War im Lokal drunter. Die teilen sich die Toiletten und wurde einfach angemacht, weshalb ich von oben da reingehe. In einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton

Jetzt warte ich hier schon seit einer Stunde und 40 Minuten auf eine Pizza Hawaii und zwei Dosen Spaghetti Bolognese. Ich frage den Kellner, ob er Pizza aus Hawaii mitbringt, und er antwortet, dass er nicht für die Bestellung zuständig ist und nennt den Kunden außerdem noch „Bro“. Beim Bezahlen fragt er mich nach Trinkgeld, und ich sage ihm: „000 Bro“.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Kellner haben über uns dreimal gelacht. Obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war, hat sich niemand um uns gekümmert. Wir mussten einmal jemanden rufen, damit überhaupt jemand zu unserem Tisch kommt, ein zweites Mal, um eine Speisekarte zu bekommen, und ein drittes Mal, um endlich bestellen zu können. Der Service war sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend. Leider kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.👌

Das Essen ist zu salzig gewesen und der service hat war sehr langsam, zudem auch noch vergesslich. Man hat an dem Ort leider keine auswahl für den Hunger machbar.

Schönes Lokal mit guter Pizza und Pasta

Wir haben halb Salami bestellt, halb Landschinken Haben halb Thunfisch bekommen, halb Landschinken Alles schön und gut, aber nach angesprache des Chefs nach Abgabe der Pizza hieß es, wir lügen. Wir haben eine neue Pizza bekommen nach ewiger Beleidigung seiner Seite und Diskussionen die so aussah. Danke für gar nichts! Null Kulanz! Ich bin schockiert!

Wir saßen im Restaurant oben auf der Terrasse mit einer größeren Gruppe. Am Nebentisch Herren ohne Oberbekleidung, was ich in einem Restaurant so nicht erwartet hätte. Essen war soweit okay. Allerdings ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig. Ein Gericht kam ca 15.min früher als alle anderen, sodass ein gemeinsames Abendessen nicht möglich war. Ich würde das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Eine Stunde für 2 Kinderpizza. Eiskaffe ohne Eis.

Grad zwei Pizzen geholt. Kompliment an die Küche, sehr lecker! Gute halbe Stunde hat's gedauert. Völlig in Ordnung für nen Feiertag zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr.

Essen war gut, hat aber es hat etwas länger gedauert und Service könnte aufmerksamer sein.

Sehr gewöhnliche Karte mit unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität. Am Nachbartisch wurde einem Gast ein Getränk komplett über die Kleidung geschüttet. Keine Entschuldigung, dafür wurde der Gast noch vom Kellner beleidigt, weil er sofort gegangen ist. Dass hier auf wechselnde Kundschaft gesetzt wird, merkt man auch an dem unverschämten Personal. Selbst als Notlösung zu schlecht!

Wir waren im Imbiss zum Yachthafen. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Die Pommes waren nicht fertig und als wie sie darauf angesprochen haben, wurden sie sehr unfreundlich und pampig. Er hat mit der Hand von unserem Teller probiert und meinte wir sollen diese so weiteressen, er mache Pommes schon seit 25 Jahren so.

Ich war heute im „Imbiss zum Yachthafen Halbfertige Pommes bekommen, nach Reklamation wurde mit bloßer Hand vom Personal von unseren Pommes probiert und gesagt „Die sind Fertig und wir sollen diese so Essen….“ Wenn man schon wegen Pommes so unfreundlich behandelt wird, weis ich nicht warum ich da nochmals essen sollte.

War am 25.2.26 dort Personal inakzeptabel, wollte mich und meine Kinder nicht bedienen. Sind wieder gegangen und haben uns ein anderes Restaurant gesucht. Würde 0 Sterne geben wenn dies möglich wäre.

Das Essen ist gut , auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt . Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht trotz des großen Andrangs schnell zu bedienen ( Respekt) .Ambiente ist sehr schön .

Direkt an der Badebucht mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Lecker Pizza und Pasta. Wirt aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Pizza war super! Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist perfekt.

Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Restaurant, und obwohl das Wetter nicht so toll war, war das Essen sehr lecker! Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Peppers on the pizza from a jar. Otherwise, average. Long wait times and reserved seating couldn't be kept. If you're hungry, it's OK, but the pizzerias at home are much, much better! You don't necessarily have to go! Feedback: Pizza and everything that comes with it is definitely not worth the price!

