Ristorante Galleria in München

Llevó a mi familia a un viaje de Navidad en Múnich y quería un restaurante especial para pasar la Nochebuena lejos de casa. Encontramos este restaurante que el hotel había recomendado y que parecía tener una gran puntuación. Desde el segundo que llegamos al restaurante, todo empezó a ir mal. Primero había una mujer muy grosera para recibirnos, que parecía ser el propietario. Lo primero que se desenmascara es que es un SET Menu, donde no llegamos a conocer las opciones, escoge los platos, NADA! La única pregunta era: ¿es alérgico a algo? Por 150 euros por persona, definitivamente me gustaría saber qué voy a comer. O al menos tener 2 opciones de cada uno para elegir. ¡PERO NO! Nunca se mencionó en la reserva ni en ningún lugar. En lugar de ser hospitalaria, ella solo gritó: "¡Es un menú fijo, lees el correo electrónico, está en el correo electrónico!" Le mostramos el correo electrónico, en ningún lugar para que lo escribieran, y ella prácticamente llamó a todos los invitados a ser una retrasada porque "afirma" que fue escrito. ¡Pero no lo fue! Al lado de nuestra mesa vimos entrar, salir a 3 familias, discutir el mismo tema de no saber en ningún sitio que era un menú fijo, donde todos ya habían pagado por adelantado al menos 600 euros para estar en ese restaurante. Estas tres familias se fueron. Y permítanme agregar que tanto la mujer como el camarero (que también parecía ser propietario / familia) fueron extremadamente groseros. Tenía dos niños pequeños conmigo, de 3 y 6 años. Pregunté qué hay en su menú porque los niños son exigentes y no pagaría 150 euros por niño. Una vez más, la mujer grosera no me dio un menú, ni opciones - ella solo dijo "una pizzeta e bolgnese". . . Dije que les gusta la boloñesa... Para aquellos que tienen niños pequeños, ya sabes que no comen mucho, apenas terminarán su plato principal. Bueno la pizzeta apenas se tocaba, para ser honesto parecía pizza congelada que se calentaba, muy dura, no buena... Tuve que forzarme a comer un pedazo para que valiera lo que tendríamos que pagar. El boloñés era bueno... Para el desierto, que pensé que estaba incluido nos dieron PANETTONE - para aquellos de ustedes que no saben, es un pastel italiano que se compra en el supermercado, y simplemente le echaron un poco de mascarpone encima. Para mí fue un postre ofensivo para Navidad. ¿Dónde está la presentación gourmet de todo? Para los niños, trajeron helado. ¡Entonces llegó la factura! Cobraban 35 euros por cada pizzeta y 35 euros por cada boloñesa, luego otros 20 euros por cada helado. ¡Así que por cada niño eran 90 euros! ¡LOCURA! Me senté con el camarero, hablé con él tranquilamente y le expliqué la situación en la que el restaurante está muy equivocado al cobrar este precio para los niños. Una vez más, argumentó, fue un poco grosero y dijo que elegí... Se lo dije, nunca me dieron la opción de elegir qué comer. Nadie me dio un menú, nadie me presentó precios, nada! La sensación general era la siguiente - el restaurante estaba en modo EXPLORACIÓN en Navidad solo para chupar el dinero de estos turistas tontos. No había absolutamente nada servido en la noche que fuera remotamente elegante para justificar 150 euros por adulto de 90 euros por niño. Incluso los adultos comimos boloñesa, ¿suena elegante o vale 150 euros? Mi cuñada es vegetariana lo cual les dijimos, al final mandaron a los mismos boliñeses y afirmaron que era pollo. . . . . . ¿verdad! ? NOTA PARA SÍ MISMO - Si quieres tener una experiencia feliz, no vayas a este restaurante. En nuestras vacaciones de 10 días, tuvimos una explosión y solo cosas increíbles que decir sobre Munich, esta fue la ÚNICA experiencia horrible.

