Highly recommended Italian restaurant. Super delicious food and, above all, very courteous service. Went there with children and they were looked after wonderfully.

Super attentive service, excellent food with a good wine selection! We ate there with 2 families including 3 small children and had a very good evening, also thanks to the extremely child-friendly nature. Thank you! By the way: The restaurant has probably been under new management for about a year.

The best pizza in Freiburg and the surrounding area!!! Very important!

A restaurant where you can tell that the service is not trained. However, do their best. No uniform clothing, at first sometimes even wearing sweatpants. The back room slowly becomes a storage room or children's room. Too bad. I usually order the same pizza and it looks and tastes different every time. Sometimes delicious, sometimes dripping with fat. Sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's warm. Sometimes mozzarella is cut, sometimes pulled. Sometimes with, sometimes without onions. Base/dough delicious. The dining table, with lam, pomes & co; has at least one typo in every line. These are small things that, for me, contribute a lot to my well-being when I visit a restaurant. Just meant kindly. And there is one more star if I'm sure; that the €13 pizza is delicious every time and not a surprise package.

Simply super delicious pizza and pasta in beautiful Heitersheim. Warm hosts in service and in the kitchen. Go there, super delicious!

Both pasta dishes did not deserve the designation Italian. Tasteless sauce in a plate half full of water. Way too much black pepper. Both plates were still three-quarters full, but they were cleared without asking if they had enjoyed it. There were few guests and while eating we continuously heard screaming children in a room next to the dining area. An absolute must in every respect.

Unfortunately, we can no longer judge the food because we left after waiting about 30 minutes for service. This used to be really good but we were very disappointed with how it has changed.

Really great restaurant with Italian cuisine that surprises both in terms of quality and recipe. Very attentive and friendly service. We were so excited at our first visit that we came back the next day.

5 points. I ordered fish, starter and main course and was more than satisfied. And the green sauce...A dream...We'll be back.

What an incredibly pleasant surprise to find an Italian restaurant of this quality hidden away in Heitersheim. We wandered in on the off chance of having a decent meal, but this blew us away. We had a look at the menu and ordered the fish soup and then a seafood pasta. The wait began and we decided this was going to be a total disaster or something incredibly (because made fresh) good. After 25 minutes the soup came and our food happiness factor just went into high gear. You do not expect original Italian food of this quality in a small town near the Black Forest. This is only possible with a chef who grew up in Rome and then worked for many years in one of the best Italian restaurants in Germany. If you are either somewhere in or around Heitersheim and if you are into top quality Italian food, you definitely have to go to Kreuz.

Food was ok except for the dead fly between my noodles. Please arrange such a delicacy next time.

Unfortunately, service has no idea. Salad dressing was some kind of sweet mush. Tagliatelle al Salmone were cooked al dente - there was good but little salmon and the sauce was bland. Portion sufficient.

Gutes italienisches Essen ist was anderes. Wir hatten Zuppa di Pomodore, Pata al Ragu die Manzo und Insalata com Salmone. Keines der drei Essen hat uns wirklich überzeugt. Schade eigentlich.

We were here twice during our vacation and both times we ate very well (pizza as well as pasta and salad) and were treated very well.

One thing first: the food was good. Otherwise, we have never experienced such a chaotic and frustrating restaurant visit - in its entirety!! In short, there is a lack of specialist knowledge throughout, not just in preparing a standard cocktail (!) or in dealing with guests if, for example, a major mishap has occurred. Which in itself is not a drama, but then you should react accordingly. The staff tries hard, but seems hopelessly overwhelmed. We won't eat there again.

Food here is amazing..and big portions too. Delicious and real Italian flavours. Their dough alone is delicious. Generous toppings and big bowls of homemade pasta with unique and interesting sauces. A lovely young couple too, who run the place. Worth a visit, especially if you want a hearty meal.

The food tastes great! I'm Italian myself and it tastes just as good as at home! In addition, there is a very, very friendly staff. There's really nothing to complain about about the restaurant. If you're looking for a good Italian restaurant, you won't be spoiled for anything here. Big praise to the whole team.

There used to be the best pizza around here. Since we no longer live in the area, we haven't been there for a while. Now we were very disappointed with the pizza - rather bland and tasteless, the base was rather soggy. However, we found the salad dressing very good. The friendly service made it better. In any case, we won't be coming back for the pizza. In retrospect I read that the owner changed in 23. The change and, for us, the deterioration are probably related to this.

Very good, freshly prepared dishes. Pizzas are also very tasty and have a slightly different topping. Very, very friendly service, which is unfortunately a bit overwhelmed when there is a lot of traffic. We didn't go to the previous one, now we always look forward to the "Cross"!

Since the new owner took over in 2023, everything tastes like it came from the refrigerated section of the supermarket. The pizza used to be the best in the area and now it's just bad!!!!! Never again !!!

Zufällig besucht und völlig überrascht worden. Prima Bedienung, tolles Essen. Dünnes knuspriges Pizzabrot, Innovative Nudelgerichte mit tollen Zutaten, sehr lecker. Jederzeit wieder.

