★★★★★ A wonderful birthday party in a family atmosphere We celebrated our son's birthday in this restaurant with family – and it was simply perfect! The atmosphere was very pleasant, warm, and inviting. We all felt completely at home. The restaurant owner and the entire team were incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly. The food was fantastic! We would particularly like to highlight the creative appetizer platter, which was specially put together according to our individual wishes – an absolute delight. The steak tartare and black tiger prawns were simply delicious. The main course, the steak with truffle puree, was also cooked to perfection and a true feast for the palate. As a special surprise, our son received a small birthday cake – a thoughtful gesture from the restaurant, which we were very pleased about. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the outstanding quality of the food and service. We would definitely be happy to return and highly recommend the restaurant!

Amazing restaurant, food and service

The two of us were out after dinner in the Media Harbor and wanted to round off the evening with a glass of wine and dessert. The restaurant's terrace looked inviting, and we received a very friendly welcome. A particularly positive aspect was that the host took his time, greeted us warmly, and even offered us a small wine tasting. The tiramisu was also delicious, and we felt truly welcome at first. However, this impression changed when it came to paying. We ordered two glasses of red wine, a tiramisu, and a bottle of water. The final bill came to €77.50. A surprising item was a €20 charge for two tiny pieces of steak, which the host had presented to us as a "taste" during our conversation. We're aware that you pay high prices for drinks and food in the Media Harbor—but that wasn't the point. The decisive factor for us was the fact that a sample, initiated by the host himself and offered on his own initiative as proof of quality (we had mentioned that we wanted to reserve a table for dinner the following week), suddenly appeared on the bill as a chargeable service. Even if it had only been €10, it would have left a bitter aftertaste. Unfortunately, this ultimately left us with the impression that a kind gesture had turned into an unexpected additional bill. It's a shame – the positive atmosphere was completely overshadowed by this. Therefore, the reservation for Thursday is also invalid 🚫 This idea was enough for us, because you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

It was a dream. The food was amazing, the wine was perfect, and Siri (our host) made the evening perfect. We'd love to go back!

It was so loud you couldn't hear yourself. The food was so loud you could barely taste it; they were just rushing things. The waiters took our order an hour after we asked. So we were forced to spend a lot of time there. It's nicely decorated, but if you want fancy food, this isn't the place for you; it's more like a nightclub.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and shown to our table. Since we were undecided about our menu, we let Siri, an attentive, witty, and very accommodating host, surprise us. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. We particularly like the steak: so tender you could have cut it with a spoon – an absolute delight! We went after a year back to Perla Porta and it was really amazing. The service was just excellent - Michelin star level! My wife and me had steak tartar and truffle pasta. The owner even brought US tomahawk steak to try; the wine choice was excellent. We will come back ASAP. They transformed from a classic Italian towards a more steakhouse touch - and it worked!! Highly recommended! Was an amazing experience.

Best bar in town! Siri had everything under control

We visited the restaurant again after a long absence and were pleasantly surprised by the new concept and the warm welcome. The evening began with fresh bread served with aioli, oil, and balsamic vinegar. I chose the beef tartare, which was perfectly presented and very flavorful, accompanied by thin, non-greasy fries. The shrimp arrabiata was also very successful, and the portions were thankfully generous. The prices were a bit higher, but the quality justified the investment. The wine recommendation paired perfectly with our meal. Overall, we were very satisfied and look forward to another visit!

Had a wonderful Saturday evening. Food and service 10/10 Highly recommended 🥂

Unfortunately, the owner is new, and the restaurant has managed to ruin everything – you have to work hard for that. The clientele consists of questionable characters who claim to be part of high society. Of the waitresses, only one girl was really good. The bill came only via card reader and without a receipt. When we asked for a receipt, they brought it and simply shoved it in our direction. The steak 🥩 was delicious, the potatoes were forgotten and brought later, and the truffle mayonnaise was also forgotten and brought later. For €42, the steak was okay, but at Roca or Absco 800, for example, it's much better and tastier – and also cheaper, with better service and higher quality. My conclusion: Never again!

We celebrated my cousin's birthday dinner here and were extremely pleased. The stylish decor, beautiful music, and nostalgic view were perfectly suited, and the food was an absolute feast for the palate. The tender and well-marbled steaks and the exquisite appetizers tasted excellent, and the wines were of the finest quality. We were very impressed, are looking forward to our next dinner there, and thank you very much for this unforgettable evening. 🙏❤️

We were greeted directly at the entrance, and they know how to treat guests like hosts in a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was top-notch, the recommendations were top-notch, and our requests were taken into account. We had a starter platter for two, two delicious main courses, one of which was flambéed at the table, and a mixed dessert platter for two. Everything we ate was top-notch quality. The owners changed six months ago, and you can tell the new owner puts his heart and soul into it. We highly recommend it and would love to come back.

If you have a high tolerance level for ants and spiders at the high prices, apart from the fact that the rare fillet ordered is brought well done and you have to take a lot of time with you, the ambience and the quality of the meat are good. Unfortunately not recommended. Who knows what is crawling and running around in the kitchen when you already have 4-5 ants and 3 spiders on the table over the course of the evening.

Very long service, I had to remind the waiters all the time. As a result, they still did not bring the ordered cocktail and sauce (although the cocktail was included in the bill). When fully seated, the room is very stuffy, the ventilation cannot cope. As for the food, the salad was too salty, the asparagus was old and hard to bite, and the steaks weren't the doneness we asked for. The only thing I want to praise is the work of the bartender. The price does not correspond to the quality. If it were cheaper, I would give it 4 stars.

Nice restaurant in the media harbor. Food was very good. Meat cooked to perfection. Tender. Great side dishes, the sauces also excellent. However, you should work on your Google presence. We came because I wanted steak and my girlfriend wanted pasta. The Google presence also suggests that. But there was probably a change of ownership and it is purely a steak house. Nevertheless, clear recommendation. Unfortunately the terrible weather spoiled the meal on the very nice terrace. Ps: For me, homemade fries are a must in a premium steakhouse.

The portion of steak is very generous. I ordered 400 grams of wagyu beef and almost didn't finish it. If the meal is not big, 200-300 grams is just right for men. It is very suitable for couples to date, business dinners, etc. There is a paid parking lot outside the restaurant. I think this place is better than many steakhouses in the city. Will go again in the future!

Recently I spontaneously went to the restaurant and asked if it was possible to get a table. The restaurant was full, but the really lovely waitress made a table ready for us! During the meal, the professional nature of the waiters was evident and the different types of meat were shown and recommended upon request. All in all, the food was more than great and I can only recommend it! The atmosphere and the staff are also simply great. The prices are adjusted according to the quality, but if you want quality instead of quantity. I've already reserved a new table for soon and I'm really looking forward to it.

Great place for meat with a good wine selection. The meat was perfectly prepared and came on a sizzling hot plate, which kept the meat warm for a very long time at the table. The only thing I was missing was a selection of dry-aged meat. This would be a good addition to the menu.

The restaurant reopened in Dec 8 with new management and is now called Royal Steak US Premium Cuts and it is obviously steak house - and absolutely brilliant. Amazing meat! Great service too.

Today the four of us ate at Royal Steak Perla Porto. We were big fans of the original Perla Porto and only came across the reinterpretation and new management by chance - but we were all very enthusiastic. Great concept, phenomenal meat and warm owner and staff. We'll definitely be back!
