Very tasty pizza and very friendly staff

We just wanted to eat a delicious pizza for dinner. We had been there about a year ago and had a delicious pizza that time. Unfortunately, not this time. I had a salsiccia pizza. It tasted completely bland; the salsiccia had no fennel, and the pizza dough was barely salted. The cheapest blackened olives on the pizza. We then asked for chili oil to give it at least a little flavor. My husband had the pizza with eggplant (Siciliana), which was thrown onto the pizza without any love. I had read the introductory words on the menu beforehand, saying that they wanted to create a feeling of Italy with the best ingredients from Italy. We are Italian ourselves, and we have never had a pizza like that in Italy. Unfortunately, everything gave a very unloving impression. It has absolutely nothing to do with real Italian food. The decor inside was completely overloaded with plastic arrangements in every available corner. The absolute worst thing happened when a guitar player with a jukebox attached made his rounds through the restaurant, playing English music. When he was finished, he asked each table if they could pay for the music. If they didn't have change, he also had PayPal. Sorry, I found that extremely inappropriate and very unsuitable. All in all, we probably won't eat there again.

The highlight is the ambience. But you can still eat quite well here. But I wouldn't come here just for the pizza.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The potatoes weren't fully cooked - an absolute no-go, especially for a simple dish. As if that wasn't enough, another incident caused people to shake their heads: one of the waiters played the violin in the middle of the dining room and then actively asked for a tip. Instead of a relaxed visit to a restaurant, we felt more like we were at an improvised street performance. For the prices we would have expected significantly better quality and more professional service. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant.

We ordered pork schnitzel. Both not fully fried. We let go back. The second time it didn't work either. Not seasoned at all, everything was very bland. And then for €17.50 Absolutely not recommended

We came across the restaurant through a block of vouchers and were very happy with everything. The food was very tasty and the service was pleasantly friendly and accommodating. And the atmosphere was something completely different. We found it absolutely fitting for a Neapolitan pizzeria.

Een uitstekend restaurant gelegen aan de rheinpromenade. Zeer druk maar er werd plaatsgemaakt voor ons de pizza 's waren groot en heerlijk. Wij zaten op het terras maar binnen was het ook erg gezellig ingericht. Zie de bijgaande foto.

There were 6 of us this evening and very nice people served us. You can tell that the food is original Italian dishes. Starter platter tastes very good and beautifully presented, fish platter is my favorite 😉 pasta dishes are also top. We would be happy to come back. Keep it up 👍👌

A truly classic Neapolitan restaurant. There is a large selection here, especially for those who like Italian and fish! Only the parking situation is difficult 🙈

Been there twice so far. I personally think the food is very good. Pizza 😋👌 and these fried balls with seaweed, really delicious. On the first visit the service was 👍 on the second visit it seemed slightly irritated. May have been due to the very full restaurant. But well, we'll definitely come back. Price - performance fits.

The unfriendly service was outweighed by a lousy meal. The worst pizza I've ever had and a wine spritzer with 98% water & 2% wine. Please do not enter!

We had reserved for 6 people, which was very unnecessary as no one at the door was interested. The very stressed man just asked how many people there was, walked away and left us waiting for 15 minutes. The order was taken very quickly and the food also came quickly. Unfortunately the quality wasn't good. There was a lack of salt everywhere. Both on the pasta and on the fries. The truffle ravioli consisted of 4 ravioli - which was clearly overpriced for the price. The seafood plate at almost €30 was also more than overpriced for the selection and quality. Overcooked products, tough and unseasoned. The Cabonara was served carelessly without cheese. When we expressed our frustration to the condition, we received a disinterested “okay.” Generally the service was poor. We were not offered any further drinks - despite empty glasses. There was also hardly a waiter to be seen. We had to look for a condition for the bill because it still hadn't arrived after waiting 30 minutes. We paid the bill in full. Which surprised the waitress since we had complained as described above. I think good service requires accommodating the guest at this moment or taking the guest's criticism seriously.

