Go around the corner, don't waste your time or money!

In a group, three people each ordered a bruschetta “Pulicinella”, according to the menu with, among other things, toasted bread, olive oil and garlic 🤷, none! The service didn't respond to our complaint at all. So people, just walk a few meters further and simply ignore the first pizzeria on the stairs to the bank, there are no regulars here, they only live from walk-in customers!!!

Very good and tasty Neapolitan pizza. We were very satisfied.

It's good to stop and have something to eat, the terrace is pleasant (except for the people around who were shouting like crazy and the traveling musician). Good pizzas and fast service. The salad was abundant (the one with chicken, the chicken was super dry). The picturesque place and the correct and efficient staff.

Unfortunately bad service. We wanted dessert, but after having to wait 15 minutes for one to come, we just paid. Food also came differently. Had to wait a long time for the food and it wasn't served to two people at the same time. Pizza Scampi for €15.90 disappointing, at most a pimped Margherita with a few small scampis and 1 shrimp with peel? Daily dish: pasta with scampi, green asparagus and cherry tomatoes sprinkled with chilli seeds. Extremely hot, otherwise not seasoned with anything, tasted like a cast iron pan...couldn't finish eating because of fire breathing. There was a €10 discount for this.

Never again. Very unfriendly, bruscetta bread burnt, the edge of the pizza black, Sprite not carbonated. When we asked, we only received unfriendly answers and we were the only ones complaining. The concept of this store is to funnel as many people through as possible and not provide any service. The employees look scared and don't smile. The beers that came to us were never full and literally every pizza has a burnt crust. You can also see it in the pictures here in the reviews.

The cake was anything but fresh, the coffee was good. Given that view, it would have been an acceptable afternoon there. But then the waitress came, who unfortunately spoiled the experience. She stands on the terrace right next to the guests and starts scrolling Tiktok at full volume as if she were the only person there. Atmosphere and hospitality nil. She was fairly nice when she took the order, but from then on she felt like she was just an annoying table occupier who was spoken to as briefly as possible. The beautiful location doesn't help either - you really don't feel comfortable as a guest!

Very nice pizzeria on the Rhine. Unfortunately, I have rarely eaten so badly. In my opinion, canned peas have no place in spaghetti Bolognese.

Unfortunately I have to say, the worst carbonara I've ever had. (See image) The egg was set and diced ham was used! Bonus point was the seafood pizza that my outfit had. Maybe I just made the wrong food choice!

Truffle ravioli were delicious, but service was unfortunately subpar. Not particularly friendly, we waited forever for the bill and no one had asked us for a drink beforehand. The location is very cool inside, but I wouldn't tend to go there again.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara. What I got had nothing to do with a delicious carbonara. It was spaghetti tossed in onions and bacon with parsley on top. Not bad but far from a carbonara. The Parmesan cheese served with it was from the bag. The ambience outside was nice except for the intrusive accordion player.

The food here is wonderful! The service is sometimes a bit planned but always friendly and helpful. We like to come back again and again and have been there again and again for the last 2 years. The pizza is something special, no one will leave the edge behind! So far we haven't had anything we didn't like. It's especially beautiful here in the evening when everything is lit up. There were almost too many decorations for us at Christmas, you have to like that.

An older man stands in front of the pizzeria to lure guests in... embarrassing. Pizza Spinaci was dry, non-alcoholic drinks were overpriced (0.2 l all for €3.90). If the restaurant wasn't located directly on the Rhine promenade, they would probably have to worry about their existence.

I was there with my husband the day before yesterday, on our wedding anniversary. I was really looking forward to a really tasty pizza. (We were there with the Koblenz voucher app. We pointed this out right at the beginning when ordering. At the end, no €10 was deducted from the bill, we had to point it out again.) When the pizza was brought to us we didn't have any cutlery for a few minutes. Had to point it out to service... but for God's sake... it was busy, it can happen. Then I wanted to drink a red wine with the pizza. At first it was forgotten, the pizza was almost empty when it was brought and then when the red wine was brought it was very warm. I'm not usually very sensitive to red wine, but I couldn't drink this one with the heat. I asked the lady at the service about it and she looked to see if there was a slightly colder wine, but unfortunately not. Then I canceled the wine because I couldn't enjoy it as described and my pizza was almost empty anyway. Then the lady from the service said... the wine was "supposedly" too warm. In hindsight, I would have loved to let them try it. I find this "supposedly: really cheeky." My husband had also tried this wine and said that it doesn't work at all and to react like that when we complain about it is outrageous. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. It's a shame because the menu is very interesting and has great special creations.

