Small restaurant, great ambience, service very nice and friendly. We also give advice if you have intolerance. The food was very tasty and definitely worth recommending. But it's best to book as it's always full

The dishes ordered come to the table quickly and freshly, the taste is okay, some are hard on the salt... well priced. Ambience rather loud, tables very close to each other. All in all a good Italian.

As soon as we entered we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who accompanied us through the evening with great friendliness and attentiveness. The standard menu is already very well stocked and offers a wide selection of delicious dishes. But it's definitely worth taking a look at the daily menu. There are always special highlights here that you shouldn't miss. We chose the homemade gnocchi with strips of rump steak and cream sauce. A real culinary delight! The gnocchi were tender and perfectly prepared, the rump steak strips were juicy and the sauce was creamy and aromatic. The pizza with bresaola, rocket, parmesan cheese and truffle oil was also excellent. The crispy dough in combination with the high-quality ingredients and the delicate aroma of the truffle oil made every piece a pleasure. We also enjoyed a Primitivo di Puglia, which perfectly complemented the food with its full-bodied taste. The atmosphere at "Buon Gusto Karow" is cozy and inviting, which makes your stay even more pleasant. The service was consistently attentive and quick without being intrusive. We had a wonderful evening and felt completely comfortable. All in all, our visit to "Buon Gusto Karow" was a complete success. We really enjoyed the food and were impressed by the friendly service and the pleasant atmosphere. We look forward to coming back soon and discovering more culinary treasures!

Restaurant review: Buon Gusto The Buon Gusto restaurant promises Italian cuisine in a charming, rustic atmosphere. The first impression is convincing with harmonious lighting and warm furnishings. But can the kitchen keep this promise? I chose a dish that is often a balancing act to prepare: liver. The menu is well curated and includes classics such as pasta and pizza as well as specialties that delve deeper into Italian tradition. The liver is a bold dish that isn't offered everywhere, which gave me confidence. I wanted to know if the kitchen at Buon Gusto would prepare this dish with the necessary delicacy. After a pleasantly short wait, the liver was served. It came on a bed of caramelized onions, accompanied by mashed potatoes and a light red wine sauce. Visually, the dish was very appealing – a successful balance of rustic and elegant. But taste and texture are crucial when it comes to liver, and this is where the wheat is separated from the chaff. The first bite showed that the liver was perfectly fried - slightly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The kitchen showed great sensitivity as the liver was cooked to just the right degree without losing the slightly metallic flavor that characterizes it. The caramelized onions added a sweet note that perfectly complemented the bold flavor of the liver, and the mashed potatoes were airy and delicately flavored. The red wine sauce was the icing on the cake, but I would have perhaps liked a little more acidity or a touch of balsamic to give the dish additional freshness. Still, the flavors worked well together and the presentation showed that care was taken here. In summary: The Buon Gusto surprised me positively. The cuisine is solid, the atmosphere is pleasant, and anyone who wants Italian cuisine with that certain something will find it here. The liver is a dish that requires sensitivity and the team mastered it with flying colors. A clear recommendation for friends of Italian cuisine who value authenticity and quality.

We come here regularly and irregularly. It's comfortable inside and a bit loud outside. Don't bother, stop on the street. Service is always nice and courteous! The dishes are all delicious and everything is good! Always my pleasure!!

I eat there often with my family. We like being there, it is nicely decorated, the service is very polite and courteous. The only thing that isn't nice is that the service area is quite small for the number of tables. It fills up quickly when the tables are full and it's also really loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Otherwise very tasty food at fair prices. And I like the service :)

You can eat outside and inside. The food was fresh and prepared with love. Everyone will find something here. It can get a bit noisy inside - unfortunately some people can only talk loudly. But further visits are still worthwhile. And if you have any special wishes, they will be fulfilled.

Good food isn't always enough...The guest doesn't seem to be the king here. It has now happened to us for the second time that we wanted to eat outside and did it out of convenience? was denied. When we reserved a table two days before, it was communicated that we didn't really feel like being served in the fresh air. Yes, the weather, etc. It was 20 degrees and it didn't rain all day. So what? It was September 12th, not December. If you don't feel like serving outside, you have to remove the seating! Furthermore, you have to expect to receive sloppy answers if you ask the wrong questions. I politely asked if they had a Select Aperitivo. The waiter's response "Do you see him on the menu?" Please, what kind of behavior is this? Apparently the operators don't feel the need to treat their guests kindly. Too bad...

Buon Gusto in Karow impresses with authentic Italian cuisine (homemade pasta, good pizzas), very good and friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Sitting outdoors is very nice, especially in summer.

Went out late last Friday evening with not so good hopes for food. But to our surprise, the kitchen was still open and we were able to order something. Waiter came quickly to take order. But we were also there for the first time. And we really have to say the food was brought out in no time, and it was hot and delicious 😋. Definitely coming back. TOP

I started eating, the meat was so delicious I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough, I didn't want to miss this taste anymore, this in combination with the risotto, it was a dream and I almost had to shed a tear. My tuna salad 🤗 was delicious and the service was very accommodating. In any case, we felt comfortable. The lasagna could use more mince and more sauce (says my husband 🤷‍♀️). There were olives as a snack beforehand, but they are not to everyone's taste. (so unfortunately not ours😕)

Pasta in a parmesan loaf served at the table is always a highlight! The Tartofu Limoncello dessert is also a revelation every time.