Der zweite Besuch war leider etwas ernüchternd. Das hier eher die Masse abgefüttert wird wussten wir ja, aber schon am Empfang wurden wir von einem älteren "Türsteher" in italienischer Sprache etwas unherzlich begrüsst. Weder er noch wir wussten was der andere überhaupt voneinander will. Wir haben ihn stehen lassen und er hat sich den italienisch sprechenden Gästen zugewand. Im Lokal selber herrschte eine Lautstärke wie bei einem Kindergeburtstag mit 100 Kindern, die bei MCD feiern und die vielen Lichter und Deko bildeten eine vollkommene Reizüberflutung.(man muss es mögen) Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Pizza ist wie bei unserem letzten Besuch sehr gut. Die Lasagne ist OK, aber winzig klein und ähnelt eher einem Biena Maya Teller. Der Salat ist ebenfalls OK, was auch auf die Preise zutrifft

We had made a reservation for Sunday evening, which turned out to not be absolutely necessary given the lack of crowds. The staff friendly accompanied us to our table and quickly handed out the menus. Unfortunately, there were language barriers when ordering, as the waitress, dressed in sweatpants, only spoke limited German. What should be highlighted positively, however, is that all requests for changes to the food were implemented without any problems. The atmosphere was unconventional and offered an interesting change - an experience that you don't need every day, but that can be found exciting. The food was solid: the salad was good, but the pizza could have been in the oven a little longer. When paying, it was noticeable that no further requests were asked and no thanks were given. Overall an average experience with potential for improvement.

A family business run with a lot of heart ♥️ the pizza is a real treat. The rest of the dishes will take you right through Italian cuisine and I can only say it will blow your mind. Our family celebrations take place here every year. Surprises such as a dessert plate are a given here and naturally enhance the entire atmosphere of the celebration. The table decorations, of course included, are a real joy! We would like to say thank you very much for the wonderful years with you and look forward to every further visit with you. Excellent Neapolitan style pizza, I had a pizza with salciccia e friarielli, my wife di pizza siciliana with eggplant, both very tasty, baba and sfogliatella for dessert. Absolutely recommended locally

The ambience is perhaps a bit too much decoration but still cozy. The service was friendly to a little boring. The pizza is well topped and has a delicious dough that is sometimes baked a bit too much. Unfortunately, the artichokes still had many firm, inedible leaves. The starters were very good!

The restaurant is very nice, but the food is disappointing. Arancini were tiny, there was hardly any filling and the breading was too thick and too hard. The ravioli with gorgonzola was almost tasteless. The carbonara was prepared incorrectly (egg beaten, hardly any pepper, ham instead of guanciale), the only plus point: no cream. Pizza Napoli was ok. Salad too. Dessert a disaster. Sorbet from the supermarket. Dry chocolate cakes. The cannolo was soft instead of crispy. All in all. Better look for something else. It's quite telling when you have to chat the customers up in front of the restaurant. Too bad.

There were 4 of us here. Had reservations, which makes sense. The ambience is something different, I really liked it. Some of the service staff are probably new and inexperienced, but that's not a bad thing. Starter bruschetta was really good. Based on the many reviews, we decided against pasta and pizza. The dough/edge tasted good, but towards the middle it became really thin, was soggy and there was practically nothing left of the bottom of the pizza. The tomato sauce was far too runny and tasteless. I had pizza scampi. There were 5 shrimps on it. Barely tasted garlic. The 4 of us didn't like the taste of the pizza because there was hardly any flavor. Tiramisu for dessert... Unfortunately it wasn't tasty. It was more of a pudding mixture than the familiar mascarpone. ... ...I should also mention the slightly larger beetle that kept running across our table...

Ci siamo trovato benissimo! Staff evcezionale posto accogliente e loro sono super disponibili! Il cibo era ottimo.. dopo 5 giorni in germania abbiamo riscoperto i sapori italiani! STRACONSIGLIATO!!!