Comida increíble, gran servicio. Muy recomendable. Volvería si estamos en Munich de nuevo. Tuvimos la comida sorpresa de 6-8 platos. Cada curso fue otro pequeño regalo increíble. Nuestro camarero/anfitrión era un chico muy agradable y divertido que realmente hizo nuestra noche con sus risas y bromas.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Perfekter, klassischer Service mit Know-How. In edler Atmosphäre und hochwertigen Murano Accessoires, tolle Gläser und Geschirre mit Geschmack kombiniert. Die Speisen waren hervorragend. Wir haben mit dem 5- Gang- Überraschungs- Menü sehr große Gaumenfreude!!! Passend auch die Weinkarte mit feinen Gewächsen.

Excellent menu and superb service! The food and wine is exceptional! We wish we had a bigger appetite to sample the taster menu because the selection is so very well curated! Thoroughly recommend!

War alles top. Sehr freundlicher Service, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Dekoration war saisonal. Das Geschirr war ausgefallen und geschmackvoll. Insgesamt ein kleines, feines und originelles Restaurant, das wir gerne nochmal besuchen.

My Italian-American family and I had an INCREDIBLE meal at this fantastic, authentic restaurant! Alessandro was so friendly and fun and truly made our day! It was the best meal we had in a 2-week vacation across Europe. We are going back again tonight!

What a gem we found. Only in Munich for 2 days and we ate here twice. The food was phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with the waiter. I have no problem spending this kind of money on food of this quality.

It is always a culinary experience. Maria and her team are very warm and the service is great! There are certainly many good Italian restaurants in Munich, but the Galleria is certainly one of the best. We'll be back and are already looking forward to it :-)

Excellent restaurant in the center of Munich, delicious food and impeccable service!

Let me start by saying that the food was incredible. It was absolutely delicious and there are clearly some very talented chefs in the kitchen. However, the service was absolutely horrendous, to the point of disbelief. It began even before we arrived. We were slightly late for our reservation, arriving at 20:39 instead of 20:30. In that time span (of less than ten minutes), we got two phone calls wondering where we were - one at 20:32 and the second at 20:37. We all thought that was incredibly strange and very unnecessary. The restaurant wasn’t full, we had told them we were running late and we were very apologetic about it. We were served by two waiters over the course of the evening and it was impossible to tell which one was worse. One rude waiter can often be put down to a bad day, but two indicates a complete lack of care when it comes to hiring and training. When taking our order, the female waiter refused to accept that my dad didn’t want a starter, only a main. She said the “rules” were that everyone had to have at least two courses and didn’t budge, even when we all protested against it and I said that people should be told that when booking. She ended up forcing a salad on my dad that he didn’t want and still had to pay for. I’ve never heard anything so insane in my life and I was absolutely disgusted by it. When ordering drinks, I very politely asked for a glass of red wine and the male waiter’s reaction was nothing short of lunacy. He became incredibly aggressive, telling me that red wine didn’t come in glasses, only half bottles and that I wasn’t listening to him. I said I’d have a half bottle, then he got even more aggressive because I was somehow expected to know that that was only for white wine. After much more yelling and unwarranted aggression, I ended up ordering a drink I didn’t want simply to get him to stop shouting at me. When our ordeal was finally over, we walked outside and spoke to two women who’d had a similarly bad experience. As we were talking, our waiter opened the door and shouted “It’s time to go home, time to leave, go away!” at all of us. It was a shocking end to a shocking experience. The only reason this restaurant is getting any stars is because of the food, which was fantastic. There was one nice waiter there but we were unlucky enough to be served by the other two - a dark-haired woman with glasses and a younger man with a shaved head. Between them, they absolutely destroyed our evening, which is a serious shame given how hard the other staff seem to be working.

Extremely overpriced for very small portions. Rude service. Walked away hungry after paying 400 Euro. Felt taken advantage of.

Inconspicuously located and then such a lovely evening… all courses were top, to the point and very tasty! Nice selection of wines, especially half bottles. Gladly again!

