Ristorante Pizzeria LAGUNA in Salem

Wir waren zum Eis essen am Sonntag dort. Der Außenbereich war voll. Mein Mann hat Spaghetti Eis "Carbonara" bestellt. Das Eis war eine große Enttäuschung. Angeblich war Eierlikör drauf, davon hat man nichts gemerkt, dafür jede Menge Nüsse. Geschmacklich schlecht und ein himmelgroßer Unterschied zum dargestellten Foto auf der Speisekarte. Eine Frechheit für den Preis von 9,30€. Die Kellner sind außerdem lustlos und nicht gerade freundlich. Uns werden sie dort nicht mehr sehen.

Wir waren inzwischen bereits viermal in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und die Lage am See natürlich wunderschön. Leider gibt es einen Punkt, der unseren Eindruck jedes Mal wieder trübt: Ein älterer Kellner wirkt auf uns durchgehend sehr unfreundlich und genervt. Besonders Familien mit Kindern oder größere Gruppen scheinen bei ihm nicht willkommen zu sein. Da wir diese Erfahrung inzwischen bei mehreren Besuchen gemacht haben, können wir sie leider nicht als Einzelfall betrachten. Es gibt auch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter – insbesondere ein jüngerer Mitarbeiter und eine Dame aus dem Service waren stets aufmerksam und herzlich. Das übrige Personal wirkt dagegen eher durchschnittlich freundlich. Schade, denn das Restaurant hätte mit dem guten Essen und der tollen Lage eigentlich deutlich mehr Potenzial. Ein freundlicherer und motivierterer Service würde den Gesamteindruck erheblich verbessern.

Unser heutiger Besuch war leider eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wir wollten gemütlich ein Eis essen, wurden jedoch direkt nach der Ankunft gleich zweimal vom Tisch verwiesen, um Platz für andere Gäste zu machen. Gekrönt wurde das Ganze von einem sehr unfreundlichen Personal. Solch einen schlechten Service muss man wirklich nicht unterstützen. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Das Essen ist gut und die Bestellung kam schnell. Der Service ist allerdings schlecht. Die Kellner sind arrogant und ignorieren einen. Stammgäste werden sofort bedient. Auf Nachfragen bezüglich der Zusammensetzung der Speisen wird in einem unmöglichen, ermahnendenden Tonfall geantwortet. Da fühle ich mich nicht wohl und werde nicht wiederkommen.

Ausgezeichnete Pizza und tolles Bier vom Fass! Der Service ist gut, und der Blick über den Lake Salem ist wunderschön und wirklich entspannend. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank.

Freitag 18 Uhr und man sagt uns, dass man nichts zum mitnehmen bestellen kann, auch wenn wir sagten, dass wir länger warten können. Ab jetzt bestellen wir wieder in Al Castello, der paar Schritte weiter ist.

Wollten gerade ein Eis holen. Wundertüte bestellt, dann hieß es, das gibt es nicht. Das Kind hat sich dann für ein gewöhnliches Eis in der Waffel entschieden. Das andere Kind wollte ein Spaghettieis, so wie es außen an der Tafel auch angeschrieben wird. Hier hieß es ziemlich unfreundlich, es gibt nur Kugeln. Daher leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage direkt am Schlosssee ist sehr schön. Ich komme aus der Region und komme super gerne für das Bruscetta hier her, habe noch kein besseres gegessen und der Service ist top und geht schnell

Das Ristorante Pizzeria Laguna liegt gegenüber dem Naturbad Schlosssee. Kein italienisches Gericht, sondern einfach ein köstlicher Apfelstrudel mit einer hervorragenden Tasse Kaffee. Wir Niederländer sind es nicht gewohnt, mittags warm zu essen. Aber wie Sie auf der Speisekarte sehen, gibt es eine Auswahl an köstlichen italienischen Gerichten.

Zum Eisessen dort gewesen, es gab Unmut über unseren Tischwechsel, aber sowas muß toleriert und sollte nicht negativ kommentiert werden: "da wo man sich hinsetzt, muß man auch sitzen bleiben, es gibt sonst Probleme beim bonnieren"🤦🏼‍♀️ Wir wollten eben nicht in der prallen Sonne sitzen und sind an einen unbesetzten Tisch im Schatten gewechselt! Beim Wunsch nach bezahlen wurden wir erstmal vom Service ignoriert, bis die Kollegin, die für den Sonnenbereich zuständig war, kam. Diese war sehr nett und freundlich. Übrigens die einzige Frau...