Ich verstehe die negativen Kommentare überhaupt nicht. Für ein Restaurant am See sind die Preise angemessen, die Pizza ist grandios - in den Teig könnte ich mich reinlegen und der Service war top! Sowas von zuvorkommend, freundlich und professionell. Mit See Ambiente - was will man mehr! Von mir gibt's 6 Sterne 😉

A wonderful day at Brombachsee unfortunately did not end so happily in this restaurant. The view was dreamy. So much more could be done with trained and professional staff. Four of us sat in the sun for over two hours and no one from the service team noticed our empty glasses or asked if we wanted more because they were completely overwhelmed with the crowds. When we then wanted to cancel our meal after waiting for over an hour and a half because we still had to drive home for over an hour, we were told it was ready. Yes, one half, but the other half, including a children's pizza, was brought to the wrong table, so we had to wait again. Afterwards, we were asked again what we had ordered. Absolute chaos. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone and it is also far too expensive. There wasn't even Parmesan cheese for the pasta.

Lovely restaurant with a great lake view. The food (pasta & pizza) was good, but they charged extra for Parmesan cheese (€2) without any prior notice. Hence, one star deducted.

The food is okay, but for the hefty price of €13 per pizza, it could have tasted a bit better. The service is a disaster: We ordered at the kiosk, the employee barely spoke German, and the promised wait time was 20 minutes. We waited over 50 minutes, only to discover that one of our five pizzas had been forgotten. Without a receipt, we would never have seen our money again, as we got into arguments with the staff. Conclusion: Go to a decent restaurant instead.

For an Italian ambiance, some ingredients sometimes have nothing to do with Italian flair. Salad with yogurt dressing? The menu doesn't even offer an option, but they could have considered it when printing. Okay, so far. I canceled the yogurt dressing and asked for oil and vinegar. What oil do you usually expect at an Italian restaurant? Obviously – olive oil. Unfortunately, that wasn't available either. Like several previous comments, we had to wait almost an hour for four pizzas, which suggests that the kitchen or pizza oven aren't equipped for this kind of dining. Only one of the servers was really great, but he was completely stressed. A young man kept wandering between the tables without a plate, rather aimless and certainly not experienced in the restaurant business. However, for a tourist hotspot, they really should train their staff a bit beforehand. Another wasn't quite able to carry his belongings, which isn't a big deal, but here too you can see that the owners don't place much value on guest-friendly service. It's a real shame, considering the location. We ordered tiramisu for dessert. The plate was magnificent. If I'd wanted a wild berry plate, I would have ordered that too. What's the point of wild berry-like porridge on a tiramisu plate? I've never experienced anything like it in 40 years, and it doesn't go at all with a coffee-soaked dessert. The kitchen staff who prepares something like that should really be taken to task. And what's half a can of whipped cream doing on the plate next to it? So, our conclusion for the four of us at €125 (4 pizzas, a small salad, and a tiramisu) is that we'd rather go for Franconian food next time. The location would be fantastic, but overall, it's too expensive for what you get as a guest.

After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, my order was finally canceled at 9:40 PM – very disappointing.

The kiosk is a complete disaster. 50 minutes wait time for the agreed-upon 20-minute delivery. Pizzas are very tasteless. And to top it all off, the man at the counter didn't speak German and tried to scam us. Bought 5 pizzas but only got 4. Be sure to bring your receipt.

The chocolate ice cream didn't taste good, and it cost €8.50. And two scoops of mango ice cream for €6.50 🤯

On Friday evening, there was one waiter for about 150 guests. We waited 20 minutes and unfortunately were ignored. There was also a mosquito plague. The people who had food at their tables had a tough time with it.

All in all, you can go out to eat here.

Very rude service and small portions

Unfortunately, the food wasn't good, but it was expensive. The latte macchiato was ice cold, and then too strong, probably because they'd just added more coffee. The pizzas were soft in the middle and didn't really taste that good.

We've been here several times while on vacation. The food is delicious and the prices are more than fair. We were particularly impressed by the service. Fast and super friendly. Always ready with a funny saying. We felt right at home here. Special thanks to Markus and Robert. We'd love to come back!

We were full of anticipation when we went there, but were unfortunately very disappointed. The pizza was extremely oily and had an unpleasant taste – definitely not edible. The currywurst was completely soft, had a strange consistency, and was also anything but tasty. The fries were completely unseasoned and tasted of nothing. For €12.90, I expected much more – the value for money is outrageous. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

The view was very nice, the service was relaxed and friendly, but the salad, which is available for a macabre €19.90 and comes with rocket, mini tomatoes, a few prawns, and lamb's lettuce without dressing because it's vegan, is an impertinence that is not the fault of the service. There are no vegan dishes, and I am not a vegan but my companion is 🌱, and the bruschetta is soggy and on a normal baguette.

