the waiter. To quote my son: "The world needs more waiters like him." He was extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous.

Here, you can get super delicious pizza in a pleasant atmosphere with attentive service. We had a seat right in front of the pizza oven, which is super interesting for children. The only negative thing was the chairs at the large round table in the middle. Their armrests urgently need to be fixed. I'd skip the fabric upholstery at this point...

Very tasty pizza, probably the best in the Landshut district. Service is very good without being intrusive. It can get quite busy at times, but we've always been able to get a seat, even without a reservation.

We've been here three times, and twice we were well served and the service/price ratio was good. We weren't satisfied the first time; the service was not good at all, and the food was also not good in terms of price/quality. A pizza, a rissoto, and a pennete with tomato, some arugula and Parmasano, 2 pulses, and a water with elderflower cost over €62. My dessert, no appetizers, nothing. Last time, we had 2 pizzas and 2 mushrooms, plus a dessert with coffee, for around €40.

Well, I've been here many times and was always satisfied, but the last two times were really not good. Last time, the pizza was topped with 6g of arugula and 4 slices of Parma ham. 30 minutes later, the table next to us ordered the same thing, and the pizza was 4 times as thick as ours... oh well. But today it was really bad. We sat down, were looked at by a waiter, and then he left. Then after 5 minutes, he checked all the tables next to us and took the money, but again, not a word to us. Then he left again. After another 10 minutes, he came back out, checked another table, looked at us, and left again. We actually left too, and won't be coming back anytime soon. It's a real shame!

Everything was delicious, there were no free tables inside the establishment, we decided to sit outside, a beautiful view of the gingerbread houses. There was no permanent waiter, a new person came every time 😅, so we could not evaluate the service properly. We ordered wine on the waiter's recommendation, it was delicious, but unfortunately when they brought us the wine we never heard the name, the wine was very tasty. The portion of pizza surprised me, it was huge 👍😱. Overall, a great place, I'm taking off a star for the lack of a permanent waiter and confusion with the name of the wine.

Anyone familiar with the L'Osteria chain can eat well here without hesitation. Everyone else, too, of course 😊. Huge and delicious pizza, as always. And a few extra dishes on the specials menu. The lunch menu is highly recommended (slightly cheaper). Located in Landshut's old town, L'Osteria also has a very pleasant atmosphere. Service and prices were also good!

We were there the day before yesterday and spontaneously got a seat without a reservation. The pizza was one of the BEST I've had in Germany in a long time. It was just way too big for me. I took the rest with me. My wife's salad was also great. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. I think the German-Italian course in the restroom is a funny idea. A little louder would be great. :D

Absolute disappointment. I ordered a pizza di mare and got exactly 5 mussels and a few tiny shrimp – that was it. A disgrace for the price. When I politely asked if they could add a little more topping to the pizza (even for an additional charge), I received a succinct reply: "We're a chain; we weigh everything." When weights are more important than taste, quality, and customer satisfaction, that has nothing to do with real gastronomy. For me, this was my first and last visit.

Despite the wheelchair sign, the toilet is apparently not accessible for wheelchair users. So what's the point of the sign?

Our visit on June 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM: The food was – as usual at L'Osteria – really good and met our expectations. Unfortunately, the positive impression was severely dampened by the service. Although the restaurant was completely empty, we weren't allowed to sit at the table we had chosen, but were instead directed to a specific spot – for no apparent reason. The restaurant remained empty for the next two hours. The service was disappointing. We were served by one of the restaurant managers, who seemed very arrogant and created an unpleasant atmosphere. He reacted to our questions with a visibly annoyed and condescending manner, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame that an otherwise pleasant visit was marred like this. The service should be on a par with the quality of the food – there's definitely room for improvement here.

Impressive pizzeria... a pizza chef with skilled hands who simply loves his job. I've never eaten pasta before and have rarely raved about it so much. I can truly recommend it!

My wife and I ordered a pizza with chicken and curry, but it came without any, and it came in a bowl, and the pizza was cold... But the price remained the same, and there wasn't even any compensation, so it's a shame...

Waren gestern beim Essen im Restaurant L‘Osteria Landshut Altstadt. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend um das schon mal vorab zu sagen. Aber das Essen? Ich hatte eine Lasagne und meine Partnerin eine Calzone. Zur Lasagne. Diese war eindeutig ein Fertigprodukt was meiner Meinung nach sogar schlechter als eine Fertiglasagne aus dem Discounter war. Matschiges, ungewürztes Hackfleisch, eine nicht vorhandene Béchamelsauce und ein Köse wie Kaugummi. Also definitiv eine Aufgewärmte (Mikrowelle) heiß gemachte schlechte und irgendwie nach Lasagne aussehendes Gericht. Das zweite Gericht die Calzone war vom Teig einigermaßen ok aber die Füllung komplett ohne Geschmack. Insgesamt haben wir ca. 41 Euro für schlechtes Fastfood bezahlt. Da gibt es in Landshut eindeutig bessere Pizzarias. Von uns einstimmig keine Empfehlung.