I recently visited this restaurant, attracted by its reputation and the atmosphere that seemed to recall a high-level experience. However, some organizational choices and the overall quality of the experience made the evening less memorable than I expected. The venue, although carefully designed, is very intimate, with around 20 seats in a rather small space. This inevitably creates a bit of confusion, especially at peak times. A particular solution adopted by the staff concerns the wine service: the ordered bottles are sometimes placed on nearby furniture or, in some cases, behind other customers. This detail, although understandable given the lack of space, may not be in line with the level to which the restaurant seems to aspire. As for the dishes, the food was overall unconvincing. The fried pizza, unfortunately, lacked lightness and complexity of flavour, giving the impression of being under-leavened and not entirely balanced. The carne salada, however, failed to stand out, looking like a standard quality packaged product. Among the first courses, the spaghetti alla guitar with pistachio, prawns and lemon had a rather flat taste, without any particular flashes that enhanced the ingredients. The tagliolini with butter and truffle, although promising, did not leave their mark in terms of intensity and refinement. Overall, the experience was not unpleasant, but it failed to reach the expectations that the venue seems to want to create. With greater attention to service and care of the dishes, the restaurant could certainly better exploit its potential.

A meal with Maria and her team is always a gigantic taste experience. We are very grateful to be able to enjoy such culinary delights. Maria and her team do a great job. We look forward to next time ❤️

Disappointing experience last night. Cold and unfriendly welcome, we were forced to order two dishes per person without prior explanation. This policy greatly inflated our bill, and the quality of the dishes does not at all justify such a high rating. Very poor quality/price ratio and service to be reviewed. We won't come back

El servicio fue horrible. La señora a cargo nos informó que tenemos que comer dos platos. Hay que pagar por el agua (1 botella 9 euros) y por el pan (no pedimos eso) 3 euros. No tienen 1 copa de vino, tienes que comprar media botella si quieres tomar vino. El más barato era 19 euros. Esta fue una experiencia que no olvidaremos. Nunca antes había experimentado algo así en un restaurante.

Estafa, viven en el lugar. Te obligan a pedir más de un curso. Tratan de venderte bebidas antes de mostrar el menú. Los precios parecen razonables entonces se llevan 9 euros por el agua y 3 euros por el pan sin que lo pidas. El personal es lo peor, casi empiezas a pensar que has hecho algo para insultarlos. Nunca tuve una experiencia peor cuando se trata de servicio. La comida es buena, pero eso es todo.

The service was very well provided by our server this evening. He was very pleasant and really tried to satisfy us. On the other hand, the kitchen is just ok/average. Nothing very good and even less exceptional. This was shared by the whole table. The biggest shock was the commercial policy: you have to have a minimum of two dishes per person. This is not displayed anywhere when booking. We try to hide the prices from you: aperitifs, small bottles of wine and desserts do not have prices displayed. 20.5 euros for a gin and tonic without any particular gin is inexplicable. In short, a very expensive addition for a barely average experience.

From the flight: I agree with all the previous opinions, we force you to take dishes, but we only inform you after you have already ordered an aperitif: we do not give you the price of the aperitif or the desserts and you discover that the gin and tonic without gin is €21 per person when you pay. In short: Pointless and pretentious.

The service was extremely rude. We were sharing everything and they did not even give us small share plates. When we asked for plates, the waiter laughed out loud at us and brought them to us with annoyance. I'm sorry, but how uncivilized to be expected to not eat off plates and then be laughed at when asking for basic dining needs? Additionally, there were specs in our water glasses and the waiter tried to tell us that it's because the glasses are handmade. Clearly they were dirty and they were being lazy and didn't want to get us new ones. The food was also so expensive for the tiny portions that it was. We left the restaurant starving.

For me one of the best Italian restaurants in Munich. Okay, expensive in terms of price, but still. After a total of six years of living in Italy and countless vacations there with the necessary know-how, I think I can judge that I feel very comfortable there and go there when I feel the longing for the “bel paese”. Cuisine, service and ambience top. Deserved five stars.

