A top-notch, upscale Italian restaurant – simply superb. The seafood salad as a starter... divine!

The restaurant is in a beautiful location. Very romantic and cozy. I recommend it for dates. Book a table by the window with a view of the evening city. The service is excellent and everything was served quickly. Very tasty and fresh dishes. Wonderful atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff!. I recommend it! I will definitely come back again!

I went to Piccolo Mondo for dinner with friends. I chose the vitello tonnato and the pistachio mousse and espresso for dessert. Both were very good. The espresso was lukewarm and therefore didn't really taste good. The service is mediocre. We were in the restaurant for more than four hours and weren't asked once if everything was okay or if we had any other requests. What's wrong with you? Asking questions, actively offering drinks, coffee, or dessert brings in revenue!

The salad had very fresh and delicious ingredients. You can tell right away. The pizza dough and ingredients were delicious. Unfortunately, the pizza was too thin for me. But that's a matter of taste.

A fantastic restaurant with a fantastic view of Landshut and excellent cuisine! We hadn't been here in a while and were delighted to finally be back at Piccolomondo. The kitchen offers both traditional and extravagant dishes, including huge stone-baked pizzas and delicious desserts. The waiters were very friendly and humorous, so we spent a very entertaining and enjoyable evening in this lovely restaurant. Many thanks again to the entire team!

Unfortunately, I haven't been there in months, even though I used to go there quite often. Unfortunately, I had to admit that the food wasn't particularly special this time, and the service has been better.

Piccolo Mondo is the best Italian restaurant in Landshut. The pizzas are very large and always excellent. The pasta is also incredibly delicious, and the special offers always tempt you to try them. You're never disappointed. The service is friendly and attentive. Everything just fits perfectly here. We come back again and again.

The location is very nice. The portions were a bit small, and the service was a bit flippant in my opinion.

We meet here every year for a reunion with former colleagues. As always, the service was excellent, the food was particularly delicious, and the atmosphere in the garden was lovely. You can also sit in the "winter garden," which offers a wonderful view of Landshut and the castle. We will definitely be back next year, and I highly recommend the restaurant.

Das Essen ist von minderer Qualität. Der Salat für 18,50€ ist ein lieblos angerichteter Salat , hauptsächlich paar Eisbergblätter und 3 Scampis . Unglaublich fanden wir das Olivenöl das am Tisch stand und kein Olivenöl war. Ich hatte es auf einen kleinen Teller geleert um mein Brot einzutunken und es hat nach Rapsöl geschmeckt. Habe die Bedienung darauf angesprochen. Er meinte er bringe es ja nur zum Tisch … Fazit: viel zu teuer für die schlechte Qualität Ausblick und Lage ist natürlich top! Würde nicht wiederkommen

As a restaurant with a view of Landshut Spitze, as an Italian restaurant it's pretty average, just not in terms of pricing, which is definitely well established. So it's better to enjoy the view with coffee and cake in the afternoon than to expect taste miracles in the evening. Under these conditions, a recommendation.

We had lunch with 8 people on a Sunday with a reservation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view is great. We were served immediately and the drinks were brought straight away. We then waited 1 hour for the food. The overall taste of the pasta dishes was so-so, my ravioli carbonara was a total failure. The desserts were good overall, the pana cotta had separated, the crème brûlée was watery. Recommended for the view, but for eating there are much better Italian restaurants in Landshut.

Pizzas taste ok. The edge is very dry and the middle is extremely thin. With my Frutti di Mare, the seafood was either frozen or not dried properly. Due to the liquid that escaped and literally stood on the dough, the pizza was completely soggy, especially in the middle. I would have also ordered a salad, asking for this in advance. In the end, everyone who didn't say anything got their salad ahead of time, and I got mine with everyone else's pizzas. I only got my pizza when I had finished eating my salad and the others had already finished their pizzas. When I spoke to the employee, I got the answer: "That's what you ordered. You wanted the salad first." 🤔 Well, actually I know it differently. The price is a bit high. Especially the pasta. Even though the ravioli may be homemade, I think €17 for 6 ravioli is very steep.

We all enjoyed the food very much, even though my pizza was no longer very warm when it arrived at the table. The waiters are very nice, everything is great. The view of Landshut is of course also great. Unfortunately, there are large spider webs hanging on the outside of the windows, clearly visible from the tables, which don't look very appetizing. These could be removed. It's moldy in the basement and it smells very musty down there. You can even smell it at the entrance. It's a shame, because it would actually be very good to eat at Piccolo Mondo

In general, I have no reservations, except that the pasta portions are very small for the price charged, the quality is good... but we had to order an additional pizza after the dishes because it really didn't satisfy.

Da muss ich nicht nochmal hin. Der Pizzateig war aussen kross, aber ansonsten völlig durchgeweicht und matschig. Das liegt möglicherweise daran, daß der Teig extrem dünn ausgewalzt wird, so dass die Pizza riesig aussieht. Ich finde: Zuviel Flüssigkeit, zu sparsam belegt, deutlich zu teuer für das, was serviert wird. Unangenehm: Bei den Pepperoni war der Stil nicht abgetrennt, der Teller war beschädigt. Das Piccolo Mondo wirbt mit 'edel essen', aber edel hat hier nichts auf mich gewirkt, auch nicht der Service. Das Preisniveau wirkt auf mich hoch, so daß ich kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehe. Positiv ist die schöne Aussicht auf Landshut, wenn man einen Tisch am Fenster erwischt.