Gutes Essen tolles Ambiente innen und aussen. Parken ist etwas schwierig aber es sind reichlich vorhanden. Lage ist zwischen Edeka und Rossmann.

Ich war schon mehrmals dort. Das Essen ist gut, die Lage und das Lokal sind auch angenehm. Mir fehlt noch das Gefühl, im Restaurant willkommen zu sein.

Waren Eisessen dort. Eis war super lecker, dort nichts zu bemängeln. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und lustlos und hat sich auch sehr viel Zeit gelassen. Bei der Bestellung wurden zwei Fehler gemacht und fürs Bezahlen haben wir 30 min. gewartet. Sehr schade eigentlich!!!!

Ich war zweimal dort und jedes mal schlechter und freundliche Bedingung, man muss lange auf seine Sachen warten, und man wird mit meinem Freund angesprochen, meine Freundin suche ich mir gerne selber aus. Wenn man etwas über Allergene wissen will, wird man mit dummen Ausreden abgespeist und komischen Geschichten. Heute sollte selbstverständlich sein dass ja jedes Restaurant eine Liste mit Allergenen ausliegen hat. Puh, Mitarbeiter steht auf der Terrasse und drückt sich Pinkel am Arm aus. Danach wird am Tisch die Bestelung aufgenommen. Speisekarten werden auf den Tisch geworfen, soll cool wirken, ist es aber nicht. Auf der Außenterasse sind alle männlichen Bedienungen sehr gelangweilt. Die weibliche Bedienung ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Man hat fast ein wenig Angst , die Bedienungen um etwas zu jitten, es hat den anschein Essen war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, der Lachs war sehr gut.

Das Essen war äußerst lecker und sehr schnell am Tisch. Die Küche macht einen super Job, was man vom Service nicht behaupten kann. Keine Begrüßung und das Essen wurde regelrecht auf den Tisch geklatscht. Das Ambiente und der Ausblick auf den See sind wunderschön. Die aufgetürmten Pizzaschachteln auf einem Tisch in einer Ecke im Restaurant stören den insgesamt positiven Gesamteindruck. Tischdecken, etwas Deko und Pflanzenkübel würden die Terrasse aufwerten. Einen Hinweis auf der Homepage auf die Parkplatzsituation wäre hilfreich.

Unser Besuch war leider enttäuschend. Trotz Reservierung wurden wir beim Empfang direkt in einem unfreundlichen Ton angesprochen und gefragt, ob wir überhaupt reserviert hätten. Drinnen hieß es dann, wir sollten draußen selbst nachfragen, ob man Tische zusammenschieben könne. Dort wurden wir erneut sehr abwertend darauf hingewiesen, dass das nicht möglich sei und wir wieder reingehen sollen. Das Problem an sich war nicht schlimm – aber der Umgangston war leider respektlos und unnötig unfreundlich.

Sehr angenehm, freundliche Atmosphäre wir kommen wieder gerne.

Komische Bedienung. Macht den Job nicht, wenn es euch nervt zu bedienen. Dementsprechend 1* bei Service, alles andere war mid at best.

Ein Restaurant, in dem ich schon mehrmals war, sowohl zum Abendessen als auch zum Dessert. Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen und eine tolle Lage am See, perfekt für einen Spaziergang. Sami ist natürlich mein Lieblingskellner 😊👍🏻

Wir waren dort essen mittags und da hat’s schon nicht geschmeckt. Von der Bedienung will ich schon gar nicht anfangen da würde mir auch nichts Gutes einfallen. Heute wollte wir mal Eis essen wollten uns Becher bestellen wurde wir von der Frau förmlich angeschrien von wegen nein es gibt keine Becher nur normale Kugeln. Das viel los ist kann man sich ja vorstellen bei dem Wetter. Das was für mich komisch ist für die Personen die dort sitzen dafür macht man solche Becher aber für die anderen nicht. Gut wenn man als Aushilfe eine miederjährige hat kann man auch nicht viel erwarten. Die Art und Weise der Frau war unangebracht asozial und unverschämt. Ich kann nichts dafür das sie sowas anbieten aber kein Personal haben. Ist ja auch schwer als Geschäftsführer zu denken das an einen Feiertag mit Sonne Gäste kommen und das haben wollen was die auch anbieten. Schon als wir gewartet haben wurden wir als wartende beleidigt vom Personal. Das wird auch zu kalt gelagert schmeckt aber auch nur weil das Eis vom Gentile ist.

Schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen und freundlichem Service

Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Schönes Ambiente und nicht laut, selbst wenn es gut besucht ist.

War gestern da Wir sind aufgestanden, ohne unsere Bestellung bekommen zu haben, und ohne dass uns jemand bedient hat. Wir mussten mehr als eine Stunde warten und wurden überhaupt nicht bedient. Ich war sehr verärgert. Ein Kellner brachte uns die Speisekarten, aber anscheinend war unser Tisch nicht bei ihm im Service. Derjenige, der uns eigentlich bedienen sollte, brachte schließlich die Bestellung bei allen anderen aber uns schaute es kaum an. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, sehr schrecklicher Service. Es war auch sehr heiß und wir wollten mit den Kindern ein Eis essen. Der Kellner sah klein und stämmig aus und trug eine Brille. Ich werde niemals wieder dorthin gehen.

Ein schöner Platz für eine Rast am See an einem schönen sonnigen Nachmittag. Die Pizza (Vegetarian) hat mir zu viel Gemüse aus der Dose (Artischocken) drauf, obwohl der Teig eigentlich gut wäre. Die Eiskarte ist top.

Alles top..Moderner Look und schönes Ambiente. Essen war super lecker, Pizzen und Salat mit Hühnerbrust hat uns alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und kinderlieb.

The food is quite good, but the waiters are so bored, even reluctant and unfriendly, that I suspect they're being forced to work there; I can't explain it any other way. I certainly won't be spending my money there again.

We've eaten at Laguna several times and the service has always been a disappointment. The men seem very bored and unfriendly! It's a shame, not a pleasant experience at all!

I had the most generously topped pizza here. The portions are all quite large. The staff is extremely friendly. We received our food very quickly after ordering. The price-performance ratio is good. As people unfamiliar with the area, we had to search a bit to find the restaurant. In the evenings, there's a parking lot in front of the Rossmann drugstore. Walk between Edeka and Rossmann and then turn right. Closed on Tuesdays! The dining room is large, so you can always find a seat, except perhaps in a group.

Everything is OK, unfortunately the cold drinks often sit at the bar for too long, beer without foam, it just gets warm.

The calzone pizza was cold inside. The service was quite unfriendly; after paying, including the tip, there was no thank you (nothing).

The food met expectations. The pizzas were thin, cooked through, and the size was appropriate for the price. The tiramisu was very good. The ambiance is pleasant, and everything feels modern. The only criticism is the service. It all seemed very unenthusiastic. Even though it wasn't busy and there were more than enough waiters present, you had to ask a waiter to come and take your order. After observing for a while, it became clear that this was quite different for regular customers. The food also took longer to arrive. There is a wide selection of food and drinks. Card payment is accepted. Parking is available. The restrooms are clean.

Price was perfectly fine, food was very good, great atmosphere, we'd gladly come again.

The restaurant manager was also very kind and professional, which further enhanced the pleasant atmosphere. The food was simply exceptional – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. You can immediately tell that quality and hospitality are top priorities here. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Laguna Restaurant!

We come here occasionally. The pizza wasn't good this time; the dough was heavy and too soft in the middle. The salad was plentiful but drowned in dressing. The worst part was the service: a completely unmotivated, bored waiter who addressed us informally, which can be nice, but here only emphasized his arrogant and unfriendly manner. We won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the location and ambiance are actually a real asset to Salem.

We went out for dinner today and received incredibly warm service from our young, friendly waiter. He was attentive, kind, and had just the right amount of humor – you could tell he enjoyed his job. I often go here to eat with my mother. Last time I had spaghetti alias olio. It was absolutely delicious. Generally speaking, the food is very good. The atmosphere is lovely, with a view of Salem Castle Lake. The waiters are friendly and attentive.

This was our second visit within a week, once with ten people and once with six. We were seated without a reservation. Drinks arrived shortly after ordering, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had the same server both days, and I have to say, Elvis was very friendly from the start, constantly checking to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. The kids loved him too. We highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Very good in every respect. The food was ready quickly. Without even having to ask, chili oil and Parmesan cheese were placed on the table, along with the usual salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Highly recommended.