Ich gebe ja selten weniger als vier Punkte. Wir wollten nach unserer Tour mit der Seilbahn zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein ein leckeres Eis essen. Und beim Italiener dachten wir, ist es besser, als abgepacktes Eis an der Imbissbude. Die Eiskarte ist aber der Standard wie überall und über die Qualität möchte ich jetzt nicht urteilen. Auf den Fotos der Speisekarte war die Waffe mit Eis und ganzen Nüssen abgebildet. Serviert wurden dann zwei Nüsse auf der Spitze der Sahne und des Eises ansonsten ein paar Nusssplitter. Aber bei echtem napolitanischen Personal traut man sich nicht zu mokieren. Ich musste an den Film "Falling down" mit Michael Douglas denken. Der Teller hat auch seine Zeit erlebt und hatte mindestens zwei abgeplatzte Stellen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr verspielt, vielleicht ist das original italienisch. Dem Kind hat es gefallen. Die Zutaten vom Pizzaiolo sehen alle Original italienisch aus, aber das werden wir nun nicht mehr testen.

As always you were fantastic in everything. I celebrated many different occasions but for my son's 18th birthday you left me speechless! Attention to the smallest details, helpful and present staff... with the atmosphere and the food it felt like being at home!! The pizza and fried starters are great, pasta is a bit poor.

The pizza and ravioli tasted good and were prepared in a reasonable time. The atmosphere is also very inviting. Unfortunately the service was poor and disrespectful. After our food was served, no service staff came to our table for a long period of time (at least 15 minutes), even though the restaurant was not very full. For example, three waitresses chatted for a long time in the entrance area. Unfortunately, my friend's Aperol had an unusual aftertaste. I was able to confirm this after trying twice. When a waitress came to the table later, I kindly pointed this out to her. The only answer I received was why I only noticed this after “half” a glass. The glass was neither half empty nor did I ask for a new drink or a cancellation. The whole procedure was repeated with two more service staff that I hadn't asked for. I don't know whether this was due to the language barrier or other reasons. I was also irritated that a waitress was wearing pink sweatpants. Unfortunately, visiting the restaurant isn't any fun, even though the food was very tasty.

Ordered food and drinks, got the wrong drink, overlooked it, mistakes happen. Food came, but only for part of the table. Service was present several times to see that half of the table had nothing. It then stood out when it was pointed out. Instead of an apology, only the bill came and you were quickly asked out.

The salad was prepared with an intensely tasting ready-made dressing. Pizza was a bit bland and the seasoning was missing. But the dough was quite good. Bruschetta with tasteless tomatoes. It's nice to sit on the Rhine. Colorfully decorated inside. Service was friendly and quick.

What a disaster, inattentive staff, and u cooked pasta!?!?! An Italian restaurant and you can't even get it to Al Dente? Don't waste your time or money there are literally a dozen places in am around here.

In a group, three people each ordered a bruschetta “Pulicinella”, according to the menu with, among other things, toasted bread, olive oil and garlic 🤷, none! The service didn't respond to our complaint at all. So people, just walk a few meters further and simply ignore the first pizzeria on the stairs to the bank, there are no regulars here, they only live from walk-in customers!!!

It's good to stop and have something to eat, the terrace is pleasant (except for the people around who were shouting like crazy and the traveling musician). Good pizzas and fast service. The salad was abundant (the one with chicken, the chicken was super dry). The picturesque place and the correct and efficient staff.

The service was horrible. Our waiter barely spoke German and no English. We waited 10 minutes to get our wine which was ridiculously warm. Asked for another wine and they were pissy about it. Food was okay but took 30 minutes. Waiting another 30 minutes for cappuccino. Then they charged us for someone else’s drinks. Just go next door.

Unfortunately bad service. We wanted dessert, but after having to wait 15 minutes for one to come, we just paid. Food also came differently. Had to wait a long time for the food and it wasn't served to two people at the same time. Pizza Scampi for €15.90 disappointing, at most a pimped Margherita with a few small scampis and 1 shrimp with peel? Daily dish: pasta with scampi, green asparagus and cherry tomatoes sprinkled with chilli seeds. Extremely hot, otherwise not seasoned with anything, tasted like a cast iron pan...couldn't finish eating because of fire breathing. There was a €10 discount for this.

