Great quality of the food, the skin of the pike perch is fried until crispy, the vegetables are on point and very well seasoned, the creme brulee is very tasty. Attentive service, nice ambience inside and out.

We can highly recommend the Fontana restaurant. Excellent cuisine, friendly team, good service and a very nice atmosphere. For example: white tablecloths, cloth napkins, flowers, and attractive decorations. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, it sucks. Expecting a nice evening, you make a reservation for seven people and get a table for 6. You spend the whole evening chasing after the inattentive waiters. Cutlery is missing, glasses are missing...food is a disaster, pasta of the day with seafood that has been cooked to death...desserts don't include ice cream for the children and it takes 30 minutes and 5 requests for it to be delivered. It's a similar game with the bill, only the head waiter then becomes rude. Instead of apologizing for waiting times and inattention, he blames us, the guest...once and never again

Below average Kosovo Albanian with embarrassing accent! The salads drowned in balsamic sunflower oil have nothing to do with Italian cuisine, nor does the tough, inferior meat on them. This used to be a great Greek restaurant.

Very good and quiet location in Berlin. The owners and staff are extremely hospitable and funny, so you can spend a pleasant time in peace with friends or family.

We have been living in Zehlendorf Süd for a good 10 years and the Fontana has always been our place to go. Recently (specifically the last 3 times) we have been very unpleasantly pestered upon arrival with the offer of aperitifs and water bottles that we will no longer come. We don't want to order water bottles or an aperitif! Whenever we politely declined with thanks, we were subsequently served less friendly and felt like we were left behind. I don't care whether the waitress gets a bonus on drinks or whether the margin on the water is high. That's not the way for me. If I order water for two people, I don't want the waitress to respond with "I'll bring a bottle of water." It's nice when things are offered, but anyone who asks has to be able to live with the answer: Thank you, NO water bottle and NO, we don't want Prosecco or aperitif. Not this time and not after. If we want that, we say so. PLEASE, dear Fontana team, refrain from this intrusive drink sale.

The terrace is new. The waiters are adorable. The food was great.

What a great Italian! I was there during the week and was lucky to get a nice spot on the terrace. Wow, what a beautiful terrace! There was such delicious linguini with shrimps and a hearty pizza for my companion. This won't be the last time. Really good cuisine, bravo. The restaurant is really very nice, large and tastefully decorated; This extends to the sanitary facilities. I really like it when everything is always nice and clean. There is also a separate lounge for special occasions. I really want to try it out, it looks really great. Well done! Thank you very much.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend draußen verbracht. Gepflegte Atmosphäre, super freundliche Bedienung, sehr leckeres Essen (ich habe die Tagesempfehlung genommen, Schwerfisch), leckerer Wein (Gavi di Gavi). Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen von auswärts. Ansonsten würde das unser Stammrestaurant werden!

We waited about 40 minutes for the starter. The food came after 1h10min. Meat was delicious and so was the wine. Pasta wasn't cooked properly. We paid 26.50 for a small steak and broccoli.

We held a wedding reception here. The restaurant provided us with a separate room. The atmosphere here was very pleasant. The food was also rock solid and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt extremely comfortable here and were able to enjoy the celebration to the fullest! Had a wedding reception here and rented an extra room and were thrilled by the friendliness of the staff. They decorated beautifully and provided us with the best Italian delicacies. Great starter platter with vitello tornato, freshly grilled vegetables, ruccula and much more. Excellent food, authentic, freshly prepared and there was also a selection of seasonal dishes. The staff is very helpful, friendly and humorous. We'll definitely come back :)

Wir sind heute ganz spontan vorbei gekommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Essen, Getränke und Ambiente waren super 🥰 die Kellner waren alle samt sehr lieb, nett und zuvorkommend. Der Laden ist ein Totalausfall! Das Ambiente mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig, der Service unaufmerksam und arrogant, die 'getrüffelte' Kartoffelsuppe, die nach einer Stunde Wartezeit ankam, schmeckte genau so stark nach Mehl, wie das Brot und die Calamaretti waren zu lange gebraten und in einer Art Balsamicoirgendwas ertränkt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich bin hier spontan abends mit Freunden eingekehrt. Wir haben zu dritt einen Platz bekommen und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Pizza war super, die Bedienung war freundlich und das Ambiente vor Ort ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Daher alles in allem ein guter Abend in einem guten Restaurant.

Gekonnte italienische Küche mit Pfiff, die Atmosphäre ist so wie sie in einem italienischen Restaurant sein soll und das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. So geht italienisch!

Wir haben einen runden Geburtstag mit 15 Personen in einem hübschen separaten Raum an einem wunderschön gedeckten Tisch gefeiert. Das Menü bestand aus drei Gängen. Alle Gänge waren lecker und dekorativ angerichtet. Der Wein war gut. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Ristorante Fontana sehr empfehlen!

