Basilico in Leipzig

Reviewed: Table for 3 people, Saturday evening with a reservation when the restaurant was full. Service: Courteous, helpful, and polite. During peak times, be sure to reserve by phone (or on site)! Food: Very tasty! A few small details were missing from the perfect experience – ingredients were served that weren't listed on the menu (and for which intolerances were allowed). Delicious house dressing. Grappa/Limoncello on the house to finish! According to the menu, some vegan dishes are available (marked in green). If you have any intolerances or allergies, be sure to ask the waiter about the ingredients in the dish(s)! Location: Stylish & modern, the chairs could be a bit softer (add/offer cushions if necessary) – but they fit the concept. Noise can be quite noticeable when the restaurant is full. Dogs allowed!

The shop no longer exists, it was in front of the house number and there was only an empty shop. Very unfortunate.

Very good Italian cuisine and a nice restaurant with a typically lively atmosphere. Despite the busy schedule, the staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain the menu. Reservations are highly recommended, even during the week!

Didn't like it, terrible service

There were 13 of us there. Service was very good. Food was very good. The atmosphere was also very good. Perhaps something on the house would have been even better.
