Wir waren vor kurzem hier gewesen und es war sehr lecker. Für mehrere Personen empfehlen sich die Platten mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten etc. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten die Gourmet Platte und ein Filetsteak. Das Fleisch auf meiner Gourmetplatte war durch, obwohl es medium rare bestellt wurde. Kartoffelbrei hat so geschmeckt als ob er mit Pulver aus der Tüte, Wasser und billiger Margarine angerührt worden wäre. Das Gemüse war komplett verkocht und ungewürzt. Insgesamt lässt die Qualität doch schon sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schade. Für uns war es der letzte Besuch.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kellnerin, die den gesamten Service allein stemmen musste, von der Bestellaufnahme über das Servieren bis zum Kassieren. Dafür großen Respekt! Eine zusätzliche Servicekraft im Gästeraum wäre hier sicherlich hilfreich gewesen.“

Unser Lieblingsspot zu allen Anlässen (Geburtstage, Jahrestage und auch für gemütliche Abende unter Freunden) und das seit Jahren! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder! 😊

Essen ist einfach klasse. Das Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen kommt relativ schnell. Bei so guten Gerichten ist es auch wert 20€ zu zahlen.

Leider muss ich dieses Mal eine weniger positive Erfahrung schildern. Ich erhielt ein Jägerschnitzel, das offensichtlich in der Fritteuse zubereitet wurde und mit einer Fertigsauce sowie Pilzen aus der Dose serviert wurde. Dies erklärt auch die ungewöhnlich kurze Wartezeit von lediglich 10 Minuten. Meine Frau bestellte den Mixgrill, dessen Bestandteile leider stark versalzen waren. Nach 30 Jahren der Treue ist dies nun das zweite Mal in Folge, dass wir eine derart enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht haben. Eine solche Qualität wäre möglicherweise an einem Stehimbiss zum halben Preis akzeptabel, jedoch nicht in einem Restaurant. Das Restaurant war überwiegend mit Gästen höheren Alters besetzt, die möglicherweise andere Ansprüche haben. Für uns persönlich war die Erfahrung jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend. Dies ist bedauerlich.

Modernes Ambiente und trotzdem noch leckere Balkanküche. Eine gute Auswahl an Steaks und Schnitzel und auch sonst gut sortiert. Da kann jeder etwas finden. Preis-Leistung ist sehr ok. Man fühlt sich wohl und für einen Dienstag war es gut besucht.

Waren zum ersten Mal mit 4 Personen hier. Fisch und Fleisch bestellt. Es hat alles geschmeckt, nur ein Steak war ein bisschen zu lang auf dem Grill. Der Service ist sehr gut, nicht aufdringlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren an einem Dienstag mit einer großen Gruppe dort und das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht. Auf der Speisekarte ist meiner Meinung nach für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten unter anderem Steak, Schnitzel und Burger. Ich selbst hatte die Rinderleber und die war sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch die Trüffelmayonnaise. Der Service war freundlich , zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr gutes kroatisches Restaurant mit aufmerksamem Service. Standardmäßiges Gaststättenambiente. Wir können die Zwiebelsuppe und den vorzüglichen gegrillten Tintenfisch nur empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen.

Alles ist perfekt. Das Reservierungssystem ist schnell und effizient, die Speisekarte ansprechend, alle Speisen werden sehr schön zubereitet, präsentiert und serviert. Die Preise sind fair und die Portionen großzügig.

Eines ist sicher: Hier versteht man sein Handwerk. Woher kommt also diese Bewertung? Ganz einfach: Alles andere beeinflusst sie. Heute haben wir die Zwiebelsuppe probiert, die mehr Zwiebeln, die richtigen Gewürze und vor allem besseren Käse – richtigen Käse – und knusprige, nicht matschige Croutons vertragen könnte. Der Geschmack muss verbessert werden, denn die Suppe ist zwar essbar, aber erwartet man das wirklich von einem Restaurant? Der Hauptgang, wie Sie auf den beigefügten Fotos sehen können, bestand aus einem Salat, der für den Preis deutlich aufwendiger hätte sein sollen. Das Dressing war ungenießbar: viel zu viel Essig und Balsamicosauce, vermischt mit irgendetwas, dessen ich nicht weiß, was. Es war so reichlich damit übergossen, dass man es nach drei Bissen nicht mehr essen konnte. Das Fleisch haben wir gegessen, denn, wie gesagt, es ist fantastisch. Gerettet wurde das Abendessen durch Gericht Nr. 29, das wir wärmstens empfehlen können, da es perfekt zubereitet und köstlich war. Was andere Aspekte betrifft, so wirkte das Personal leider so, als würde es dort nur aus Pflichtgefühl arbeiten. Ihre Einstellung ließ vermuten, dass sie sich fragten, warum wir überhaupt hier waren. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das Fehlen von Vorspeisen, und ein kleiner Drink zum Abschluss, wie in Restaurants üblich, wäre schön gewesen. Der Kundenservice ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung ist zwar sehr schön, aber leider gibt es keinerlei Belüftung. Die Frau neben mir war so verschwitzt, dass man unmöglich stillsitzen und sich entspannen konnte. Aber ich kann es ihr nicht verdenken, denn es ist so heiß dort, dass man richtig schwitzen kann.

