We held our team party (approx. 24 people) there. The easily accessible location in the city center was a plus, but we also really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the tasty, hearty cuisine. Most importantly, I personally appreciated the friendly, attentive, yet never intrusive service; this combination is not always a given – thank you!

Warm ambience in a lovely restaurant in a gorgeous little courtyard. We were greeted warmly and seated although we had no reservation. The food was fabulous and authentic as well as plentiful. The staff all speaks Italian in addition to English and German and were very friendly. Really, our best meal in Berlin - a little gem of a restaurant. We will return.

Lovely pasta, staff were nice to us however I did notice a staff member be a little rude to other diners which isn’t great. The restaurant is in a nice little area where we sat outside and in the nice weather was enjoyable.

You now have to pay extra for bread with your salad. Where else can you find something like that? Once an insider tip, it's now become a tourist trap.

We visited this restaurant as two people. Unfortunately, the experience was not very satisfying. The food (Capricciosa pizza and chicken salad) was quite average, nothing special or memorable in taste. The service was polite, but it was unusual that the staff mostly spoke Italian – in Berlin I would have expected German or at least English for communication. The biggest issue for me was the atmosphere: the place was extremely crowded and noisy. I even measured the sound level at around 80–118 dB, which made it very uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. Overall, I did not leave with a good impression and I don’t think I will return.

I had a wonderful experience at Garda Ristorante. It’s a place with truly authentic Italian cuisine, prepared with real passion. I made a group booking, and even though we arrived late, I was in contact with the owner via WhatsApp—he was extremely kind, patient, and welcoming, which made everything so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who appreciates genuine Italian flavors. The restaurant itself is cosy and charming, creating the perfect atmosphere for a lovely meal. Highly recommended! :)

It's a shame. It's a very nice little restaurant, but the Italian hospitality is lacking; it's simply too commercial, and the Salad Grande was a joke: a few lettuce leaves and two small cherry tomatoes. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. But it's a real shame. I can't recommend it.

The ambiance was very nice. Service was OK. The food was mediocre. Lasagna was soft. It had been prepared for a while. Pasta with cream sauce was overcooked. Perhaps not homemade. The truffles were dry and there was significantly less truffle than in other guests' photos. Overall, average.

We celebrated our daughter's wedding with lunch with 25 people after her civil ceremony. Everything was perfect: the venue (we stayed inside because of the wasps), the long table, the service, always attentive and smiling, and the food. The antipasti was unusual and excellent, as were the individual dishes (we were able to order à la carte). The dessert selection was the icing on the cake. Everything was top-notch! No one had any complaints. Highly recommended.

We were looking forward to a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, our expectations were quickly dashed. We received a friendly welcome (at the reception desk), but that was it. We found the rest of the service to be very disinterested and at times unfriendly. It's a shame; we didn't feel valued as guests. Everything was served carelessly, with no further questions asked, etc., so it didn't invite us to linger. The three stars go exclusively to the kitchen, because the food was outstanding.

The restaurant's menu is quite simple, offering pasta, pizza, and the usual Italian appetizers and desserts. The quality of the food is very good, and we are always satisfied. The service is very friendly. We always feel at home here. Thank you very much for that.

Nice setting, but the staff is cold and hasty. It borders on rudeness. In addition, the servers put a lot of pressure on you to eat dessert. They keep coming back to the table to ask if you want to order something (4 times in 30 minutes by the same server). One thing is certain: after eating, you either leave or eat more.

Idyllic pizzeria in a quiet courtyard. Pizzeria Garda is located a bit away from the crowds. Its location in a courtyard is truly wonderful. The Italian-speaking waiters bring the necessary charm to this restaurant. We are very familiar with authentic Italian cuisine. However, the pizza at Restaurant Garda didn't impress us, from the dough to the bland-tasting toppings. Service: For us, it's a no-go to clear a guest's place setting while the other guest is still eating. We don't regret our visit to Pizzeria Garda, but we won't eat there again. At €75 for two people (one appetizer, two pizzas, a drink, and an espresso), this restaurant was too expensive for us in terms of value for money.

Pizza was great, but the lasagna Bolognese was unfortunately not recommended. The lasagna was prepared in the morning, so the pasta sheets were very soft when heated up, so it wasn't al dente.

We came here on Sunday following a recommendation, and we were so impressed by all three (super-delicious, generously portioned—and the main course: served piping hot!) courses, the drinks, and, above all, the fast, super-attentive, friendly, and witty service that we consoled our frustration over the canceled Robbie Williams concert with another visit on Monday! We're just waiting for our server's Celentano performance... next time! We'd definitely recommend it to others! ❤️

I had a carbonara, even though it's not on the menu. Just ask and you'll get a truly amazing Italian carbonara. For starters, we had bruschetta, carpaccio, and the mixed platter. A really lovely little restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly.
