I’ve never encountered such an unfriendly and downright dismissive attitude from restaurant staff in my life. We visited this place with our kids, who were excited and *hungry* after their celebration. The restaurant was completely empty, yet we were completely ignored. No one came to take our order – not even for beverages – while we sat there watching the staff do everything but their jobs. To make matters worse, the kids were forced to wander in and out of the restaurant, trying to get the attention of the waitstaff just to help us choose where to sit. All while the place was -empty!!! If you’re that tired or uninterested in serving customers, just put a big sign at the entrance that says: "I don't want to serve you. My manager doesn't pay me enough, and I’m over it." That way, people won’t waste their time, energy, or money here, and you won’t have to be bothered with actually doing your job.

Great Food, Great Vibes, Paolo is the Man!!! 🥂🇩🇪🖤 (Tortellini for the win!) Not rushed at all and the people watching is ⭐️.

Fabulous food, certainly the best pizza the teens have had in awhile 😋 and pasta was Fabulous.

Took an hour and half for them to bring the pizza! Horrible!

Delicious! Also authentic. We particularly like the pizza here and the salads.

Everything was going great until we were told the pasta cooker was broken. I think this is just an excuse because it's not pizza and they're easy to do. Trouble is we had already received our pizza which left a child without a meal. No discount for the trouble and left a bitter taste to the night. The manager was just hopeless, I think as they're busy and in the middle of Berlin they just don't have to try. If you want a good Italian go to Bonfini. Not as near to the tourist bits but twice the restaurant (see my review).

The worst run Osteria in Berlin. It basically takes ages. Food is often cold (because it's sitting around waiting for a waiter). No one on the staff notices that the paper towels in the toilets have been used up. Unfortunately it's the only pizzeria right next to the zoo, otherwise we would consistently avoid it. (Sunday lunchtime, only about 20 guests on site... we had to wait 10' to order, another 30 to eat, for a simple pizza)

The Bikini branch has no air conditioning and the soft drinks are less carbonated (we were informed about both in advance, but it was still unsatisfactory). What was particularly annoying, however, was the long wait for our food (45 minutes, even though the restaurant was not full) and the quality of the two pasta dishes. The pasta was very al dente, the portions were small and the taste was poor. What a shame!

Det er virkelig utrolig langsom betjening man får på stedet. Det går lang tid inden man kan bestille. Når man får sin mad, så går det sindssyg lang tid. Vi kunne sidde og ser vores pizzaer være færdige og klar til servering. Der gik mindst 7 min fra der var færdige til der blev serveret. Da vi sagde pizzaerne var kolde fik vi en ubehøvlet betjening om der var da varme..... Ja, det tror da pokker han syntes der var varme da de blev blev vipper over på en varm tallerken, og han mærkede efter om tallerken var varmt🤔. Øl og vand var også heller ikke kolde. Anbefaling til andre: hold jer væk. Er i virkelig sulten, så gå over på den anden siden af gaden til McDonald's, Det siger lidt om standarden.......

Pizza with Parma ham, tasted good, a bit unimaginative (pizza dough, tomato sauce, slices of ham, done). Arugula cost extra. No bread in advance. Side salad simple, dressing tasty. Pizza very large (45 cm), perhaps enough for 2 people. Service friendly and helpful.

A few days ago, we arrived to Berlin from the Olympic games in Paris. We have been visiting restaurants both in Paris and Berlin. This is the best restaurant we visited, with an excellent offer. The waiter Singh is especially kind. This is the restaurant that we will visit again.

Good location for food and shouting Had a disturbing experience at L’Osteria Bikini Berlin. After deciding not to leave a tip, I was confronted by a waiter in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. This individual, who had a small ponytail made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The confrontation was inappropriate and made my dining experience unpleasant. Management needs to address this behavior to ensure all customers feel welcome, regardless of tipping decisions. Emailed the location and HQ in May but sadly no response. It seems that Google Maps is getting responses. I’ve counted 7+ reviews with similar problems and the same generic response. Why wasn’t my mail answered? Why is there a generic response?

I had an amazing experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious, easily the best I've ever had. A special shoutout to our waiter Singh, who was incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service!

The pizzas are very large and this justifies the cost. The quality is good as is the service. The environment is also beautiful. Ultimately, if you are in Berlin, you want to eat a good pizza and you are hungry, don't worry.

How rude and impolite can you be as a waiter. We were assigned a seat and the seat was dirty and wet. We kindly asked if we could sit somewhere else. The waiter kept saying it wasn't wet and demanded I show where it was wet. We ended up eating somewhere else. Best decision ever. You won't see us here again...

A pleasant experience. The staff were friendly. Tried the Bolognese, which was generally quite good. Definitely a place to visit again to explore more of their menu.

Paolo gave us wonderful advice and informed us about challenges due to the lack of carbon dioxide before we ordered. The food was good, the kitchen was well staffed compared to the service. The service, especially Paolo, is endless. Hardworking, diligent hardworking and nimble. The kitchen rang the food from the pass, loudly and energetically. We didn't think that was so nice. The service can't do more than run. Thank you for the impressions we were able to collect. All the best to you and always dear guests.

The service was the best in the "Osteria". Unfortunately the food wasn't that tasty, the risotto was too salty and the spaghetti bolognese would be better served without cheese! Nevertheless, the stay in the restaurant was quite nice :-)

I ordered burrata with tomatoes, which already costs a hefty €11.95, just to get mozzarella. One of them was also told that it was mozzarella, which was really just a joke. Despite the smaller number of guests, the waiting time was 15 minutes for drinks and 30 minutes for food. Really disappointing...

Beautiful place, perfect for lunch or dinner. The pasta and pizza are okay. We celebrated our friend’s birthday here and they were very kind enough to gift us a bottle of prosecco for the birthday girl. We were very pleased with the service.

Once again a successful pit stop at our favorite Italian restaurant at the zoo. This time we came up with a baby, stroller, dogs and 10,000 extra wishes. Paolo from the service was so incredibly relaxed and helpful - we felt like we were in good hands and were able to enjoy the time out with the best food in the August sun. Thanks, Paolo, best!

I'm very satisfied! The pizza is simply delicious!

Although the restaurant is right on the street at Breidschatzplatz and is a hotspot, the service is great. Very attentive staff. The best thing, however, are the pizzas and the ability to top them in different ways. Due to the size of the pizza, we recommend sharing the pizza. And it’s super, super delicious. Just enjoy it. We were thrilled.

Outdoor dining is not necessarily nice. The trees are protected with a metal fence! Not nice. Food is ok as always at L'Osteria

Top service - Paolo served us and was super friendly. We would love to come back.

Visit 2 weeks ago was very disappointing as pizza was cool and at the same time had a very dark burnt edge. I don't know that from other branches. Since we don't like throwing food away, we ate it anyway, but the waitress only responded to our comment about the large leftover edges with a smile. Children's menu was only available upon request.

We were there with 4 people and had to wait a long time until the service person came. The wheat beers were warm. The pizza maker produced pizzas that piled up on the counter. The service was probably understaffed. When our pizza was brought it was cold. After a complaint, it was put back in the oven. Doesn't work at all........
