Sensational cuisine, authentic, great service. I know of few Italian restaurants that can compete. It's a waste of culinary experience to order "just" a pizza here. But that also comes at a completely justified price. And to finish, one of the best grappas I've ever had (€18 a glass) ;-)

The truffle pasta is (despite the price) an absolute must! I haven't found a restaurant that comes close to it yet. And the other dishes are also very tasty, all served in a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere :)

A great, classic Italian restaurant with a very good selection. In addition to the well-known Italian standards, there are always varied daily specials, all freshly prepared. The extensive dessert menu is also particularly noteworthy; there's something for everyone. The staff is extremely attentive, and there are enough servers on hand to ensure prompt service and easy fulfillment of special requests. Whether by cash or card, payment is seamless. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Experience – Far Below Expectations We visited as a party of four to celebrate my uncle’s birthday. Living in Germany, he was looking forward to enjoying true Italian cuisine again — unfortunately, this restaurant did not deliver. From the start, the experience lacked the warmth and care we associate with Italian hospitality. We waited over 40 minutes before anyone took our order, and when we asked a few simple questions, the responses were unexpectedly curt and unhelpful. Several items arrived either incorrect or poorly executed (a steak ordered rare arrived completely overcooked). The food was, sadly, underwhelming — especially considering the high prices. For example, a veal liver dish priced at €30 was neither refined nor particularly well-prepared; it simply didn’t justify the cost. Overall, the cooking felt uninspired and unpolished. The ambiance also left something to be desired: the setting felt somewhat cold and lacking in atmosphere. While we had hoped for a memorable meal, the experience fell short in multiple ways. Until improvements are made — both in service and in the kitchen — we won’t be returning.

Last night, despite having a confirmed reservation, we experienced a service fiasco: We arrived exactly 10 minutes early. A reservation for 5 people outside was supposed to be possible. We were then offered a table inside, but we insisted on our reservation. Then we waited 80 minutes to place our food order! The food, except for the pizza, was quite good, as was the wine and pasta dishes. In total, there were four people, including the two chefs, who were responsible for the guests, but they failed to provide acceptable service. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back!

Essentially a classic Italian restaurant, with familiar dishes, good wines, and reasonable prices, but... the tone of some of the staff ranged from rude to unfriendly. I was there for the second time; we were satisfied the first time, and yesterday we were with friends on the terrace. The food was good, but there was a fly hidden under the pasta in one of the dishes. We're not that sensitive, so we didn't return it, but we pointed it out when the restaurant was cleared away. The saying "don't tell the other guests, or they'll want one too..." could have been better. It was warm, and the windows and doors to the kitchen were open, so you should just be more careful. Many small things went wrong, like an incorrect bill at the end, which could be overlooked individually, and we understand the overall impression of some of the negative reviews. Many regulars, and perhaps the people from Gerresheim, have thicker skin than we do; for us, this was our last visit. And please don't post the standard text as a response to bad reviews; that stands out.

Absolutely fantastic! From the warm welcome to the incredibly delicious food, I definitely recommend it. The cleanliness inside and out, and the top-notch hygiene in the restrooms—you couldn't ask for more.

Lerose was one of my favorite restaurants in Gerresheim. We'd been there many times with friends for special occasions. We were always very satisfied, but the emphasis is on "were." Since we had visitors from Bavaria, we had reserved a table inside for three people. We weren't greeted at the entrance, and when we asked about our reservation, we were very rudely told that there was no room. Even the man at the counter looked up at this tone. Since I have an understanding nature and everyone can be in a bad mood sometimes, I asked again, since I had a reservation. We were then offered a seat outside – if an apology or a small gesture of greeting had come at the latest, I would have turned a blind eye. But even outside, the table was only quickly and rudely prepared. Since it had rained earlier and it was very unpleasant, we didn't stay. As we left the restaurant, the lady serving us was sympathetic and understood our reaction, but she couldn't change anything. Too bad, Lerose, this behavior is simply unacceptable, and you have unfortunately lost us as your guests. Enclosed is the confirmation that you had actually been expecting us with great joy, but that didn't happen.

