We were visiting Bergedorf and went here because of the good reviews. We weren't disappointed—quite the opposite. It was really nice. The food was delicious, we sat outside on the terrace (it's also really nice inside), and the service was particularly friendly. We ended up chatting with the owner for a bit. Atmosphere & Service: You immediately feel welcome – the staff is attentive, warm, and competent without being intrusive. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, cozy yet elegant – ideal for a relaxing evening or a special gathering. Food & Quality: The menu offers a great selection of classic Italian dishes – fresh, authentic, and prepared with attention to detail. The flavors harmonize perfectly, the portions are generous, and you can tell that high-quality ingredients are used. Whether pasta, pizza, or fish dishes – everything is wonderfully seasoned. The wine pairs perfectly. Location & Setting: The location at Am Güterbahnhof 17e is central and easily accessible. The opening hours are also customer-friendly – ​​ideal for a cozy evening or a relaxed weekend lunch. Conclusion: For me, Ristorante Mamma Mia is one of my absolute favorites in Bergedorf – excellent cuisine, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Absolutely recommended! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. 👍

The restaurant exudes a very pleasant atmosphere upon entry. Many people seem to agree, as it was busy. Nevertheless, they were able to offer us a table for two downstairs. The dishes looked good on the neighboring tables, beautifully decorated and appetizing. The staff was very friendly right away; sometimes we had to wait a bit, but that was okay. A first glance at the not-so-cheap menu suggested that we would be served high-quality products. We started with (too) soft ciabatta with garlic olives, which I sent back without trying because we don't like garlic. They offered us olive oil instead, which we gladly accepted. Unfortunately, the oil was inedible. If it contained any olive oil at all, it was in very small quantities. The taste of the oil was rather rancid. However, after we complained, the waiter brought a special olive oil in a special bottle with greetings from the chef. The taste of this olive oil was actually quite good. (For me, this two-tier philosophy is a no-go! Sure... good olive oil costs significantly more than sunflower oil. But when I feel like I'm being duped, my appetite disappears.) The food: We started with an antipasti platter for two people. Everything was very tasty. My companion had the pike-perch with lobster sauce (€31.50) as her main course. Everything tasted good; the fish was nicely cooked, not overcooked. The oven-baked vegetables were unfortunately too bland. It lacked salt, perhaps a bit more spice with the herbs. I had a pizza with arugula and Parma ham. The pizza was a substantial size, almost a bit too much with the starter. The generously distributed Parma ham was sliced much too thickly for my liking and noticeably salty. So, about 1/3 of the pizza, including the ham, remained on the plate. There was no room for dessert. After asking for payment, the waiter asked for an aperitif on the house. We ordered grappa and Averna. Thank you very much! Total budget: approximately €80. My conclusion: Great, intimate atmosphere, friendly service, the food has its good moments, but could be improved here and there. The rancid "olive oil" is an absolute no-go! In my opinion, the value for money should be improved by 10%.

We came for the first time and were thrilled. Very friendly and professional service and extremely delicious food. The portion was perfect for my hunger, and Pei's service was more than good.

Delicious starter. There was only one vegetarian pasta option. The pasta was delicious, with grilled vegetables, but a little oily for my taste. The tiramisu was okay, nothing special.

By coincidence I stopped by this restaurant , I ordered Rumpsteak with mushroom sauce and I was shocked how delicious this dish was . Medium-well tender and juicy , and the Tiramisu was unbelievable tasty . One important advantage is the staff , they are professional and friendly. This restaurant must have many international branches all over the world.

Just a lovely Italian. If desired, you can also make the spaghetti carbonara in a classic Italian style. The daily menu is always worth a look!

A restaurant that you would like to rate. There was a special truffle pasta with beef and it was absolutely delicious! The portion is huge and a few free olives to snack on. The service was super nice, not intrusive and you can taste that a lot of things have been prepared here for a long time.

Nice Italian restaurant. A bit inconspicuous in the south, the inside of the old loading station is very pretty and tastefully decorated. In addition to the interior on two floors, the outdoor terrace is also built up and is protected from wind and weather so that you can sit outside in spring and even in autumn. The food is typically Italian. There is a special menu every day with specialties such as mussels, pork carré or lamb and of course homemade pasta creations. The food always tastes great. The pizza in particular is probably one of the best in Hamburg.

