I've rarely been so taken for a ride! I ordered pork medallions with Gorgonzola sauce and pasta, as well as pizza Tonno e Cipolle. The pizza looked good and was okay in terms of craftsmanship, but only lukewarm. It can happen - but it shouldn't. But the kicker: instead of pork medallions, we were served pork schnitzel (perhaps from Aldi?) with a watery sauce. When we complained, we were told: "We always serve like this!" But he makes new things. What do we get? Pork steaks grilled and dry. Reason: "We have no other meat." Then I can't offer that on the menu! NEVER!! Again!

Very delicious food that is served quickly and friendly. This ambience invites you to linger, especially in the evenings!

A nice atmosphere, the food was very nicely prepared and was super tasty! The homemade lemonade was also a highlight! We were completely satisfied and will be back soon :)

Delicious pizza, friendly service, really recommended!

I've been to many restaurants and I have to say, the quality is often no longer in relation to the price. However, there are exceptions and one is the Portofino restaurant. The restaurant is beautifully furnished, but due to a construction site it is currently only possible to get a seat inside, as the outside seating had to be dismantled due to the construction work. The condition is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was on point, plentiful and very delicious. Priced completely reasonable. I can only recommend everyone to plan a short visit here. In the cold seasons you should call in advance and reserve a place, currently this is also possible without it. Card payment is possible. Parking is currently a bit tricky due to the construction site.

Our absolute favorite Italian. Extremely friendly service, the food tastes fantastic and arrives super quickly. The Limoncello Spritz is the best in the world and the pizzas with various Italian hams are amazing!

We've eaten at many Italian restaurants, but this one beats everything so far. Beautiful ambience, super friendly service and breathtakingly good food. My husband had the Pizza Sexy and loved it. I had the Gnocchi Gorgonzola and it was to die for. We'll definitely be back.

We were actually on our way to another Italian restaurant. We stopped here spontaneously and haven't regretted it since entering the restaurant. The welcome was warm, the food was outstanding. We had pizza and gnocchi. Both excellent. Clear 10 out of 10.

We went to this restaurant for the first time today with our friends. Staff very friendly. Food was super delicious. All in all, highly recommended and we will definitely come back. If you ask us about an Italian restaurant, we will definitely recommend this one. :-)

Food was very tasty and fresh! Portions were more than sufficient and correspond to the price-performance ratio.

Food was okay, where we had a variety of dishes as a group. What didn't work at all was the service. We were alone at lunchtime and waited at least 20 minutes for the drinks to be ordered (!). Also generally inattentive and prone to errors. I hope service is better at other times.

Very nice ambience, quiet and cozy, Italian music too... Invites you to slow down and feast... Prices are reasonable and the food is great and we'll be back.... Only this musician who had to go through there really annoyed me Sack, but it only felt like 5 minutes until it was through.... So I can only recommend the place. The service is also good...

I read reviews beforehand about slow and unfriendly service and average food. This is absolute nonsense in my opinion... It was my first time here including the whole family. The service was excellent, the friendliness as you would expect and the food impressed me. I'm not really a fan of Italian cuisine, but the homemade tagliatelle with strips of duck breast and wild mushroom sauce was divine. The food from the rest of the family was also excellent. Finally pasta with salmon where you don't have to look for the salmon... The pizzas were well topped and super freshly prepared. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Even though it was our first time there, we felt like we were regulars. Highly recommended, always happy. Kudos to Portofino👍

It was very good. The service was attentive, the distance between the starter and the main course was perfectly chosen. In between we asked about our satisfaction and whether we had any additional requests. The starter and our main courses were a delight for the eyes and the palate. The price is okay for what is delivered.

I have ordered from Lieferando here several times. The pizza was always very tasty. We had now reserved a table for Valentine's Day and were looking forward to the pizza. Unfortunately there was only one special card. But the staff was super super friendly & still fulfilled our wish for our favorite pizza. A star on top for that. Next time it would be good to know in advance that there won't be the normal menu.

Ich hätte gerne noch mehr getrunken, wenn der Kellner öfter am Tisch gewesen wäre. Ansonsten sehr freundlich. Preise waren ok. Vorspeiseteller für 13,90€ war lächerlich. Das könnt ihr bestimmt besser, aber so wenig und einfach anzubieten ist eine Frechheit….

Das Portofino hat Potenzial, allerdings sind wir in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuscht von unserem Besuch. 1. bei der Bestellung der Vorspeise wurde uns auf kritischer Nachfrage eingestanden, dass das Vitello Tonato (Kalbsfleisch mit Thunfischcreme) mit Schweinefleisch gemacht werde und es nur auf der Karte so angezeigt werde. Das geht aus unserer Sicht gar nicht und ist Betrug. 2. der Vorspeisenteller beinhaltete mehr Obst als warme und kalte Antipasti - unverständlich. 3. das Pizzabrot war kalt und nicht durchgebacken. Die Konsistenz war lätschig. 4. die gegrillten Meeresfrüchte sind aus der TK aufgetaut, daher war die Konsistenz auch wie plastik. 5. die Nudeln waren gut gekocht, aber leider fehlte es der kompletten Sauce an Geschmack. Hier muss an vielen Stellen nachgebessert werden, um sich die 5 Sterne zu verdienen.

Unglaublich gut und ein perfekter Service.

Einer der besten Italiener in Leipzig. Wir sind hier öfter. Man sollte vorher telefonisch reservieren, damit man einen Platz bekommt. Oder zumindest anrufen, ob noch Platz ist. Die Kellner waren immer schnell und zuvorkommend, das Essen ist sehr gut und nahe an perfekt bei durchschnittlichen Preisen, also ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ich kenne das portofino von früher .. kein Vergleich mehr ! Es ist sehr sauber , sehr nette , aufmerksame Bedienung , Vorspeise u Hauptmenü waren mega gelungen … Die neuen Stühle laden zum längeren verweilen ein … die Blumen und Kerzen auf den einzelnen Tischen waren echt -also keine billigen Kunstblumen, Deckenmalerei mit dem Stuck und den goldenen Wandlampen romantisch und verspielt , trotz volleren Laden war es nicht zu laut, Musik lief zum Glück leise im Hintergrund … absolute Empfehlung für mir ! Werde wieder kommen ! Bald sogar, denn noch ist Muschelzeit und diese waren fürstlich !

Wenn man in Gohlis essen gehen will, ist das Restaurant, mit Abstand, die beste Wahl. 👌

Ein sehr hochwertiges Restaurant. Die Kellner sind sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Essen ist einfach mega lecker. Ambiente ist sehr schön.

Hier gibt es die beste Tomatensuppe weit und breit und die beste Pizza. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung und die besonders schöne, bequeme Bestuhlung machen den Aufenthalt in diesem Restaurant zu einem Erlebnis. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben das leckere Essen sehr genossen und auch bei einem kleinen Missgeschick der Kinder wurde uns schnell alles wieder schön hergerichtet und wir konnten den Abend genießen.