Mega leckeres Essen und Top Service. Wir gehen öfter mal gemeinsam mit Kollegen dort zu diversen Anlässen essen.

There were four of us eating here today. The atmosphere is very appealing. The service was attentive and very friendly. We had appetizers and four different main courses. Every dish tasted delicious. The portions were generous. Good value for money. Unfortunately, we were already full and didn't have room for dessert. We'll be back.

We didn't enjoy it very much. The restaurant was very crowded, the air was terrible (no ventilation in the dining area; we opened a window, which at least helped a little), the service was tense, and we waited almost an hour for our food. The food itself was okay, but nothing special. Oh well. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

No matter which dish I've ordered, everything has tasted delicious! And value for money is absolutely top priority here. The homemade lemonade is also highly recommended. Simply fantastic and a must-try on every visit to Hesse. ❤️🍀

The ambiance looks much cooler from the outside than it actually is on the inside. It's truly a surprise when you walk through the door. The menu offers something for everyone and leaves little to be desired, especially for meat lovers. The service is super friendly and often has a lighthearted joke ready.

What can I say... top-notch all around. My favorite is the Djuvec rice. Highly recommended overall. A busy restaurant, popular even for lunch. And the value is right.

We've enjoyed eating here for many years. Unfortunately, the quality is steadily declining, and the prices are completely out of keeping with the quality. The schnitzels are cut into thick slices – no meat tenderizer is used, so you end up with a tough and inedible piece of meat. A good schnitzel should be pounded thin and cooked in a pan with butter, not in a deep fryer. Otherwise, I might as well order a pork neck steak instead of a schnitzel. The (ready-made) sauce is anything but tasty. Neither the hunter's sauce nor the paprika sauce, which unexpectedly also includes peas, are tasty; they just taste like flavor enhancers. The salad and fries are good, but that's about all the positive things to report.

Yes, I can recommend it. Very friendly and prompt service. The food was truly excellent. My wife had plaice with potatoes, my son had steak with onions and fried potatoes, and I had pork medallions with sweetcorn, croquettes, and Béarnaise sauce, and everyone enjoyed it very much.

We had a family dinner and were absolutely thrilled. Great service, child-friendly, and very attentive. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable.

I went there for the first time today; the food was prepared with love. A tender, pink Black Angus rump steak, a deliciously breaded turkey schnitzel, and generous side dishes. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that invites you to feel at home. The service is attentive and very friendly. There's a beer garden for hot days and cool drinks. Plenty of parking. Not stopping by isn't an option.

I was there today for the second and last time. We waited over 1.5 hours for the food even though the shop wasn't full and then got a meal that tastes better in any canteen. The 2 waiters were completely disinterested and the owner was arrogant and arrogant, so all in all I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Sad, watery frozen vegetables, bad ready-made croquettes, mediocre meat rightly better drowned in mediocre sauce, which fortunately had enough flavor enhancers to be ok. At least the ready-made sauce for the starter salad was ok. Overall disappointing, 100% convenience and not even good at this level. It's a shame for this actually nice location. The quality has been declining for years, but today was a low point.

The service is very friendly and nice and the food is very tasty and the plates are very big and the way the inside looks is very nice.

Was the first visit here because of the good reviews on Google. There were still enough parking spaces available (our visiting time was 6 p.m. on Saturdays). We had to reserve online 3 weeks in advance because nothing was ever available at short notice. Ambiance (we sat in the restaurant) nice, attractive, very modern. Welcome very friendly. Even though the restaurant wasn't too full, we felt like we had to wait a long time for the dishes. Starters tasted great (baked pepperoni and breaded feta). The taste of the salads and main courses was okay, but different than expected due to the very long lead time for reservations.

The food has always tasted very tasty. Quite full on weekends, so reservations are recommended. Service is always very friendly.

Tasteful ambience, comfortable seating, courteous service and really good food, all of this makes for a successful evening and you can get it all in the copper pan. There were 10 of us and we all received our delicious starters and main courses at the same time, which was quite an achievement considering the restaurant was full to capacity! Super delicious food, very nice staff and very cozy

Admittedly there was a lot of football going on, but I had a bit of a carrot in my salad. That wasn't supposed to happen, but I pushed it aside and didn't complain. But the main course was totally overcooked. Super mushy spaetzle and vegetables. The broccoli was so overcooked that there was only the stalk without any florets left on the plate. This is what a chef or at least the waitress should see. In any case, the side dishes were not edible. When clearing up and paying, a complaint was made and it wasn't actually addressed at all. Not even an apology. 2 stars because the starter was great and they put a lot of effort into the decoration for the Germany game.