Let me start off by saying WOW! When my family and I passed this restaurant on our path through while visiting Munich, we knew we had to dine here and we were not wrong. Atmosphere and food were phenomenal. Shoutout to the waiters who were funny and kind. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know who visits Munich. Thank you!

Mushroom Risotto was undercooked. Fried pizza appetizer was bland. For such a pricey and well reviewed restaurant, we expected better. Expect $100 per person with drinks and appetizers. Pro’s: server was fun and friendly, butter (for the bread) was tasty. Ravioli w/ parmigiana was delicious.

The old lady was extremely rude and disrespectful when dealing with customers. When I entered the restaurant, she didn’t welcome us, which I didn’t mind. We were a group of six, but she gave us a very small table. When I asked if we could sit at a larger table, she bluntly said ‘NO, it’s reserved.’ I pointed out that nothing indicated the table was reserved, and the restaurant was nearly empty. She replied, ‘When I say it’s reserved, it’s reserved.’ What kind of behavior is that? I can’t believe how unprofessional she was!

The food is good, really, but it's a bit pricey for what it is. In addition, we must order at least two dishes per person. The manager is not friendly with the customers, we can Expect much better from such an address.

Ristorante Galleria is a beautifully decorated restaurant, offering a charming and elegant ambiance that's perfect for a nice dinner. The decor and atmosphere are definitely a highlight, creating a lovely setting to enjoy a meal. The food itself was very good, with well-prepared dishes that were flavorful and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the wine selection, which paired wonderfully with the meal. However, my overall experience was affected by the service. Upon ordering, I felt pressured into having a starter when I had only planned on a main course. There was a noticeable push to upsell additional dishes and water, which made the experience feel more transactional than welcoming. At the end of the meal, the staff very forcefully requested a tip, which left me feeling uncomfortable. While the food and setting were enjoyable, the service could definitely benefit from a more relaxed and customer-focused approach.

After reserving a table, we showed up 30 minutes early and asked if we could sit quietly till they were ready. In a completely empty restaurant, we were routed to a 'katzen tisch' sandwiched between 2 other tables. Requesting a corner table, of the 4 in the room, he pushed us to the furthest and darkest. We left. The Kellner was rude, uninterested and slow. No wonder they were empty. How can a restaurant in München survive with this type of negative service?

Very attentive service! The food was amazing; we had lemon pasta with shrimp. Divine. As well as the Vitello Tonnato which was amazing as a starter. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Le restaurant se trouve dans vin une ruelle en contrebas de Marienplatz. La décoration est contemporaine mais un peu froide. Accueil souriant et professionnel. Nous avons partagé un vitello tonnato revisité qui ressemblait de façon lointaine au plat italien attendu mais qui en était une interprétation gastronomique originale et délicieuse. En plat j’ai choisi un filet de bœuf accompagné de girolles, qui était tout à fait fondant et pour tout dire exceptionnel. Pas de dessert après un plat aussi roboratif. Le problème arrive avec le vin : pas de vin au verre, on vous oriente vers les demi-bouteilles, soit trois verres et un budget en rapport. Pour l’eau minérale, c’est 9,50€ la bouteille de 75 cl et on vous pousse à la consommation (remplis sans du verre à peine vidé et proposition d’une autre bouteille). Au final, j’ai bu davantage de vin que je ne le souhaitais et j’ai eu l’impression d’avoir été forcé à la dépense. Malgré la qualité de la cuisine, je n’y retournerai donc pas. Dommage !

