Food was quite good. Had the rump steak and the penne arrabiata with extra chicken. Minestrone as a starter. You have to season it here. Otherwise everything is ok.

Right in the middle of what's happening and still. Away in a quiet atmosphere. Spend a pleasant time with good food and drink. Nice staff ensures a pleasant stay

We haven't eaten so deliciously in a long time! All dishes were hot, delicious, aesthetically presented and the price-performance ratio was right! The waiter was extremely friendly, especially to our little daughter. From the drinks to the starters and main courses to the desserts, every order came quickly and without errors. We'll definitely be back! You have to remember that you can only pay with cash. But if necessary, there is a savings bank next door ;)

Absolute plus: team! Please look at the prices. We are in Lichtenberg. Bruschetta €10.50? They used to be free with every meal. And 3 years ago 6 pieces cost €5.90. It's not Elector Saefkow Platz ;)…

We managed to reserve a table for two people at short notice. It was very pleasant there. The food was excellent. Bruschetta was super delicious, handmade dumplings with porcini mushrooms, beef fillet tips in Gorgonzola sauce were very tasty. I can really recommend it.

The service is very unfriendly and rude!!! We ate here with 6 people. The pizza was completely burnt on the bottom and therefore tasted bitter. When we finally paid, the waiter argued with us and became very loud and insulted us. We've never experienced anything like this before. Customer service was absolutely subpar and the food was even better. As former regular customers, we will definitely never come here again!!!

The indication that cash payments only could be made a little earlier, for example with a corresponding symbol on the entrance door. It is certainly bad for the good mood of the beautiful evening if a trip to the ATM is then required. But otherwise everything was fine. The food was great, the waiters were nice and accommodating, the music was Italian, which is something we always value. Always happy.

Incredibly fresh, delicious food. The chefs know what they are doing. The halibut is a poem, the garlic soup is a dream. The only thing I think is bad about this restaurant is that some of the waiters seem rude at times. Otherwise, a clear recommendation.

Went there recently…and will leave it at that. Service started well, then quickly deteriorated. Food was ok. The invoice was brought in full. Separate payment was planned. No card payment...that's clear...and no, that's not common in Berlin. We were allowed to choose the bouncer liqueurs, but they were not brought to us. Because of my upbringing, there were still tips. But there is no recommendation.

Bad service, waiter simply forgot about our table

The food was OK, good is something else, unfortunately the chicken breast was very dry. However, an absolute no-go for me is that no card is accepted, only cash payment. And that doesn't work at all, which means that we won't be able to stop there again.

We ordered starters and drinks to begin with, told the waiter that we will order main course later. After we finished with the starter, no one came to us to get the order or clean the table. We waited for 20 mins, no eye contact, total ignorance, regular guests are more important then new ones. No card payment. Weak service and bad experience, better find another place for dinner.

TLDR: Good store, although still without card payment. Price wise. The service was very helpful, quick, friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes, even though it was really full. The food was also good, although unfortunately the steak was not medium rare as ordered but rather medium rare. To be fair: It's an Italian restaurant and not a steakhouse. The pizzas were excellent. There was also a bit of salt missing everywhere, but this can quickly be remedied at the table. Fries, grilled vegetables, bruschetta and dessert but all first class. So always happy.

Very tasty food, I had the fish soup and an asparagus pizza, the wine with strawberries was also very tasty. The food came quickly and relatively simultaneously for our group of 13 people. The staff was friendly and joking. The star deduction only occurs because card payment is not possible. However, there is a savings bank almost right next door, but not everyone is a Spatkasse customer and I don't even know whether they are in a Cadhpool.

Came on a Wednesday and they were completely overwhelmed, even though you called ahead. We sat in the glass box and it was cold and barely heated. The waitress discussed that card payments wouldn't make sense and that you can only pay in cash everywhere in Berlin. Food was good but we waited an incredibly long time. Price performance is quite good.

An Italian with a winter garden that can be turned into a patio in the summer. Classic food offering. I ate spaghetti with aiol and the chef's risotto as the main course. Risotto could have been a little messier. Otherwise a funny waiter and a successful dinner. It's sure to be busy in summer, so make a reservation.

