We were there for 2 days. It was very cozy in the restaurant, unfortunately I can only give 5 points for the food as well as for the chef and all the staff. I can only recommend everyone who is here to visit the restaurant as it is delicious and great value for money. I would like to thank you again personally and also my girlfriend for the super friendly service.

We got a place straight away very nice and courteous service and super tasty. I can recommend the "Diavola" pizza, the level of spiciness is pleasant and with the salami and garlic it's a complete treat. The dough is soft and, contrary to other comments, easy to cut and tasty. Always worth a visit!!!

The pizza tastes good, but made in a tray. The ambience is okay. However, you could loosen up the tables a little, that would be good for the atmosphere.

A pizzeria like many others. We were brought to our table by a grumpy looking waitress. This was on the garden terrace, although the side walls were down, but the spotlights on the walls were so hot that we had to change the table.

Nice seating, clear menu. The quality of the food was okay, the prices were “typical for the area”. The entrecôte, ordered as medium rare, unfortunately arrived well done. On our second visit, the veal medallions also came well done, instead of medium rare as ordered. Unfortunately, the pasta with salmon tasted spoiled. Pizza okay. The service still has potential for optimization, as complaints (spoiled salmon!) are not addressed and, despite raising your hand, you unfortunately have to wait a long time for a service person.

The pizza tastes really good and I can't complain about that. The ambience is also completely okay. BUT the pizzeria is so overcrowded with tables that I felt like I was in an Oktoberfest tent with hundreds of people. Price-performance ratio is already in the upper segment. I think there are definitely cheaper restaurants with just as good quality. The acoustics are really bad with so many people. Placed table after table, the waitresses can hardly get through properly. I believe that every space is used to accommodate enough tourists.

The food tasted good, the tortellini clearly came from the bag, the parmesan that was put at the table was not original parmesan. You are served, but there is no real friendliness.

What we were served here was really a disgrace. You look forward to a nice portion of pasta with spinach and salmon and are served frozen salmon. Absolutely NO GO. Unfortunately, the taste of the lasagne wasn't a hit either. The portion was quite small, so you were still hungry at the end. Unfortunately the staff seemed pretty bored.

In the heart of Burg. Very nice inside, outside there is a terrace to sit on. Food is okay, but not a highlight. The staff is sometimes a bit abrupt and likes to have stupid answers, maybe it's because of the language barrier? I wouldn't visit again.

Spontaneously the three of us stopped in and were warmly welcomed and got a good seat. Food was 🔝, priced higher. Service staff was sometimes a bit difficult as German was barely understood, a colleague was usually brought in. Basically, highly recommended!

For us it was a “feeding off”. The pizzeria was very busy, we even had to wait a short time... We then got a place for four people inside. We personally didn't like the pizzas, it's just a matter of taste. Stopped in for a pizza at lunchtime. The waitress was visibly annoyed by our visit and assigned us a table. We ordered 2x pizza with salami and 2 drinks. The pizza was rather average for my taste and when it got cooler, the dough was no longer cuttable and was tough. What bothered me the most, however, was the loud techno music, that's a matter of taste. However, I don't expect disco music when I go to the Italian restaurant 🫢

Were there in the evening with 4 adults and 2 small children, the restaurant was well attended. Despite everything, the order (including special requests) was accepted quickly and served quickly. My Pizza Diavola was tasty, although not "spicy" for me personally. In terms of price it was also ok, except I found the price for a small light beer to be quite expensive. The toilets are on the upper floor so they are difficult to access for people with disabilities.

We were disappointed with our visit. The food was okay, the pizzas were too mushy in the middle for our taste, but the edges were very good. However, the two waitresses were extremely unfriendly, not only to us but also to other guests. There are better Italians with friendlier staff on Fehmarn.

Well-attended restaurant with outdoor seating. The prices for pizza are relatively cheap compared to other Italian restaurants in Burg, but other dishes are similarly expensive in my opinion. My pizza was very tasty overall, but the base was a bit tough and difficult to cut. The waitress, a young blonde lady, was either having a bad day or was completely unsuitable for the job. She repeatedly forgot about order requests and responded to questions in an unfriendly and rude manner. I observed this behavior several times that day, even behind the backs of other guests. This is unprofessional and ruined an otherwise good dinner.

Great location, especially if you want to eat outside. Despite the tourist hotspot, the price is pleasant. High quality prepared food, fast service. Tiny deduction because most of the people in service are Danish and barely understand German. It's a shame, but understandable. Gastronomy is no longer so popular with seasonal workers. The restaurant is a top recommendation!!!