When I book a restaurant which has Michelin star, I expect that every single detail in the experience will be great so I have higher expectations than to an ordinary restaurant. I was very surprised the big difference in treating the regular guests and us who were tourists, - very friendly service to the regular guests while we tourists who did not want to drink anything more than beer, soft drink, still and sparkling water were not worthy for good service. Concerning the soft drink, it was served in a a small glass without a bottle so I would have wanted to drink a normal size soft drink, the price would have been very high. We got menu for food except desserts but not any drinks menu, which I found strange. When I ordered a main dish from the menu, they did not offer the menu that day so I was told to take one of the daily specials. My main dish was delicious, but the portion was about 1/3 of a portion I am used to get in other restaurants while the price was double of other restaurants. My husband had fish which was a very simple dish to a high price. When my husband went to the restroom in the basement (the restrooms were very modern, nice and clean), I asked to see the dessert menu. But I was told that I could not get it before my husband had returned!! It seemed like they did not have any written dessert menu, because after a while the manager came and told us about the 2 choices of desserts. I thought she would have told us the price also, but she never mentioned it. The dessert was more normal size than the main dish.While we were eating the main dish and after the regular guests at 2 tables had left the restaurant, we were sitting alone in our part of the restaurant, 3 new guests arrived. I was very surprised that they were placed at the next table to us so I had a hard time when we were leaving the restaurant. I really do not understand why we tourists had to sit cramped together when it was enough place in the restaurant for all 5 of us to sit comfortable! During our stay in Munich we ate at other restaurants, one of them had also Michelin star, and the dining experience at Galleria Ristorante was the worst, - but it is partly because of the high expectations I get when we go to Michelin star restaurants. The only smile from the waiter (and the rest of the staff) was when my husband added tip to the bill! We do not mind to pay high prices, but then we expect to have the best service and great food and drinks of normal portions! The best experience we had with Galleria Ristorante was the beautiful interior with lots of colourful art.

The food is amazing. I came with my teenagers (who are not easy on food) and they loved it too. It is elaborate food, that is, it is not simple or traditional food. But it's very good!! I don't know, lose it!!!

At first i thought it was just another regular restaurant but oh my! The waiters were amazing , the food amazing, even if there is alot of pubs around the atmosphere was very relaxing. I Will defently be back! I had the beef, HIGHLY recommend!

What an incredible meal! We stumbled upon this place as we walked around the area. Absolutely a treat for our last European city. Every bite was perfect and authentic and the management was kind and obviously very dedicated. Worth it if you’re looking for a really special treat.

The 5 courses of the tasting menu were very tasty, well coordinated and excellently prepared. The tension between creativity and tradition was wonderfully balanced. A chef cooks here who knows (in the best sense of the word) what he is doing. The service was very friendly, attentive and entertaining. We had a lot of fun the evening and we will definitely come back.

Brilliant food accompanied by amazing service. We felt taken care of as the hostess was very sweet to us. We also got to meet and play with the dogs, Zeus and Bella, for a bit which was the icing on the cake. Tagliatelle with squid ink and fried calamari is an absolute must-have.

Zwischen Viktualienmarkt und Marienplatz hervorragend gelegen, bietet dieses sympathische kleine Restaurant hervorragende italienische Küche. Ohne wenn und aber. Indes… Wir waren am Ostersonntag da und wurden (anders als beim Reservieren) darüber informiert, dass es ein Ostermenü gebe. Basta. Viergänger. Wir waren überrumpelt. Keine Alternative. Super Weinkarte. Allerdings war der einzige gereifte Wein - 2010 - leider nicht mehr da. Man bot uns als Ersatz einen 2021er. Ist ja fast dasselbe… Am Schluss stellten wir fest, dass das Ostermenü 99 Euro kostete. Wir hatten 60 bis 70 geschätzt. Zusammenfassung: hervorragend & kreativ, klar überteuert. Und die Chefin ist ein Schlitzohr.Bei allem Respekt und allen Komplimenten.

From start to finish, the experience myself and 3 others had here, was awful. The atmosphere was extremely hostile, the hostess was rude and abrupt and charged us €13.50 each for a tiny side salad we did not want. They kept suggesting we got wine or Prosecco even though we made it clear we did not want any. Any excuse to get more money out of us… we were shocked! The main dishes were cold and not very nice. We definitely will not be returning here and hope the Owner gets a wake up call to how rude and inconsiderate they are. MUCH better restaurants nearby to choose from!! Better quality, service and atmosphere.

