Great ambience, beautiful furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, right on the castle lake. Underground car park directly below, where you can park for free for 2 hours. The food was ok. The service has potential for improvement. Will definitely test it again.

Really great team with super nice service and good cuisine. Overall, the Laguna is consistent and I can recommend it without reservation. Quality, freshness and you get 100% what you would expect from a ristorante or pizzeria. The atmosphere is beautiful with a beautiful view of the lake, the food is nothing special but the service was really disappointing, I don't recommend it.

We went to the pizzeria twice. Pizza was very good, service was subpar. On both visits we didn't get what we ordered and even had to pay for the reorder that wasn't on the pizza. The waiter was more than unfriendly. There will be no further visit.

I think the food here is okay, but it's certainly nothing special. The whole restaurant lacks a bit of soul, no love is put into the preparation and service. The prices are too high for what you get. It's the opposite of the little Italian around the corner. However, the location is quite nice, right on the castle lake.

It took forever before we could order drinks and food; the bald gentleman always seems to be trying to avoid his customers until it is no longer possible to do otherwise. However, the food came quickly, to its credit. However, something else is delicious. The garlic oil that my husband ordered with his meal was still not there even after he finished his pizza. Something also went wrong at the next table. Salt and pepper with food would also have been beneficial. If only the bill had come promptly after we had already tried to draw attention to ourselves a few times. However, the waiter was once again nowhere to be found, and his colleagues didn't seem to be particularly interested in us either. Conclusion: you don't need to come here for the food, there is much better, the quality of the service definitely has room for improvement. What is positive is the great location with a view of the lake, disappointing that the rest was nothing. In any case, we won't be coming anymore, thanks but no thanks.

I ordered 3 pizzas to take away. Everything went great on the phone. When I arrived there after 15 minutes, everything was ready (12 noon). My colleagues served me nicely and were friendly. Pizzas had great toppings, were cut and tasted very good.

It was really fun! At first it was strange because there was no space, but then somehow it was and then everything was great. The boss and we were on the same wavelength when it came to humor and the food was great.😘

We are often at the Laguna, the staff is a disaster, they don't need to be friendly, there are several waiters walking around haphazardly on the terrace, we sit for half an hour, everyone says they are not responsible We then left. The food isn't bad, but it's not so good that it justifies the bad behavior of the staff I was there last time.

Because of the partly bad reviews, I started the visit with reservations. But everything is great. I can't understand how the sometimes very bad reviews came about.

I have ordered pizza to be picked up on site several times. Every time was an experience. Either you had to wait a very long time to place your order or you had to wait a very long time with the pizza in your hand to be allowed to pay. My highlight was when I had to wait 15 minutes to order and 20 minutes to pick up or pay. I then politely asked if I could let the pizza go for another lap to warm it up again. The reaction was that they used their unwashed finger to determine the temperature of my pizza and said it was warm enough to eat. We also tested the ice cream. I would recommend using the counter at Edeka Baur where it's cheaper and much tastier and you don't have to wait 10 minutes with two children for a waitress to go behind the counter. Some customers left here because of the long waiting times

That was definitely the last time I'll go there. Were there for lunch. Were one of the first guests. Extremely unfriendly service. After receiving the food and taking the first bite, we let the food go back as the noodles were cold. New food came - I also had to send it back because it was cold again. Third meal was cold again and we wanted to order pizza instead, as they are probably not able to serve pasta hot or warm. The food came back to us with the note “the boss tried it, it’s okay”… “No way!!!” I’ve never let anything go back, but that really borders on impudence and ignorance. I'll never leave a cent here again. It's better to walk 200 meters further, there is delicious food and good service. The Laguna has nothing to offer other than the view.

Food very tasty except service no salt and no pepper sprinkled on the table, wait 6 minutes for someone to bring it

Unfortunately it has decreased significantly since last year. The service is particularly bad and some of the waiters are very unfriendly.

Very very bad service. Arrogant and lazy. We left the terrace because no one cared about us. After 10 minutes we still hadn't been able to place an order. The waiters were leaning against the house and talking.

Unfortunately the salad had brown spots in it and wasn't particularly tasty. The toilets were underground, no toilet paper, stuffy, dirty. Smeared doorknob. Disgusting. There was rubbish next to our table on the lawn. But pizza was ok and service too. But wouldn't go again.

We had dinner there yesterday before the PUR concert. We had a calzone and risotto with mushrooms and chicken and a mixed salad. Everything was really delicious and I have rarely eaten such a fine risotto. Price-performance top.