Since I'm not from the area, my review is based solely on my one-time experience at Laguna Restaurant. It's an Italian restaurant, even though the owners themselves aren't Italian. However, that's not inherently negative for me. We requested a table for four and, while not particularly warm, received a decent welcome. However, the table wasn't freshly set yet, so we had to ask for it to be cleaned. At around 3 p.m., the restaurant was rather quiet, so we expected a bit faster service. Unfortunately, it still took quite a while. The food (pizza) tasted okay—not exactly top-notch pizza, but solid. However, we were somewhat bothered by the behavior of a young waiter: When we politely asked for the dessert menu, he only responded with a look and a hand gesture toward his colleague, with whom he was in conversation. Unfortunately, this seemed very arrogant and unattentive. Overall, the food was okay, and we also left a tip. For us personally, however, it was not an experience we would repeat a second time.

We've been coming here regularly for four years. The food was truly excellent, tasty, and plentiful. The service was extremely poor, sleepy, and totally unmotivated. There were seven of us, each with a drink and a meal. The glasses were empty for ages. No one asked for a second drink, coffee, etc., for more than 45 minutes after the meal. No second drink, coffee, etc., offered, and no dessert. The staff were completely uninterested. A real shame...

Despite the fact that there were few customers in the afternoon, the service was quite slow. Ordering and clearing took a long time. They constantly walked past the table and later also past empty plates, without picking up or taking anything. When someone "stopped" at the table, they were very friendly. However, the espresso didn't arrive until after I had already ordered the bill. A shame. 🤷‍♀️ The pizza was delicious, and they happily accommodated my "special" topping requests.

We found this restaurant by chance. There's an Edeka supermarket in front, and a Rossmann supermarket to the side. This huge restaurant was located at the very back of the building. Over 100 seats outside and a guaranteed 150 inside. Everything was very cozy. Beautiful view. Very attentive service. A well-stocked menu. They even had a lunch menu. The prices weren't exorbitant, but reasonable. All the food was served piping hot. Delicious. The restrooms were clean.

Went there today with a few people for ice cream. The server was friendly, the ice cream cups were large and delicious. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews; it takes a really long time for the order to arrive at the table. Spaghetti ice cream was 6.50 with strawberries 7.50, but they weren't available because it was July, so it wasn't available, which is hard to understand. A fruit cup was also 7.50. None of us had pizza or anything else, so I can't say much, or anything at all, about that. Edit 8/31/25 After so many years, we went back two days in a row. The first day, the service was great. Today we ordered drinks, but we got the wrong thing twice: spritzer instead of Coke. There was a fly in my food, but I didn't notice it until I was almost finished. The service today was truly abysmal. The ice cream still tastes great, and it's not much more expensive than it was a year ago.

Since we didn't feel like cooking today, and didn't need to be around people, we ordered two pizzas and one pasta to go. The prices are on the higher side, which may also be due to the location by the Schlosssee. Nevertheless, the pizza was okay, but it would have benefited from a few more seconds in the oven. The size is also on the smaller side, and the pasta with shrimp was also delicious. There are better restaurants, but also worse ones, but overall, I recommend it.

We come here every now and then and bring guests to eat with us when we have visitors. So far, everything has gone well, and the food has always been impeccable and delicious. The pizzas are large, and the pasta portions are generous, filling enough to fill you up. Our out-of-town guests were also satisfied. But yes, the service can sometimes be a bit rough in some places.

The pizzeria isn't particularly eye-catching. The waiters were quite loud and a bit inattentive. The order: a pizza for two was delicious. Freshly prepared in a wood-fired oven. The prices are on the high side! Thanks to the good location: right by Schloss See...it's not necessary to rely on customers. It's a shame, though; the atmosphere could be a bit friendlier.

Visited "Laguna" today on the recommendation of a colleague. A last-minute reservation by phone was easy – a plus! The terrace was full, and the inside filled up quickly as well. We received the menu promptly, drinks were promptly ordered, and served promptly. We ordered a salad, two pizzas, and two pasta dishes. Unfortunately, the order was a bit mixed up: One pasta dish arrived quickly, then nothing for a long time. The two pizzas only arrived after we asked for them, and the second pasta dish was served when the first was almost finished. The salad we ordered wasn't brought until very late – by then the main course was almost finished, so we declined it. However, it was removed from the bill without discussion. The food itself was very good – highly recommended! The service seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, and the kitchen was very busy, which affected the timing. Conclusion: Delicious food, friendly staff, but there's still room for improvement in the flow. When the timing is better, the overall experience becomes even more harmonious.

