Reservations recommended; rump steak instead of medium-rare; liver almost raw – briefly seared again after conversation. Friendliness was mixed.

Thankfully, we arrived at opening time at 5:30 pm with a reservation. Despite ordering only a European salad, pizzas, and veal medallions, we waited 40 minutes. The guests who arrived after us waited even longer. The noise level became increasingly unpleasant that evening, as two larger groups were being served. The young waiter reached diagonally across the table for four to clear the dishes, so I got a direct view of his sweaty armpit. Thanks for that, it was the most aromatic thing about the evening. The food was mediocre in taste, the medallions tough, dry, and paper-thin, and the portions, which looked a bit lost on the oversized plates despite their stylish presentation, didn't leave us feeling full. Although satisfying my hunger with high-quality food was my goal, I felt out of place at Europa for that purpose, except for the price, which was truly that of a four-star restaurant. The staff everywhere seemed overly friendly and generally inattentive, making you feel rushed, like in a fast-food restaurant. All in all, an overpriced Italian rip-off of etiquette.

The pizza, pasta, and large salad were all okay, but nothing special in terms of taste. The atmosphere was pleasant. The service was friendly, but they rarely checked if we wanted to order anything else.

We were a group of 14 for dinner. We ordered a set menu. The food was excellent – ​​compliments again to the owner – and was served beautifully and piping hot. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were here once and never again. Based on the predominantly positive reviews, this seems to be the exception, but we'll never see this place again. The food was okay. Long wait and small portions. Very expensive, though. For that money, I'd eat elsewhere with better quality food, a nicer atmosphere, and, above all, better service. There was a musical event, so unfortunately, you couldn't order à la carte. You had to Google the available dishes first, as it wasn't immediately clear what the exact details were. We also observed this at neighboring tables. This could have been handled if everything else had been right. It was quite crowded and very warm. It was stressful, and of course, mistakes can happen. The behavior of one employee, however, went beyond all expectations. The rest of the staff at least seemed "trying hard." I asked for the drinks menu because I wanted to get an overview of the selection, and of course, I was also interested in the prices. They felt attacked and assumed I was probably assuming I'd been charged incorrectly. They also responded to my request for some water for our dog with an overreaction. This request had never been made before, and after an hour, they brought some water in an aluminum bowl. I had to go home early with my companion and asked for the bill. The rest of our friends stayed behind. However, they refused, arguing that only one person per table could pay the entire bill. I could give my cash to my friends, who would then cover the entire bill. We would have to work it out among ourselves. I thought it was a joke and asked accordingly. The employee was quite irritated and immediately became rude. She claimed I was "causing trouble." At no point did I use my voice inappropriately, but the person in question reacted in a rebellious, extremely immature manner and clearly enjoyed the attention she was attracting through her bad behavior. They refused to let me pay my bill. You don't see that every day. The employee wasn't interested in finding a solution and acted like a drama queen. My request to speak to the manager was denied. I don't know if it was the heat or if the employee in question simply had a bad upbringing, but that's not how you treat your guests. This could have been resolved discreetly without causing a stir, but the employee clearly felt comfortable with all eyes on her. Her bratty and adolescent behavior drew all eyes and ears. As a boss, my employee's behavior would deeply embarrass me. Refusing to ask for clarification doesn't necessarily reflect professional behavior on the manager's part. The end result was that they suddenly brought me the bill after all. Of course, there was no apology from either the employee or the manager. No restaurant has ever told me how to pay my bill. ABSOLUTELY NOT recommended!

Very friendly staff, the food is also very tasty and my pizza is the Mama Mia one of the best pizzas I have ever tried :)

We had a reservation, received a very friendly welcome, and good advice. The food was very good (the side dishes could have been a bit more generous, but we were still full 😉). The service was very attentive and courteous. The atmosphere is pleasant. We will definitely come back.

