It's a nice place to sit outside. The pizza is delicious. The drinks arrive quickly. The pizza, at least, is reasonably priced. The kitchen serves a slice of bruschetta as an appetizer. To finish, there's a complimentary glass of limoncello or amaretto.

The food was delicious, and the waiters were very friendly. We'll definitely come back; highly recommended!

I'm a regular—I usually come once a month and always order the lunch menu. Fantastic prices, great selection of dishes.

Waited 2 hours for the food. Called several times and were repeatedly put off due to the busyness. The pizzas we ordered were all terrible. Bad crust, not enough tomato sauce, no seasoning, rock-hard, and very minimal toppings. It was definitely just not good and my only order from this restaurant. ☝️🤢🤢🤢 This was the worst pizza we've ordered in years and had more in common with a no-name pizza place than a good Italian restaurant. I'm done. 🤬 Unfortunately, I was scammed again. Ordered 3 pizzas... it's just as bad as the last time. Any Aldi frozen pizza is better quality than the hard, lousy, and poorly toppings that arrived here. I don't understand how they can deliver something like that. And if the pizza isn't good, I don't want to try the rest. Thanks and goodbye.

We were thrilled to visit this restaurant. The food was delicious and the dishes looked beautiful. They put in a lot of effort, and it's charming. The waiters were excellent, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed it and will be back. I hope the beef tagliata with Parmesan and arugula becomes a permanent feature on the menu, because I fell in love with this dish. I highly recommend it. Beer was good. But thats about it. Food was terrible. The pizza looks and tastes like a frozen pizza from the store. They make pasta carbonara from cream and not cheese. So its nothing like authentic italian food. The table was also very dirty. However there was a good atmosphere and other people. That made the experience a little better, but overall very disappointing.

A disaster! Nothing more needs to be said. The pizzas were delivered completely cold (no, they didn't give them new ones when I complained over the phone either), and the pizza Parma was, of course, the icing on the cake. A dry piece of dough that could have been used to hammer nails into a wall. I won't even begin to comment on the toppings, because the pictures showing the difference (complained about pizza & new pizza) say it all. Only the pizza Parma was rebaked and delivered. For just under €13, that was desperately needed. The manner of the gentleman on the phone? Spectacularly rude! I recommend training on how to handle conflict situations with customers without making them feel like they're talking to a petulant little child! Just a tip. Will we order here again? Nope! Will we recommend it? Absolutely not!

We stumbled upon this wonderful Italian restaurant by chance after the Klammerschnitzer festival and were completely satisfied. The antipasti plate was so extensive that even two people would have been satisfied. The lasagna was also very good. The waiter was nice and friendly, and he also pointed out the changing lunch menu. We'll definitely try it sometime.

We've been there several times, and the food, for an Italian restaurant, only has an Italian touch. The Caprese comes with a standard sweet and sour salad dressing. When we asked whether a Caprese in Italy usually only comes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar as dressing, we were advised to read the menu more carefully. The Caprese was taken away after only being tasted, and no replacement was offered, and we were charged in full. On the contrary, they even complained about the complaint. They said they should read the menu more carefully, and anyway, no one had ever complained. Conclusion: if I, a non-Italian, were running an Italian restaurant, perhaps they should focus more on Italian cuisine. Reacting offended to a complaint and forgetting the otherwise obligatory digestivo really says it all. We were there last time.

I ordered the Tortellini which was delicious bit the others ordered a pepperoni pizza but there was no pepperoni on it we questioned it and they confirmed there was but both pizzas had none. Very strange 🤔

Waited more than an hour for the food. Pizza was cold, fries were cold and the croquettes were also cold. So the performance in general was poor. They lost us as customers, but a little advice from me for the future - make fewer stops between stops so that customers can also eat warm meals. If I had wanted something cold, I could have ordered ice cream straight away, which would probably have melted anyway given the long waiting time... Pure disappointment. At lieferando the arrival time is still lying... scammers.

Pizzeria Roma – entry with a frown, exit with a full stomach. As we entered we were looked up and down - a little casting moment including commentary in a language that certainly wasn't Italian. At least: We were allowed to take one of the many free tables. With a slightly skeptical look at the map, we took the plunge - and lo and behold: Silvia was spot on with her choice! Antonio’s pizza “I love you” was more like “It’s complicated” – tasted okay, priced within reason. All in all: culinary ups and downs, but we were full - and that's what counts.