Very unfriendly service and poor service

We really liked where it is located, for a day of walking and relaxing around the lake that you have nearby. The food was good

Eat fries/sausage, child only fries (as is the case with children). It was fine. Service was very condescending. There were no small fries, only for children, we weren't allowed to order them. So we took fries with sausage and shared them. It was a very hot day. We sat outside with our grandson. Our grandson didn't finish all of his fries, but everyone stared at us and I had the feeling "I never want to go there again." This behavior of the lady could also be observed at other tables. We were looked at as if we could only afford food once. But if we had ordered twice and didn't make it, it wouldn't have been right either. I'm really angry about this kind of behavior. Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I am NOT a complainer. So, it may be the case that not all employees behave like this, I can only write for our waitress. I won't go there again. Nevertheless, all the best from the pizzeria.

We don't live far away and have eaten at Laguna several times now. We think it's very nice there, you can sit very nicely inside and it's also very pleasant outside on nice days. The service has been very nice so far and there is nothing wrong with the food, we like it very, very well 👍, we will continue to go there, already on Sunday with my girls 😀

Given this beautiful location, I would have liked better food and friendly service. Both were missing here. The food was so-so, the service, an unkempt gentleman with a bald head, preferred to stand in the far corner and smoke rather than serve guests. Even with a 30% tip, because they complied with my wishes and only put a small amount on the plate, there wasn't even a thank you. Nobody needs it.

By far the worst service. A man with a bald head, unkempt and probably didn't know the word hygiene was unbearably stingy and he also spoke German that was very bad for me as a foreigner. Went there twice for ice cream in the afternoon. Ice cream sundaes are great. Price-performance ratio is right here. Service staff always in a good mood. Customer service is good here.

A very nicely located restaurant on the Schlosssee in Salem. You feel comfortable here both inside and on the terrace. I was there twice and had excellent food.

Yes, you can do it, but you don't have to. The highlight is the location right on the lake with a great terrace and a beautiful view of the lake. Food is nothing special, just average. My carpaccio was tasteless and ice cold, I suspect thawed. The pizzas are sparsely topped and the toppings have little taste. The current seasonal dishes were probably delicious.

The food and the ambience were fine Only the service was very unfriendly and bad-tempered. Had the feeling that we weren't welcome. When I asked for a baby chair, the waitress simply showed us with her finger where they were available. Where else would we have had the chair brought to the table Unfortunately never again...

HORRIBLE - I'm not sure if I've ever had such bad food in a restaurant. The food is anything than authentic Italian. The soup had a weird consistency and no taste. The pasta was overcooked and clumped together. The pasta sauce was mostly cream and tasteless. We ordered a salad and got the wrong lettuce. Nobody said anything. We returned the food - no questions asked. They new very well that something is wrong. We said something when we paid and we got offered coffee or desert as compensation. Never again! Don't go there!

If you want to be treated hospitably, you should pass by. The rest was ok, the location was great. Too bad...

There is a fat bald man who has had zero decency and no upbringing. I don't understand how such an unkempt guy can work in service. The guy is extremely unsympathetic, unfunny and dubious at the same time. Because of this, the place seems pretty nice except for this guy who has no idea what “customer is king” means. Hopefully you'll lose your job the way you treat customers

Service was good, the employee asked me for the "menu" and when I said yes I was given the menu for the hot kitchen. However, we wanted to eat an ice cream sundae. Maybe you have to train people to ask directly what you want. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake and the seats are also very comfortable. Now to eat. The milkshake was warm and you could hardly taste the mango. The shake was lukewarm and that's really not what you want in a milkshake from an ice cream parlor. There was so much cream on our ice cream sundae that it almost made you feel sick and the taste of the ice cream wasn't good either. We were hoping for this tip, but no thanks, it needs improvement.

Very friendly staff. Salad plate very fresh and excellent taste. The absolute hit was the lasagne, very well seasoned - a delight for the palate. This was our third time eating at Laguna and we have never been disappointed. We will be back

On the positive side, the pizza was good and the atmosphere was really nice. But that was it... Our service was anything but professional. Friendliness and responding to customer requests - none. We had 2 children with us. Our wish for the two children to have half a pizza with salami and the other as a margarita could not/did not come true (of course we would have been happy to pay for the full salami pizza). But if you look at it like that, that was the last time, oh yes, the fact that we were of course able to give 0 tips for this service is hopefully understandable!

Great ambience, delicious food, the small pizza rolls are a dream and the delicious tiramisu! The salmon steak is well fried with, Nice and tender inside and goes well with the rosemary potatoes. What more could you (woman) want?