There were 6 people plus 2 small children as guests without a reservation!! We received our drinks and food in no time... The service was also excellent!! We were completely satisfied!! We'll be back!!

We were there in the evening and had a table outside. The food was plentiful. However, I didn't like the vegetable risotto. The service was mediocre. Suddenly, the waiter appeared in front of us with the bill, without us asking. We felt like we were being thrown out. The ambiance is very nice and right on the lake.

A very beautiful location by the lake, and the area is quiet. The food was delicious and very affordable (lunch). The pizza was very filling for me and my colleague. I'd love to stop by again for lunch when I'm in Salem!

Very nice pizzeria in a modern ambience!

The ice cream was okay. The man at the ice cream counter didn't speak German, and his colleague was very unfriendly and arrogant.

Today we ordered two yogurt sundaes with strawberries for over €9.00 each. The sundaes must have been sitting out for a while, because the cream was melted, and both sundaes contained a total of one chopped strawberry!! So, one strawberry in each sundae! That's a real cheek! I feel really ripped off! We're locals and certainly won't order an ice cream sundae there again. The staff also doesn't seem particularly friendly...my husband's sundae was slammed onto the table...It's a real shame...but as long as the bathers from the castle lake and the tourists keep coming, nothing will change at Laguna...It's a real shame...

Unfortunately, the tiramisu and panna cotta were very bad. Pizza only with Edam cheese, with mozzarella available for an additional charge! The children's spaghetti with Bolognese was very salty.

We dined at Ristorante Pizzeria Laguna in Salem with four adults and three children. Upon entering the restaurant, we were met with extremely critical eyes from all the waiters; instead of a friendly welcome, we received disparaging glances and a palpable sense of disapproval. The rest of the service was also consistently unfriendly. The service was delivered with rolling eyes and a palpable reluctance, as if we weren't welcome. Our order was complete, but the entire experience was unpleasant. When we wanted to pay, I pulled out my debit card. The waiter already had the card reader in his hand, the amount had been entered, and suddenly he said, "Card payments aren't actually accepted today." This seemed very implausible to me. I could have paid in cash, but I wanted to pay by card. So I paid in cash. When I commented on this, the tone became even more unfriendly. I deliberately didn't leave a tip, which resulted in the change being practically "slapped" into my hand. The waiter's aggressive reaction was completely uncalled for and reinforced the already negative impression. Conclusion: This was our first and definitely our last visit. Guests who are treated like this should consider another restaurant. Friendliness and hospitality look different.

Very tasty pizza, as well as other excellent Italian dishes. A cozy, modern atmosphere. Friendly service and a child-friendly atmosphere. A terrace with a beautiful view of the castle lake. Unfortunately, parking in the underground garage is subject to a fee.

Really great service and the food was delicious..

So the ambiance inside is nice, but sorry, the terrace is not at all inviting. Decorating it a bit with lights or palm trees or something else would be nice, and a decent roof would be nice.

After we sat down outside, the waiter greeted us with a sharp, "Have you ordered yet?" When I said no, our menus were slammed down on the table. We left immediately, as this kind of behavior was completely inappropriate.

Nice place for a sundowner. The food is delicious. Our waiter, Elwis, was very nice. Good value for money.

I would like to rate the waiter who served us. Such disrespectful treatment of customers! I have never felt so badly treated in a restaurant! I was there with a friend and he was really disrespectful to me. He took my friend's menu from the table. Mine was in front of me and he opened his hand so that I could put the card in his hand. Whenever I wanted to order something, he answered strangely. At the end he asked whether we should order together or separately. I then said separately. He then said, "I was just asking." Afterwards he said to my friend that he had worked at Lamm Markdorf for 5 years. I was there on May 22nd, 2025 from around 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. You wonder how you can employ people like that! If you're going to hire people, then look into the kind of work they do!

We tried three different flavors of ice cream. Congratulations: this was the worst-tasting ice cream we've had this year. The price of €1.80 for a mini scoop is also outrageous. You can get better and cheaper ice cream right on Lake Constance. The service is very unfriendly. They don't even speak a word to the customers.

We were there with a large group. The staff was very friendly, we were served quickly. The ordering of the food went perfectly despite the large group, the food was also served quickly and it was perfect. Everyone got their food. The food was good and the portions were large. Everyone was fed and satisfied. Thumbs up.
