Erster Versuch heute und gleich ein Volltreffer. Essen lecker, Service freundlich und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen.

Wir haben spontan einen Tisch reserviert. Hat alles gut geklappt. Der Service war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen.

Wir waren abends recht spät noch dort und haben uns Bärlauchspätzle bestellt – absolut passend zur Saison und wirklich ein Highlight! Die Spätzle waren unfassbar lecker, schön aromatisch und perfekt abgestimmt. Besonders die knusprig frittierten Zwiebeln oben drauf haben das Ganze hervorragend ergänzt. Auch das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen: ein klassisches deutsches Wirtshaus, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, genau so, wie man es sich vorstellt. Die Bedienungen in Dirndl und Lederhosen haben das Gesamtbild wunderbar abgerundet und für eine authentische Atmosphäre gesorgt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch – wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein schönes, behutsam modernisiertes Wirtshaus mit Ambiente und Herz. Ein gelungenes Angebot aus schmackhafter lokaler Küche und ebenso gutem thailändischem Essen. Da ist für jeden Geschmack ein passendes Gericht zu finden. Dazu eine äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung - was will man mehr. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Unser Fest, zum 40.Geburtstag von meinem Mann, war perfekt! Wir haben im Stadel gefeiert, der eine richtig schöne, mega gemütliche und festliche Lokation ist. Es hat uns durch die Bewirtung vom Gasthaus Rössle, an nichts gefehlt. Die Vorplanung und der Kontakt war absolut unkompliziert, sehr herzlich und zuverlässig, individuell und angenehm locker. Das Essen war sagenhaft lecker und die Bar ließ mit seinem super Service keine Wünsche offen, großes Lob! Wir konnten das Fest einfach genießen und alles lief wie am Schnürchen. Wirklich sehr zum empfehlen!

Service und essen war absolut ok , wenn man aber weit über 100 Euro bezahlt, für einen guten Löffel Sauce extra noch 2 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen muss finde ich das unter Niveau

We stopped here for lunch after a trip to the Salem Monkey Mountain. We had called ahead to reserve a table because it was a bit of a spur of the moment. What can I say! It was incredibly delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was super friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious, home-style food! I ordered cheese spaetzle to take away. It was a huge portion, and the spaetzle was homemade. I also got a salad for just €14.90. The service was also very friendly. I'd definitely go back!

We visited the Rössle in May and were absolutely thrilled. The food was not only delicious but also lovingly prepared. We especially liked the salad, which came with a delicious homemade dressing. If we're ever back at Lake Constance, we'd love to come back.

A lovely inn in Salem-Mittelstenweiler. The cuisine is German/Thai. The home-style food is good. I don't think the Thai cuisine compares to a real Thai restaurant, but it's still good.

We celebrated our wedding at the Stadel and are absolutely thrilled with our decision. With its rustic yet cozy charm, the Stadel created exactly the atmosphere we desired for our big day. The food was – as always at the Rössle – simply dreamy. What was most special for us, however, was the service: loving, attentive, warm, and familiar, so we felt in perfect hands from the very first moment. This made it incredibly relaxing for us as a bride and groom – we didn't have to worry about anything and could enjoy every moment to the fullest. It was absolutely perfect for us, and we can wholeheartedly recommend a wedding at the Stadel!

Highly recommended!! Spectacularly beautiful ambiance with a fantastic outdoor area. The waitresses are extremely knowledgeable and simply the perfect waitress. The food selection is excellent! Everything is super fresh and homemade. I'm usually very critical, but I can't find anything to complain about here. Come here and enjoy your stay.

We stopped by spontaneously after a visit to Lake Constance and received a very warm and friendly welcome. The outdoor ambiance is very pleasant and peaceful. We had a shandy and a non-alcoholic wheat beer, along with cheese spaetzle and salad. The food was very good, and we continued on our way happily. Many thanks in particular to the friendly, beaming waitresses; that makes a big difference and is reflected in the guests. :-)

Everything is 💯% fresh. The atmosphere is incredibly nice, the staff is very friendly, and you're not sitting with empty glasses, if you understand. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures. I'll definitely go back and recommend everyone try it. Another great thing is that it's open on Mondays. 👍🏻🎉Enjoy your meal everyone.

We stopped by while passing through and made a reservation for 10 people. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Everyone made a great effort to please everyone. The atmosphere was lovely. The beer garden and terrace were fantastic. The food was delicious and homemade! We highly recommend it! The dessert menu is a particular highlight. We'd love to come back!

The food and ambiance were very good. We sat outside, which suited the warm summer evening perfectly. Beautifully located on the edge of Lake Constance. The restrooms are very well-maintained, which is also important for our well-being. We would be happy to come back.

First of all, the ambiance: very friendly and attentive staff, and there was almost no wait time for food and drinks. The food was simply delicious. We had liver spaetzle soup, pork steak with herb butter, and Allgäu cream schnitzel with cheese spaetzle. The food was incredibly tasty and plentiful. We highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly return.

Today I ate at Rössle for the first time. Had a cordon bleu with fries and salad. Everything was freshly prepared. The meat was perfectly stuffed. The food arrived promptly after ordering.

The food was excellent, the service (the chef) was very friendly, and the location and ambiance were top-notch. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, the visit wasn't entirely satisfactory. The wait to order was quite long, and our question about the spiciness of the food was met with a somewhat rude response – this could certainly have been handled more pleasantly. The food (half a chicken with fries) took about 90 minutes to arrive, which is unusually long for a simple dish. The food tasted okay, but overall, we would have preferred more attentive service and a shorter wait time.

Yes, we were invited to a birthday in the Stadel. It was a spacious location. The buffet was very good. The service at the bar was very good. It is highly recommended for such events.

Thai and home-style cooking is unusual, but it works. I can't say anything about the authenticity of the Thai dishes, but they tasted excellent. Service was quick, attentive and very, very friendly. The food was well seasoned, "medium spiciness" was perfect for me and the portion size was filling. Special praise for the golden yellow spaetzle and the fact that there is red must The dining room was clean and harmoniously furnished, but nothing special. Sanitary facilities were new and very clean.

I had numerous visits here. Finally, unfortunately, without the usual friendliness. Prices have also increased. But the decisive factor for the rating is the unfriendliness. If you are asked for a reservation when you arrive at an almost empty restaurant and then, despite possible alternatives, are given a seat at the toilet exit, you hardly feel welcome. After the second time the red line is clearly exceeded.

A big compliment to the excellent cuisine, the Thai dishes were a delight and also plentiful! We were almost starving and are thrilled at how quickly the starter was served. Every time we are more than satisfied, because in addition to the delicious food, the service is also super friendly and warm! Smart host, takes his time and explains the menu to foreigners. Very tasty steaks and pork knuckles. Supplements can be changed if possible. Nice ending with desserts, ice cream or liqueurs. Reasonable prices, very nice staff.
