We would like to give a special mention to our waiter. His warm, friendly manner and genuine laughter made the evening perfect for us. He was always present without being intrusive, and his natural friendliness created a truly pleasant atmosphere. We also found the price-performance ratio to be absolutely fair – the quality and variety of the food make it well worth the price. When paying, we also learned that the venue can even be rented for birthdays, weddings, or other events. Great information, as we can easily imagine celebrating here sometime. Overall, it's clear that the entire team works together exceptionally well and that the owner has everything firmly under control. We had a wonderful evening and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, both from the buffet and the meat skewers served at the table. Initially, the skewers arrived very quickly; you'd barely finished one before the next one was there. Towards the end, however, it took quite a while. Unfortunately, it was very loud, making conversation difficult. But it's definitely worth a visit.

So, instead of Schuhbeck, we had a cuisine that caters to carnivores. The buffet was very varied, and most of the items were truly fresh and delicious. It's probably to be expected that things that have been sitting out for a while might not taste quite as fresh, but otherwise, everything was well-seasoned, and the buffet was constantly replenished, so there was always something to satisfy your cravings. The meat from the spit was consistently very well-cooked and seasoned, making it definitely worth a try, especially for meat lovers. We felt comfortable. Despite the size and the noise level, it was easy to have a conversation.

We only got the "better" meat towards the end, when we were practically finished. We wouldn't go there again.

A very good buffet in the Argentinian style. Unfortunately, you can only choose from the buffet, which is why it's not so cheap. But it's definitely worth it.

We ate there in March 2022. I still remember very well that we found the food too salty and needed two bottles of water to compensate. Because of our negative experience, we never set foot there again. The only thing we thought was okay was the dessert. The view is certainly exciting if you're into airplanes, but in my opinion, that doesn't make up for the quality of the food. Recently, it emerged that the restaurant seems to be taking a tough stance against negative reviews, which we can verify through emails. So, if you see a negative review here: congratulations! My personal tip: double that. For me, that's a reason to rate the service poorly. I think that accepting complaints is part of service.

This restaurant isn't really suitable for vegetarians. A variety of grilled meats are served at your table. There's a generous buffet of salads, sauces, and other side dishes. The crowning glory was grilled pineapple. The self-service soft-serve ice cream machine is a nice touch, especially popular with children. And the staff is very friendly and polite.

We ate here on a Tuesday evening. 6 adults and one child. The buffet is very extensive and varied. There's also a refrigerated display case for dessert and a self-service ice cream machine. The meat that evening was very, very good. We can't say anything negative! Monday and Tuesday are Rodizio days, and the Rodizio costs €32.50 per person (children pay €9.50 or are free... depending on age—we think that's more than fair!). On other days, it costs €37.50—which, in my opinion, is absolutely justified given the huge selection at the buffet and the many meat skewers. If that's too much for you, you don't understand Rodizio. Duck breast, Iberico pork, beef in many different variations, chorizo,... and so on. To finish, there's grilled pineapple on a skewer. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and the Gauchos are really great. Unfortunately, the employees who take orders aren't so quick and tend to make you wait longer. The shift manager, I'll call him, is the most brazen one, though. Not only does he want to kick you out at 10:20 p.m. (opening hours are until 11 p.m.), he even wants to keep a self-determined tip.

We went to dinner at the Rodizio restaurant at the airport with a group of 6. It was absolutely fantastic! We had reserved a table and were greeted warmly by the service team as soon as we entered the restaurant – thank you so much for that. The food (spit-roasted meat, large buffet, delicious desserts, etc. --> see photos!) was really good and truly MEGA – a fantastic selection, all beautifully presented --> highly recommended. We were there for my son's 22nd birthday and were thrilled. The meat is fantastic, and the side dish buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The waiters with the meat skewers are very fast. Unfortunately, the drink service wasn't as fast. However, the drink selection is excellent. Hence the slight deduction. The ambiance is truly special and very tasteful. We would gladly go back anytime 🤗

Definitely to be recommended, especially if you're a meat lover. Take a seat, order drinks, friendly waiter explains how it works. Basically, choose from a good selection of salads and hot sides, then the servers start visiting your table with one or two large skewers of a range of meats including, steak, Iberico pork, duck, chicken hearts, Kasseler, Surf and Turf (Wed & Thu special) - eat one tastier than the next.

The wraparound viewing terrace and the separate playground create a relaxed and casual atmosphere, especially for families. The special flair of the place, combined with the ample parking on the airport grounds, makes the visit uncomplicated and rounds off the positive overall experience. An unreserved recommendation for celebrations, family dinners, or simply a successful evening! We will definitely be back.

