I come here with my husband every two weeks. Food was good. Service was also okay, but unfortunately since the boss left, the restaurant has withdrawn a bit. Sorry guys but that's the truth.

You can eat delicious pizza here in a small courtyard. These were top in terms of price-performance ratio. The service staff were always quick so you didn't have to wait long.

Noodle box is mega and cheap. Can only be recommended

Friendly staff and child friendly. The food was very tasty and well prepared. Fast service and we were happy with everyone as well as the price for three people with a main course/dessert including drinks.

I also read the bad reviews in advance and initially had a bad feeling about this restaurant. However, to be honest I can't understand all the negative reviews on Google. I ate here with my family today and I have to say that the food was really delicious and it was at the table very quickly. I also cannot agree with the negative reviews on the subject of reservations. We didn't make a reservation ourselves, but I noticed a couple making a reservation and everything went as expected. With just over 20 euros per person I can have a wonderful evening here. You will definitely be full!!! The ambience, especially in the inner courtyard, is also really nice. The only criticism I have is that the music in the courtyard could be a little quieter for my taste. The last thing I would like to note is that, as usual, the soft drinks are a bit expensive in my opinion. You have to factor in 6 euros for 400ml of cola, but the prices of alcoholic drinks are quite reasonable. All in all, this is a great place to have a nice evening with delicious food.

Pizzas were good, thin crust. There are also a lot of children's pizzas and good toppings. We would come again

Very good service. Fast quick and friendly. Food was not the best but it was over average. But not mind blowingly good. It was still in the class of "ok this is good" but not life changing. Would definetely return!

In itself a good Italian restaurant, for the price it's worth it. I had a Pizza Tonno for €14.90, of course it sounds expensive, but you have to remember that inflation is very high. The pizza was very large, but manageable and tasty. For the price, okay.

Everything was occupied in the front, it was totally comfortable in the yard. Service was very good, we felt very good. We reserved a table for the next evening.

Bad food, bad service and stupid excuses for disorganized poor service

Prices and service are very nice. It was as if we had visited an Italian courtyard. The only suggestion is to make the risotto not that greasy, but the dishes were generally tasty!

Was there last Saturday, only served warm beer, the pizza we ordered was okay, but tagitelle with fillet tips took some getting used to, you don't necessarily have to go there again.

The food was delicious, but the seat cushions in the courtyard were pretty dirty. Some service employees were very attentive, some were not, there is a lot of catching up to do. Drinks are relatively cheap.

Went there for dinner yesterday with 6 people. We had pre-ordered. We received a very friendly welcome and were served quickly and friendly throughout. The food was really very tasty. And price performance okay. Really recommended - for the toilets. 🚽 😒

Now it's gotten to the point where I'm going to ignore the Google reviews. Anyone who writes here in authentic Italian has either never been to Italy or was paid for their review.

When we visited, the chef was apparently having a bad day. Pasta was overcooked, the combination with arugula wasn't very successful and taste-wise, well. And my pizza was big and tasted okay, but nothing more, apart from the spare toppings.

We got our food very quickly. However, this makes a casserole a bit suspicious. In addition, the bread was only added as a “starter” to the main course. One knife of the cutlery brought was dirty. One meal was very hot and so was the bowl. We suspect that both were reheated together. The other food was more or less lukewarm to cold. The cold food was also very greasy. Prices for the food would be okay if it was appropriately warm.

incredibly delicious! Risotto with mushrooms and beef. The portion was decent, there was even a surprising amount of beef and it was grilled to perfection. Tiramisu+panna cotta is also great! very attentive staff, great atmosphere It couldn't be better. we will be back

It was so incredibly good that it's hard to describe. This cozy little restaurant is hidden in a backyard. Pizza is divine and the relatives also really enjoyed it. Went there again the next day. The employees are also super nice and took a family picture for us with my cell phone. Absolute recommendation without any ifs and buts!

A bit hidden away, but Bella Italia really doesn't have to hide: cozy atmosphere, very nice and friendly service and my pizza was huge, came with garlic and hot peppers to suit your taste and was just really tasty. I think the price is reasonable for what you get and I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

We had bruschetta as a starter, which was a huge portion - very tasty. For the main course we both had pizza, which was incredibly large, we both would have liked more tomato sauce, but it still tasted really good. Price-performance is completely clear!

We became aware of Bella Italia through the business brunch, which was advertised on a display. I had a salad mista della casa, which was very tasty, my girlfriend had a lasagna, which was also really good. The service was very friendly and the food came quickly. We also liked the furnishings. We'll definitely come back again.

Ein super schöner Italiener in ruhiger Lage mit richtig leckerem authentischen essen! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!!!