Auf der Suche nach einer Pizzeria landetet ich zufällig in diesem Restaurant. Was soll ich sagen, ein echter Reinfall im Herzen der Tourimeile direkt am Rhein. Die Pizza war am Rand schwarz verbrannt jedoch der Teig in der Mitte des Randes und der Boden noch matschig. Der Belag bestand in Tomatensoße, gummiartiger Käse und gekochtem Schinken. Das Ganze war relativ geschmacklos, also kein Oregano oder sonstige Zutanten, die etwas für den Geschmack leisten. Vermutlich läuft der Laden trotzdem, weil er direkt am Rhein liegt....also da war das Geld zu schade, das nächste Mal gehe ich dann lieber in einen Pizza Imbiss und ich muss mich nicht ärgern....oder Currywurst im Biergarten um die Ecke!

We once ordered the Tris di Sesce and Cannelloni. The calleloni was good and hot but the fish was cold and I let it go back. The second portion was warm but the prawns were of poor quality. The side salad consisted of two halved tomatoes and a lettuce leaf. To top off the day, we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 cappuccinos, which finally came after we asked to pay. We've eaten better here.

I visited this Italian restaurant, located on the banks of the river in a tourist area. The location is nice but nothing special. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. However, the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. The pizza was just acceptable, while the arancini was a real disappointment: basmati rice instead of the classic rice, raw peas and a bland tomato sauce. The clean sanitary facilities are a plus. Overall, an experience that I cannot recommend.

Very intrusive service. You walk along the promenade and when you pass the restaurant the waitress asks you if you want to eat there. Not the worst at first, you have to see where you stay. I then ate there with my family. They ordered pizza and I ordered a seafood plate. According to my companion, the pizza was good, but my plate was hell. Everything was unseasoned and almost cold, as if the animal had been thrown from the sea directly onto my plate. We let it go back. A short time later the waitress came back and brought me my food back. The cook apparently only threw the dish I had started into the pan briefly because it was only lukewarm. I didn't eat any more of the food. I have never eaten something so bad, unloving and inedible in a restaurant. They can be lucky that their restaurant is on the Rhine, otherwise the ambience would have been one star. In addition, despite everything, I still had to pay the full price for my dish. We had reserved a table for 6 p.m. Although we were in the restaurant shortly before the reserved time, there was no table available. After almost 20 minutes we were then seated in an empty room that was obviously used for more of an original purpose. After another 15-20 minutes the order was taken. Around 1900 one of us got his pizza. The rest had ordered pasta. At 7:05 p.m. we were informed that our pasta had been mistakenly brought to the next table and that we had eaten there, even though they had ordered pizza. We finally got our pasta at 7:30 p.m. The balls were accompanied by flabby baguette bread and pizza rolls. These tasted OK, but not so good that it was worth the hassle. One of us had ordered another drink that never arrived at the table. Conclusion: poor service, a non-functioning reservation system and average quality of food.

Disgusting! I have rarely eaten so badly. The dishes all start at €15, but the finishes and quality were not justified: carbonara was floating in some cheap oil, the egg was set and the ham was rancid, the order was carried out incorrectly and was still added to the bill even though it was politely requested to remove. Risotto and ravioli were soggy and also rancid. Clean glasses were delivered on a dirty tray (herpes greetings) and the unopened water bottle was simply slammed onto the table. Service was really just so-so, nothing was done about the incorrect bill or an apology was given.

Ansprechendes Ambiente, Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf den Rhein. Das Essen war leider eher schlecht. Meine Carbonara schwamm in Öl und das Ei war geronnen. Alle 4 Essen insgesamt ohne Geschmack und lauwarm. Der Beilagen Salat wurde nicht zurückgenommen obwohl er mit dem falschen Dressing an den Tisch kam. Personal mäßig freundlich.

Very bad service. We waited over an hour for some pizzas and they never came. We had to go without eating and still pay too much money for drinks and an appetizer. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Rhein. Aber alles andere ist ungenügend und das Geld nicht wert. Personal unhöflich, desinteressiert. Wir warteten 15 Minuten, bis sich überhaupt jemand vm Personal dafür interessierte, dass wir da waren und was wir trinken wollten. Das Essen (Pizza) schmeckte mittelmäßig, wobei es keine normale Pizza Salami, Schinken, etc. gibt. Salat mit Hähnchen war unter aller Würde, Hähnchen bestand aus Frikaseefleisch und nicht aus gebratenem Hähnchenfleisch, der Salat war lieblos serviert. Kein „Guten Appetit“, kein „Bitte“ oder „Danke“. Das liegt sicher daran, dass aufgrund der vielen Gäste, die Koblenz besuchen, immer wieder welche in dieses Restaurant gehen und der Betreiber nur die Kohle im Blick hat. Und nicht die Göste, die gerne wiederkommen. Einmal - nie wieder.

