During a long weekend in Mittenwald, we ate here two days in a row. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fantastic. The pizzas are highly recommended. I couldn't decide between the Quattro Formaggi and the Diavolo and wanted to leave the choice to the waiter. I ended up with a Quattro Formaggi with spicy salami. It's not on the menu, but it should be ;)

The food was good, but sparkling water from a dispenser? Sorry, that's going too far. That's like having to pay for tap water.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the waiters are fast and kind. The food was amazing and authenthic italian. Especially the pumpkin gnochi! Would 100% recommend!!

The porcini mushroom soup was delicious. Afterwards, we had pizza. They were all absolutely delicious.

My wife and I went there, and we tried the pizza and pasta. The pizza had a wonderfully thin but firm crust and excellent toppings. The pasta was very good, all served, and the portion size was perfect.

A very pleasant, long-established Italian restaurant where the customer is clearly the focus. Everyone is very accommodating and attentive, the menu is excellent, the chef (presumably also the owner) is always present in the dining room, and the taste and presentation of the dishes are excellent! Highly recommended at any time!

We were extremely lucky to get a table at short notice – and what can we say: simply fantastic all around! Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The drinks arrived promptly, and our ordering was handled attentively and with great attention to detail – for the children's menu, they even specifically asked whether they would prefer spaghetti or penne. We thought that was absolutely fantastic! The appetizers were delicious and beautifully presented, the pizzas arrived quickly and tasted simply fantastic. We felt like we were there at just the right time – just before the rush started. Despite being at capacity, the service team was attentive, friendly, and had everything under control. You can tell that the work here is done with passion. Even as it got busier, the atmosphere remained pleasant and relaxed. After a delicious dessert, we were happy to make room for the next guests – satisfied and full! Our conclusion: Highly recommended! If you want to eat here, be sure to make a reservation in advance – it's definitely worth it! ❤️🍝🍕

The food was soooo delicious, but not everything came as ordered. Great atmosphere, very cozy and modern Italian. The staff was friendly. We felt comfortable and ate well.

A wonderful restaurant – delicious food – especially spaghetti alla carbonara, very good Viola red wine, and also delicious tomato soup and bruschetta. In addition, the service is very friendly.

Bruschetta, lasagna, and pizza were definitely good, but nothing exceptional. Considering the price, they were almost underwhelming.

A warm atmosphere, genuine hospitality. The food is very good, the quality of the ingredients extremely high. The grappa is excellent; I took a bottle home with me from the attached delicatessen. A special shout-out goes to Dino, who always gave us good advice and served us well.

The Viola restaurant in Mittenwald is highly recommended! 🍴 The pizza is simply fantastic – crispy, flavorful, and topped with fresh ingredients. The small daily menu is varied, carefully curated, and offers exclusive dishes that you won't find everywhere. Every visit to Mittenwald includes a visit and delicious Italian food.

Even though we had reservations, we still had to wait 45 minutes at the bar before getting our table. The staff was running around like headless chickens. There was little organization. The food was mediocre. It was geared towards tourists.

Our second visit here. We had pasta dishes which were both good. Pizzas looked good so maybe next time. Service was great despite being busy. Would recommend booking in advance.

The very best pizzeria I know! Since our first visit, we've never considered anything else. From the restaurant's charming ambiance to the professional and very attentive staff with charm and spirit, to the excellent, high-quality food and the well-selected wine selection, we are extremely satisfied. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lolal. 👍🏻 We spent a week in Mittenwald and ate there twice for dinner. Delicious food, very friendly and attentive service, and a great atmosphere. We felt completely at home. Even when we weren't very hungry one evening and shared a pizza, it wasn't a problem at all. Our order was taken very friendly, and the pizza was served immediately on two plates. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely eat there again.

We got pizza and pasta to go. The pizza was delicious, but the pasta was unfortunately very tasteless. The host was friendly, and the dining room was well-stocked and attractive. There's a small parking lot, and public parking is available nearby. The prices are a bit high, but that's obviously due to the location.

The restaurant was very busy, so we decided to take two pizzas to go instead of eating in. It only took 10 minutes, and then we had two delicious pizzas. The service was very friendly and the ambiance is definitely inviting, and we'll be back to try more dishes there.

Quite bland pizza, medium-fresh spinach. Pasta with porcini mushroom sauce lacked flavor. The waiter gave himself a whopping €9 tip, taking a €4 bill and giving back €5 instead of €10. But he was friendly. No-go.

Food until 9 p.m., pizza until 9:30 p.m. A special feature in town. I don't understand why the kitchen closes at 8 p.m. everywhere...

I had a hair in my food, so nothing that couldn't happen... but then I couldn't eat it anymore. When I showed it to the waiter, he took it without saying a word. He came back a little later with new noodles and barked at me, telling me to look at his head, it wasn't his!!! Speechless, I wanted to eat it, but unfortunately, I couldn't because it was suddenly so spicy, I suspect it was intentional! I paid and left.

We've always been lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. The service is beyond outstanding, super friendly, and there's a healthy dose of humor too! Here, guests' requests are catered to, and they really try and do everything to satisfy them, even when things get stressful and hectic! The pizza is definitely recommended! We come here at least once a year, and we intend to keep it that way!

We were there today for dinner, but unfortunately I can't recommend it. The spaghetti Bolognese was lukewarm and the pasta was very hard. A friend had seafood spaghetti, which was too salty and had an unpleasant smell. For starters, we had tomato soup, which was OK except for the price of €8.90 for a small bowl with 5 spoonfuls, and the soup was empty. Very overpriced in my opinion for a small cup of soup. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

We've been to Mittenwald so many times now and never really noticed this pizzeria on the side street of the Obermarkt. Last Saturday, we spontaneously decided to stop by. It was the best decision ever! Great pizzeria with a fantastic atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in Italy. The service was attentive and polite, even though it was busy due to the beautiful weather. Our orders came quickly, and the portions were generous. The house wine, Rose Viola, left us wanting more, the spaghetti carbonara was incredibly delicious, and the tagliatelle with liver, porcini mushrooms, and cream sauce was absolutely fantastic! Dessert...oh well, but! 1x tiramisu and 1x panacotta with mango! We'll definitely be back! Sylvia and Oliver