Meat is served directly at your seat, and everything we tried was delicious (sausage specialties, chicken in bacon, duck, smoked pork, rump of beef, boiled beef, chicken breast, and chicken hearts). Plus, there's the spectacular view. Here, you can watch pilots at work or on their hobby. Highly recommended!

The side dishes were more cafeteria-quality to me, and apart from the chicken, the meat wasn't particularly tasty. The restaurant is of a high standard, the food is excellent, and there's a huge selection. There's something for everyone. Basically, you pay a fixed amount and eat as much as you want. Drinks are charged extra. My only complaint is that you can feel the waiter breathing down your neck, which makes you feel like you're finishing your meal if you're not eating non-stop. A slightly longer break between servings would be nice. However, the style, presentation, and, of course, the taste are fantastic. The view of the airport and planes is a plus. The parking lot is large, so you'll have no problem parking your car. It's worth making a reservation on the weekend because the restaurant is quite busy, which is understandable. A very pleasant atmosphere, delicious food. The concept of a side dish buffet and freshly grilled meat specialties on skewers works surprisingly well! The skewers are carried from table to table, cut into pieces, and distributed on the plates. On our last visit, we tried five different meats/specialties.

First of all, I would like to point out that this review is for the Rodizio at the airport in Egelsbach and not in Frankfurt city center (I haven't been there yet). Super easy to get to from the A661. As you can imagine, there are plenty of parking spaces here, some of which are free. When you make a reservation, you'll receive an email with a wallet for your phone. Show it, and you're shown to your table. The restaurant and the decor are modern and comfortable. High ceilings and plenty of space, even with a play area for children. On the second floor, there's a gallery for "private parties" with a balcony and a view of the runway. The staff and service: Wow! Super friendly and everyone was attentive. We only needed a brief glance and someone was already at our table. The buffet was explained to us, and after ordering our drinks (a selection like in any decent restaurant), we were taken to the buffet. The buffet is set up like any other, with sauces, salads, starters, side dishes, and dessert. I can't judge whether everything was typically Brazilian, but there was plenty of everything. Did we like everything? No(?), but only because it wasn't necessarily to our taste. I think that's exactly what a buffet is for. Small portions to try and large ones for seconds. Everything was prepared as it probably should be. On the way to the table, the drinks arrived. And after the first bite of the crisp salad, the first of 10 skewers of grilled meat arrived. The meat selection was also a matter of taste. From chicken hearts to sirloin steak (poultry, pork, and beef – all of which were mentioned), everything was there. Everything was good quality and well prepared. To finish off, there was the obligatory grilled pineapple. We still went to the dessert buffet and treated ourselves to an espresso – which was also very good (we've often had bad experiences with watery and cold coffee). We paid by card and were greeted with a friendly smile… P.S. We also went to the restroom, and everything was super clean! The location was cool right at a small airport, very kid friendly with a little play corner and a wooden plane to climb on outside. On Sundays kids under 12 eat free. And the food esp. The meat was excellent. Service was super friendly.

This was our first time at the Rodizio in Egelsbach. When we entered, the restaurant was practically empty, and later only about half full - yet someone casually asked, "What, you don't have a reservation?" The service at the beginning was friendly and attentive. The buffet was good and tasty, but nothing really special. You'd expect that from any 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The ambiance suffers due to the enormous size of the Rodizio. You get the impression that this is primarily about mass production. The meat quality was okay, but nothing outstanding. You won't find any fillet or game (except duck breast); there are more affordable meats like sausages, chicken, chicken hearts, pork, rump, and boiled beef. Unfortunately, they didn't offer us the Iberico pork, which we saw at the next table at the end of our meal. The chorizo ​​sausages are unfortunately grilled almost black, so they pass as a charcoal substitute. Since they arrive at the beginning, you get a shock at first. Unfortunately, the meat skewers arrived in very quick succession. Our plates were still full when they placed the next batch of meat in front of us, which we then had to eat cold. The dessert of grilled pineapple was very tasty and a great change. Paying was chaotic. First, the system said "our table disappeared," so we had to manually add everything. Unfortunately, we were also overcharged twice for the house soda, totaling €10.80. It didn't make a good impression. Conclusion: It was a lovely evening with good food. A buffet for two people and one house soda each for €90 (including tip) is unfortunately very expensive. But sadly, it's common practice these days. All in all, the Rodizio Egelsbach won't remain a special memory for us.