Never again. Very unfriendly, bruscetta bread burnt, the edge of the pizza black, Sprite not carbonated. When we asked, we only received unfriendly answers and we were the only ones complaining. The concept of this store is to funnel as many people through as possible and not provide any service. The employees look scared and don't smile. The beers that came to us were never full and literally every pizza has a burnt crust. You can also see it in the pictures here in the reviews.

The cake was anything but fresh, the coffee was good. Given that view, it would have been an acceptable afternoon there. But then the waitress came, who unfortunately spoiled the experience. She stands on the terrace right next to the guests and starts scrolling Tiktok at full volume as if she were the only person there. Atmosphere and hospitality nil. She was fairly nice when she took the order, but from then on she felt like she was just an annoying table occupier who was spoken to as briefly as possible. The beautiful location doesn't help either - you really don't feel comfortable as a guest!

Very nice pizzeria on the Rhine. Unfortunately, I have rarely eaten so badly. In my opinion, canned peas have no place in spaghetti Bolognese.

Unfortunately I have to say, the worst carbonara I've ever had. (See image) The egg was set and diced ham was used! Bonus point was the seafood pizza that my outfit had. Maybe I just made the wrong food choice!

Truffle ravioli were delicious, but service was unfortunately subpar. Not particularly friendly, we waited forever for the bill and no one had asked us for a drink beforehand. The location is very cool inside, but I wouldn't tend to go there again.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara. What I got had nothing to do with a delicious carbonara. It was spaghetti tossed in onions and bacon with parsley on top. Not bad but far from a carbonara. The Parmesan cheese served with it was from the bag. The ambience outside was nice except for the intrusive accordion player.

An older man stands in front of the pizzeria to lure guests in... embarrassing. Pizza Spinaci was dry, non-alcoholic drinks were overpriced (0.2 l all for €3.90). If the restaurant wasn't located directly on the Rhine promenade, they would probably have to worry about their existence.

The food here is wonderful! The service is sometimes a bit planned but always friendly and helpful. We like to come back again and again and have been there again and again for the last 2 years. The pizza is something special, no one will leave the edge behind! So far we haven't had anything we didn't like. It's especially beautiful here in the evening when everything is lit up. There were almost too many decorations for us at Christmas, you have to like that.

I was there with my husband the day before yesterday, on our wedding anniversary. I was really looking forward to a really tasty pizza. (We were there with the Koblenz voucher app. We pointed this out right at the beginning when ordering. At the end, no €10 was deducted from the bill, we had to point it out again.) When the pizza was brought to us we didn't have any cutlery for a few minutes. Had to point it out to service... but for God's sake... it was busy, it can happen. Then I wanted to drink a red wine with the pizza. At first it was forgotten, the pizza was almost empty when it was brought and then when the red wine was brought it was very warm. I'm not usually very sensitive to red wine, but I couldn't drink this one with the heat. I asked the lady at the service about it and she looked to see if there was a slightly colder wine, but unfortunately not. Then I canceled the wine because I couldn't enjoy it as described and my pizza was almost empty anyway. Then the lady from the service said... the wine was "supposedly" too warm. In hindsight, I would have loved to let them try it. I find this "supposedly: really cheeky." My husband had also tried this wine and said that it doesn't work at all and to react like that when we complain about it is outrageous. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. It's a shame because the menu is very interesting and has great special creations.

Auf der Suche nach einer Pizzeria landetet ich zufällig in diesem Restaurant. Was soll ich sagen, ein echter Reinfall im Herzen der Tourimeile direkt am Rhein. Die Pizza war am Rand schwarz verbrannt jedoch der Teig in der Mitte des Randes und der Boden noch matschig. Der Belag bestand in Tomatensoße, gummiartiger Käse und gekochtem Schinken. Das Ganze war relativ geschmacklos, also kein Oregano oder sonstige Zutanten, die etwas für den Geschmack leisten. Vermutlich läuft der Laden trotzdem, weil er direkt am Rhein liegt....also da war das Geld zu schade, das nächste Mal gehe ich dann lieber in einen Pizza Imbiss und ich muss mich nicht ärgern....oder Currywurst im Biergarten um die Ecke!

Wir waren schon öfter hier und sind immer wieder begeistert von dem leckeren Essen. Bestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service.