Piazza super big and super tasty 😋

I cannot recommend this Osteria for salad eaters. The waiter saved it and then the salad wasn't so boring anymore. It worked with a few tomatoes and cucumber What I personally found very disappointing was that the bread served with it was crumbly and dry. Delicious pizzas are baked here and you can't match the salad with anything better.

Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. * The service: friendly, attentive and fast. * The price-performance ratio: Absolutely top! The portions are large and the prices are fair. It's a L'Osteria as we know it. Fast, large pizza in the typical style of L'Osteria. You like it or you don't. I like being here when you're nearby. But often very crowded in the evenings.

I was there for dinner with a friend two weeks ago. The food was good and that's fine there too. However, we called the same day and asked if there was still a table for two and we said yes, of course, what would the name be? Then they said the name and then they also said that it had been written down. Until then everything was fine. Then we arrived and said that we had reserved a table for two and were then asked for our names and then they said that we weren't on the list and then we stayed there anyway It wasn't a great experience but everything else was great

It's a cozy restaurant chain. It was full of props but still somehow comfortable. The pizza was delicious and very filling. The service was very friendly. So I'll be back.

The L'Osteria in Landshut impresses with a beautiful ambience. The high ceilings and the generous distance between the tables create a pleasant, open atmosphere. The modern furnishings also contribute to a completely harmonious overall impression. The service is also commendable: the waitress politely asks whether everything is OK, whether the food tastes good and whether you would like dessert. The prices are reasonable for today's times. What is particularly positive is that there are vegan alternatives on the menu. Even vegan cheese for the pizza is available, so no one who follows a vegan lifestyle has to go without. One star deduction for the food: Unfortunately, this is not a purely vegan restaurant, as products from sentient individuals are still served.

Known for the very large pizzas. The service is quick and courteous. After I couldn't decide, I was given advice. L'Osteria Landshut offers pizza with 2 different toppings. You can tell that the team gets along well with each other, which contributes to a good atmosphere. The pizza is bigger than the plate. The prices are very okay. There are enough vegetarian dishes, including zoodles.

Passez votre chemin !!! Un des rares restaurant ouvert le 1er janvier à midi, nous y sommes donc allés. Quelle déception! Et on ne compense pas avec un prix modeste, ma salade avec quelles crevette, un quart d’avocat pas mûr, 4 demi rondelle de concombre, autant de radis et pour 15€50! C’est tout simplement du vol. Les pizzas sont énormes en taille mais rien dessus. On peut compter les tranches de champignons et de salamis avant même de commencer. Les raviolis sont des industriels réchauffés indigestes.. Passez votre chemin !!!!

L'Osteria is an institution in Landshut. Our service was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the salad with strips of beef fillet did not meet my expectations. The beef had a slight scampi flavor and was fried far too intensely. Maybe the taste came from the oil from the frying pan in which scampi was previously fried. The consistency of the meat gave me the impression that it had already been fried before and was in the pan a second time. I had the same salad at L' Osteria in Parsdorf and everything was perfect.

Wow, pizzas are huge, thin, crispy and super tasty. Exactly my taste. We also really enjoyed the noodles. Nice atmosphere, nice and attentive staff. Our order was taken promptly and served quickly. Dogs are also welcome. Gladly again. (December 2024)

We went to this pizzeria in Landshut on the recommendation of my mother-in-law. And we were absolutely thrilled. the service was very nice and very quick. The pizza is really huge, tasty and also great value for money. So you'll definitely see us again in the pizzeria when we're in Landshut again.. Luckily they are also available in Berlin and of course we will also test them.

Visited L'Osteria for lunch during the visit to the Landshut Christmas market and the city tour. Service, food, restaurant itself can always be recommended. Pizza typically huge but also very tasty, pasta dish also highly recommended. We would be happy to come back the next time we visit Landshut.

The food is excellent and we regularly go to L’Osteria restaurants with the family. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time in Landshut that the service was rude. We had to wait a long time until someone came to us and took the order for food and drinks. Her demeanor was anything but friendly. Then the drinks were mixed up and some were not brought at all. In the end I thought that no tip should be expected for this service. When I got the bill, the waitress took a moment to look at it (apparently because of the tip) and THROPPED the bill on the table with an arrogant expression. The guests at the next table were also surprised to see the waitress's behavior. It's not a problem if service is a little slow for many orders, but service should be respectful. Kindness costs nothing. The waitress only embarrassed herself by being so rude because of a few euros tip... That's exactly why we prefer to go to Munich. Our favorite place is in Parsdorf. You can really feel the friendliness and the nice service there. We will no longer go to the restaurant in Landshut. Landshut is much closer to us than Munich, but the few extra kilometers are worth it for the friendly service.

Great pizzeria with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere🥰 We tried the Margherita, Quattro Formaggi and Caprese pizzas at this pizzeria - everything was incredibly delicious!🤤 The dough was perfectly crispy and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The drinks were also refreshing and went well with the food. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant and inviting, you immediately feel at home.