We went there today for coffee and ice cream. I've never had such a good, big cup of Amarena before. Simply great. In addition, the apple strudel was a poem. Our service was simply great, nice and funny... Kind regards to the whole team.. keep it up

The service is very bad, you are ignored, you get the wrong food and if you want to pay you have to call several times. In the evening my husband and I also got diarrhea. An accident? We've been there several times and nothing has improved. Today was the last time. Absolutely not recommended!

The food was simply awesome! Super tasty and reasonably priced. I had calamari that tasted like Italy and the sea. The fries were also really good. Absolutely delicious!! The pizza had very rich toppings. Top!! Maybe a little bland but seasoning is never a problem. The ambience was also very good. Everything very clean. We will come back in any case!!

We took advantage of the beautiful “summer evening” to eat outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of the castle lake. We were served quickly and politely. We also had our dog with us, which wasn't a problem at all. The food was brought quickly. The pizzas were VERY generously topped, but everything tasted delicious. Our daughter took some ice cream in a waffle with her on the way back. The ice cream was delicious, but the waffle wasn't at all... you should definitely invest in that. Delicious ice cream in cheap waffles is just a shame.

The staff is very friendly, the food is overall very good, although the last time I had a pizza there was far too much ham and some of the meat in my salad was still raw.

The "boss" is the worst thing this restaurant has. The staff is tired working all day long. The boss waitering with his ugly belly button out. Disgusting to whatch.

!!!Avoid this place!!! I had been to this restaurant with friends and family. The food was average but expensive. But the worst part was the attitude of the staff. The waiter was apparently not happy with the tip and his gesture in front of my friends and family at the end was humiliating to the say the least. I didn't argue but quietly left the place. If you read the other negative reviews you will find that in almost all the cases the guests were insulted or humiliated for one or the other reason. No wonder the restaurant was not even half full on a Saturday evening. I would not be surprised if this restaurant closes in the near future. So if you still want to visit this place get ready to be humiliated !

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienung super. Das Essen sehr gut. Zwischenzeitlich wechselte die Bedienung, leider wurden die leeren Gläser nicht gesehen, eben auch nicht nachgefragt,allgemein keine Aufmerksamkeit dem Kunden geschenkt, mehr untereinander geredet, Getränke, Nachtisch, Kaffee...nichts. Nachdem wir 25 Minuten warteten, riefen wir einen Bedienung dieser war freundlich, lächelte und hat den Abend doch noch zum positiven Abschluss gebracht. Gerne wieder👍🏻

Sehr schöne Lage! Dieses mal war das Essen nicht perfekt. In meinem Fall war das Rumpsteak nicht Medium sondern praktisch roh. Für mich okay, aber halt anders als ich es wollte.

Eine sehr gute Pizzeria direkt am Schlosssee.Sehr große und schmackhafte Pizzas aber auch diverse Sorten von Pasta und Spaghetti. Echt wie in Italien. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Essen leider bislang noch nicht probiert, aber sieht optisch sehr gut aus ! Sehr nettes Personal und super leckeres Eis.

Habe hier in den letzten Wochen mehrfach sehr gut gegessen und getrunken. Preis und Leistung angemessen. Reichliche Auswahl. Das sehr freundliche und nette Personal geht mit der Küche problemlos auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Da komme ich gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank.

Sehr gute Pizza. Würde aber auf Grund der unfreundlichen Behandlung nicht nochmal hingehen. Leider waren die Keller sehr unhöflich. Als wir nach der Rechnung gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, es wurde gleich jemand kommen. 20 Minuten später haben wir erneut gefragt und wurden ignoriert. Wir sind dann 10 Minuten später an den Tresen gegangen zum fragen und wurden wieder an den Platz geschickt. Es würde gleich jemand kommen. Nochmal 20 Minuten später haben wir erneut nach der Rechnung gefragt und wurden unfreundlich angepampt. Es hat dann nochmal 10 Minuten gedauert, bis jemand kam. Und das alles, obwohl zur der Zeit maximal 4 andere Tische besetzt waren.

Wir sind Stamm Kunden gehen dort sehr oft hin. Wir mögen es sehr. Im Sommer sehr schwer einen Platz zu bekommen. Teilweise ist der Service etwas überfordert.

Man wird schnell bedient und gerade auch der Mittagstischkarte gibt es immer eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, so dass nahezu jeder fündig wird.

Hat alles soweit sehr gut gepasst,eine gute Klimaanlage hat gefehlt,es war sch ziemlich warm im Innenbereich.