Sometimes you eat like that, sometimes it's better, sometimes it's worse. I've eaten there many times and the staff has never been really friendly, but this time it was ridiculous. I was eating with 3 people and we had to pay €71.80. The person who invited us said 72€ so rounded it up, which made the waiter very angry and said that it was an insult to him and what he should do with 20 cents. There were also other comments like that next time there will be no amaretto and that you should tip between 10 and 15 percent of the price of the meal. In the end we left our drinks and the 4 amarettos and left after paying. Shameless to beg for a tip like that.

I am writing this review as a chef and restaurateur. We went to Marco Polo Due for a family celebration in November 2023. I chose the duck breast from the Christmas menu. Unfortunately I have to say that I ate the worst duck breast in my entire life here. And I am over 50 years old. The meat had no consistency at all and fell apart into fibers like a stew. The duck was probably frozen and overcooked beyond recognition in the microwave. Unfortunately, the side dishes didn't improve the dish either, because everything is convenience/pre-made and nothing, nothing at all, is freshly cooked. If it had at least tasted good, I would have said, well, good, but unfortunately not even that! What should you think of an operator who handles food in such a grossly negligent manner? I am at a loss for words!

It's solid... Service is really great, you can't say anything about it but unfortunately the food isn't that convincing!!! Unfortunately, spaghetti tasted like broth after the soup was finished and the salad with half an egg and a kg of cheese wasn't particularly tasty either...

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen. Das Ambiente sehr einladend gemütlich. Nudeln mit Rindfleischstreifen und Pilzen in Sahnesauce war sehr lecker, mein Vater war von der Kalbsleber mit Kroketten begeistert.

Alles sehr nett, man wird auf angenehme Art sehr satt für nicht all zu viel Geld.

Das Essen als auch der Service waren sehr gut. Trotzdem es sehr voll war. Ich empfehle eine Reservierung.

Lange Wartezeiten, trotz Reservierung, lange Wartezeit um Bestellung aufzugeben (Massenabfertigung ). Essen selbst war lieblos angerichtet. (27 € ) für mich war es nur auf Provit ausgerichtet !! Wir waren seit ca 10 Jahren immer gerne zu Besuch, Jetzt nicht mehr !! Keine Empfehlung !!

Naja, auf jeder Pizza ist Basilikum drauf gewesen, gehört da nicht hin. Die industriellen Markanten Spuren am trockenen Boden, lassen auf Fertigpizzaboden schließen. Belag naja. Geschmacklich unterirdisch. Danke, aber wir kommen leider nicht wieder. Schon garnicht bei solchen Preisen in der Fertigküche. Von uns aus nicht zu empfehlen

Kein authentisches italienisches Restaurant. Keine echten Italiener. Und so schmeckt auch das Essen.

Leider war das Personal und das Ambiente nicht zufriedenstellend und die Behandlung für Gäste vom Personal hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Langes warten auf Bedingungen und sehr unfreundlich. Das Essen war aber sehr in Ordnung und war gut.

Es war toll hier, die Küche ausgezeichnet, der Service wohlwollend, rücksichtsvoll, herzlich. Nur die Wartezeit auf das Essen forderte unsere Geduld heraus. Wir verließen dennoch sehr zufrieden dieses tolle Restaurant und kommen gewiss wieder. Herzlichen Dank 💖🙏.

Das Essen war nicht sonderlich gut. Kalbsleber war Rinder Leber. Sehr lange Karte, schleckte Qualität des Essens zum Teil TK Produkte wie Kroketten. Raum war nicht gut geheizt sonder nur ein Vordach. Atmosphäre war daher auch sehr schlecht. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war mega lecker und auch der Service war super. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da ich nicht mit Karte zahlen konnte und erst noch zur Bank gehen musste.

Das Restaurant hat jetzt eine überdachte Veranda. Egal ob man drin oder draußen sitzen möchte, es ist meist eine Vorbestellung ratsam, da gut besucht. Das Essen wird frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet und ist sehr schmackhaft. Ich kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

War hier ab und an mit meiner Oma und zum großen Familien Treffen soweit alles okay für mich gewesen, kann das aber nicht für alle anderen mit beurteilen aber Preis Leistung war wohl okay und auch Qualität war gut!? Bin da leider nur andere Italienische Restaurants gewöhnt mit etwas kleineren gemütlichen Ambiente und einer Exklusivität an Italienischen Spezialitäten;) War hier natürlich mit sehr vielen Gästen nicht so gemütlich sehr voll & hektisch!;(