Parking available directly in front of the restaurant. Unique ambience: Former freight yard hall perfectly restored and lovingly furnished. Accessible via a short staircase on the mezzanine floor. Pleasantly temperate. Unfortunately, the tables for 4 people and a cozy meal are a bit small. The noise level in the restaurant takes some getting used to due to the design. If the outside temperature is pleasant, I recommend the outdoor area. The service, this time from the charming waiter, was perfect again! As usual, the food we ordered was of very good quality.

Had dinner with my sons this evening. I had called beforehand and asked if there were also mussels. We then ordered 2x mussels and a pizza. I have often eaten mussels at Italian restaurants but what was served to me today was absolutely great!! Huge plate with super seasoned tomato sauce and bread on the side. My son had the version with wine font and vegetables and loved it too. Son Jan, who doesn't like mussels, had a super large pizza with ruckola and Parma ham - he was also thrilled. The atmosphere is very nice and stylishly furnished - the staff is very friendly and quick. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is completely fine - 5 stars from me and a clear recommendation.

Best Italian in all of Bergedorf and the surrounding area! All the food tastes excellent and the boss is always so warm that when you visit the restaurant you feel as if you are a guest of friends and family. Excellent, keep it up!

It's always a pleasure to come here! Children are also welcome here, which is not the case everywhere. But there is great joy here in being able to welcome the whole family. The menu is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired for an Italian restaurant. In addition, there is always a very interesting daily menu, which also offers unusual but always delicious dishes. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. We also like to use the order and pick-up service. Here the pizzas are delivered in sturdy boxes.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food was delicious, although it took a while. The toilets clean. The waitress unfortunately didn't smile in an unfriendly manner, didn't pay any attention to us, we were 6 people, she brought a glass and only cleared half of it away from the table even though the second dish came. The shop wasn't full today there were 3 tables. I'm a waitress myself.

Hospitality is very important here. You just always feel welcome. The food is super delicious - whether you choose pasta or pizza, you're always in the right place. It is recommended to reserve a table.

The pizza was ok, the dough was nice and crispy. But unfortunately the atmosphere is uncomfortable with artificial light. The really interesting rooms lack a suitable lighting concept.

Italian-unspectacular-high ceilings, somehow uncomfortable although it is nicely furnished but nothing special. The food was nothing special, pasta with seafood. Quite tasteless with no pizzazz, but way too expensive. It was not possible to choose another type of pasta. I'm not interested in a new visit..

Service freundlich doch Freitagabends überlastet. Speisekarte liest sich gut, doch es fehlt der Geschmack, Gewürze. Dafür dann auch zu teuer.

Eigentlich alles ziemlich gut. Je nach Sitzplatz kann man aber auch schon mittendrin sitzen, worauf ich gar keinen Bock hätte. Wir waren zu 6. Und hatten einen guten Platz. Dadurch war das Ambiente auch ziemlich gut. Essen war relativ gut. Einzig das Gericht mit den 5 kleinen Schweine-Medaillons fand ich echt unbegreiflich. Da hebt doch lieber den Preis an, anstatt den Kunden hungrig wieder nach Hause zu schicken.

Wer Muschelfan ist, kommt um dieses Restaurant nicht herum. Der absolute Hammer. Ich hatte die Muscheln in Weißwein und mein Mann in Tomatensoße. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Schönes Ambiente, unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Terrasse ist sonnig aber es kann auch für Schatten gesorgt werden. Das Essen ist wirklich ausnahmslos zu empfehlen. Die Vorspeisen sind eine Klasse für sich und die Desserts stehen den Hauptgängen in nichts nach. Die Bedingungen sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und der Chef begrüßt jeden Gast persönlich und zeigt die Tageskarte. Falls man sich nicht entscheiden kann, zaubert er etwas für jeden unentschlossenen abseits der Karte. Dieses Restaurant ist Ausnahmslos zu empfehlen!👌

In dem alten Güterbahnhof ein schönes Italienisches Restaurant mit freundlichem, familiären Flair. Wer im Sommer auf der Terrasse speisen möchte, sollte besser reservieren. Ansonsten super für ein geselliges Treffen.
