I ordered the carbona which was delivered quickly and the portion was extremely generous. My friends both had a pizza, and these were huge. Both needed help finishing it which I was more than happy to do as they were delicious. My own meal had thick sauce and a decent portion of meat. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly and their service could not be faulted. Prices were more than reasonable given the portion sizes and quality of the food. Definitely recommend. Thanks.

Very large pizzas that only fit two people. Unfortunately, the crust is left out generously, making it very dry. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for our salad (requested twice), and then the Parmesan shavings were missing. Once you've ordered, you're a secondary customer. The background music is much too loud.

If you don't want to work in the restaurant industry, you shouldn't. Lifeless service, dirty dishes, forgotten salad. Despite the pleasant weather, no outside service. Staff stand in your way as you leave, next to the decorative, rotten flowers. The food might be Italian, but you're not familiar with it.

We have been to you several times and have always been very satisfied! Unfortunately today was a disaster! Waited 20 minutes for drinks and then the wrong one came. I took my advice back and the right drink no longer came. When I asked again after 15 minutes, the wrong drink came again. Pizza was ok, but not cut like we asked for and salad came with the wrong dressing, which we preferred not to complain about, otherwise we would probably have had to wait another half hour or more and still get the wrong one. Too bad! We used to love visiting you, but today we are very disappointed with our visit. And I can't even say that the restaurant was full, at most 1/3 full.

I like to eat here because it simply tastes good. The local is quite loud when it is full, the service is rarely at the table, but is constantly on the move. The idea with a QR code is great. Ordering and paying can be so easy.

As a long-time customer of L'Osteria, I was unfortunately very disappointed yesterday. As always, the pizzas looked excellent and appetizing. But my visit was greatly marred by an extremely unhygienic observation: I had to watch as a waitress sprinkled arugula on my pizza after coming into contact with cash, dirty dishes and serving other guests without washing my hands. I understand that there are stressful phases in service. However, hygiene should always be a top priority, especially when handling open food. I found this behavior not only unprofessional, but also simply unhygienic. Very unfortunate. I hope that more attention will be paid to such basic standards in the future.

We ate here repeatedly. It tasted very good again, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. At lunchtime it became increasingly crowded and too noisy with music, screaming children and the coffee machine. But that doesn't stop us from recommending the restaurant.

Had the biggest pizza ever here and it was delicious! You can see the the pizzas being made from scratch. Our server, Paolo was very friendly and the free glass of prosecco was a nice touch.

I recently visited L’Osteria and tried their Aglio e Olio Veg Pasta. The presentation was simple and appetizing. The garlic flavor was prominent, just as it should be, and the olive oil was well-balanced—not too greasy. However, I felt it could have used a touch more seasoning or maybe a hint of chili for an extra kick. The portion size was decent, and the pasta was cooked al dente. Overall, it was a satisfying and light vegetarian option, though not particularly memorable.

Food was really good. We ordered Vegetariana pizza which was delicious.

Mid pizza. Very little on the pizza but they are very big. The crust is good and the sauce too, our service was quite bad. He was a little rude but he was helpful anyway, I will give it a strong three due to these parameters.

I often visit different L’Osteria locations, but unfortunately this visit was the worst experience I have had so far. Right from the start, both we and the neighboring tables had to wait an unusually long time for our drinks. When we pointed this out to a waitress, she just nodded her head and walked on - we found that rude. I ended up having to go to the bar myself to point out that our drinks had been waiting for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this situation repeated itself again with our pizzas, which also sat around for a long time until we pointed it out. I would specifically like to mention positively the employee at the entrance (table allocation). He tried to act in a solution-oriented manner and even assured us - there were six of us with children - another table. Unfortunately this was prevented by the manager. The manager seemed very stressed, was unfriendly and, in my opinion, showed no ability to deal with such situations in a customer-friendly and solution-oriented manner. We also found his suggestion that we sit outside with children to be inappropriate. In addition, we found it extremely unpleasant that people were arguing loudly about problems with the manager in the kitchen and the guests could hear them. We also found the employees' constant joking back and forth and gesticulating inappropriate and unpleasant. This significantly disrupted our meal and left us feeling unwell. If this experience repeats itself on my next two visits, L’Osteria will definitely be done for me. I strongly recommend rethinking the management of this location. The receptionist, on the other hand, should be encouraged because he clearly made an effort to act in a customer-oriented and solution-oriented manner. I would currently advise against this location for families and visitors with children who want a relaxed restaurant visit.

Food was good but the staff, automatically added 10% tip without even asking the customer. Other L'Osteria gave us an option. They pretty much scammed us.