The pizza tastes super delicious. The dough was thin and crispy, the toppings were good and the mozerella on the pizza was very tasty. The service was very nice and attentive. You were greeted and said goodbye in a friendly manner. An opponent created a nice atmosphere. It was just pretty warm inside.

Today we went there for pizza. The service was subpar. Two of us got the bad table in the middle of the passage. Other couples of two could sit at tables of four. Drinks and food were taken but we had to wait a long time because a table of 15 was brought forward that was there later than us. As soon as I remembered, the drinks arrived. The pizza was good. To top it all off, the cellar came to our table and said they wanted to pay, which of course we didn't want to pay yet. I have never felt so unwelcome as I did here.

Suppose you fancy a nice Italian, then stay far away from here. With difficulty we were given a place on the terrace by the completely unfriendly waitress. Service was fast, but very pushy and unfriendly, it seemed like they wanted us out quickly. Pizza was unbearable, little taste, lots of fat and oil and a whole vegetable garden of arugula. Everything is better than this shop, so don't come here.

What a rotten place. No one nice, no one smiling. I'll never come back here, I'd go to the tent next door, I've never been there. But that must be tastier because the pizzas are unbearable. What at first glance seemed like a great place to eat quickly turned into a fiasco. First of all, it was difficult to get a table outside, after which there was a rush to choose food and drinks. After less than 5 minutes I got a pizza. It was even wetter than the adjacent river Rhine. The crusts were thicker than the surface topping of the pizza and the pizza was topped with a triple bed of arugula. All in all we had a bad meal and were rushed off the terrace after being pushed by staff. Not recommended!

The outdoor area is quite nice, especially when the weather is good. However, it is actually particularly beautifully and lovingly furnished indoors. I only discovered this when I went to the toilet. I had a Buffalina pizza. This is definitely recommended for pizza lovers. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

It's my wife's birthday on June 13, 2024! I reserved a table for 4 people for 6:00 p.m. Our two children, daughter, 23 years old, son, 21 years old! My daughter and wife ordered bruschetta as an appetizer. The white bread was cold but had several black streaks and was soggy in the middle! You'd think it was left over from lunch and had to go! Of the 4 main courses, 3 were almost completely returned! My wife had some pasta with salmon. Tasted like a ready meal from the freezer! My daughter had penne with chicken and various vegetables (peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.). All of the vegetables were cut into tiny pieces according to the standards, as if they had been industrially produced! The cream sauce also tasted like a ready meal! I had gratinated schnitzel with spaghetti! Terribly salty!!! Only my son's salami pizza was completely eaten! With drinks I paid over €92!!! All in all, a shame for my wife's birthday!

Avoid cold food. Starter came back twice, some of it still frozen. Very little apology. Waited 1 hr 20 before called it a day. Very disappointing as looked very good but obviously looks can be deceiving.

I discovered this restaurant by chance today (April 16, 2024) while visiting the city of Koblenz and the sign, which refers to a real “Napoli feeling”, enticed me to take a seat outside. It was just great. Service, short waiting time even though there were a lot of guests and really tasty at the end. Dessert was bomb too. Prices are a tiny bit too expensive and yet somewhat justified for what you get. The only drawback, and I mention it deliberately now, is the German table knife with which you cut yourself stupidly and stupidly. This is also the reason and I emphasize the only reason why I am deducting a star. It may be unfair, but it just didn't fit the picture of what I was able to experience in the end. Namely the inside of the restaurant. As always, I wanted to wash my hands at the end and came clean. The real Napoli flair I was able to experience resembled a museum. Just a dream. As perfect and beautiful as rarely experienced in Naples. I, who come from Naples, was totally thrilled and in the end it is more than fair to deduct the star when all this perfection is destroyed by an absolutely senseless knife that has no business being there. I'll be back and I'll be happy to do so and I'd recommend it to everyone, but the next pizza I'll order sliced ​​alone just so I don't have to see the knife. That has to go out there.