Ein tolles Restaurant, mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung, schöner Atmosphäre und eher gehobener Küche. Ein kleines Manko ist der Weg zum WC. Dieser schlängelt sich als schmale Wendeltreppe nach unten. Aber es gibt auch ein ebenerdiges Behinderten WC, dass man sicherlich auch nutzen dürfte, wenn man sich auf der Treppe nicht so wohl fühlt.

Wunderbares Essen, angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bald wieder mit Freunden.

Ist zu empfehlen. Man fühlt sich wohl und ob Pizza oder Pastar , es schmeckt gut. Die Portionen sind ausreichend und die Preise angemessen im leicht gehobenen Segment. Es ist auch Rollstuhl gerecht.

Alles gut, lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Schönes Lokal, die Tische sind nicht zu eng gestellt, es gibt feine Tischdecken, so dass die Akustik auch dann noch gut ist, wenn es voll ist. Angenehmes, gedämpftes Licht. Sehr freundlicher Service, man wird auch von echten Italienern bedient, was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Karte ist etwas ausgedünnt worden, was aber normalerweise für frische Qualität spricht. Ich mag die Pizza und Pasta, der frische Fisch ist auch gut, es ist natürlich kein Sternelokal, aber ein schönes, solides Restaurant in der Zehlendorfer Nachbarschaft. Im Sommer sitzt man draußen sehr schön.

Alles ist immer wieder toll hier! Das Essen, der aufmerksame service und auch das entspannte Ambiente. Weiter so!

Nice big Italian restaurant. Choice of fresh fish, pasta, antipasti. Very well prepared and cook. Nice terrace which was great because it was still warm at the end of December. What worth the drive there. Waiter a vero Italians took good care of us.

Das war mein erster Besuch und alles hat gepasst! Essen tip top, Getränke ebenso, Service klasse, aufmerksam, freundlich und auch für einen Spaß zu haben. Normalerweise würde ich dafür 5 Sterne geben...... doch es war das erste Mal, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Bin mir sicher, dass ich beim nächsten Besuch einen Stern dazugebe.

Ein herausragendes kulinarisches Erlebnis! Das Restaurant überzeugt mit einer vielfältigen Speisekarte, exquisitem Geschmack und einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Die Gerichte sind kreativ zubereitet und ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Das freundliche Personal sorgt für einen perfekten Service. Ein absolutes Muss für Feinschmecker!

Gute Lage, nettes Personal... aber leider ziemlich überfordert. Eines unserer Hauptgerichte wurde, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, verspätet gebracht, als alle anderen schon fertig waren. Die Bestellung von 4 Desserts dauerte ebenfalls über 20 Minuten! Die Kinder hatten beide Gnocchi mit Hünchen, beide hatten anschließend Durchfall - deshalb fürs Essen nur 1 Punkt. Ansonsten war das Essen okay, Pizza nur wenig belegt, Desserts eher klein (vl geschrumpft in der Wartezeit?!). Insgesamt stimmt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht überein!

Jede Menge Kellner, die sich hektisch um alles mögliche kümmern, nur nicht um die Gäste. Fast jede Bestellung von Getränken oder eines Aschenbecher, der Rechnung oder ähnliche Dinge mussten teils mehrfach wiederholt werden. Ich hätte auch einen Nachtisch bestellt oder was zu trinken und wäre ein wenig geblieben aber es machte keinen Sinn. Im übrigen sehr teuer bei durchschnittlicher Qualität.

Wasser Still bestellt, geliefert wurde Medium und gleich eingegossen. Auf unserer Reklamation wurde es problemlos ausgetauscht. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Also weshalb ich hier heute nur ein stern gebe ist auf eine Situation von heute zu schliessen vorherige waren immer super. Ich bin heute mit frau und kind zum fontane Restaurant, für mich war selbstverständlich das hier auch eiskaffee angeboten wird. Die kellnerin machte verständlich dass die küche noch zu sei ok , ich wollte eh ein eiskaffee , gibts nicht hiess es , ich fands super komisch und es kam der Kommentar einfach aus meinem mund das dies eben sehr schwach sei noch nicht mal böse gemeint , der neben tisch meinte dann mich anlflaumen zu müssen wobei ich mir das nicht gefallen liess , ich hatte mir mittlerweile eine Alternative ausgesucht es kam ein Kollege ich dachte das fontane es nun doch hinbekommt auf kundenwûnsche einzugehen aber leider passierte das Gegenteil ich wurde gebeten das Restaurant zu verlassen, dazu kann man schon sagen echt krass wobei ich das Personal immer toll fand , echt schade

Jedesmal wird man freundlich empfangen, und das Essen ist einfach unglaublich lecker.

Habe gestern Abend dort mit Mann und Kind mein Geburtstagsessen einnehmen dürfen und war rundum zufrieden. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt war ansehnlich angerichtet und wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Pizza Gorgonzola war genau so wie sie schmecken muss! Wirklich toll. Gemischte vorspeisenplatte war lecker und gut abgeschmeckt und auch der Nachtisch und der Cappuccino sehr schmackhaft! Man sitzt sehr nett auf der Terrasse. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die stumpfen Messer machten das Pizza essen doch etwas mühsam. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