With pain in my heart I must give this 2 stars opinion. Me and my boyfriend were hungry for italian cuisine so we decided to visit that place yesterday. Our hopes were pretty high because of the amount of vehicles on parking place. But when we stepped down the stairs to the garden, we were welcomed by smell of old, burned oil..? Fish..? But we didn't care- maybe it was just this one time that cook forgot about the dish on the stove. Inside were many people, it was hard to find a place for us because of the quantity of reservations. We were sit. The waiters and waitresses were so kind, polite and sweet, we felt like we were really welcome there. But then the nightmare came to the spot. Our food arrived. I expected it to be italian cuisine: full of smells and spices, taste... my beloved got pizza so wet from the sauce it became mushy slurr. Mine dish (ravioli carbonara, I belive) was tasting like... nothing. No salt, no parmezan, no eggs, no pancetta or guanciale (I'm not even sure if they used one of these). I ate it, because I was hungry and hoped that it will turn on any taste different than air. But this try was hopeless. I must sadly say this is so far the worst italian cuisine I have ever been.

Catastrophe. Service was ok, location is of course phenomenal, but that's about it for the positive part of the experience. Salad was bland, roughly chopped and drowned in sauce. Pizza was ok but nothing special. Pasta had too much or too little sauce and was extremely bland. That alone would be a star for me because nothing was lovingly or well prepared. The absolute highlight was how the pizza was packed to take away. See image. I and my companions will never eat here again. There are much better Italians in Landshut.

The view of Landshut is gigantic, the terrace with the possibility of a clear view upwards or roof when it rains is also amazing! Food is great! The inside of the building is musty and moldy down to the basement, unfortunately. Modernization is urgently needed here

Went to Piccolo Mondo today. It's been a while since my last visit. Service was not very hard. No question was asked as to whether another drink was wanted, even though it was very warm outside. Food itself ok to good. The tiramisu was definitely set/'grisly'. When I pointed this out to the waiter, I only received a "sorry." I was still charged for the tiramisu, but I only saw the receipt after payment. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back.

On May 24th, 2024, we were able to celebrate our wedding with you. 🤵🤵💍 The entire restaurant and the outdoor area are beautifully decorated! The view from up there is priceless 😍 All agreements were taken into account! All of our wishes were fulfilled! The little guests were not forgotten either, for example there was a bunny-shaped pizza. Our guests and we had a wonderful day with you. Everyone felt comfortable. The staff were very friendly and had fun for everyone. The food was very, very tasty and so beautifully prepared. We are very happy that we were able to celebrate our day with you 🥰

The price is a bit more expensive, but Pizza Frutti Di Mare tastes absolutely great and the size is appropriate. A small disappointment: it would be nice if you could watch the pizza maker like before.

Some Italian flair would be nice. Background music, plants, pictures from Italy, plastering the terrace instead of looking at bricks. Cuisine is delicious and prices are fair.

Great Italian restaurant on the Klausenberg in Landshut - with a great view. Also suitable for larger groups. Then a reservation is necessary. There are enough parking spaces available. Barrier-free access to the restaurant. Unfortunately there are no toilets in the basement. The menu impresses with a great selection at medium to high prices. The quality of the food is good - we eat here regularly. But the level has remained the same over the last few years. Gladly again.

A slightly more upscale restaurant. Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was the toilets. You have to go down to the basement at the front door. It's a bit cold and can't be found if you don't know it. Signage would be good. We were also served by different waiters. That makes tipping a bit difficult if you value it. I would have been happy with a little something extra for Valentine's Day. E.g. A glass of champagne or a Valentine's menu But of course that's not a must. Otherwise a very nice restaurant where you are happy to pay a little more for the view. Gladly again.

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Landshut and the surrounding area. Fantastic ambience with a great view over Landshut and all topped off with excellent Italian cuisine that doesn't reflect the usual run-of-the-mill flair of most Italian restaurants. Can just be recommended. The staff seem to enjoy working here too... everyone is super friendly and nice. We have had several family celebrations here and all of our guests felt completely at home.

Essen super, Service super, es wurde immer gefragt ob man noch was möchte, nicht wie oft üblich, daß es nach dem Essen keinen mehr intressiert ob man noch was zum Trinken will. Kellner sehr freundlich, auch mal einen Scherz auf den Lippen und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Essen war sehr gut, reichlich und es wurden auch Gerichte verwirklicht wo nicht auf der Karte standen. Über den Service konnte ich mich dieses mal auch nicht beschweren. Die Lage bzw die Aussicht muss man halt ein bisschen mehr zahlen wie normal.

Lange Jahre schon der Italiener unseres Vertrauens. Wir haben dort schon mehrere Feste wie Kommunion, Firmung oder Geburtstag gefeiert. Dabei bieten sie Räumlichkeiten wo auch eine große Gesellschaft ungestört feiern kann. Von vielen Teilen des Restaurants hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Grieserwiese, die Martinskirche und auch die Burg. Das Personal ist an geschäftigen Tagen ab und zu etwas überfordert aber immer sehr nett und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Die Gerichte kommen, auch wenn es recht voll ist, ohne zu lange Wartezeiten. Gerade während Corona haben wir dort häufig essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und waren damit äußerst zufrieden, dass Essen war meist schon fertig wenn wir es geholt haben und der Preis war sehr gut.