View and service top. So much in advance. Shocked at pizza 🍕 Prices up to over €22!! No, nothing truffles. Even normal pizzas over €15 were just too much for me. Then there is no explosion in the taste in the mouth. Beer also costs over €5. That might be ok for tourists, but not for me as a permanent guest.

Went there to eat pizza. Place had been recommended. We ate one Pizza Bruschetta and one Pizza Salcicci. Dough was not cooked. Pizzas were lacking the described ingredients. Mine was supposed to have capers. We found 3 in total. The other Pizza was supposed to have basil leaves. We found 5 half leaves (slightly wilted). Pizza was also drowned in Mozzarella. Upon letting the staff know we first were ignored and the lady in charge came over. She stuck her finger in my pizza to show me that it did have 3 capers. Very unfriendly. After some further discussion we ended up not having to pay for the pizzas. We did pay for our drinks which were luke warm and just some tap water with some syrup (maybe?). We will never eat there again.

Chance find. We actually just wanted to have a quick coffee, but the pizzas at the next table looked very tasty and smelled accordingly. They were extremely tasty. Then waffles for dessert. Already eaten there several times or took it out of the house. All dishes (whether meat, fish, antipasti, pizza, dolci...) are of top quality and very tasty! There is waaaay more choice here than other Italian restaurants in the region. A real Italian ristorante with authentic Neapolitan cuisine and an asset to Koblenz and the surrounding area! Highly Recommended!

The food was very good. The atmosphere is also very nice - you can also sit comfortably outside. The problem was the service - unfriendly, stupid (very long waiting time - after about 25 minutes the drinks came, it was overcharged when we ordered, dirty plates for starters (!!!) and the toilet - just a mess ). Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pizzeria. Even though we are from Koblenz we wanted to give a tourist shop a chance. Visually it looks good but unfortunately that's it.

I don't normally write reviews but the poor service and poor food left me no other choice. The employee with the Maradona shirt and sunglasses who greeted the guests outside was totally rude and you could tell from the look on her face that she had absolutely no desire to work. When I finally asked her about the bill, she replied: “Immediately” and then stood at the entrance like a decoration without helping her colleagues who definitely needed help - and our bill didn't come either we waited 20 minutes. The pizza came 7-8 minutes before my penne, which with two dishes shouldn't be difficult to time properly in the kitchen. The Frutti di Mare pizza was a complete disaster - there was a puddle in the middle and it tasted like nothing. The Penne Salmone was prepared in a similarly lackluster manner. My niece had cooked better food - no salt and no spices - absolutely dry. In addition, you are served by 3 different waiters - I don't understand why you don't give this task to one waiter. But good. The only thing that could save the whole thing was the good view that the store offers. No recommendation.

Man sollte wissen, dass das Restaurant in aller erster "Touri"-Reihe ist, wo quasi die Touristen von Ihren Schiffen runter kommen und direkt in die Pizzaria rein fallen. Es geht also zu wie im Taubenschlag und alles andere als "candle light dinner geeignet". Das Lokal ist mit vielen italienischen Utensilien geschmückt. (ital. Fußballtrikots, Bilder von Fußballern ....) Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Essen (wir hatten alle unterschiedliche Pizzas) ist durchaus OK und mit gutem Boden. (wobei meine Pizza grenzwertig angebrannt war). Super ist, dass es keine typische Pizza (Margherita, Salami, Funghi ....) von der Stange gibt, sondern besser und anders bzw. origineller bestückt. Uns hat es geschmeckt

Likewise the prawns from another main course. The ice cream for dessert also tasted good from a large container at a cheap discount store. The service either didn't understand properly or was overwhelmed with every single order from our table. However, if you want to drink a delicious Aperol Spriz, you're covered!

A good excursion restaurant directly on the Rhine. I had an appetizer there and ordered two pizzas to take away. The service was very friendly and organized everything without any problems. The starter was delicious and straight to the point! My special praise goes to the pizza, I can only recommend anyone who likes eating pizza to do so here. Our visit to Pulcinella was a real delight! It was recommended to us by friends. The open kitchen allowed us to watch our pizza being freshly prepared, a real highlight for any pizza lover. Not only that, but the food was served incredibly quickly, whetting our appetites even more. The edge of the pizza was neither too dry nor too crispy, but just right, a real treat for the taste buds. The freshly prepared tomato sauce gave the pizza an incomparable freshness and depth of flavor that you could taste straight away. The atmosphere of the restaurant transported us straight to Italy, a real treat for all the senses. The dessert ice cream was also prepared with a lot of love and was a perfect end to our culinary experience Overall, our experience here was absolutely world class and we can't wait to come back!