A warning to everyone!!! The pasta mista had nothing to do with what was promised on the menu and the pizza bread was burnt and still rubbery. When asked the waiter about this, he said: I shouldn't be rude, that would be their pasta mista - then all I have to do is describe in detail what the kitchen has conjured up on the plate: completely tasteless, the 3 types of pasta and the sauces promised in the menu were not 3 but only 2 and one of them was a cream sauce and the second was a bland Bolognese... to the pasta according to the menu: The world of pasta delicacies: once spaghetti, then tortelini and number 3 penne - and everything from the section of the menu: FRESHNESS HOMEMADE PASTA - Pasta Mista with 3 types of pasta of the chef's choice in 3 corresponding sauces - and the trap is sprung: nothing homemade and everything out of the bag for a lot of money Euro 16.90 - it can actually get even better, but when and how many have to offer it - at least not me: the rating is a clear thank you NO - and I haven't even exaggerated ... every word is true and everything has been experienced first hand - one Impudence for all other Italian ristorante - no one in Neu-Isenburg dares to do that... Pizza was good, pork medallions not recommended. Side salad was quite good. The sauce was relatively tasteless, there were only 3 pork medallions in the “soup” + some small bits of meat. Meat completely fried and fart dry, the few frozen croquettes couldn't even be prepared properly, totally soft. A disgrace for the price of just under €19 👎🏻

Since I am a regular guest here, I can actually recommend everyone to eat here. During the week there is a lunch menu where you can choose from three different menus, the portions are generous, and even in the evening atmosphere you can always eat well, whether outside in the beer garden or inside. The staff is always friendly and tries to accommodate every wish. So far the food has always been good, but the pizzas could still be improved. That would be the absolute icing on the cake. I can actually only recommend this restaurant here in Egelsbach when it comes to Italian cuisine.

Great restaurant, fair prices and top service.

We were here last weekend and I have to say, I ate the best pizza here so far! The service was also really great, you can't complain at all. In terms of location, even if it's a bit away from what's actually happening, you're still sitting quite centrally and there's parking right next to it.

We had an order of around €100 for visits, pizzas almost burnt and stone hard, pasta quickly slapped some sauce on it, some of what tasted good were the salads. Over half of the pizza ended up in the trash.

We were there for dinner with three families based on their recommendation. I guess this just wasn't the restaurant's day. Drinks came relatively quickly, but we had to wait a long time for the food. For families with children, just under an hour is a long time to pass. Then all the adults received their ordered dishes, the children only got their turn at the end. No go in my eyes. The service was friendly and polite, but seemed overwhelmed. Nothing was done by the staff when the birds left their big business on the table MULTIPLE TIMES. We were forced to eat with all the bird poop. Luckily I hadn't ordered anything myself because I would have lost my appetite by then. The service noticed this too, but did nothing. We also had to be late about paying the bill ourselves, as no one came for ages despite the empty table. After ordering the bill, we had to wait again for a long time, so we partly went into the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't full that day, it was about half full when we were there. Like I said, I just think it wasn't the best day for the restaurant and otherwise things are going better. But unfortunately I can only rate what I noticed and in my opinion the 3 stars are still a really good rating. The restaurant is only somewhat barrier-free in the outdoor area. Steps must be overcome for indoor use. It's a shame, because based on the recommendations I was hoping for more.

Unfortunately, the lunch menu was not tasty. Meat, sauce and potatoes. Sauce was a finished product and not a cream sauce. Pizza ok. 1 large bottle of water was shared. The staff didn't like that. There were three and seven people present. There used to be a lot going on here and the food was very good. The white bread served with the 8 olives as a welcome was very thin and rubbery. The bowl was chipped all over the edge. 30 euros and we will stop eating there for lunch in the future. A pity.

Finde es hier sehr gemütlich und das Personal und der Chef sind sehr nett. Das Essen ist lecker und preislicht in Ordnung. Ich bin ein bis zweimal die Woche zum Essen hier. Leider ist der Wein viel zu teuer geworden, weshalb ich nur noch Wasser, ein Bier oder garnichts trinke. Vielleicht überdenkt der Besitzer nochmal diese Preiserhöhung?! Ich weiß was die Weine im Einkauf kosten und finde das der Preis viel zu hoch sind. VG

Wir haben hier sehr oft, teils wöchentlich Speisen abgeholt oder bestellt. Leider wechselt deren Qualität teils sehr stark. Ist in der einen Woche das Fleisch sauber geschnitten, die Soße pikant und lecker, beißt man in der nächsten auf fettige Stücke und die Sauce sieht anders aus und schmeckt fad. Zuletzt hatten wir zwei Bestellungen, die diesem Restaurant nicht gerecht wurden, so dass es für uns erstmal nicht mehr auf der Liste steht.