The copper pan in Egelsbach is definitely worth a visit! The food was not only very tasty, but also lovingly prepared and attractively served. The service was attentive and friendly, we felt well looked after. The cleanliness of the toilets was another plus. The price-performance ratio was definitely right here, we were more than satisfied with our visit. We would be happy to come back and can recommend the copper pan without reservation!

For Father's Day I wanted to treat my husband to some meat. The house record read excellently. Unfortunately, it was not like that. Since we picked up the whole thing I have to express my criticism here. For €22 the quantity is extremely manageable. The meat was not of good quality and was dry. Calling the wafer-thin strip a rump steak creates the illusion of a steak, which was not the case. The schnitzels were worthy of a children's plate, nothing more. The platter had more frozen vegetables than djuvce rice, which was a shame because at least it tasted good. This wasn't our case and we wouldn't eat/order there again.

As a regular guest in restaurants with different cuisine styles, I was excited about my visit to Zur Kupferpfanne in Egelsbach. However, my expectations were far exceeded! As soon as I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted, which left a positive first impression. The ambience was extremely attractive, with a successful mix of comfort and elegance. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. As a lover of international cuisine from Croatia, I was amazed by the variety and quality of the food. The dishes were not only authentically prepared, but also tasted excellent. I was particularly impressed by the generous portions at fair prices - you definitely get a lot for your money here! Another plus point was the excellent service. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The drinks arrived promptly and the food was served to our group of three at the same time, making the evening extremely enjoyable. The location of the restaurant is also extremely convenient, with a parking space right in front of the door. However, I recommend reserving seats in advance to ensure you get a table. Overall, my visit to Zur Kupferpfanne was a thoroughly successful experience. From the friendly welcome to the excellent food to the first-class service – everything is just right here. I can highly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

We were here with the family at Easter and received a very nice and friendly welcome. The food is very tasty, plentiful and reasonably priced. We really liked the ambience - modern without being over the top. A big compliment to the team, who were very friendly despite the tables being completely occupied and served the food for 6 people at the same time and quickly. We'll definitely be back!

Great steak, unfortunately not optimally designed for a gluten-free diet, i.e. many ingredients with the reference may contain traces of gluten. Nowadays you can definitely do this with conscious purchasing of goods (gluten-free binders, gluten-free fries also cheaply). Otherwise, due to the holiday, despite a reservation, there was a very long waiting time (borderline with children, because no bread or something similar was served to bridge the gap) until the food was served. nice and very attentive staff. The taste was very good, even if the selection was very limited for me due to gluten contamination. I would like to see direct information on the menu about which allergens are contained in the food. I don't understand why restaurants don't implement this in their menu as standard. You invest time once and there are no more questions from guests...the bottom line is valuable time that you can invest in the service.

The food is always delicious, I especially like the grilled dishes. The service is very attentive and friendly. The ambience is neat. Unfortunately it can be a bit noisy at times because the tables are too close together for me personally. You can't complain about the price, the ratio to the performance is right. This restaurant is my favorite and always worth a visit and an integral part of the map of good taste.

Nice, fine restaurant with German and Yugoslavian dishes. If you like, you can try Croatian truffles and delicious wines from the region. Great service and always delicious. You should make a reservation.

Food super tasty and good quality

Have been to the Restaurant Zur Kupferpfanne in Egelsbach several times and have never been disappointed. Warm welcome from the boss personally and allocation of a nice place. Good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The portions are very large, but upon special request there are also “senior portions” or you can share an order. Good beer, I especially enjoyed the black beer. The restaurant is always well attended. A reservation wouldn't be a bad idea.

Unfortunately, stars were deducted because there were no fries with our two special copper pan plates... and despite ordering for pickup (35 minutes, which we also had to wait for at home), we still had to wait 10-15 minutes in the restaurant until it was really ready. The taste of the food was okay.

As is often the case...a good restaurant that has failed. It started with the appetizers taking over an hour and one dish was forgotten...this appetizer came at the same time as the side salads. The service was actually non-existent because you always had to get the waiter yourself if you wanted something. Not once did anyone ask if everything was ok or even take empty glasses with them. Cold food was also brought to the table. After requesting to warm up the food again, the food came back unchanged without hearing an apology or anything like that. We always waited at least 20-30 minutes for a round drink. When we left the restaurant there was no apology or accommodation from the boss for the inconvenience...so it was just a joke. Service and customer interaction definitely have to be learned...so you don't feel comfortable despite the nice ambience.

Food, service, ambience... All 100 points!! No matter whether we eat in or order take-out, it is always wonderfully prepared and we always receive friendly and courteous service!!One of my favorite restaurants!!

I can only rate the beef liver but it is awesome. It's just a shame that it's always so crowded at lunchtime and that it always takes longer, but the food is no wonder ;)