From the online booking, to the reception, the escort to the table, the service, the food 😍🤩‼️, the service, the hygiene, and the side dishes were always freshly replenished! The meat was fabulous; so tender, perfect, and superbly seasoned! Not over-seasoned, but just right! The waiters gave it their ALL! I saw them running around trying to do their best as quickly as possible, but whenever you had a question, they were always there so attentive and patient. The buffet of appetizers, side dishes, and desserts mostly seemed like frozen goods or store-bought products (e.g., from Metro) and didn't impress us in terms of taste. The Rodizio Egelsbach is located directly at Frankfurt-Egelsbach Airport (EDFE) and offers interesting views of the airfield. The ambiance, while not culinary, is perfectly fine, with an old-school cafeteria feel. The grilled meats are brought to your table fresh from the grill, sliced/separated from the spit, by the so-called cortadores, round after round. You can enjoy them as often as you like. Depending on your taste, there are some good meats, well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The accompanying buffet offers a good selection of sauces and dips, as well as salads, antipasti, and other hot dishes. The hot dishes are fine. The dessert selection is good. The homemade lemonades are equally well-balanced.

Tip Top, very good quality. Good value for money compared to other restaurants. Buffet & all-you-can-eat meat and desserts. You'd better be a bit hungry, though 😀. We'll definitely be going back again. Writing more isn't helpful; it's pretty much all said and done. Tip: Just go and try it out. 😉

We were at the restaurant on a Sunday evening. We could choose whether we wanted to sit on the terrace if the weather was nice or inside. Drinks were served quickly. There's also a large selection of cocktails. The buffet has a selection of salads and antipasti. There are fries and nuggets for kids. We didn't think the buffet was particularly special. There weren't many Brazilian dishes. The first round of rodizio came very quickly. Unfortunately, most of the meat was very over-seasoned/salty, which made some of it inedible. The rump of beef was very good. The meat was generally well-cooked and always warm. Since we've eaten rodizio several times at various restaurants, we only asked for a few pieces each time, so we didn't have to overload our plates and eat them cold. While we were eating, we were wondering why the waiters were "ignoring" us with the skewers. When we reached our 10th skewer, we were told that this was the 10th and final skewer and that we would now move on to the pineapple... We personally found this a real shame. When we asked if we could have some more of meat type X, the waiter said we'd already had it all. Since the buffet wasn't particularly large and we didn't want to eat fries or a baguette, we cooked again at home after spending 37.90 per person... So here's my recommendation: it's better to have more meat cut off, as there probably won't be anything left in the end. The service was nice but seemed rather haphazard. A waitress came right after the first skewer and asked if we enjoyed the food and if she could clear it, as we were now moving on to dessert. Later on, she also wanted to clear the still-full side plates and drinks. Overall, the mood among the team on Sunday wasn't the best, as we heard repeated disagreements and arguments. This place is definitely a decent place to experience rodizio. However, there are much better places where the waiters serve not only meat skewers but also classic Brazilian side dishes. This was missing here. The desserts were good and delicious, and the small glasses seemed homemade.

Something different... it was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive.

12/10 simply superb! Absolutely beautiful location. The food was excellent. The buffet wasn't too extensive, nor too small. There was something for everyone, but it was mainly about the meat, and that was fantastic! It was our first time there and certainly won't be the last. It's something you can treat yourself to, and it's also good value for money. The service was also excellent. We'll be back!

Well I have to say the ambience is very nice the service was also very friendly and we asked if everything was okay. Unfortunately we didn't get all the types of meat as promised the meat was always bloody which not everyone likes and it wasn't seasoned properly either. The lead layers tasted good but very "focused on maximizing profit" (the ice cream was great) so all in all it's more show than substance for 45 € per person without drinks I don't think it's sooooo justified there would have been too little choice of side dishes. It was a nice experience with the planes but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There were three of us here on a Friday evening. The buffet was varied, some of it very tasty, like the tomato and mozzarella. On the other hand, the aioli and potatoes tasted more like store-bought. Some of the meat was very good, but some of it was just okay. The meat service was very nice and attentive. On the other hand, the rest of the service was anything but attentive and friendly, rather hectic. Someone spilled drinks on my bag, but there was no apology or anything like that. Furthermore, the drink prices are, in my opinion, very high, which shouldn't be the case given the high price of the food itself.

Great location & even better food

Food was delicious, service was okay, sometimes something was forgotten or not listened properly, it used to be better, atmosphere is always bad with the Flingern right outside the door.

The Rodizio in Egelsbach left me with mixed feelings. The location and the staff are absolutely top-notch! Everyone was super friendly and attentive. However, there could be some improvement, especially in the buffet area. Some of the salads are dressed very blandly and seem shrunken/not fresh, which I would partly attribute to the high temperatures. But I missed that certain something at the buffet; much of it is prepared to please the general public, which lacks a bit of refinement. The meat, however, was consistently of good quality and grilled to perfection. There were the usual meat variations (Tafelspitz or picanha, cuts of beef, Iberico pork, lamb, chicken, chicken hearts, turkey fillet wrapped in bacon, chorizo, and grilled pineapple).