We took a short vacation to Berlin. Looking for a cool pizzeria we ended up at L'Osteria Bikini Berlin. Nice service, cool atmosphere and a huge pizza that tasted really good! Best regards from Schleswig-Holstein 👍

Cold pizza. Called - asked nicely how that could be - the VERY nice gentleman on the phone: “Deal with the supplier.” Customer service is very important. Food warmed up again in the oven, because not everyone wants to have their evening ruined.

¡Decepcionado! Mis socios pizza no llegó al mismo tiempo que el resto de nosotros, para cuando llegó habíamos terminado! No se disculpó. La pizza estaba mal cocinada y de mal gusto. Cuando llegó el momento de pagar, hubo un problema con la máquina de tarjetas, les tomó casi una hora rectificar este problema antes de que pudiera pagar. No podía esperar para salir de allí. Mala comida y un servicio al cliente terrible.

We waited over 40 minutes without receiving our 3 drinks. We contacted the waitress three times to be able to place the order initially. In the end we gave up and left because we didn't receive our drinks after all this time. Disservice.

Once and never again. The pasta was tasty, but it came lukewarm and because I was sitting under the ventilation, it quickly got cold. My special request was not only waved away, but also deliberately ignored. The portion was quite small - I'm not a good eater by any stretch of the imagination and usually always leave some left over, but I didn't feel full here. Too bad. Wine tasted good, but glass wasn't clean. Not recommended and I won't come back.

Just a wrong choice. The area is full of good food, you dont need to make this mistake.

The food was good - the service was subpar. The restaurant was moderately busy and the service was totally uncoordinated. At first we waited a relatively long time until we were assigned a table. Then the service staff ran around wildly - the hectic pace was clearly noticeable as a guest - gathered in groups at the counter and discussed things - at first no one seemed to feel responsible for us. When we were able to place the order, the drinks arrived in a reasonable time. Then the food came relatively late - but no one had managed to set our table by then. We only received our cutlery when we asked. Nobody was interested in empty drinks - although we would have liked to drink something more. After eating, the plates were cleared away relatively quickly. Nobody cared whether we had any other requests (coffee, dessert, etc.). We had to actively claim the bill again. Even the really nice criticism during the payment process was only half-heartedly received.

The cottoning times are far too long.

After about 1.5 years we gave L’osteria another chance. Oh, if only we had saved ourselves that. Listless, disinterested employees who are almost constantly engrossed in their smartphones. And this time too we had to be “informed” that extra onions on the pizza were always raw and the herb butter on the pizza rolls had to be liquid. Understood. You could watch the pizzas cooling down at the pass. The extra cheese was charged; only this one was missing. We give it up. Better safe than sorry. Two stars total - for the very quick drink service.

Hello, we were traveling in Berlin for work and looking for a good pizzeria. We stopped by spontaneously and were given a very nice table with a view outside. Ordering drinks and food went very quickly and although it was very busy (almost all the tables were occupied) we didn't have to wait long. And the waiters and waitresses really had their hands full, but that's why they were still incredibly attentive. Unfortunately you only find something like this very rarely. We had bruschetta as a starter, then a salad and a pizza (this was huge 🙈). Everything was very tasty and, above all, freshly prepared. When we come back to Berlin, we will definitely stop by your place again.

The service is great. They're all very nice. Value for money is good if you order a pizza. It is so big that two people can eat it. I can't comment on the other dishes.

The food is nice but there were some problems, the service is slow, it took a long time for a waiter to come to take an order and the food took a long time to arrive and even when the food arrived the waiter got confused with the pasta and brought us something we didn't order with meat even though we told him we didn't eat meat and ordered a different pasta, he brought us the right pasta in the end but it ruined the experience a bit, overall a nice place with reasonable prices the food is ok Unfortunately the pasta didn't feel cooked properly

The waiting time was outrageously long despite pre-ordering ONE pizza. I had specially pre-ordered online with a time slot, which is basically a great offer and pizzas can also be selected half and half. When we arrive, we're disillusioned: the pizza isn't ready yet. OK, that can happen. However, it was still early in the evening and I had to spend over 20 minutes for a pizza with a small child. At least an espresso was offered as compensation. In the end, the pizza was great as always, but you can't start preparing it until the people who pick it up are there.

After the starter we unfortunately had to wait 50 minutes for the food to come... even though we asked for it several times

The employees work hard here, that was clear to me from the start. But I had to wait 45 minutes for our two drinks and even longer for our two pizzas, while the two people next to us came 20 minutes later and received their pizzas 10 minutes earlier. I also got a pizza without garlic and a strawberry dessert without strawberries. Last time we had strawberries and it's also on the menu. This was just a rip off.

Normally we're a huge fan of yours but unfortunately this time it wasn't great. The noodles were just cold and so was the sauce. Our pizza arrived much later, we only asked if it tasted good or was everything ok at the end when we left everything there. Unfortunately everything seemed very chaotic and not organized. It's a shame if you leave €60 behind :(