The food was truly delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy and clean. We had a really good evening. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We deducted one star because we had to wait a long time for the food. However, the place was busy. We weren't in a hurry and had plenty of time, but by the end we were hungry and could hardly wait for the food. We would probably come back with a smaller group.

We've been going here for years & the service is impeccable. Always friendly staff & the boss comes out of the kitchen to say hello! I think it's great that the young people in the family are now working here too and are doing a great job. Dealing with physically disabled people is also flawless and always super helpful!

I never really write bad reviews, but after this treatment we experienced, I have to express my displeasure! On Friday we went to the Ristorante Europa in Egelsbach with my family to enjoy the announced live music and a nice meal. We were even personally invited by the musician a few days beforehand. We reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. three days before the date. On the day itself, I called at 3pm to move the reservation to 7:30pm, which was also confirmed without any problems. When we arrived promptly at 7:30 p.m., we found that all the tables had simply been given away. Instead we were directed to a bar stool table way back in the far corner where we couldn't see the live music/musician, nor were the high tables suitable for children - our child could barely see over the table. After we asked the waiter about the situation, he just said: “It just turned out stupidly, but nothing can be changed now.” Since we wanted to at least hear the music, we decided to stay so as not to completely ruin the evening. But then about 20 minutes later the boss himself came - and instead of apologizing for the grievance, he spoke to us in an extremely arrogant manner: "So, what's the problem here?" When I explained our situation to him and commented that If we could have been informed when making the reservation that there were no more suitable tables available, he would only react scornfully: “You hear the music from here. And if you don't like it: We have two doors - goodbye." After this statement, the discussion was over for me. This degrading and outrageous treatment left us completely speechless. We then left the restaurant and went to another one. Something so rude has never happened to me! For me, the Ristorante Europa is finally over, both privately and for business. I often entertained customers there - but after this experience: never again!

Sorry that I don't give any reviews on the subject of service and ambience, although it is very oppressive and dark in the restaurant. The crucial thing is on the plate. And it tastes so great, it should get more than 5 stars. Sauces are a dream, rosemary potatoes simply high level, meat well done. Absolute recommendation, even if I'm a real Langer. And please order for dessert: tiramisu. 5 stars. 09/16/24 Had reserved a table for today for my birthday. First time there for dinner. I thought the uniform outfit of all the service employees was great, which gave me a feeling of identification with the restaurant. Very friendly staff, perfect service, and as expected, great food. The sea bream was the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying, the boiled potatoes were a dream. My companions were also thrilled. Sorry, can only give 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, I would have liked more. Everything is suitable for disabled people, even with a walker to visit. Staff was helpful. There were 5 of us, all with different dishes. Nobody had anything to complain about.

Wir waren bis jetzt 5 mal hier zum Essen am Abend, 2 x mit 7 Personen. Es gibt im Ausschank einen wunderbaren Proseco, unsere Essen waren ganz verschieden, Pizza, Pasta, Kalbssteak usw. es war ausgezeichnet . Die Preise finden wir moderat , es ist hier sehr sauber, einziger Kritikpunkt, man könnte immer mal nach den Gästen schauen, ob diese noch etwas bestellen möchten. Aber insgesamt Note 2

We were there yesterday as part of a birthday party (12 people). Ambience quite nice, although quite cramped. According to most people, the food was good to very good, but not the liver (not through and still mushy/gooey inside), not the schnitzel (hard and dry as a cunt) and not the beetroot carppacio, which was the same price as The "normal" carppacio was sold (besides 1 beetroot!!!! cherry tomato, 1 small ball of buffalo mozzarella in the size of a 2€ piece - price performance not ok). But what didn't work in the end was that we of course reported the defects to the waitress, but nothing happened. It was simply ignored, and that's not possible. Likewise, having to actively ask about drinks and a rather long wait for the food (35 minutes from starter to main course, even if it was quite full yesterday). In and of itself a good location, actually good food too, but unfortunately I had a bit of bad luck last night!