We once ordered the Tris di Sesce and Cannelloni. The calleloni was good and hot but the fish was cold and I let it go back. The second portion was warm but the prawns were of poor quality. The side salad consisted of two halved tomatoes and a lettuce leaf. To top off the day, we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 cappuccinos, which finally came after we asked to pay. We've eaten better here.

I visited this Italian restaurant, located on the banks of the river in a tourist area. The location is nice but nothing special. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. However, the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. The pizza was just acceptable, while the arancini was a real disappointment: basmati rice instead of the classic rice, raw peas and a bland tomato sauce. The clean sanitary facilities are a plus. Overall, an experience that I cannot recommend.

Very intrusive service. You walk along the promenade and when you pass the restaurant the waitress asks you if you want to eat there. Not the worst at first, you have to see where you stay. I then ate there with my family. They ordered pizza and I ordered a seafood plate. According to my companion, the pizza was good, but my plate was hell. Everything was unseasoned and almost cold, as if the animal had been thrown from the sea directly onto my plate. We let it go back. A short time later the waitress came back and brought me my food back. The cook apparently only threw the dish I had started into the pan briefly because it was only lukewarm. I didn't eat any more of the food. I have never eaten something so bad, unloving and inedible in a restaurant. They can be lucky that their restaurant is on the Rhine, otherwise the ambience would have been one star. In addition, despite everything, I still had to pay the full price for my dish. The service and food were very good. We were able to enjoy it with an amazing view of the Rhine.

We had reserved a table for 6 p.m. Although we were in the restaurant shortly before the reserved time, there was no table available. After almost 20 minutes we were then seated in an empty room that was obviously used for more of an original purpose. After another 15-20 minutes the order was taken. Around 1900 one of us got his pizza. The rest had ordered pasta. At 7:05 p.m. we were informed that our pasta had been mistakenly brought to the next table and that we had eaten there, even though they had ordered pizza. We finally got our pasta at 7:30 p.m. The balls were accompanied by flabby baguette bread and pizza rolls. These tasted OK, but not so good that it was worth the hassle. One of us had ordered another drink that never arrived at the table. Conclusion: poor service, a non-functioning reservation system and average quality of food.

An absolute disaster. We had to wait over an hour for a pizza. It is absolutely not recommended, I would like to write more but I'd rather leave it alone......

Ansprechendes Ambiente, Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf den Rhein. Das Essen war leider eher schlecht. Meine Carbonara schwamm in Öl und das Ei war geronnen. Alle 4 Essen insgesamt ohne Geschmack und lauwarm. Der Beilagen Salat wurde nicht zurückgenommen obwohl er mit dem falschen Dressing an den Tisch kam. Personal mäßig freundlich.

Disgusting! I have rarely eaten so badly. The dishes all start at €15, but the finishes and quality were not justified: carbonara was floating in some cheap oil, the egg was set and the ham was rancid, the order was carried out incorrectly and was still added to the bill even though it was politely requested to remove. Risotto and ravioli were soggy and also rancid. Clean glasses were delivered on a dirty tray (herpes greetings) and the unopened water bottle was simply slammed onto the table. Service was really just so-so, nothing was done about the incorrect bill or an apology was given.

Super delicious food and top service

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Rhein. Aber alles andere ist ungenügend und das Geld nicht wert. Personal unhöflich, desinteressiert. Wir warteten 15 Minuten, bis sich überhaupt jemand vm Personal dafür interessierte, dass wir da waren und was wir trinken wollten. Das Essen (Pizza) schmeckte mittelmäßig, wobei es keine normale Pizza Salami, Schinken, etc. gibt. Salat mit Hähnchen war unter aller Würde, Hähnchen bestand aus Frikaseefleisch und nicht aus gebratenem Hähnchenfleisch, der Salat war lieblos serviert. Kein „Guten Appetit“, kein „Bitte“ oder „Danke“. Das liegt sicher daran, dass aufgrund der vielen Gäste, die Koblenz besuchen, immer wieder welche in dieses Restaurant gehen und der Betreiber nur die Kohle im Blick hat. Und nicht die Göste, die gerne wiederkommen. Einmal - nie wieder.