Die Wartezeit für Lieferungen ist immer sehr lang, wir warten meist 1-2 Stunden. Bei unserer letzten Bestellung am 03.10.23 kamen die Pizzen komplett kalt hier an. Der Lieferant hat die Pizzen nicht mal in einer Box transportiert, sondern einfach in der Hand. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde uns versprochen uns den Kaufpreis zu erstatten. Dies ist bis zum heutigen Tag nicht geschehen. Wir werden dort nie wieder bestellen.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, nette und zuvorkommende Kellner. Das Essen ist nicht unbedingt atenberaubend, aber durchaus besser als die konkurrierenden Italiener in der Nähe. Leider finde ich den Preisanstieg in der letzen Zeit im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen etwas hoch..

Das Restaurant hat ein super schönes Ambiente. Man fühlt sich direkt wie im Urlaub. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Qualität top, sehr heiß, frisch und suuper lecker. Preis / Leistung ebenfalls top. Für den Sommer ist ein schöner Aussenbereich vorhanden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Heute(01.07.23) haben wir in diesem Restaurant 2 Menüs bestellt die vom Preis her auch nicht günstig waren. Die Bediener waren von Anfang an schon sehr unfreundlich, wo wir dachten naja egal wir sind jetzt schon hier. Dann kamen erst die Getränke dann die Gerichte. Meine Begleitung hatte Cola ich Fanta dazu bestellt. Nach paar schlucke die sie getrunken hatte, fiel eine fliege in ihr Cola rein. Ich habe den unfreundlichen Bediener gerufen und die Situation geschildert und gebeten, bitte eine neue Cola zu bringen. Der unfreundliche guckte die Cola mit Skeptik an, als ob wir eine Fantasie erfinden würden, um 4,50€ schnapp zu machen. Er sagte dann, er würde aber dafür eine kleine Cola bringen. Dann kam ein noch unfreundlicher Bediener und legte mit bösen blicken die Cola auf den Tisch und ging. Der Hammer ist jetzt, in der Rechnung war die Cola mit berechnet. Mir geht es nicht um die 4,50€ sondern ums Prinzip. Wenn die ein Cola Mangel haben, hätte ich sogar eine Flasche gespendet. Aber ich finde es absurt das man die Cola wegen einer fliege tauschen musste und dafür noch es anrechnet.. Einfach ekelhaft. Würde keinen empfehlen dort hin zu gehen. Man fühlt sich dort so, als ob man gezwungen wär dort zu sein und im Zwang zu essen. Nachtrag, Antwort an den Restaurant: Ich habe jetzt erst lesen können und daher jetzt erst antworten können da ich im Urlaub war. Ich erwähne es nochmal es geht garnicht um die paar Euro für das Getränk usw. Sondern um die unfreundlichkeit Service geht es. Das ihr die fliege nicht reingemacht habt ist klar, das sowas draußen passieren kann ist auch klar.. Aber dann als ein Restaurant den Getränk zu wechseln und es nicht anzurechnen ist eigentlich selbstverständlich. Dann noch fast uns dafür schuldig zu machen ist das letzte.. Noch zu sagen es wurde nicht doppelt verrechnet ist schade.. Anbei die Quittung wo man es richtig sehen kann.. Naja muss jeder selbst wissen zu gehen oder nicht.

Haben immer wieder dort zum bringen bestellt ....Essen ist gut, aber siehe Bild. Dachte beim letzten Mal war es ein Versehen ( zu heiß eingepackt). Da war es noch viel schlimmer die halbe Styropor Verpackung war geschmolzen und dir Sosse lief bei Anlieferung schon raus... Das geschmolzene Styropor ist gesundheitlich sehr bedenklich... Hab das letzte mal dort bestellt!!!

Saßen draußen. Kann deshalb nichts zum Gastraum sagen. Man sitzt draußen sehr schön. Überdacht. Service ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett. 4 Hauptgerichte. Für Auge und Gaumen ein Genuss. 4 Desserts... auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder!

Pizza Kam 10min zu spät und war falsch belegt

Sehr gutes Essen, zu fairen Preisen. Das Mittagsmenu kann man nur empfehlen, aber auch sonst ist alles wirklich sehr lecker! Die Speisen werden auch sehr schön angerichtet! Die Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich immer sehr gut aufgehoben!