Cook clearly better than the boss's behavior. After asking to ask in advance whether the next invoice will be paid separately or together, the boss completely freaks out. Levelless and absolutely wrong. It's a shame because the food and ambience were good. You can't learn a level, you have it, or you don't!

Koch eindeutig besser als der Chef des Hauses. Auf die Bitte,beim nächsten Mal gefragt zu werden, ob getrennt oder zusammen bezahlt wird, rastet der Chef komplett aus. Niveaulos und unterirdisch. Essen gerne wieder....bei diesem Chef nie wieder!

Pleasant atmosphere and delicious food

Thunfischsalat War gemischter Salat mit Thunfisch. Leider noch nicht mal gut verteilt. Dressing war auch nichts besonderes. Preis/Leistung durchgefallen. Mineralwasser gab es nur in großen Flaschen für 6,60 Euro. Gehobene Preise. Sehr enge Bestuhlung. Kellner nicht besonders aufmerksam. Nachbestellen schwierig.

Pizza zum Mitnehmen hat super gut geschmeckt!

Wir sind gerne im Europa, freundliche Atmosphäre, ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche bzgl. des Essens, eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Personal/Besitzer und vor allem ein gutes Essen.

Ich war bisher 2 Mal hier essen. Bekannte von mir sind sehr überzeugt und haben es mir empfohlen. Beim ersten Mal habe ich die Pasta Nr. 71 „Rigatoni al forno“ als vegetarische Variante bestellt was leider schief ging und trotzdem mit Fleisch kam… ich musste nochmal warten dass das Gericht neu gekocht wird während alle schon aßen. Beim zweiten Mal waren wir am Tisch leider alle nicht überzeugt. Die Pizza war extrem fettig und der Teig sehr hell und weich. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben war die Bedienung wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und wollte uns alles neu bringen. Da wir trotzdem satt waren haben wir ein Tiramisu und einen Gutschein als Entschädigung geschenkt bekommen. Unsere Beschwerde wurde von der Geschäftsführung sehr zu Herzen genommen, was uns das wirklich überzeugt hat. Ich denke wir werden es nochmal probieren.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren schon öfters hier und haben mehrere Speisen probiert. Die Salate sind absolut zu empfehlen. Ebenso die Pizzen. Ich kann jetzt nichts zu den Schnitzeln sagen, da ich niemals bei einem Italiener Schnitzel essen werde. Nicht daß ich dem Team nicht zutraue ein Schnitzel zu braten, aber ich möchte wenn schon denn schon was italienisches genießen. Ich kann jedem Liebhaber der italienischen Küche dieses Restaurant empfehlen.

Die Terrasse ist etwas lieblos, eher zweckmäßig. Essen ist gut. Spaghetti Carbonara gibt es original oder mit Sahne. Das ist eine Differenzierung. Top. Service optimal. Getränke schnell und kühl.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit nettem und flinken Service. Die Pizza schmeckt lecker und ist gut zubereitet. Der Salat ganz genauso. Dazu ein kühler Äppler... Alles zu angemessenen Preisen.

Wir haben für eine Nacht im Hotel übernachtet und das war unsere einzige Alternative abends noch zu essen. Ohne grosse Erwartungen gingen wir hin und waren mehr als überrascht: draussen sitzen an einem lauen Sommerabend. Das Essen sehr lecker mit einem super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Aber das wichtigste: mega Service. Höflich, nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich zu Kindern und schnell. Es war ein wirklich toller Abend, danke ans Team.

Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht überragend. Der Service ebenfalls (wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe da; bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung wurde ich vergessen. Wir gehen seit 20 Jahren hin. Die Muscheln sind mein absoluter Favorit aber auch die Nudeln, Pizza, Fisch und Fleisch sind absolut empfehlenswert.

