The staff was very friendly. Everything was comfortably furnished. The food was very good.

A wonderful, cozy place, brimming with love and hospitality. The food was prepared with love; even the antipasti clearly showed that they weren't mass-produced, but all homemade. The pizza with the crust was incredibly delicious, followed by a fantastic dessert. This is my new favorite Italian restaurant in Hamburg—especially because the service is so attentive, fast, and reliable. Thank you for the wonderful evening! ✨

This restaurant is my go to place for an amazing dinning experience when the wife and I travel to Hamburg. The owner Franco is a great host and all of the staff is amazing and super friendly. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant when your travels bring you to Hamburg. You will be in for a great evening.

I don't understand the very rude way Lieferando employees are complaining about being 5 minutes late, which isn't their fault, but rather Lieferando itself. The staff are very hectic, and so they don't come across as very friendly in this hectic atmosphere. It looked tidy inside and out.

A great restaurant in a central location with slightly higher prices. The surprise menu is highly recommended, and they also cater to dietary preferences. The only downside is the fact that guests smoke e-cigarettes in the pavilion, and the waiters and staff don't mind.

There you can feel a piece of Italy in every respect, not only through the service but also through the tasty cuisine. It all started with spaghetti vongole and ended with a mixed dessert plate, pure passion! Very highly recommended 👏👏👍

(Visit on Friday evening) We were ignored at the entrance, then stood around for 5-6 minutes without anyone being interested until we moved to our table, which was already partially occupied by friends, and simply looked for it in the full shop. Then was ignored again at the table. At every other table I saw bread as a starter, but unfortunately not for us as a group of 5 young men. Service was unfriendly and mostly ignored us. I had to go through the store and to the front to get a bottle of water. Store was overcrowded and too stuffy. Drinks were bonged incorrectly, but things have cleared up. Food was great. A bit too expensive. Overall disappointing visit, this is not the Italian hospitality I know. It can happen, but it shouldn't be a rule

Wow!! What an amazing experience!! The food was amazing, the folks were so kind, the wine was wonderful. A fantastic evening in Hamburg. My gluten-free sister was well taken care of and had lots to eat. Everyone should eat here if you get the chance!

Unfortunately, pasta is not a typical carbonara with only egg yolks. Very strongly seasoned and therefore not edible. Food was still on the bill. I know it differently when the guest doesn't like the food and you don't want to order anything else as a replacement. Atmosphere cozy.

The service of all the staff is excellent, thank Gabriele for his attention, very professional and accommodating at all times, even with the music!!! Also a sweet detail of the red rose that they gave me. This restaurant in all its aspects is highly recommended. We will be back, Grazie Mille!!!

The atmosphere is very cozy. We were there last night (Friday) when there wasn't that much going on. The mixed starter plate and the tagliatelle with salmon were excellent! The tomato sauce for the gnocchi was a bit weak, but we felt it was missing a bit of oomph. All in all, it was pleasant, the Italian service was very friendly and we enjoyed staying there, even if the prices aren't the cheapest. Definitely try tiramisu for dessert, one of the best we have eaten in Germany! Note: it is best to present the daily specials on a blackboard; the verbal list was a bit quick.

Anyone who can last for over 20 years is doing something right. The brothers Francesco and Cesare Pinsone with their uncomplicated and attentive crew do it right. You are neither the simple pizzeria nor the upscale gourmet temple, you consciously don't want to be either. People prefer to pamper their guests in a relaxed and relaxed way, without giving too much kisses. Even as a regular guest, you always have the good feeling of being welcome without making a big fuss. This is also reflected in the audience, which is a diverse mix but still gets along well. From the outside you can't see how cozy the interior is. The front entrance area is more rustic with lots of wood and invites you to have a wine or have a cozy small talk. The rear rooms are beautifully decorated and have an elegant and very cozy atmosphere. Perfect for quiet evenings with friends and your loved one. The old floorboards and furnishings exude a lot of nostalgia. The service is warm and friendly but attentive without asking the guest every 5 minutes if everything is correct. This is exactly the type where a guest can switch off and live undisturbed togetherness. The food is really well made and it's no problem to enjoy a good pizza or pasta in the evening here. The chef can do much more than you might think. Our 4-course menu was a dream and consisted of a beautiful antipasti plate, followed by very good pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms. Later there was a fantastic fillet of beef with seasoned vegetables and a delicious pepper sauce. For dessert, a fine lemon cream with fresh fruit. We were very happy with what we were served. The wine list is small with a pleasing price structure. The Vino Nobile was good and didn't cost the earth, a great price for Hamburg. It's also worth enjoying a bottle of wine here, a good treat that's easy on the wallet. In summer we sit behind the hedge on the terrace and enjoy the warm season.

Great ambience and staff. We were on a short vacation and I was looking for an opportunity to enjoy wheat-free food. Found Piccobello, which even offers pasta and pizza (but gluten-free) made on real soil. The food was excellent. It should be said that I received a table for 2 at 7 p.m. at very very short notice. Very cool. It was all a well-rounded package 👍

We've been going there off and on for 30 years. Your kitchen is always top notch. The store is often packed, so reservations are recommended. The owners are two brothers who, together with their waiters, always make you feel like a special guest. I always feel comfortable there. The card isn't exactly cheap but it's still worth it. The younger generation has now also realized that you can eat well there.

Slightly older facility. Service was nice, but daily specials were only available verbally and without prices. The food was okay, but all in all very expensive, I didn't think the P/L ratio was okay.

A small Italian restaurant that is considered an “insider tip”. Cozy, neutral furnishings. Nice service. So far so good. The ultimate “test” for alleged insider tips is to choose the easiest food. No sooner said than done, tortellini alla panna and pasta with seafood. We ended up waiting almost an hour for the food as we were forgotten. The tortellini were very hard, hunger drove it in. I briefly considered whether I should go back. I decided against it. There was no seasoning on the food except salt. The seafood pasta was tasty, but not great. Regarding the ambience - it was so cold in the store due to the draft. We asked for the door to be closed. It was closed for 5 minutes and then the cold draft came back. We left the store immediately. We wouldn't recommend him.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the gluten free pizza. The dough was tough and rubbery, almost like bubble gum, and the pizza was also burnt. The result was anything but enjoyable. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering gluten-free pizza here again.

We spent a total of 2 hours here and 1/2 hour of that was just waiting. The waiter simply didn't clear the table we wanted for over 20 minutes until we told another waiter that we had been waiting for a long time. The waiter was generally hectic and always brought an empty plate with cutlery to everyone who was sitting there and then to the other person 10 minutes later - so he could have simply saved himself time and energy if he had worked more efficiently. The food wasn't good at all, my pasta was Barilla pasta that wasn't cooked well - it has nothing to do with al dente. I wouldn't leave any more money there.

Whenever I eat here with friends, I can't decide what to eat. Since I'm gluten intolerant, it was always difficult to find gluten-free things. But in Picobello there are many alternatives to gluten. I love it and can only recommend it!

We had a very friendly and warm welcome and were looked after very attentively throughout the evening. The cuisine can be rated good to very good and all dishes have a solid foundation. The only thing missing is the sophistication here and there. The atmosphere is cozy and homely. Even in summer it's fun to eat outside in the tent. All around a restaurant that is firmly on our list for Hamburg.

For me one of the best Italians in Hamburg. Everything is really very authentic, so it feels like a short vacation every time you eat here. The food is really very good, especially the carpaccio as a starter, together with the olive oil from Italian family production, is a real highlight and an absolute must for me.