We went there for dinner in a group, on the recommendation of a "bowling brother". It was a wonderful evening. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. The dishes, from the starters to pizza to the steak, were very well prepared and, one might say, almost more than tasty. All of this at “normal” prices. Thanks to for and to Lerose.

We were there with a group of 10 people - everything was delicious, really nice and fast service despite the restaurant being full. Genre again!

What just happened, was so often satisfied. The waiters raced past our table, was nervous inside, not relaxed in the slightest, two waiters asked as they walked past: Is everything OK? One of them gave me a temper and turned the pepper mill over my salad twice... so it's quieter and more relaxed in a grill room. Please slow down everyone!!

It's always nice to eat here. Quality and taste at the highest level meet good service. I can recommend the steak in red white sauce and the vitello tonato as well as the truffle spaghetti, but everything else on the menu is also a dream.

As a starter I had something I hadn't seen anywhere else, a salad with grated pear and parmesan, it tasted delicious but wasn't quite my cup of tea. But the lasagne was absolutely a hit! The Ristorante Lerose in Düsseldorf is a real place to enjoy! The truffle pasta, which is prepared directly at the table in a parmesan loaf, is an absolute highlight - wonderfully creamy, with a delicate truffle aroma and perfectly cooked pasta. But my favorite remains the pasta with sage: simple but incredibly aromatic. The fine balance of aromatic butter, freshly fried sage and perfectly prepared pasta makes this dish something very special. The ambience is also convincing: stylish, modern and at the same time pleasantly cozy. A great place for anyone who appreciates good food and a nice ambience. I'd love to come back!

My friends invited me and although it’s a bit far from town it’s absolutely worth it. I love how the elderly waiters would serve us with my experience. They make our dinner felt so good. Kudos to them. The food is also amazing.

That was a very tasty and very nice evening. The food was perfect and the service was very good. We would love to come back. A recommendation! We shared the starter plate for three people. It was lovingly put together from the display case. It was so delicious and looked so beautiful. The main course was very well received by the four of us. Everyone was satisfied. We are sure that you can order any dish and it will taste great. We will try this out on our next visits.

Italian food also means a way of life, which unfortunately is rarely served today. 1 A Pasta looks and tastes like Dolce Vita. I would call this an insider tip.

The first star deduction goes to the Carpaccio alla France starter. I found the mustard-mayonnaise-lemon dressing a bit sour and didn't like it. Second star deduction goes to the wrong food. I showed on the menu which dish I would like. The waiter repeated which dish it was, so far so good. When the food came I realized it was wrong. I reported that I received the wrong food. The waiter then came and insisted and was very sure that I had chosen this dish, I found this assumption cheeky and unnecessary! Especially since I didn't know the name of the wrong dish, I don't like it and would never consciously order it in my life. I couldn't have said the dish because I pointed to it. Afterwards I noticed that the food that was delivered wasn't listed anywhere on the menu either. But of course I said I wanted that🤔 Now for the third star deduction, food was then brought back. The pizza wasn't really good. The dough should be reworked. Conclusion: avoid this restaurant

Average Italian restaurant with a bit of live act magic. Ambiance is of course a matter of taste. It's not mine. Plastic plants, somewhat unpleasant smell in the front part. Food is really average. Bread was hard, antipasti too cold, pasta overcooked. The pizza is good, but nothing more. Service was “okay”, but neither particularly friendly nor very attentive. Reasonably priced. The highlight were the desserts. Overall, I honestly can't recommend it. There are really better Italian restaurants in Düsseldorf in the same price range.

Very well-kept family-run Italian restaurant. The food, tomato soup, carpaccio and the fettucine pesto were very good. The chocolate mousse dessert was the icing on the cake. Fresh and extremely tasty. Absolutely recommended.

Business dinner with authentic Italian cuisine.