It's disgusting...! You're looking forward to a delicious currywurst with fries at the swimming lake, and then, at the Italian snack bar downstairs, you get a mushy, soft sausage (presumably from a water bath - it should really be fried) with a completely watered-down soup made of ketchup and Thai chili sauce, and a tiny bit of curry powder on top, which couldn't add any flavor to the thin broth.

Everything was prepared to perfection...the pasta was perfectly cooked al dente...the pizza dough was typically Italian, thin but light and fluffy. 👍 The salads were also top-notch...the olives were pitted and sliced...the tomatoes were perfectly sliced. The ham was high-quality and not too salty. 👍 The homemade lemonades are highly recommended. We are thrilled...we were able to write this off as an experience. 👌 Thank you 💖

Whatever the reason for the service's failure, waiting almost two hours for food while guests all around us were getting food and paying again is unacceptable. Sure, after asking several times, we were always told "right away and sorry," but ultimately our plan to attend a concert and enjoy our only vacation evening at Brombachsee was thwarted. Perhaps a free espresso or grappa would have been more conciliatory when paying. There was even no response when we said goodbye, even though the waiter was right there. Yes, the job isn't easy, but I think there's a fundamental problem here: despite table numbers, people were often standing there aimlessly calling for those who had ordered their dishes, or the wrong thing was brought out. The food was okay, but it somehow ruined the evening. Sure, we could have just left, but unfortunately, there aren't any alternatives on site.

Waiters are either overwhelmed at peak times or have little interest in serving new guests at the tables…

Delicious food, whether pizza or pasta, everything was great. Another lovely evening with friends. Here, you not only enjoy the food but also the fantastic location by the lake.

I should really give it zero points. We ordered a salad as a starter, which came with the pizza, but we returned it because the main course pizza also arrived. My pizza was completely burnt, and my husband's wasn't even cooked. He wanted his with anchovies, but there weren't any on it. But there was no bill. We waited 1.5 hours for the food. I haven't seen anything this bad in a long time. The best part was the view. I come from the restaurant industry myself, and they could do a lot with this place. Never again.

The pizza tastes great. But you have to be careful at the checkout: there's a surcharge for fewer ingredients (see photo). Sometimes they even charge more than the menu says. The tone is absolutely outrageous. It's obvious that you'd pay extra for extra ingredients. But we've never experienced this before.

Beautiful view of Lake Brombachsee from the roof terrace. Unfortunately, this was the only positive thing about this restaurant visit... The waiter was very unfocused, when we wanted to order he was more concerned with other guests than with us and our order. Unfortunately, this also meant that we didn't get the dishes we had ordered. In addition, the food was very tasteless. So when we ordered chili oil, we were given pure olive oil with a few peppers thrown in. Last but not least, we were asked if we liked it and we honestly answered no. Instead of an apology, we were laughed at. The calculation was also catastrophically wrong. Never again! We wanted to get something to eat and placed our order in person there. We were told it would take about 20 minutes. When we returned on time, we had to wait another 15 minutes before being told that the order had simply been forgotten. It was then freshly prepared, for which we had to wait another 10 minutes. At least there was a drink on the house – probably as a consolation. But what was really unpleasant was the boss's tone towards his employees. Rude, condescending and simply unprofessional. I work in the catering industry myself - stress is part of it, but that's not how you talk to people. And it doesn't seem to be an isolated case: My friend had already eaten there once and - after the specified time frame - also had to wait at least 10 minutes extra. Apparently this is standard here. The food was okay, but the whole process and atmosphere was disappointing. Poor organization, unpleasant tone – once and certainly not again.

The salad was a disaster, inedible and carelessly prepared. One teaspoon of dressing for the entire salad portion. I do NOT recommend this restaurant!

Went there to eat and had to get the menus ourselves. Were not taken into account, the staff was obviously overwhelmed even though there were hardly any guests there. We waited half an hour and then left again. I wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely terrible service :( You have to wait 20 minutes for the menu and then another 20 minutes until the waiter comes and takes the order. The pizza is still not there after 50 minutes. I don't know exactly what an evening business looks like in your place but a little planning should be possible. Share areas, maybe a springer from the bar that brings drinks and not just wait. Lots of potential and little of it used. Box machine in front of the door, little cleanliness and rather a bad snack bar. Not worth recommending Everything is just an insight from my personal opinion. I worked in the catering industry for 5 years and can understand and forgive a lot, but if even the service doesn't convey any emotions to the guest then I'd rather get a curry sausage.

