If L’Osteria, go somewhere else! Music way too loud. You couldn't have a conversation at all. The staff swirled around, seemed totally stressed, even though the store wasn't even a third full, and were completely inattentive. The pizza was in the oven too long and the crust crumbled in all corners. It was just no fun being there at all and was pure stress. I was just happy to get out of there as quickly as possible. I go to a L'Osteria in some city almost every month and am always really impressed by the consistent quality. In Berlin, for example, I like to go to Savignyplatz, where the service is much better. If today had been my first visit to a L'Osteria, I would probably never have gone there again.

Nice place, good food but music far too loud. When you go to a restaurant with others you want to be able to talk to each other, not shout! For this reason all 10 of us won’t return

We were here with a friend and everything was great 👌 I had a zucchini pasta with shrimps for myself and it was incredibly delicious. Can only recommend. The waiter named Mert served us very well and we are very satisfied. Of course we would like to come back.

What a disaster. I was invited to a Christmas party for dinner with colleagues. The welcome was still friendly, but a table for the number of people registered was not prepared. After the drinks and the appetizer were served without any problems, the food took quite a long time. The pasta was usually cold and not fully cooked. And the pizzas didn't come at all. When the pasta had been eaten and several waiters assured us with incorrect times that the pizza would arrive soon, it was time to leave. After almost 2 hours of staying, no pizzas were served and when we complained, they tried to waste more time. In the end we left very disappointed... it wasn't what we had imagined. We had better experiences at other locations with the Osteria restaurant chain. So open your eyes...

Unfortunately our visit to the Ostaria was a disappointment. The Vitello Tonnato was sliced ​​far too thickly, which completely ruined the typical delicate enjoyment of the dish. In addition, the tonno cream was hidden under the meat instead of covering it as usual - this made eating inconvenient and unusual. The pizza also left a lot to be desired: it was sticky and had hardly any taste. We also had the impression that the wine was diluted with water - an absolute no-go and very disappointing. The only bright spot was the friendly lady in service, who always tried hard and ensured a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately that couldn't save the overall impression.

We had a great time, it’s very generous and the pizzas are delicious! Top service, everyone very friendly and speaking English. Mini downside, it’s super noisy. But maybe I was tired that evening! 😂

Huge pizza and very attentive well organized service!

We were a registered group of around 30 people. Despite several phone calls and a pre-order of food via email (as requested by the hotel), nothing worked. Some waited 90 minutes for their food. The starter partly came after the main course. Our tables were carelessly lined up next to each other and were right next to the open kitchen, right up to the elevator. Numerous kitchen utensils, carpet runners, etc. had been thrown into the corner around us. You somehow felt like you were in a storage room. The service was sometimes overwhelmed and often couldn't be found for a long time. It would perhaps have been best for everyone if such a large group had not been accepted in the first place due to capacity reasons and/or a lack of staff. What a shame! The pizzas, except for the calzone, were okay. The lasagna was way too small and not really good! The panna cotta was very good, but in the end it couldn't save the evening!

first off really loud music to the point u cant really hear ur partner well, and it headache inducing. we waited for quite a while at the door till someone finally sat us down. and we waited even longer till someone finally toke our order... then wee waiteddd even more till our food arrived... really badd service. the food was not goood either, we ordered spaghetti aglio e olio... we got boiled spaghetti with no falvour and dry on the outside cause it seemed like it stayed in open air for a awhile before being served. we also ordered Zoodles... which we thought was gonna be pasta with zucchini turned out it was zucchini with shrimps and water.... then baxk again to the horrible service, takes forever for a waiter to even notice that u trying to call them, ignored our request for the cheque overall dont recommend🤡

Among the worst service I've received at restaurants in Berlin! After waiting about 40 minutes from the moment we ordered the dishes, only 3 pasta dishes arrived, which were cold as if they had been waiting for the waiter to take them from the kitchen and during that time they cooled down. Another 2 pizzas we ordered did not arrive at the table until 50 minutes later (a very unreasonable time). They arrived when the rest of the table had already finished eating. Of course we didn't pay for the dishes that arrived late. At the end of the experience, the waiter who brought us the bill told us with the utmost impudence, "Pay what you want and never come back here again." Disgusting behavior for a famous, self-respecting restaurant.

The food tastes very good and the service is quick and good. Unfortunately it is very loud here and it gets louder as the number of guests increases. Conversations are then hardly possible.

I don't know if it was because they were perhaps short-staffed, but we had a very long wait for our drinks to even be taken (about 20 minutes). We ordered coffee and when it arrived after 10 minutes it was just lukewarm. The pizza probably took 40 minutes to arrive at the table. It was okay, neither good nor bad, about a 4.5/10. It was slightly warm and tasted on a similar level or worse than Domino’s. The ambience is ok

My daughter (2 years old) was suddenly very hungry and happened to walk past the door and asked for noodles. There weren't many people inside at 4pm on Sunday, so we just didn't go to the Chinese restaurant across the street and tried here. As a result, we stood at the door for 5 minutes before a waiter came to greet us. After being seated and waiting for 20 minutes, no one came and asked us what we wanted to drink. After thinking about what to eat, I signaled to the clerk and told him to come immediately. I got the main meal for the seat to the right and left of us. After another five minutes it seemed as if he was coming towards us because the order forms had already been taken out. However, the customer on the left asked where his food was and the waiter who served us left again. Finish the meal for the guest on the left. He turned around and went back to the door. My wife asked: Can we order food? He was very angry and told us that he needed time. Well, the first time we entered the store was also the last time we entered the store. The diner is in such a busy tourist area and the service is terrible!

The pizza was great as always. The starter Vitello Tonato- loveless and little. It's really bad that both came at the same time. The beer took a long time and was lukewarm. Really people, almost 70€, not like that.

Poor organization, overwhelmed staff, dirty and broken toilets. But right from the start: it took 20 minutes from the time we arrived at the restaurant until we could sit down, and of course we had to wait outside the door. When we were seated, no one came to take an order for over 15 minutes, then we waited over an hour for our food, and in that entire hour we weren't asked once if we wanted something more to drink. The food was partly cold (pasta) and partly burnt (calzone) There are two cubicles in the (totally dirty) men's toilet, one is broken and the other cannot be locked. Losteria Bikini Berlin is truly one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited.

Everything takes forever! Waited 30 minutes for drinks, let alone food. Plus it's unbearably loud. Unfortunately not a recommended store. Update: Our waiter apologized several times for the delay and had a few of our drinks on the house. So not 1 star, but 3 stars.