Das Restaurant an sich ist schön eingerichtet und hat ein gemütliches Ambiente. Das Brot, welches uns eingangs gebracht wurde war knallhart und als Vorspeise hatten wir Vitello Tonnato und Carpaccio. Die Vitello Tonnato hat man kaum gesehen und geschmeckt, da sie wohl aufgetaut waren und sehr wässrig geschmeckt haben. Die Soße drüber war einfach zu viel und ebenfalls zu flüssig. Die Carpaccio haben wir die TKs von Edeka geschmeckt aber naja. Die Show bei den Hauptspeisen waren in Ordnung; etwas Spaghetti in einem Parnesanlaib hin und her rühren und dann nen halben liter Buttersoße und Trüffel dazu. Allerdings hat es uns allen vieren nicht geschmeckt. Die Raviolis waren zu versalzen und auch zu viel Soße drauf. Die Spaghetti mit Filetspitzen waren dann mein persönlicher Endgegner. Ich hatte schon ca 20-30 Min. nach dem Essen enorme Magenkrämpfe plötzlich und wir mussten schnell das Haus verlassen. Bei der Bezahlung von 130€ haben wir 133€ bezahlt, da wir alle das Essen überhaupt nicht -für unseren Geschmack- gut fanden und der ältere Kellner schmiss dann auch dementsprechend die Karte nach dem Abkassieren vor der zahlenden Person auf den Tisch. Das war einfach sehr unangenehm. Ich hatte nach dem Verzehr auch leider wieder unmittelbar danach alles wieder erbrochen zu Hause. Evntl. hatte ich eine Unverträglichkeit aber sowas hatte ich noch nie. Die drei Begleitpersonen hingegen haben das Essen verkraften können und 3* für den Service gibt es, weil die andere Bedienung recht nett war. Also, Ambiente schön, Service ok, Essen war nicht unsers. Vielleicht haben wir einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt.

Wir waren zuletzt am 02. September dort. Ohne Reservierung problemlos einen Tisch bekommen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und super schmackhaftes Essen. Die Vorspeisen aus der Vitrine sind unübertroffen.

Seit Jahren zieht es uns immer wieder in dieses italienische Restaurant Ein absolutes Highlight sind ohne Zweifel die Trüffelnudeln, die direkt am Tisch am Käserad frisch zubereitet werden. Hinzu kommt die Möglichkeit, an warmen Sommertagen im idyllischen Innenhof Platz zu nehmen und das Ambiente unter freiem Himmel zu genießen. Ein Besuch, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Die Trüffel Nudeln sind unschlagbar! Nach jahrelangem Testen in etlichen italienischen Restaurants (sogar in Italien selbst) sind diese hier nach wie vor ungeschlagen. Eine Empfehlung für jeden Pasta Liebhaber! Abgesehen davon gibt das Ambiente eine authentische Stimmung ab

Als Gast hatte ich leider eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Trotz einer Reservierung mussten wir am Anfang über 20 Minuten auf unseren Tisch warten. Das allein war schon ärgerlich, doch es sollte noch schlimmer kommen. Als unsere Bestellungen endlich ankamen, waren sie falsch. Als ich dies ansprach, wurde mir tatsächlich unterstellt, dass ich die falsche Bestellung nicht korrekt kommuniziert hätte. Die Bedienung war leider sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Diese Kombination aus Wartezeit, falscher Bestellung und unfreundlichem Service hat meinen Besuch stark beeinträchtigt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich definitiv nicht in Erwägung ziehen, dieses Restaurant erneut zu besuchen.

Über Freunde, die in der Nähe wohnen eineEmpfehlung bekommen, die sehr enttäuschend war! Außer einer Kellnerin, war der Rest der Bedienung mehr als unfreundlich und unaufmerksam, ähnelte mehr eines Schnellimbiss, schnell essen und weg... Selber habe ich in Italien gelebt und bin dort geboren, daher weiß ich auch um die Gastfreundschaft dort und wie eine Pasta schmecken muss, in dem Fall Carbonara, völlig versalzen und in einer undefinierbaren Sauce! Dem Kellner schien das egal zu sein! Egal heißt für uns auch Nie wieder! Kann die guten Rezension nicht verstehen, aber die Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich verschieden und der Umgang mit neuen Gästen offensichtlich auch!