DO NOT let the Michelin star stickers fool you, turn around and walk FAR away. We were greeted and served by a hostile, abrupt hostess who informed us that there is a minimum requirement of ordering 2 dishes per person. Already we felt a bit uncomfortable as myself and 3 colleagues weren’t feeling overly hungry to order an extortionately priced starter so the lady suggested we could order a small salad to start. Fine. She comes to bring us our mains and we realise that the order is incorrect. Understandably mistakes happen, so we politely accept the dish out of ease for the chef, however we got no any apology from the lady or even the offer to change for what we had originally ordered. All of our main pasta dishes were stone cold, and midway through my meal I found a black hair in my pasta. Again no apology, they offered to make me another dish but by that point I was completely put off my meal and we all wanted to get the hell out of there! The bill came and we asked whether my dish has been taken off, the waiter first of all confirmed that it had, until we challenged him on a item on the bill which he said was a “small pasta dish”. They had charged for the HALF of pasta that I had eaten before discovering the hair. Never in my life have I experienced service like this. Inevitably hiccups happen in hospitality however it’s how you resolve it for your customers that go a long way. Just reading the owners responses to other people’s reviews on here, raises alarm bells! A telling sign that this restaurant is far from professional, and lacks in quality customer service. Maybe you should educate yourself on how to handle customer complaints?

Incredible experience with full of surprises. The fun started when we entered the restaurant and met with the warm and funny hosts. We had our first laughs at the door. However, the biggest surprises arrived in the form of the most mouth watering dishes. We had perfectly al dente risotto, mouthwatering spaghetti, and since we couldn’t stop eating, a ravioli with Parmesan sauce to share. All with white truffles (amazing…). To complement the experience, we had a bottle of Brunello, one bottle of amarone and a pistachio tiramisu as a dessert. We absolutely loved the entire evening, being surrounded with the wonderful hosts, heart theme with yet focus on what matters, the food. We would recommend the restaurant to anyone, and will definitely come back next time we are in Munich.

Great food and very attentive service. Unfortunately, we were informed politely but very directly: “We serve two dishes”, even though we only wanted to order one main course at a later time. And that despite the fact that we had ordered a wine with a “decent”, three-digit price. Most of the tables were free. Therefore, unfortunately only a 3 overall.

Durante il mio soggiorno a Monaco ho cenato con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante italiano, che si trova proprio a due passi da Marienplatz. Locale molto curato nell' ordine e nella pulizia, servizio cordiale e accurato, titolare molto gentile e disponibile e ottima cucina con ingredienti selezionati e di prima qualità. Ottime la pasta e fagioli, la pasta alla carbonara e super consigliati il tortino al cioccolato e il tiramisù all' arancia. Ristorante molto consigliato se vi trovate a Monaco.

Food very fine. Wines grossly overpriced. It was not without reason that all tables had only ordered small bottles that evening. Too many expensive wines (including four-digit euro amounts) are a thing of the past. The food is reasonably priced. But it would also be appropriate to find beautiful white tablecloths in this price category. The ambience therefore seems a bit cool. The service staff's gray work coats also took some getting used to (it looked like we were in a car repair shop). It all sounds a bit negative. Nevertheless, the food was very good and we would go again.

We were told that we would have 1.30hr when we arrived. After a hour we were presented with the bill and asked would we like to give a tip. Found the whole experience rushed, expensive and very disappointing. Food acceptable but not amazing.

I came here 8 years ago and had the same terrible experience with the hostess. Dreadful! I feel sorry for the chef.

It was rlly nice! We went on the Christmas eve and we were able to get the Christmas course. There was a bit of miscommunication, but they were really nice to us as well. We enjoyed food and evening in the restaurant as well. It’s small and cute and has a very nice vibe. Have a look at the Michelin website about the restaurant tho, it will be helpful.

Personale professionale ed accogliente. Atmosfera elegante. Materie prime di ottima qualità abbinate in modo originale nel rispetto dell’eccellente cucina italiana. Presentazione dei piatti che ti anticipano ciò che andrai a gustare. Carta dei vini ampia che attraversa tutte le Regioni del Bel Paese. Insomma, un’esperienza da vivere!