Mitten in der City Leipzig, nur wenige Meter entfernt von anderen und zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, eine Mahlzeit zu genießen, liegt dieses Lokal in einer Seitengasse. Zum Glück gibt es schon an der Einmündung der Gasse den Hinweis, dass dort noch was kommt, sonst würde vielleicht kaum jemand hineingehen. WAS dort kommt, ist ein Ristorante in der etwas gehobenen Preisskala (verglichen mit den genannten Alternativen in der City), aber dafür bekommt man hier wirklich echte Delikatessen geboten - die ganze Speisekarte rauf und runter! Riesig groß ist das Lokal nicht: Wer zu mehreren Personen kommt, sollte vorher reservieren.

The place offers good options for italian food. Also if you have any dietary restrictions the staff was ready to make something customised. We mostly ordered vegetarian dishes and they were really good. The price range is between 12-16€ per dish. We luckily found table for 4 people without reservations on a Friday evening. We had al forno, veggie pizza and gnocchi.

Kleiner, etwas vetsteckter Italiener in einem Hinterhof. Das Essen war gut, die Preise angemessen. Zur Diavolo Pizza würde separat Chili und Knoblauch gereicht.... Fand ich gut.

Gemütlich und klein, abseits der Hauptroute. Das Essen war sehr gut, auch der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam. Preislich finde ich ihn für Leipzig Innenstadt ok, allerdings ein einfacher Espresso für 3,10€ ist doch etwas übertrieben.

Selten so gut italienisch gegessen wie hier. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Leider sehr mittelmäßiges Essen, die typische tourifalle im centrum einer jeden Stadt. Pizza sehr fettig, Pasta überkocht, gebratenes Gemüse kalt und matschig, Sauce eher wie Pudding. Sehr zugig und kalt. Preis für die Qualität die auf dem Teller ankam zu hoch.

Hier mal unsere Erfahrungen, die sich in Sterne schlecht bewerten lassen. 1. Wer einen romantischen Abend mit feinem Essen verbringen möchte, ist hier falsch. 2. Wer eine Pizza oder Pasta essen gehen möchte ist hier richtig. Wir hatten als Vorspeise Anti pasti Platte für 2 Personen. Dazu kann man sagen das da noch viel Luft nach oben ist. Zweidrittel der Platte bestand aus Anti pasti wie sie auch bei Aldi zu kaufen wären. Am schlimmsten war die Mettwurst, die sicherlich eine Salami sein sollte. Statt gegrillter Paprika gab es Brokkoli, Tomate mit Mozzarella hätte mit Pesto oder frischem Basilikum bestimmt besser geschmeckt. Vitello und Carpaccio war drauf, leider aber nur für eine Person. Ich hätte gerne auch gutes Brot dazu gehabt oder frisch gebackene Pizzabrötchen - leider Fehlanzeige. Wein: Ein leckerer Doppio Passo mit schönen Weingläser - leider war die Temperatur des Weines kurz vor Tee. 15 Grad top - 25 Grad nicht gut. Pizza Gorgonzola und Pizza Salsicca war vollkommen okay. Dünn, groß, kross und lecker. Der Service war freundlich und bemüht. Wein nachschenken Fehlanzeige, Süßstoff zum Espresso Fehlanzeige, mal fragen ob es noch etwas sein darf Fehlanzeige. Aber der Espresso und die Tasse war heiß. Alles in allem noch viel Luft nach oben, aber für eine Pizza und ein Getränk zu empfehlen.

Ein Guter Geheimtipp am Ende einer kleinen Gasse. Die Pasta war sehr lecker gewesen. Der Service Freundlich. Das Ambiente war sehr uhrig gewesen. Der Laden ist sehr unscheinbar, trotzdessen das wir gezielt dahin gegangen sind, haben wir ihn am Anfang verfehlt

Wirklich sehr leckere, handgemachte Pasta und eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Atmosphäre im Restaurant mit italienischer begleitender Musik. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben das Restaurant per Zufall entdeckt, da sich das Restaurant in einer kleinen Sackgasse befindet.

Very bad. Atmosphere and service are ok but food… just a disaster. Minestrone was barely eatable because of enormous amount of black pepper. And it’s coming from me - person who loves black pepper very much. Pasta was overcooked. Schnitzel was dry and had the taste of paper. Salad with calamari was disgusting - salad was washed bad, sand in your mouth is not what you want to get, squids are from the jar, marinated. Silverware was served on damaged plate. Disgusting food for customers who never tried decent Italian cuisine.

Essen ist sehr lecker, die Pizzen sind riesig. Es gibt einen ruhigen und gemühtlichen Hinterhof mit ruhiger Musik und angenehmen Vogelgezwitscher.

Ein wirklich lauschigen Plätzchen, wenn man direkt zum Lokal zu dem Toreingang hineingeht. Wir wollten uns zuerst in der Fußgängerzone an die vorhandenen Tische setzen, haben uns dann aber doch entschieden, dass wir mal direkt zum Lokal hineingehen. Das Lokal selbst macht auch einen urig gemütlichen Eindruck. Die Musik, die nebenher läuft ist einfach passend und macht Lust darauf, hier länger zu verweilen. Das Essen war köstlich und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir würden jeder Zeit, wenn wir in Leipzig sind, wiederkommen.
