Fresh Italian dishes, pasta cooked as its supposed to be cooked, pizza with shrimps very good. We stepped in for lunch, as you can see on picture portions are big:) highly recommend visiting this place!

Used to be quite frequent at Piccolo Mondo. Dirty water glass today, which is supposed to be in the dishwasher. Then you have to check the glasses when emptying them. The sea bream was not filleted at the table as usual but in the kitchen. It was thick and solid and didn't taste very fresh either. A no go for the price range.

I was there with a few work colleagues. The food was very good for all of us. We had ordered a starter and if we had known it was that much, we would not have ordered a main course. That was a shame because we had really given a lot of food back.

It tasted wonderful. I had the pesto and I didn't need to season it at all, which is very unusual for me. 😂👌 The service was also wonderfully attentive and friendly.

There is nothing to complain about here! There are 3 steps at the entrance, but the boss personally lends a hand and brings you into the restaurant in a wheelchair! The food is excellent, as is the service. Ambiance is very pleasant! The tables are set with beautiful table linen and of course there are cloth napkins! I love that ! A barrier-free toilet is available.

The Piccolo Mondo is a restaurant where everything fits. The ambience is very good, whether it's a business meeting or a nice evening with friends, the service leaves nothing to be desired. Always absolutely attentive, professional and very friendly waiters. And of course the most important thing, the food. I know many Italian restaurants around the world, but Piccolo Mondo is absolutely in the top group. The dishes with truffles and fish dishes are particularly recommended.

Buonissimo! Very warm service, really excellent food (including the Ossobuco is highly recommended) and the feeling of being in Italy. Whoever cooks for you has their heart in the right place in the kitchen! And if you have an extra request (the Zabaione is not on the menu), feel free to express it: if possible, the request will be implemented quickly. Class! The prices and the selection of different dishes are also right. From pasta to fish to meat. In short: an absolute tip for all Berlin tourists with a preference for cucina italia. See you soon! 5 years later there is an update: It's still excellent, great service, and incredibly tasty and the osso buco is still great. Now a must-see on every visit to Berlin!

Friends took us because they wanted to get to know this restaurant My husband and I are so disappointed and won't recommend it. Decadent crowd, almost all guests are greeted with kisses from the boss. The tables were very close together, the volume was so loud that you could barely hear the person you were talking to, and the waiters were bustling around the entire place with their plates. No attention was paid to us at all; we constantly had to call the waiter. The food didn't taste any better than our Italian restaurant around the corner. It's a shame about all the money we had to pay in the end.

Very loud, very hectic, bustling waiters with no structure. Regular guests are welcomed, including their dogs. Pizza tasted so-so, for 25€... We were there for a meeting, not again!

Yes, we got a table without a reservation. We were in the Wühlmäuse and the restaurant where we actually wanted to go is closed on Sunday. The food is ridiculously overpriced. Neither the atmosphere nor the service nor the ambience justify it. My seat and the carpet (in the restaurant, carpet!!! 🤯) were covered in stains and my napkin was dirty. The pizza was ok. At the next table we noticed how the big movie was being opened for the pasta with parmesan and truffles. For minutes the waiter acted as if it was starting NOW, scraped the cheese, lit the liquor, seemed nervous. To then drive everything away WITHOUT WORDS and only come back after 15 minutes so that there was really something this time. Claims, PRICE and reality are so different here, it's just laughable. PS: Why didn't I go? Because it was a Christmas present and my companion chose it.

There are more waiters here than some restaurants have guests per day. But they have everything perfectly under control to serve a really full restaurant. The fact that the restaurant was full is due to the delicious food. Our pizza was truly perfect and a rare experience.

We used to come to this place almost every week. It had been a while and we decided to try it again. A bit sad to see that food and service was not what it used to be. Errors in the order (my daughter had to eat when we were finished), pasta not well cooked, and too much fat in the Carbonara… .

Tables crowded together and a background noise like a train station hall. The ambience needs a lot of improvement. Just like the snobby wannabe elite of Westend. Dinghy lips and pocket mutts eating from the table are numerous. This is also where the lack of attention from the extremely hectic waiters ends up. There is no peace and quiet... Two of our guests from the table of 6 were unable to eat for health reasons and had only ordered drinks. This immediately called the "boss" into action, who reprimanded us at the table and warned us vigorously that we had to order food in his restaurant, only drinks were not possible, today would be an exception. I have rarely been met with such arrogance and arrogance. But our bill of almost €300 didn't bother him. When I left the restaurant, I thanked the little Italian "Napolen" for his discrimination against our guests and wished him well. A visit is not necessary...there are much better places in Berlin. I don't understand the many positive reviews.

Unfriendly... my tip if you just want something to drink don't go there... group of guests in which one part eats something and another part probably only drinks something... they are threatened with banishment... whoever refuses has to eat! Everyone at the table and it doesn't matter if a table brings in more than 200 euros... sad but true...

Service was nice, but my tuna salad was drowned in dressing. The salad itself was also chopped too small for me. Prices upper class...

Absolute hammer! After many years we were at Piccolomondo again today and absolutely loved it.

Everything used to be great, but unfortunately it's becoming more and more crowded and hectic... It's better to have a little less stress and more quality for the guests. Food is good, service depends on the waiter. Sometimes loud and hectic, like a train station. Sometimes you can't understand your own people at the table because it's so loud. A pity!!!