Nicely located on the Rhine and nice atmosphere, but the fountain is a bit annoying. Unfortunately, we were seated right next to a larger group, even though there were only two of us and there were many other tables available. The pizza was very poorly topped and I couldn't taste any spices, and the base was a mess. My companion had simply asked for more vegetables instead of fries, but instead received no side dish. Wouldn't go again.

Das Schnitzel mit Championgsosse hat wie gepresstes Formfleisch geschmeckt. Die Portion Teigrollen mit Lachs und Spinat war für den Preis zu klein und von dem Lachs war definitiv zu wenig in den Rollen.

Service and penne from Pollo were good. But RISOTTO AI FUNGHI PORCINI was very bad. I couldn't eat it. Please do not order risotto here!

Terrible service. Zero quality in the food. The poorest Italian food in Koblenz. I do not recommend it.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't very good here. The prices are high, the portions are small. It was loud and unfortunately the staff couldn't be understood well and didn't seem to make any particular effort to speak more clearly after repeated requests. As if that wasn't enough: No, unfortunately the food wasn't tasty at all. The vegetarian canneloni were not served at the same time as my companion's dish. And they didn't taste good at all. I really enjoyed the frozen version from Rewe more. As if that wasn't enough, my companion's mussels were quite sandy and didn't smell fresh. Many mussels didn't open at all, which is also an indicator that they couldn't have been particularly fresh. The menu card is full of errors and the prices there are not calculated correctly. I was asked about two euros too much, so I paid a whopping €28.70 for a mediocre salad, the really bad cannelloni and a glass of beer, instead of "only" €26.70 as stated in the menu, which is okay would have been expensive enough. Overall, we found the service to be unreasonable. In the end, we were asked three times by three different employees whether we would pay separately or together until we were paid the same amount. I have rarely had such a bad meal as in this restaurant. Next time we'd rather go to the rancid pizzeria we trust or to the frozen food department at Rewe, because here we not only have cheaper food, but also better food.

A delightful Italian restaurant by the river, offering a variety of tasty dishes. Comparable to other Italian places in terms of quality and price. A good choice for riverside dining. We got an Easter choco egg!!!

We sat on the terrace (summer) with a view inside and outside. The tables were a little closer, but that's the same in Italy, so I don't have a complaint. Our order was fresh and hot, the drinks cool. The staff was friendly, even though it was already full at lunchtime. We got a table outside which was quickly put together with another table for us (four people).

When we visited with 3 generations, 4 adults and 2 children in December, it was constantly drafty because the front door was often unlocked, even though there was an employee in front of it. The different pastas I ordered were subpar, but the pasta carbonara, disgusting and not just for me, my granddaughter's pizza was very tasty. The prices for the service are too high and not justified. The atmosphere is nice, a small fish pond with a bridge, a bit too much for the children for me

Gostámos de comer neste restaurante na marginal do rio Reno perto da confluência com o rio Mossel. A vista para o rio é interessante. O ambiente era muito acolhedor e confortável. A comida era saborosa. Comemos espargute à bolonhesa e lasanha. O pessoal era simpático. Tem uma boa relação qualidade preço. Não esperámos muito tempo. Recomendo.

Nice place, pizza is delicious, pasta is nothing at all. We ate and went outside, it started to rain and we came back. But they didn't let us in anymore because we only ordered drinks. The waitress remembered us, but refused to meet us. Even despite three small children and empty tables in the restaurant.

Delicious food and always friendly staff. I can only recommend.

Die Pizza, die Meeresfrüchte und die Lasagne sind gut. Das Tiramisu geht gar nicht - ganz schlecht Bedienung teilweise etwas unfreundlich

Benvenuto a Napoli! Das Restaurant liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Seilbahn und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Festung Ehrenbreitstein. Das Restaurant ist typisch italienisch (Neapel) eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und schnell. Unsere ausgewählten Speisen waren alle sehr lecker (Tagliatelle Pesto - leicht scharf), Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi, Delizia am Salmone und Spaghetti aglio e olio. Das Dessert war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Tiramisu ist empfehlenswert! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Echte napolitanische Pizza Margherita. Ein Traum geschmacklich wie auch optisch. Beste Zutaten, guter Service und ein kleines Präsent gabs obendrauf. Gerne wieder!
