Fantastic place! This is our second time here as a family, and we're so glad this restaurant is here. It's very child-friendly, and the service is really friendly and attentive! Update: 1 hour later; One of the employees is inherently so rude that I would like to give zero stars but I have to give it a one, so thank you. This one guy with glasses 🤓 you are so nice that, that I have now not the opportunity to eat in this local anymore. That is not nice!! 👍 🙂 The only thing that I did was: coming to the restaurant a couple times a week.. 1x paying, then asking yesterday to use the bathroom yesterday. Everything was fine. Because I'm still hanging up in this area 🤣🤣 but I realised if smone comes to a restaurant multiple times without paying apparently someone thinks that I want to steal something or that I'm homeless lol but it's both not true so what the heck?! The audacity that I had was to come back to this restaurant and ask them one more time if I can write a review on Instagram or Google and now I'm writing a Google resume because guess what I'm not legally allowed to enter the freaking restaurant anymore although I was hungry and I wanted to pay with my phone 🤳📱! A wonderful restaurant 😍 amazing staff. The food is excellent and the service is fantastic! So incredibly friendly and attentive. They serve little containers with small salads, Parmesan cheese, and a dessert, and you can also help yourself to bread as much as you like. I didn't finish my portion because it was so generous. They packed it up for me, and I even got extra dessert, bread, and other treats. Such lovely people ❤️

Price fair; all the staff were sour and grumpy except for one. The food was horrible. Green pasta? One of the employees yelled at his wife on the phone, "MAKE SOUP TODAY!" The €20 was only worth it for the bathroom break... Boss, swap your staff.

It was my favorite place for many years, but somehow everything has changed. The staff is often unfriendly. If you order cream sauce with garlic, you sometimes get tomato sauce but no apology. Another time, an employee stared at my girlfriend for a really disgustingly long time. I don't feel comfortable there anymore, which is a shame. The food is okay, though, just like a school cafeteria. You can't expect more for the price, which is fair. Maybe I was just unlucky a few times; if you're hungry, you can eat there really cheaply.

Best value for money pizzeria in Berlin

I returned to this place because my first visit was positive — a kind Black staff member welcomed me and I received normal service with wine, tiramisu, and bread. This time, however, the elderly man working (likely the owner) asked if I spoke German. When I said no, he pointed toward the service corner and made a dismissive hand gesture, clearly meaning “then none of that for you.” He then mocked me by repeating “Deutschland, Deutschland” sarcastically and laughed with his friend. What was once a welcoming memory turned into a humiliating, xenophobic experience that left me very upset. No customer should ever be treated this way. Sad this kind of people exist in Germany in 2025.

6€ is a good price for a mediocre pizza

We ordered takeout. Delicious and great value for money! They also gave us small portions of tiramisu, which was also delicious!

I've been coming here every now and then for years, and I'm still thrilled. The prices have, of course, been adjusted. The restrooms could use some updating, and one or two benches could be added.

We received a friendly welcome and service there today. The food was served quickly, and my small extra request was accommodated without any problems. I wanted extra salami on my pizza 😉 If you want to eat at a really fair price, you should stop by here.

Delicious food and unbeatable prices I ate there again on Friday November 15th after a long time and was disappointed. The quality has declined significantly, especially the pizza, the base was more like a wobbly crepe. I will try it again soon and hope for delicious pizza again.

First of all they are not Italian and they don't cook well, the food has no taste, poorly seasoned, a shame for Italian cuisine! The pizza used to be mozzarella at least with real mozzarella and fresh basil leaves, now a pizza resembles margarita with lots of cheese. 👎🏻 Plus, from one day to the next, PET is unfriendly. So I'll never enter this restaurant again. I recommend my favorite restaurant, Vietnam Aroma. Super friendly people there and the food was delicious!

Mediocre pizzas, lasagna doesn’t have meat 🫥 and their air circulation system doesn’t work, we stayed under fume and smoke through the whole night.

Preparation only began upon entering the store 25 minutes after the order was placed. Despite the selected pickup time and low occupancy.

Unfortunately, we had lasagna and pasta Napoli, neither of which was recommended. I would say worst lasagna ever. The benches are all full of holes and could really be reupholstered. Even if it's cheap, the 7 euros for mini and then a bad lasagne that no one ate isn't worth it. Service was nice, but it used to be better there

On September 25th, 2024, half an hour before the end, I ordered two pizzas for €6 each, arrived in no time, and the employees were just astonished! Good vegetarian and vegan selection too, what more could you want. Excellent quality, freshly made, highly recommended! Bacci da noi xoxo

An extra €3 is charged for pizza pesto. Schedule ruined as we couldn't leave on time even though we made sure they would finish early enough (8min later).

The first time I ordered I was really excited. But with each subsequent order the quality went down. On the 4th and final order the casserole was burnt, didn't look like a casserole at all and smelled funny. I was then told on the phone to bring the casserole over and it would be replaced. Really a shame. I loved the first bake so much and was so happy.

Employees were aggressive for no reason, even though I normally wanted to order a pizza. I was not allowed to take the pizza with me Not recommended with such aggressive employees.

The food was once better, when we were already sitting at the table we noticed how two other guests wanted to enter the store and have their orders taken. The guy who was alone in the store was sitting at the table with another guy at the time and only noticed the guests or took their order after a while. I think the owner has changed so the store is no longer running at all.

The price is honestly still unbeatable for the quality of food. I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t say it’s an Italian restaurant and the pasta and pizza are not what you’d get in Italy but they are affordable, quick and it’s always big portions! Taste wise it’s honest, it’s quite good and the service has been nice to me all the time. They even offer card payment starting at 10€ which is even more of a plus to come back now :-) and they are open late!