Never Never Ever !!!!! very very terrible service :( You have to wait 20 minutes for the menu and then another 20 minutes to wait for the waiter to come and take your order. I've been waiting for the pizza for 2h and it still hasn't arrived. If you don't want to waste your whole day for one meal, you'd better not go to this restaurant and miss out on the beautiful summer weather. the worst place I've ever been!!!!

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing The food was a disaster. The pizza was carelessly topped and tasted just bad - hardly seasoned, soft and completely bland. The noodles were inedible, also without any seasoning and tasted like they had been pulled out of water. When the waiter asked the boss to print out a bill for us, that was apparently too much to ask - he reacted annoyed and just groaned. An absolute no-go for a restaurant. We're definitely not coming back. I've never eaten so badly!

The pizza tasted ok. However, the base of the pizza was extremely soft in the middle and rather undercooked. Maybe just too much toppings, sauce or cheese. We had a picnic at the lake after 8 p.m. after a nice day of swimming by ordering 5 pizzas and one spaghetti Quattro Formaggi to take away. We thought the food was great. The store was packed and they immediately said it would take 45 minutes. Priced completely ok for today's times. You can't get pizza cheaper anywhere else. So everything was fine and we can't understand the bad reviews at all!

Super tasty pizza. Lots of cheese, loose dough, just awesome. Junior's rigatoni with tomato sauce was also delicious. Great view of the lake included!

From my point of view everything was the best**** Gladly again

We stopped there for lunch when the weather was beautiful. The service gave us a very friendly welcome and recommended a beautiful spot on the terrace - said and done! The view of the lake was simply fantastic and the atmosphere was very idyllic. After we placed our order, it only took a few minutes for our food to arrive. The pizzas, outside of Italy, are really good and tasteful. Price-wise, completely okay! Service terrific! We'd love to come back!

Pizza was ok, I ordered spicy and a few pepperoni were put on it for which €1.80 was charged and they weren't spicy at all. Too bad.

We were there on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was about half full and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Pizza and pasta were very good and the portions were large enough. The prices were also fair.

We tried 4 different pizzas, spagetti bolognese, spagetti with seafood, Aperol and beer - all very tasty and quickly served, the biggest advantage was the location, terrace and friendly service

We had the pleasure of dining at the Italian Restaurant Yachthafen am Brombachsee and it was a really lovely experience. The location right on the water offers a wonderful ambience that makes the visit something special. We tried the Lasagna Della Casa, Spaghetti Bolognese and the Pizza Prosciutto. The service was very quick and friendly, which pleasantly surprised us. The taste of the food was good, although at an average level, which is absolutely appropriate for a tourist place. The prices were okay and matched the quality and service. What is particularly worth emphasizing is that it is hard to understand why some Franconian guests complain about a spalted beer for €4. We found the prices to be fair. Overall, we can highly recommend the restaurant, especially for those who appreciate a great atmosphere and quick service. A successful visit to Brombachsee!

Very unprofessional, the cards were brought to us and we had ordered our drinks. After we wanted to order our food, we were told that we had to wait and that no orders were currently being accepted. Very sad that you didn't get this information before. Very disappointing! What a shame about the atmosphere!

We waited almost 2 hours for our food, the service was extremely unfriendly and one pizza was burnt and there was a hair on the other. Incomprehensible!

Were there at the end of April 2k24, it was cold outside and in the dining room too. Had to sit at the table with a jacket on and eat the food.

The service was friendly and the food was okay (pizza and pasta dish). What shocks us is the price for a bottle of mineral water is 8 euros 50, which is not possible at all. I also found the sanitary facilities bad at the beginning of the season with defective toilet lids!

Then the pasta came and I thought I was served food from a can (i.e. a ready meal)... The food was cold and it tasted really terrible. When I made myself known to the waiter, neither person was interested. The strange thing was the waiter took my plate and brought the pasta again less than 5 minutes later. However, with cold rigatoni and it smelled strongly of Maggi... I ate 1 rigatoni from my plate and had to pay the full price and they didn't even try to find a solution! So the behavior was unacceptable. I will never eat there again I'm so disappointed. At prices like that you expect at least fresh and warm dishes. It's a shame, normally 0 stars.