It's amazing what a very good restaurant you can find in tranquil Karow. The cuisine is upscale and stands out from the standard Italian. A longer journey is also worthwhile here. The only thing that needs to be improved a little is the ambience, some of the tables are quite narrow and in the aisle.

Wir wohnen mehr oder weniger um die Ecke und die Auswahl guter Restaurants ist leider sehr bescheiden in Karow und Buch ...deshalb fiel unsere Wahl schon häufig auf Buon Gusto. Jedoch scheint die Qualität nachgelassen zu haben. Waren wir vor 2-3 Jahren immer recht zufrieden mit dem Essen, hat im letzten Jahr immer irgendwas nicht hingehauen. Vor allem die Würzung des Essens schwankte beträchtlich zwischen geschmacklos (Pizzateig bräuchte oft etwas mehr Salz) und fast-schon-versalzen (Pasta heut Abend). Auch die Portionsgröße ist mitunter sehr unterschiedlich (weniger Gnocchis vs. ein Berg Nudeln mit Sahnesauce). Die Wochenkarte mit saisonalen Gerichten ist eigentlich eine schöne Idee. Auch das Ambiente ist gemütlich, wenn auch recht laut. Der Service ist eigentlich immer freundlich, vielleicht ab und an etwas unaufmerksam. Das Wichtigste bei einem Restaurant ist und bleibt aber das Essen und das ist hier in zu schwankender Qualität und gerechtfertigt nicht die doch schon eher hohen Preise.

Super lecker! Ich war zum ersten Mal hier essen, nachdem es mir empfohlen wurde. Und ich muss sagen, der freundliche Service und das super leckere Essen machen den Minuspunkt für die Lage des Restaurants mehr als wett. Besonderer clou: es gibt immer wieder ein besonderes (wechselndes) Bonbon auf der Speisekarte.

Für Karower Verhältnisse ein wirklich guter Italiener. Das Essen ist gut, der Service sehr nett und aufmerksam und auch das Lokal ist unspektakulär gemütlich eingerichtet. Meine Pasta mit Trüffel war sehr lecker. Die Pizza ist ok.

Beste Arabiata auf einer tollen Zwiebel Grundlage! Optimale Schärfe. So gehört sich das. Der Service Italienisch und freundl und zügig auch bei vielen Gästen. Wir kommen gern wieder... Limonchello ist auch super!!

Wir waren nun zwei Mal zu Besuch. Reservationen wurden beide Male unhöflich und abwimmelnd nicht entgegen genommen, man solle einfach vorbei kommen. Dann wartet man vergeblich auf eine freundliche Begrüßung, noch einmal auf die Karte und noch viel länger leider auf Blickkontakt, um weitere Getränke und Desserts zu bestellen. Während an einem Tisch ein Paar seelenruhig Karten spielt, warten neue Gäste auf freie Plätze. Insgesamt ein sehr unorganisiertes, gastunfreundliches Bild - anständiger Service und Gastfreundlichkeit sind hier wahrlich nicht zugegen. Die Leber war nichtsdestotrotz sehr gut, das Tiramisu Durchschnitt, der Salat nun ja.... die Preise dafür jedoch unangemessen. Noch einen dritten Besuch wird es ganz sicher nicht geben. Wir besuchen lieber wieder den Griechen nebenan, wo man sich jederzeit auf's Herzlichste willkommen fühlt!

Kleines schönes Restaurant am Stadtrand. Nettes Personal und schönes Ambiente, richtig italienisch. Das Essen war ein bisschen zu sehr gewürzt aber sie gehen sehr auf Extrawünsche ein und versuchen alles richtig zu machen. Ich zum Beispiel habe Bandnudeln mit Lachs und Spinat in Hummersoße bestellt. Dieses Gericht existiert dort garnicht auf der Speisekarte, aber ich habe es genau so bekommen. Wie schon gesagt zu sehr gewürzt aber sonst sehr lecker.

Ein kleines hübsches Restaurant, haben hier spontan am Freitagabend einen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen war lecker und hübsch angerichtet und alles kam sehr schnell. Einer der Kellner kannte leider die Karte nicht und hatte Probleme, das Essen und die Getränke an den richtigen Tisch zu bringen. Abgesehen davon, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und ein schönes Ambiente. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Ich habe von der Tageskarte die selbst gemachten Ravioli gegessen , sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Das Hähnchenfleisch war trocken und das Schweinefilet war Schnitzel oder Kotelett wurde von einer Fachkraft für Fleischwaren mit 20-jähriger Berufserfahrung bestätigt. Der Service war freundlich aber das Essen ... das muss man sich kein zweites mal antun da gibt es wesentlich bessere italienische Restaurants in der Umgebung.

alles ist schlecht. Ich war mal ersten mal mit meinen kindern zum Mittagessen. Wir wurden lange Zeit ignoriert und dann gab es übersalze Spaghetti Carbanara. Als ich nach der Rechnung fragte und sagte, dass das Gericht zu salzig sei, entschuldigten sie sich gar nicht einmal. Ich habe das zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben erlebt. ☝🏻 Also wie man schon früher gesagt hat, kinderfeindlich.