Fantastisch! Wir waren hier nun zum zweiten Mal zu einem Geburtstag eingeladen. Das erste Mal gab es Menü und heute a la Carte. Egal bei wem ich probieren durfte: alles spitze. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Lediglich das Ambiente ist Geschmackssache. Ich mag es lieber gemütlich und lege nicht so sehr wert auf Chic. Und Kinder sollten sich benehmen können. Hätte unsere Kleine das Schreien angefangen, hätten wir definitiv gehen müssen - aber das wäre ja auch okay. Preislich eher im oberen Bereich angesiedelt, aber Preis/Leistung absolut im Rahmen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Wir waren an einem Freitagabend hier. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, aber dennoch mussten wir nicht sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. Alles was wir bestellt haben, war wirklich sehr lecker und die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich.

Tisch war für 20.30h bestellt, mussten aber länger draussen warten (- 10 grad) weil der Tisch noch nicht frei war. Innen nett eingerichtet, gemütlich und warm. Servicekräfte freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tisch war mit Tischdecke und Stoffservietten eingedeckt was ich sehr angenehm fand. Hatte Salat mit Austernpilzen, war echt lecker! Spagetti mit Knoblauch und Peperoni hat gut geschmeckt, war jedoch etwas fad... also Luft nach oben. Konnte auf der Karte keine typisch italienischen Vorspeisen finden... schade, hätte gern gegrilltes Gemüse mit Oliven, oder Ähnliches bestellt. Werde gerne im Sommer hingehen um im Aussenbereich zu sitzen. Eine kleine Auswahl an vegan deklarierten Speisen wäre schön und auch zeitgemäß. Gehobene Preise. Dankeschön und bis zum nächsten Mal 🌟

Wir waren gestern dort! Das Essen und der Service waren wie immer sehr gut. Der Speiseraum ansich war zu kalt , uns war es nicht warm genug. Energiekrise hin oder her, aber der Gast muss sich wohl fühlen. Ganz liebe Grüße

Sehr freundlich und Kinder sind auch willkommen

Vorspeisenteller vielfältig und schmackhaft. Hausgemachte Ravioli waren sehr gut - frisch und der Teig genau richtig in der Konsistenz. Die Auswahl an Nachtisch vielseitig, die Zabaione klasse. Sehr nette Bedienung.

Eines der besten Restorante die ich immer wieder vom Herzen gerne besuche.

Comida muy buena y muy buen servicio! El restaurante es bonito y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo.

Nette Bedienung, Chef und Chefin arbeiten beide. Das gebackene Brot mit Aufstrich als Vorspeise echt top. Die Preise sind gut. Pizza ist lecker aber der Teig war bisschen zu hart. Die Lasagne hat im Februar besser geschmeckt. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Die Portion Tagliatelle war ziemlich überschaubar. Hat gut geschmeckt, aber insgesamt war es dort nichts besonderes.

Ein echt tolles Restaurant. Sehr sehr leckeres Essen und aufmerksame Bedienungen. Auch der Preis passt super, da gibt man gerne Trinkgeld. Wer gut essen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen trotz des fahrtweges, aus 64625, immer wieder gerne in das Restaurant :)

Bedienung und Essen waren wie immer gut. Aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen hatten wir einen Tisch draußen reserviert. Leider gibt es immer wieder Eltern, die froh sind, wenn sie ihre eigenen Kinder vom Tisch zum Spielen abschieben können....das führt dann dazu, dass der Platz vorm dem Außenbereich des Europa zum Toben, Schreien und Spielen genutzt wird - zum Leidwesen der Gäste die einen Tisch am äußeren Ende des Außenbereichs haben....Zusätzlich gibt es Gäste, die statt den Eingang zu benutzen, sich zwischen den Tischen durch drängen um zu einem/Ihrem Tisch zu gelangen....leider sehr schlechte Manieren. Wir werden dort im Sommer nicht mehr hingehen, das Draußensitzen wird einem verlitten....Ein Restaurant ist kein Spielplatz - manche Eltern begreifen den Unterschied nicht.

Das Essen ist ok Die Bedienung ist eine Katastrophe wenn jemand kommt hat man Glück und muss Minimum 20 Minuten auf das Getränk warten. Wir kommen nicht mehr.