Der Besuch bei LeRose war ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss. Die 4 Brüder Pietro, Pino(Giuseppe), Franco und Salvatore, waren wieder in Hochform und die Garanten für Essen und Trinken auf höchster Ebene.

Konstant gleichbleibende sehr gute italienische Küche. Das Essen ist egal was man bestellt immer ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Mein absoluter Lieblingsitaliener und für mich das beste italienische Restaurant in Düsseldorf. Bodenständig und nicht abgehoben. Die Brüder führen dieses Lokal seit Jahrzehnten erfolgreich.

Für mich das beste italienische Restaurant in Düsseldorf. Eine immer gleichbleibende ausgezeichnete Küche. Aufmerksamer Service. Draußen im Garten sitzt man schön ruhig. Hier wird der Fisch am Tisch filetiert, die Zabaione am Tisch aufgeschlagen, sowie die Trüffelpasta im Parmesanlaib auch am Tisch zubereitet. Bin immer wieder gerne hier.

Das Lerose ist immer einen Besuch wert. Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal mit immer einem witzigen Spruch auf den Lippen. Habe meinen Geburtstag dort letzte Woche gefeiert und hatte den perfekten Tagesabschluss. Wir sind dort immer gerne zu Gast und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Schade, denn die Speisen sind gleichbleibend auf gutem Niveau (inklusive Vorspeisenvitrine). Doch irgendwie scheint den Inhabern die erkennbare Freude am Gast abhanden gekommen zu sein. Kein Lächeln, kein verbindliches Wort, keine Empfehlung. Stattdessen wird routinemässig eine Essensausgabe abgespult. Völlig inakzeptabel ist es , wenn die durchaus charmante Servicekraft samt Beistellwagen brüsk im Gang umhergeschubst wird, nur weil der Chef den Wagen irgendwo anders haben möchte. Das macht man nett, verbindlich und gesichtswahrend. Ca 20 Gäste haben dieses rabiate Vorgehen registriert. Ich betone nochmals. schade, denn es handelt sich um einen Traditionsitaliener.

Essen gut Preise etwas hoch die Bedienung könnte auch mal lächeln.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Das Essen war mega lecker , meine Spaghetti mit Trüffeln wurden am Tisch zubereitet . Einfach toll. Der Service war top , die Gläser wurden schnell aufgefüllt. Wir waren die letzten Gäste und hatten noch ein langes nettes Gespräch mit dem Wirt . Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Jahrelang gerne dort essen gewesen, nur leider hat sich der Laden zum Schlechten gewandelt. Mit vier Personen reserviert und bestätigt. Nun standen wir zur verabredeten Zeit im Eingang und wurden nicht beachtet. Mindestens 15 Minuten im kalten Eingang stehen gelassen worden, ohne eine Begrüßung, ohne eine Entschuldigung. Der Dame an der Theke Bescheid gesagt, dass wir jetzt woanders essen gehen wollen. Sie meinte nur gelangweilt: ok, sind eh alle Tische besetzt. Die Qualität des Essens hat leider auch stark nachgelassen. Beim letzten Besuch war die Lasagne verbrannt und der Salat triefte nur von Sahne. Schade, denn noch vor einem Jahr war er noch der Italiener unserer Wahl Auf Nachfrage wurde nur mit den Achseln gezuckt… Für uns war es das, es gibt zum Glück noch mehr gute Italiener in Düsseldorf

Habe heute mit Freunden dort zu Mittag gegessen. Ganz hervorragend. Der Vorspeisenteller. Meeresfrüchte, frisch und knackig. Dann Spaghetti mit Trüffel. Am Tisch von der netten Bedienung zubereitet und serviert. Zum Schluss, die vom Inhaber des Lokales vor unseren Augen hergestellte Zabaione. Mit Vanilleeis. Die Eier frisch aufgeschlagen. Es gibt Restaurants mit gutem Ruf und vielen guten Bewertungen. So waren wir Sonntags abends zu viert im Lerose - Fazit: schleppender Service, lange Wartezeiten und Essen welches von uns mit "ok" eingestuft wurde. Den Ruf und die 5* Bewertungen konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Leider kein Wiedersehen
