Unjustified treatment from the waiter. After a guest complained because I took a photo of the pizza with a flash, I was asked to leave the restaurant even though I hadn't finished the pizza yet. That was an absolute disgrace and I will no longer enter this restaurant because what have I done wrong by taking a photo of the pizza? Since when has something like this been banned? I didn't offend or offend anyone and eating the pizza at home was out of the question for me because I felt like I was being treated unfairly.

No matter whether pizza or pasta, everything is very tasty. The service is very, very friendly. Pasta with truffles is a poem!!! Actually all dishes!!!

Wonderful Italian restaurant right at Nordpark. Delicious pizzas from the stone oven - my favorite *Haus Mallack*, Parma ham with rocket. All the dishes we have tasted so far have been a culinary delight. But the friendly, family service is even more important: here the customer is king, a welcome guest. Already celebrated two large class reunions in the upper room - unforgettable moments with the best service. Five stars 🌟 are simply not enough!!!

We were here for the first time and were really excited and completely satisfied. The service was very friendly and warm. First we were surprised with a little greeting from the kitchen, which was very tasty. Unfortunately, such a greeting is rare these days. For the main course we had a tuna pizza, pasta with gorgonzola and spinach and grilled turkey breast with rosemary potatoes and vegetables, all three of which were super tasty and totally impressed us. After this delicious meal, we just couldn't resist trying another dessert. The tiramisu was simply heavenly. The portions were completely fine and the price-performance ratio was very good. We had a very nice and delicious evening and will definitely come back.

Today we spontaneously visited the house following a recommendation. In a nutshell - it was great. Our 🐕 was served a bowl of water, the starter and main course lived up to what we expected and at the end there was a homemade grappa on the house. Many thanks 🤩 to the team for this short vacation to Italy 🇮🇹

Traditional Italian cuisine in Germany. We are now regular customers at Mallack, the service is not only perfect but also very familiar. You could write so many more positive things, but I'll keep it short: 6 out of an achievable 5 stars 🌟 there is no comparable Italian restaurant in NRW.

The price-performance ratio is right, that doesn't happen often these days 😉. We'd love to come back.

Cozy Italian restaurant with delicious food. The price-performance ratio is right here! Even though it was very busy, we received excellent service, the food was hot and really tasty. You get a small soup with homemade bread as a greeting from the kitchen. Keep it up!

Was here for dinner for the first time with a former work colleague. Very nice service, the food was ready pretty quickly after ordering, but we both liked it very much (gnocci with chanterelles, baby calamari). Price ok. The pizzas from the stone oven looked very good, I will try them next time.

Great service and delicious cuisine - any time We were a larger group with small children. Location/rooms: There is seating outside and inside. The outdoor area is not far away from a street and motorway, but is relatively traffic-calmed and has pleasant acoustics. We sat outside. There are mostly small tables for two with chairs (but tables can be put together). We also had shade, most of it is in the sun. Everything was perfect for eating outside with children. If you want something a little fancier, you should sit inside. Toilets are accessible via stairs. The restaurant is close to one of the entrances to Nordsternpark. Food: What is not a given - there was a small cold vegetable soup (cazpacho) with fresh bread on the house. The pizza was tasty: thin dough, good size, not greasy or overloaded with cheese. The pasta with sauce for the kids was also good. Extra parmesan, garlic, chili oil and oregano were also served. Overall a good price-performance ratio. Service - that's the outstanding point: the waiter was very attentive. For example, children's chairs were offered directly. Although there was no children's portion of pasta on the menu, it was prepared in the kitchen upon request. The service was funny, friendly & quick. Card payment is possible. Worth a visit, whether for families, couples or other groups

Spontaneously stopped by Haus Mallck and got a table for two people in the well-filled restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and all special requests were taken into account when placing our order. Absolutely fair price-performance ratio. Both thumps up! We will be back!

Haus Mallack with a new ambience, at least for us, because the last visit was about two years ago. Pizza was good, unfortunately not hot. There were three of us and we had made reservations beforehand and that was a good thing because the restaurant was quite busy. We decided on: 1. Calamari 2. Gnocchi with chanterelles and salmon 3. Risotto with chanterelles and shrimps. The service was very attentive and extremely friendly. As a greeting from the kitchen, a small broccoli soup was served, unfortunately completely without salt or spices. The gnocchi were probably good - I hadn't tried them! The calamari was well cooked but could have used a little more seasoning. Risotto was well seasoned. As for the shrimp, I wished they had been fried before adding them to the rice.

Very nice and attentive staff. We received a greeting from the kitchen in the form of soup. I found it really sweet. For me the food was very low in spices and average. This is of course a matter of taste. What I found a bit unfortunate was that we mentioned my mother-in-law's 94th birthday when making the reservation, and the employee also mentioned it when we arrived. I would have thought it would have been nice if he had congratulated her on her birthday.

I visited the restaurant shortly after opening time and, after a quick hello, chose a seat outside. After 10 minutes the card was handed over and I chose a Pinot. When it came I ordered Vitello Tonato and then a Cotolette ala Milanese. Beforehand, a pea soup with cilly oil was served, quite tasty, but cold. My vitello wasn't rosy, but still tasty, just way too big for a starter, but that was reflected in the price of €12.90. When the main course came I couldn't believe what was presented to me. A "schnitzel" baked to death in the deep fryer in chip shop quality with half-cooked fries dripping with fat! Nothing about fried delicacies in a parmesan coat in butter, but bad snack! When I criticized this in a friendly but indignant manner, the waitress was prepared to take the dish off the bill. As I was about to finish my drink, a waiter suddenly came running and immediately started insulting me very loudly and aggressively! After I asked the gentleman several times to please moderate his tone, I was able to ask him whether he thought it was normal to serve a frozen schnitzel made from fries in a restaurant? He didn't respond to that, but continued to shout at me and insisted that I pay the full price for this insolence. I never refused, I just thought the waitress' behavior was appropriate and of course I accepted it. Be that as it may, before the aggressive waiter jumped at my throat, I paid for this impudence. Completely confused but physically unharmed, I had to leave the beer garden immediately without finishing the drink I had paid for! I'm already over 50 years old but I've never experienced such outrageousness!

Fantastic food here. Good Service and super helpful. So lucky. Spontaneously arriving with Paul, there was actually no room left. They brought a table from outside and put it in a corner for us. Enjoy yourself immensely.

The food is good, the staff is friendly, and one of the staff is very rude and extremely penetrating and staring at my wife, which made it very uncomfortable for me as a man because my wife was rudely insulted in my presence. We were definitely there for the last time and can leave I would not recommend this for this unpleasant reason

Kleines, feines Restaurant in der Nähe vom Nordi [Nordpark] Habe dort super fein schnabuliert & bin immer noch Tage später von der Vorspeise, sowie dem Hauptgericht geflasht & on TOP gab es noch einen Gruß aus der Küche. :)) 💟 Weiter soooo 💟

Dauert etwas bis das Essen da ist, es lohnt sich jedoch zu warten, es ist ein Genuss… Freundliches Personal und ein nettes Ambiente runden den Besuch ab.

Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgen dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Parkplätze sind durch die Nähe zum Nordpark ausreichend vorhanden.