We come here often because we like the food very tasty, it is always very lovingly prepared and the service is very friendly and pleasant. Been here today, Christmas Eve, also open tomorrow and on the second holiday. We would be happy to come back

A pizzeria where, since the new owner has been there, you can eat really tasty food. The service is great and nice. It should only be taken into account that when it is quite full, the service is a little slow, as there was only one service person present on our evening. But everything is always tried to serve the guest quickly and courteously. And my respect to the chef, it was super saucy.

Sind eher zufällig in der Pizzeria gelandet, hatten 20 Minuten vor Eintreffen noch einen Tisch reserviert. Konnten vor Ort noch drinnen oder draußen wählen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, das Essen (Pizza, Pasta und Salat) hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren genau richtig. Wären wir nicht als Touristen hier, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Pizza geschmacklich gut, jedoch war der Boden nur lauwarm. Belag (Tomaten und Burrata) ganz kalt. Das Bier dafür ziemlich warm. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Wir haben die Pizzen bisher immer geholt, was, unabhängig vom Betrieb vor Ort, i.d.R. immer schnell ging. Die Pizzen sind durchschnittlich und mal mit mehr oder weniger belegt. Der Unterschied zwischen Räucherlachs und Lachsfilet scheint leider nicht geläufig zu sein.

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gästen fehlt offenbar gänzlich! Die zweite Getränkebestellung wurde bei der offenbar noch neuen Aushilfe aufgegeben und falsch verstanden. Soweit alles in Ordnung, denn Fehler können passieren. Was auf unsere freundliche Reklamation hin passierte, macht allerdings sprachlos, Plötzlich stürmte die Chefin aus dem Gastraum und unterstellte uns, wir hätten genau dieses Getränk bei ihr persönlich bestellt, dies würde hier auf Ihrem Zettel stehen. Auf das Argument, dass wir bei ihr lediglich eine Flasche Wasser und bei ihrer Kollegin (Angestellten) die zweite Bestellung aufgegeben hätten, bezichtete Sie uns erneut die Unwahrheit zu sagen und rauschte ab. Nach dieser Erfahrung ist uns die Lust auf italienisches Essen und einen möglichen weiteren Eklat deutlich vergangen und wir wollten einfach nur gehen. Beim Bezahlen des Wassers sprach Sie dann noch abfällig über ihre neue Angestellte, was ich als Gast nicht hören möchte, sondern mir diese leid tat, Wir haben das Lokal lediglich verlassen, da die Chefin uns unterstellt hat zu lügen und uns einen Aperitif verkaufen wollte, der den Namen nicht wert war, da er qualitativ schlecht (schmeckte nur nach Wasser) war. Das Essen haben wir nicht probiert, sah aber nicht wie hochwertige italienische Küche aus, sondern eher nach Massenabfertigung. Der Aussenbereich ist lieblos gestaltet und nicht gemütlich.

Haben heute essen dort geholt....kann man nur sagen Personal fantastisch und das Essen war Klasse...immer wieder kommen wir

Tolle Gerichte. Koch hat in Rom gelernt. Unbedingt ausprobieren. So ist man in Italien. Keine eingedeutschte Küche, sondern echte italienische Gastronomie.

Überraschung. Ohne Tamtam hat ein Inhaberwechsel stattgefunden. Früher gute eingedeutschte italienische Küche. Jetzt essen wie im Urlaub. Tolle authentisch italienische Küche. Ich hatte Cacio e Pepe con Pulpo es war wie im Urlaub.... Wir kommen wieder!

Mit den neuen Besitzer kann ich es wirklich von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Service top, essen einfach der Hammer.

Wir sind zufällig auf diese Pizzeria gestoßen und es war das Beste, was uns an dem Abend passieren konnte. Überaus freundliches Personal, tolle Terrasse (und sehr schöner Innenraum) und richtig gutes, authentisches italienisches Essen. Ich habe mich als Italienerin besonders darüber gefreut, dass so Pizzen wie „Pizza Hawaii“ und andere seltsamen Kombinationen nicht auf der Speisekarte zu finden sind. Wir haben für zwei Pizzen und zwei Getränke knapp 32€ bezahlt. Die Produkte sind extrem hochwertig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns, dass wir endlich eine gute Pizzeria in der Umgebung gefunden haben.

Sehr gute italienische Küche und freundliches Personal. Kein langes Warten auf das Essen. Schöne Terasse. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Besuch und weiter zu empfehlen!

Tolles Lokal mit leckeren Speisen, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, gerne wieder

Wollten eigentlich woanders hin, dort war aber geschlossenen. Also kurzentschlossen zum Italiener.... Wurden total überrascht. Eine tolle Karte mit einer Mordsauswahl. Wir entschieden uns für vegetarische Penne (hätte etwas mehr sein dürfen) und die Pizza Quattro Stazione (schön groß). Beides sehr lecker gewürzt. Die Pizza schön kross. Service sehr nett, Preis/Leistung völlig i.O..Werden wieder kommen.
