Excellent Italian restaurant. Very stylish and chic furnished. The service was great. Fast and courteous. Food and drinks came in a reasonable time. We went to the trattoria based on a recommendation and are totally satisfied. The menu offers typical Italian dishes of outstanding quality. And at absolutely fair prices. The truffle pizza is highly recommended :-) We felt very welcome and would love to come back.

Due to the many tables in a relatively small space, it feels very loud. The food isn't bad, but unfortunately I'm missing something for a good Italian. Service was very good.

You should reserve a table in advance so that you can get a seat, it is very busy there. The food is simply delicious there. I can only recommend it if you like good Italian cuisine.

For me one of the best Italian restaurants in Wuppertal and the surrounding area. Very tasty pasta dishes and pizzas. Additionally current dishes on the table. A great bread and delicious aioli are served beforehand. The service is friendly and accommodating. We really enjoy coming here and can fully recommend the restaurant!!

Walk in and you're in Italy. I would particularly like to emphasize the variety and quality of the starters. The pizzas were delicious and the service was very friendly. Been here again today for a long time. Still very good and super friendly. The food is delicious so far. I would have liked a little more variety in the side dishes. A big bothersome point for us was the male waitresses (possibly also the owner) They constantly stood next to our table and looked across the room or outside so that we felt very observed. Furthermore, one of the female conditions asked us after a while whether we would like to order. Since we hadn't all finished choosing, she answered in a friendly manner that she would ask again later. Wonderful so far. 3 minutes later the male waitress started taking our order without asking if we were ready and even though some were still weighing up. Although the ambience and the food were great, we didn't feel comfortable.

A great trattoria. Very good quality and always delicious. Giovanni warmly welcomes all guests. Lots of regulars. Service very good. Good selection of wines. A reservation is recommended. Despite high advance reservations, guests are almost never put off without registering, possibly with a time slot. We will be happy to come back often.

Pizza was much more expensive than in the online menu for takeaway. The dough of the Pizza not crispy at all. Prices rather high. 14.90 for a pizza Hawaii, 6.50 for the housewine...

I came across the trattoria by chance on a Saturday evening - what a find! ;) The food was extremely tasty: pizza and pasta in ham cream sauce. The dishes had that special Italian flavor that you certainly don't get in a typical run-of-the-mill pizzeria. As a guest you can look directly into the small kitchen. The dishes were freshly prepared. The ambience is simple, with a family atmosphere, with a warm welcome and friendly service. I find the prices to be very fair! Thanks for the great food! I'll visit you again at the next opportunity. :-)

It was a nice restaurant. The restaurant was well attended, which speaks for itself. However, they could have asked again if we would like something to drink. However, the waiters were very busy. The food was delicious and the prices were right :) 80-90 € for 2 starters, 4 main courses and four drinks :)

I am not sure what authentic italian is like but theirs is much different from all those italian restraunts in city center. I now prefer it to l'osteria.

Kleines Restaurant mit klassischen italienischen Speisen. Auf Allergene wird geachtet, die Speisen sind lecker.

Sehr italienisch. Mir gefiel es sehr gut. Durch das Ambiente kam direkt Urlaubsfeeling auf. Dazu war das Essen außerordentlich gut und der Service sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Pizza ist super lecker! Ich konnte die Pizza schon nach 15 Minuten abholen. So muss eine echte italienische Pizza schmecken. Selbstgemacht und und mit leckerem Belag. Sehr gerne so oft wie möglich.

Geht so.... Personal super freundlich - 5 Sterne. Aber, Puntktabzug für: Keine Kartenzahlung. Preisleistungsverhältnis überteuert. Bei den Nudeln mit Steinpilzen waren auch andere Pilze (Champignons) im Gericht. Alle Pilze waren schwabbelig, wie tiefgefroren und wieder audfgetaut. Die Soße schmeckte fad. Die Pizza war vom Belag her lecker, aber auch überteuert. Der Rand extrem dick und teilweise schwarz verbrannt. Hatte auf Grund der vielen guten Bewertungen etwas mehr erwartet. Schade.

Das Essen ist echt gut, meistens. Der Service ist gut, das Ambiente okay, wenn es nicht aufgrund des kleinen Raumes und der halboffenen Küche schnell warm und stickig wird.

Die Pizzen bzw. das Essen sind hier einfach absolut Spitze. Qualität, Geschmack und Preis sind absolut spitze! Meistens hole ich die Familienpizza bzw. Pizzen ab um diese zu Hause zu genießen. Vorher kurz anrufen und zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit eben abholen, dies klappt immer bestens! Vor Ort essen ist nicht so meins, da es sich immer ziemlich voll ist und auch nicht so viel Platz, dadurch ist der Geräuschpegel ziemlich hoch und für mich eher ungemütlich, deswegen abholen und zu Hause genießen.

Italienisches Restaurant mit einem rustikalen Ambiente in familiärer Atmosphäre. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein und bietet für Liebhaber von Pasta, Pizza, Fisch und Fleisch eine gute Auswahl. Die Speisen kommen zügig und lecker angerichtet - so soll es sein! Außerdem gibt es richtig gute Weine im Ausschank. Als Gast habe ich mich sehr gut versorgt gefühlt! Fazit: Ein Ristorante ohne Schnörkel, das uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert ist.

Unser Lieblingsitaliener 🥰 egal ob Pasta, Pizza oder saisonale Gerichte, es ist immer alles sehr lecker! Jeder Gast wird aufmerksam und freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Mit Giovannis Weinempfehlungen haben wir auch noch nie daneben gelegen. Es ist immer gut besucht und man sollte einen Tisch reservieren. Für Liebhaber der authentischen italienischen Küche und Trattoria-Ambiente ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Ein Besuch wie immer einfach nur gut die Sterne die ich vergeben habe sind einfach nur gerecht und hat der Betreiber und sein Team verdient.

Wir sind öfter dort. Ein uriges italienisches Lokal. Uns gefällt es. Wir wurden beim Essen noch nie enttäuscht. Ich habe dort als Beispiel ein Saisonnales Gericht „Hirschragout“ gegessen das mich geschmacklich vom Stuhl gehauen hat. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Für jemanden der die italienische Küche liebt, unbedingt ausprobieren

Pizza war lecker aber nicht günstig

Wir am Sonntag Abend um 18:00 Uhr da , es war noch nicht viel los und der Junior Chef war da, sehr freundlich ,nett zu jeden Gast, auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich ,nett und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war wieder sehr lecker ,wir hatten uns Pizza bestellt .Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Tolles Essen und angemessene Preise. Komme gerne wieder und gebe dann in jedem Falle 5 Sterne aber nur wenn dann auch noch die Bedienung freundlich ist. Das war tatsächlich das einzige was nicht angenehm war. Die Dame hatte vermutlich einen schlechten Tag.