La vera cucina italiana all’estero. Cura dei dettagli, impiattamento minimale e fantasioso, perfetta selezione degli alimenti e tutti abbinamenti azzeccati. Ampia scelta di vini, personale cortese e disponibile. Ristorante di classe non per tutti, se vi aspettate di mangiare una cosa di fretta non è il posto che fa per voi, ma se volete vivere un’ottima esperienza culinaria dovete sicuramente fargli visita!

Wir waren am 25. Dezember auf der Durchreise in München und wollten abends trotz Weihnachten nur unkompliziert einen Teller Nudeln essen. Entsprechend haben wir im Galleria Ristorante reserviert, nachdem wir die Speisekarte konsultiert hatten, die genau das anbot. Als wir abends dort ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es nur ein sogenanntes ‚Degustationsmenü’ gäbe, der Preis wurde nicht genannt. Durch parallele Recherche im Netz stellten wir fest, dass er 119 Euro pro Person betrug. Wir sind dann geblieben, weil wir so kurzfristig nirgendwo anders mehr eine Chance auf einen Tisch sahen. Das Essen war ok, aber nicht herausragend und der Preis sowohl für das Essen als auch die Getränke völlig überzogen. Wein wurde nur in Flaschen ausgeschenkt, einzelne Gläser waren nicht zu bekommen. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns ‚geneppt‘, vor allem, weil vorher nie davon die Rede war, dass man nicht à la carte essen kann. Insgesamt eine unangenehme Erfahrung.

Einmal und NIE wieder -> sehr unfreundlich! Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen) in München für die diversen Weihnachtsmärkte. Am zweiten Abend wollten wir gemeinsam italienisch Essen gehen. Beim Reservieren im -Restaurant galleria München habe ich versehentlich die Karte des "la galleria in Wilheim" angeschaut und deshalb nicht realisiert, dass es sich um ein sogenanntes "Fine Dining" Restaurant handelt, aber dazu später mehr. Ich habe den Tisch am Nachmittag am selben Tag reserviert. Als wir am Abend das Restaurant betraten und unseren Fehler bemerkten, dachten wir, dass wir die Reservierung stornieren könnten, da dieses Essen nicht unserem Budget entsprach. Die Chefin dieses sogenannten"Fine Dining" Restaurant hat aber nicht mit sich reden lassen, denn Sie wären ein kleines Restaurant und wären darauf angewiesen, wir hätten somit also 400 Euro Strafe bezahlen müssen bei einer Stornierung. Sie machte uns aber dann immerhin den Vorschlag dass wir alle einen grünen Salat und Spaghetti Carbonara erhalten damit sich der Preis in Grenzen hält. Hier ist Sie uns entgegen gekommen, aber ab diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir abgeschrieben, sollten möglichst schnell Essen (Salat und Hauptgang kamen innerhalb von 15 Minuten) und den Platz wieder frei machen. Nun zum wesentlichen. Das Ambiente hat nichts mit "Fine Dining" zu tun, man sitzt nahe beieinander und das Gedeck war ein Witz. Dies weil dafür pro Person auch noch 3.50 Euro berechnet wurden (Gedeck wie in einem "normalen" Restaurant, wenn überhaupt)! Der grüne Salat war überhaupt nichts spezielles. Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren sehr lecker! Dies darf gesagt sein! Die Bedienung wie auch die Chefin waren weder freundlich noch war der Service das Geld wert. Beim einschenken des Weins, vertropfte der Kellner den ganzen Tisch. Für mich hat dieses Restaurant zumindest vom Service und der Chefin her nichts mit einem Gourmet Restaurant zu tun! Obschon vermutlich die Küche diesen Namen verdient hätte. Schade, kann es niemandem empfehlen!!

