Absolutely! Best pizza in a long time. I stopped in spontaneously without any great expectations, and then this: friendly service, then finally a perfect pizza, well-cooked but not at all burnt, and deliciously seasoned.

In principle, I can recommend the restaurant. The staff is actually very friendly. The pizza was really delicious, but the Bolognese, unfortunately, not so great. What I did notice negatively, however, was that while eating, you were occasionally (I'd say almost every five minutes) "requested" to change your facial expression when smiling. At first, it was briefly funny, but over time it became totally annoying... which is why we hurried over our food so we could pay and leave. When I go out to eat, I'd like to do it in peace and not feel like I'm constantly being watched. I'm Italian myself and know how friendly people are, but sometimes it can really turn into the opposite.

We spontaneously decided on Da Gianni because you could still enjoy some afternoon sun on the terrace outside. The menu was brought to us right away and our drink orders were taken. Gianni also greeted the children warmly and joked with them. The house in which the restaurant is located is a bit older, but the furnishings aren't all that old. On the way to the restrooms, you also come to the covered terrace behind the house. There are special small children's dishes. We had a tuna pizza and a tuna with seafood. Both were very tasty. The fries served with the children's schnitzel were super crispy and juicy on the inside. We can't complain about the price. A good €60 including tip for four dishes and four drinks. We would happily recommend Da Gianni and will be back.

Here, you can truly experience being a host in the restaurant business. The service is excellent. You are served with great joy. As a family with several children, we felt very comfortable here. The ambiance is inviting. The restaurant is very well maintained, from the entrance to the restrooms. We rated the food as upper-middle-range. The house wine was very good, the espresso was good, and the cappuccino was very good. Card payments are accepted.

We spent a week on Fehmarn. We only went to this restaurant twice. They have delicious pizzas and a large vegetarian selection. The value for money is perfect! Nowhere else on the island have we encountered such extremely friendly staff! Next time we're here, we'll devour the entire menu.

We ordered two pasta dishes to pick up and they were ready on time. Unfortunately we discovered at home that one dish was the wrong one. Called directly, the very friendly owner offered us a free dish (the one we originally ordered) as compensation and apology, which we were happy to take advantage of the next day. Very friendly and very accommodating! We really enjoyed all of the pasta dishes!

Great place with amazing food. The products are always fresh. The sevice is super quick. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant is ready for any occasion. They will even decorate the table for birthdays. There's always coloring books and other toys for little ones to pass time before the food is ready. The real Italians are running the expected high value authentic Italian restaurant. I loved the restaurant, the food and the people. Recommended 100%

Great trattoria! We ended up here by chance, it was really a stroke of luck. We were there with 4 hungry boys, the food was very tasty and plentiful - even the children's portions! Absolutely recommend the tiramisu. Great hosts, authentic, funny and super friendly. If today wasn't a rest day, we would have come straight back ;).

Friendly greeting upon entry. No problem getting a place. Orders were placed quickly and the drinks we ordered came quickly. The starter was very tasty, but the main course (spaghetti Bolognese) was nothing special, so I can't give it a full star rating (subjective perception). My wife was also happy, but nothing special here either, the turkey steak could have used a little more color and the side salad was already dressed with quite a bit of oil. The restaurant's furnishings are a bit old but not worn out. Expected service.... But all in all it was quite good and is recommended

This Italian restaurant was recommended to me on my second vacation on the island. Already during the visit I realized why. The boss and his wife, as well as the other employees, were consistently friendly, especially open to children. The latter can also be seen on the menu, as there are also special dishes for children. The restaurant is in a well-kept condition and is stylishly furnished. The price-performance ratio is completely fine. A visit is definitely worth it.

We found the pizzeria by chance and are absolutely thrilled. Fresh ingredients and very quick to prepare. Ready for collection after 15 minutes.

The food tastes very tasty. Big compliments to the kitchen. The service was very good. We were able to pick up our order after just 15 minutes. I also have to say that the portion is large and really high quality. All ingredients are fresh. It's a shame we have to leave tomorrow, otherwise we would definitely stop by again.

I can't understand the positive reviews. The restaurant stopped in the 70s/80s. Both in the glasses, the rooms and the decoration. No money is invested in making guests feel comfortable. Nothing comes from the staff on their own, always only at their own request, so you neither attract guests nor do the restaurateurs make any money. As for food, my friend's Italian mother would be horrified. The garlic bread neither smelled like garlic nor tasted like it; supposedly there was supposed to be a garlic cream on it. The “bruschetta” had nothing to do with it, thick ciabatta with diced tomatoes and a bit of oil. You couldn't see or taste any garlic, no onions, no herbs, no good olive oil. Just tasteless. A good pizza dough looks and tastes different to me, it wasn't fluffy, loose, had no bubbles on the edge, and was far too salty. Everything is loveless. Pure clearance. The price is rather cheap for today's gastronomy, no wonder given the ingredients. I'll come back at some point, but I'm afraid the owner won't move forward. A pity

We were a bit skeptical because the restaurant was almost empty around lunchtime on Whit Sunday. However, the concerns were completely unfounded. The service was super friendly and quick. Pasta, pizza and salad were great. Price-performance was a perfect fit. The pizza wasn't as thin and crispy as we are used to from Italian restaurants. It was a slightly thicker dough. Nevertheless, the pizza was very tasty. When we're in Burg again, we know where we're sure to get our fill.