Was delicious! The portioning of the food is designed to satiety! Nobody left the table hungry! The staff could be even friendlier. This does not apply to the men in the cloakroom! The maximum level of friendliness had already been reached here!

Eigentlich seit Jahren unser Stammitaliener, doch die Entwicklung geht völlig in die falsche Richtung. Bei unserem heutigen Besuch waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es waren einfach zu viele Gäste in den Räumlichkeiten und dadurch Stress, Hektik und ein Ambiente wie in der Bahnhofshalle. Der Service war so schlecht wie noch nie. Das Essen war wie immer gut, war aber auch schon besser. Manchmal ist es besser auf Klasse statt Masse zu setzen. Wir hoffen es bessert sich wieder, für solch ein Chaos, geht man ja nicht essen.

Das Essen war vorzüglich und der Service sehr professionell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Danke!

Sensationell leckeres Essen. Der Service gibt zur Begrüßung 120% und verschwindet leider gefühlt nach dem Hauptgang. Kein weiteres Getränk, kein Dessert....schade. Auch nach einem Jahr hat sich nichts daran geändert. Man wird schnell abgefertigt und dann allein gelassen.

War vor vielen Jahren mal ein tolles Restaurant. Leider hat sich die Geschäftsleitung für ein bestimmtes Klientel entschieden, wo der Geldbeutel das Wichtigste ist. Wir haben uns da nicht mehr wohl gefühlt, kleine Hunde sitzen mit am Tisch und Speisen vom Teller. Auch als wir darauf hingewiesen hatten hat es niemanden interessiert. Da vergeht einem der Appetit. Schade, doch da gehen wir nicht mehr hin.

Tolles Restaurant. Essen und Service sind Extraklasse. Am Abend ist Platzreservierung zu empfehlen.

Die beste Pasta, die ich je gegessen habe. Sie war sehr lecker, saftig, der Parmesan sehr hochwertig und reichlich Trüffel vorhanden. Der Service war überragend.

Das beste Restaurant in Berluno und das berühmteste, hochwertiger Service als authentischer Italiener, es gibt Italiener, die seit mehr als 20 Jahren dort sind. Der Besitzer ist eine wundervolle Person, der Ort liegt in einer Gegend voller Menschen, es hat eine Viel Geld und viel Macht in der deutschen Regierung. Dafür, dass sie die Hauptstadt ist.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant. Als unsere Pasta angekommen ist, mussten wir feststellen, dass bei meinem Partner ein Wurm (!) im Essen war. Als wir das dem Kellner mitteilten, gab es weder Entschuldung noch eine Erklärung … wurde einfach so mit genommen. Ob man mein Essen irgendwie warm stellen soll, bis die Pasta von meinem Partner neu gemacht werden, wurde auch nicht angeboten. Erst bei Nachfrage wurde mein Essen kommentarlos mitgenommen. Die Kellner waren insgesamt unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Meine Trüffel Pasta war überhaupt nicht cremig, nachdem sie wieder gebracht wurde. Allgemein war das Essen geschmacklich nicht so überzeugend. Die Pasta von meinem Partner stand trotz alldem auf der Rechnung. Kann man von halten was man will, aber das nenne ich keinen guten Kundenservice. Wir werden das piccolo mondo definitiv nicht noch mal besuchen.

Ausgerichtet auf schnelles Geld: teure Gerichte, zu viele Tische, damit sehr eng, das schlimmste aber, wir hatten auf der übersichtlichen Rechnung noch eine nicht bestellte Flasche Wasser für 7.50€ und auf die 12% Trinkgeld hat man beim Kartenlesegerät den Rechnungsbetrag freundlicherweise noch einmal um 20% erhöht. Entschuldigung Fehlanzeige. Gelddruckmaschine, wie sie im Buche steht. Man hat alles getan, damit wir dieses Restaurant nie, nie wieder besuchen. Unverständlich für mich, die vielen guten Bewertungen.

Tolles Essen, perfektes Ambiente - aber beim Abrechnen unserer großen Gruppe kam es zu „Unregelmäßigkeiten“ : Wein- und Wasser-Flaschen wurden mehrfach einzeln abgerechnet. Auch der gemeinsame Antipasti-Teller wurde zu 12 Euro die Person abgerechnet - macht dann auf den Teller sagenhafte 72 Euro! Das hat dann leider einen schalen Geschmack hinterlassen - fühlte mich wie in einer Touristenfalle.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung - oberes Mittelfeld. Die Bedienung und der Umgangston sind leider auffallend unfreundlich. Aus diesem Grund werde ich definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Immer wieder sehr gutes Essen in Spitzenqualität! Ich gehe dort schon seit Jahrzehnten hin. Kostet 2-3 € mehr, aber die Produkte sind erstklassig und sehr frisch!

Ein absolutes Highlight im Neu Westend! Das Personal bei Piccolo mondo ist superfreundlich und stets bemüht, den Besuch unvergesslich zu machen. Das Essen schmeckt durchweg köstlich und die Atmosphäre wird durch die tollen Besucher zusätzlich bereichert.

Super leckeres Essen, dazu eine aufmerksame freundliche Bedienung, was möchte man mehr? Hier würde ich öfters Essen gehen wenn der Weg nicht so weit wäre.