We landed here last weekend. We were looking for an Italian restaurant. Here we chose the first one in place. We ate pizza and visually it was completely fine. Unfortunately, after the first bite, we both agreed to give it a 5 according to the school grade principle. You could say that the ingredients were just very flat in taste, the dough was simply not tasty as one would have expected. To describe it simply: The pizza tasted like cardboard. I really rate 99% good experiences here on Google, but I would just like to pass on my opinion here. The service also seemed very indifferent. Of course we didn't complain here, but the way we were served and instructed, we didn't have the feeling that anyone would be interested. The only positive thing was: the food and drinks came very quickly.

So the staff can barely speak German and the person who took our order was pretty unfriendly (as if she was in a bad mood). The food pizza was so-so. Children's pizza Margarita completely covered in cheese - our daughter didn't like it. Pizza was somehow nothing out of the ordinary for the price. Then it's better to put another one in your hand a few meters beforehand. In general we felt as if we were unwelcome with children.

Every year we enjoy the delicious food and great service on Fehmarn several times. The pasta creations are great. Gladly again and again.

I would prefer to give “minus stars”. I have never seen such bad service. Right from the start you were served rudely - you put up with that because the pizza was supposed to be delicious - but never again! The pizza was just way too hard. The dough doesn't have to be cut. When we wanted to complain about the pizza, a waitress came first and wanted to pass on our complaint. But the complaint wasn't passed on either, so we complained a second time. The unfriendly gentleman didn't believe us and didn't allow any criticism, but instead attacked us from the side. He showed us how to cut a pizza with extremely aggressive behavior and had to use so much force that he tore the pizza and didn't cut it. Hard to cut even for young people. Afterwards he went from table to table and asked loudly how satisfied he was with the pizza, just an impertinence! Conclusion: extremely unfriendly staff. You would rather eat a frozen pizza than order a pizza there for expensive money and bad and unfriendly staff!

Extremely bad service, inedible pizzas - never again! Unfortunately, the restaurant has turned into a high-priced tourist rip-off. It's a shame about the money and time. Even a frozen pizza is even better. We have been loyal guests for many years, although the quality and service have continued to deteriorate. Our last visit was the highlight. The service was (repeatedly) unfriendly from the start, almost condescending. The pizzas topped it all off: dry, hard and impossible to cut - neither with the normal cutlery nor with the steak cutlery that was given later. Even the staff couldn't cut the pizzas when we asked very friendly questions, but they showed no decency to apologize. We couldn't finish the meal and had to put up with the rude behavior of the waiter. This was definitely the last visit for us!

The reception was friendly, a table was quickly prepared for us and the staff seemed friendly. Avoid sitting outside at all costs, the street is extremely loud. Then, despite asking twice, we waited an hour for our food, while people who came long after us had already gotten their food. We ordered carbonara, carbonara truffles and aglio olio. The carbonara was a 4, actually just egg with cream with what felt like 5g of parmesan, the ham was still raw. The truffle carbonara wasn't an eye-catcher either and wasn't worth the money. The Aglio Olio was quite okay. So we asked for parmesan, as is usual at Italians, and we got cold lumpy Gouda, like it came out of a bag at Rewe. That was the last straw haha. What has to be highlighted positively, however, is the portion size, which was very good! Conclusion: avoid

I think it takes too long to make a pizza, I mean in a restaurant it takes longer but here it takes 1:12 hours so next time I would come back because of the extremely delicious pizza, thank you!

The only response to the comment about the taste was that it couldn't be, other guests hadn't complained. Customer-oriented reflection on complaints works differently.

Great value for money! Food has good Quality and portions are absolutely sufficient. Staff available and attentive at all times. One point deducted because there is no activity for children (e.g. painting materials), but of course that doesn't have to play a role for everyone :) We will be back!

Despite the large number of guests, we were served quickly. We had spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti bolognese. The carbonara was okay but at €14 it was way overpriced. The spaghetti Bolognese, on the other hand, was really bad. The pasta tasted like it was hours old and you searched in vain for the meat in Bolognese. Even for €14 it’s way too expensive. In summary, the store will never see us again. Drinks also totally overpriced!

The staff is very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes has deteriorated significantly. Bruschetta with dried herbs instead of fresh basil, pizza soggy, panacotta watery and not creamy, Caprese no more buffalo mozzarella and only a few cherry tomatoes (takes getting used to served as a "bowl" and rather tasteless) Prices are absolutely no longer appropriate. We actually had fond memories of the restaurant, with perfectly seasoned dishes, but unfortunately that is no longer the case.

I would like to give 0 stars for the service! The food is really tasty there, but my panacotta was served in a broken mason jar, so there were little shards in my mouth. It can happen, but the waiters didn't even apologize for it and just made a funny face. When we didn't tip because of that, the change was just slapped on the table. Impossible….

Very nice restaurant with great service! We ordered something to pick up and the pizzas were ready super quickly. The pizzas were super tasty and everything was right in terms of price. You can sit outside very nicely, just as you can inside. Gladly again!