Das Essen war hervorragend Der Service super schnell und effizient aber immer noch zeit um 2 Worte zu quatschen. Für mich ist das Restaurant ein bisschen zu klein und zu enk Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in München werden wir uns bestimmt wieder verwöhnen lasse

Das Ambiente ist so lala. Alles sehr eng und nicht wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Jacken werden in der Nähe der Küche aufgehängt, was man dann auch riecht, wenn man das Restaurant verlässt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Kellner sehr nett. Wir waren anfangs Dezember an einem Samstag da und haben zu viert Euro 835.00 (zuzüglich Trinkgeld) bezahlt. Zuerst haben wir alle vier einen Apéro in Form von einem Franciacorta genommen. Der war sehr lecker, kostete aber pro Glas auch über Euro 17.00 (17.50 oder 17.90). Nebst der normalen Karte kann man auch ein 5-Gang-Menü für Euro 89.00 oder ein 6-Gang für Euro 99.00 auswählen. Wir haben alle vier das 5-Gang-Münu genommen. Nach dem 2. Gang wurden wir von der Chefin gefragt, ob wir etwas Pasta mit Trüffel möchten. Nur eine kleine Portion. Wir dachten, dass das offeriert wird, denn sonst hätten wir ja gleich das 6-Gang-Menü nehmen können. Es kamen dann die 4 kleinen Portionen. Nur wurden wir nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir am Schluss für diese 4 kleinen Portion Euro 79.80 bezahlen müssen (es wurden 2 Portionen à Euro 39.90 verrechnet). Hätten wir den 6-Gänger genommen, wären wir pro Person immer noch 10 Euro günstiger gekommen als mit dieser Abzockerei! Dann haben wir zwei Flaschen Wein für je Euro 109.00 bestellt. Wir Frauen haben den Wein ausgesucht, unsere Männer haben am Schluss die Rechnung geprüft. Deshalb wussten sie nicht, wieviel der Wein kostete. Erst als wir draussen waren und uns über die hohe Rechnung diskutiert haben, hat sich herausgestellt, dass uns statt Euro 109.00 2x Euro 135.00 in Rechnung gestellt wurden. Wie gesagt, der Kellner war sehr nett, das Essen sehr lecker, aber die Chefin zeigte sich nur zu Beginn, verkaufte und dann sahen wir sie überhaupt nicht mehr. Als wir uns um ca. 22.45/23.00 h verabschiedet haben, war nur der Kellner vor Ort. Die Chefin hat sich nach der Pasta nicht mehr bei uns blicken lassen. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht und verägert, werden das Restaurant niemandem empfehlen und auch nie mehr dahin gehen.

Wir wurden von der Chefin verarscht. Sie hat uns zuviel berechnet (Essen und Wein) und war am Schluss nicht mal mehr vor Ort. Der Kellner war sehr nett, das Essen sehr lecker, aber voll der Abriss. 835.- Euro für 4 Personen. Nie mehr!!!

Terrible experience- Unkind to rude reception (our mistake to enter the restaurant), two wolf-hound dogs were supervising the entrance of the toilet and you needed to have a lot of courage to visit the toilet. Rather not to try at all... The wardrobe space enough to accomodate two coats only.... We asked for bread and the lady brought us a very slim slice of bread cutted into four pieces!!! The portion of the food was far to be satisfactory. The prices VERY EXPENSIVE compared to what we ate. At 2.25 pm we asked for and additional soupe and the responce was that kitchen is CLOSED!!! KEEP AWAY unless you wish to test your pαtience and pay a lot to eat less.....

Restaurante legitimo Italiano, pode chegar falando a língua italiana que todos vão entender. Pequeno e aconchegante, mas muito bem frequentado. Vá preparado para comer muito e desfrute de uma comida maravilhosa. Detalhe: pedimos o menu degustação de 6 tempos + 1 sobremesa. Todos os pratos estavam divinos! Carta de vinho enxuta mas com ótimas opções para todos os bolsos. Super recomendo! Se tiver oportunidade de voltar a Munique eu, com toda certeza, volto a esse magnífico restaurante.

I had the chance to enjoy a dinner with my family and friends, the best food experience I had in Munich. Amazing food and wine, as an Italian costumer I enjoyed everything and I felt like home. I really appreciated the atmosphere and service. I will be back soon!