Very bad service. We waited over an hour for some pizzas and they never came. We had to go without eating and still pay too much money for drinks and an appetizer. The waiters were very disorganized and were always outside (like sitting inside). It's better to walk 200 meters further and buy a bratwurst at the snack bar

The pizza tastes super delicious. The dough was thin and crispy, the toppings were good and the mozerella on the pizza was very tasty. The service was very nice and attentive. You were greeted and said goodbye in a friendly manner. An opponent created a nice atmosphere. It was just pretty warm inside.

Today we went there for pizza. The service was subpar. Two of us got the bad table in the middle of the passage. Other couples of two could sit at tables of four. Drinks and food were taken but we had to wait a long time because a table of 15 was brought forward that was there later than us. As soon as I remembered, the drinks arrived. The pizza was good. To top it all off, the cellar came to our table and said they wanted to pay, which of course we didn't want to pay yet. I have never felt so unwelcome as I did here.

Suppose you fancy a nice Italian, then stay far away from here. With difficulty we were given a place on the terrace by the completely unfriendly waitress. Service was fast, but very pushy and unfriendly, it seemed like they wanted us out quickly. Pizza was unbearable, little taste, lots of fat and oil and a whole vegetable garden of arugula. Everything is better than this shop, so don't come here.

What at first glance seemed like a great place to eat quickly turned into a fiasco. First of all, it was difficult to get a table outside, after which there was a rush to choose food and drinks. After less than 5 minutes I got a pizza. It was even wetter than the adjacent river Rhine. The crusts were thicker than the surface topping of the pizza and the pizza was topped with a triple bed of arugula. All in all we had a bad meal and were rushed off the terrace after being pushed by staff. Not recommended!

What a rotten place. No one nice, no one smiling. I'll never come back here, I'd go to the tent next door, I've never been there. But that must be tastier because the pizzas are unbearable. Extremely disgusting crusts, almost no toppings and 90% of what is on your pizza is vegetable garden arugula. I'm actually curious if that pizza has even been in the oven.

Delicious pizzas, beautiful outdoor terrace with a view of the Rhine and the fortress. Bruscetta tasty, but bread way too soft in the middle. Espresso very tasty and creamy. Service nice and polite.

Highly recommended for fish lovers. But other dishes also looked very tasty. Friendly service, very satisfied overall. A must for every visitor to Koblenz

The outdoor area is quite nice, especially when the weather is good. However, it is actually particularly beautifully and lovingly furnished indoors. I only discovered this when I went to the toilet. I had a Buffalina pizza. This is definitely recommended for pizza lovers. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

It's my wife's birthday on June 13, 2024! I reserved a table for 4 people for 6:00 p.m. Our two children, daughter, 23 years old, son, 21 years old! My daughter and wife ordered bruschetta as an appetizer. The white bread was cold but had several black streaks and was soggy in the middle! You'd think it was left over from lunch and had to go! Of the 4 main courses, 3 were almost completely returned! My wife had some pasta with salmon. Tasted like a ready meal from the freezer! My daughter had penne with chicken and various vegetables (peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.). All of the vegetables were cut into tiny pieces according to the standards, as if they had been industrially produced! The cream sauce also tasted like a ready meal! I had gratinated schnitzel with spaghetti! Terribly salty!!! Only my son's salami pizza was completely eaten! With drinks I paid over €92!!! All in all, a shame for my wife's birthday!

One pizza didn't have a comb at all, another had a hair in it and the fame steak didn't taste like anything and the team was very poorly organized

Avoid cold food. Starter came back twice, some of it still frozen. Very little apology. Waited 1 hr 20 before called it a day. Very disappointing as looked very good but obviously looks can be deceiving.

Ordered 2 course meal which I was really looking forward to it lovely surroundings Starter came out frozen after a 1 hour wait and then they took it back for half the starter to return cold and the other half never came Ended up paying for drinks and walking out No apology Really disapointing

The whole family was very happy with the visit! Delicious Neapolitan pizzas and superb service. Highly recommended. Will definitely be a return visit if we pass by again!
